Located near Longmont, CO, YA YA Farm & Orchard is a working farm available to host weddings and other special occasions. This eight-acre property features 1,000 fruit trees in a stunning setting amid Front Range mountain views and growing greenery. This special locale is ideal for realizing your rustic dream wedding! Growing apples began on this site back in 1896 under Percy Goss, and four years later, with his wife Jennie. They passed the apple orchard on to their son Jim in 1934 as a graduation present. The Goss family left a legacy of growing superb apples and of farming with Percheron draft horses. After the Goss family moved from the farm in 1979, the orchards were quiet for many years. In November 2003, new owners brought fresh energy to this verdant property and founded YA YA Farm & Orchard. The orchards have been expanded beyond the original area and new varieties of apple, plum, and wine grape have been introduced over the years. These days, the farm offers a venue for fall activities for families and a venue for special events. Picnics, tractor-drawn hayrides, farm stands: these all are part of the farm experience, only 10 minutes from Longmont and 50 minutes from Denver! YA YA Farm & Orchard welcomes couples to enjoy exclusive use of this property for their special celebration. You and up to 150 guests can enjoy the country hospitality of this site with numerous options for your ceremony. You may exchange your vows with Longs Peak as a backdrop, or amid trees lit by sun from the south lake. Your reception feast can be held on long dinner tables within the orchards, within a tent, or in one of the many apple barns. You can then dance into the night out by the fire pits. This is a truly magical setting for your milestone day!

After touring numerous venues across the Front Range, we were thrilled to find Ya Ya Farm. Sharon feels like an old friend from the first time you meet her, offering advice on everything from rehearsal dinner locations, to musicians, to rental companies. She’s incredibly welcoming and easy to work with. I enjoyed the freedom to use the space in exactly the way we wanted. The venue is a blank slate, in that you’ll need to buy or rent every decor item, table or chair that you want there - but that means you get to make it a wedding that truly reflects you. Sharon was very accommodating in letting us store our decor there for a day before and after the wedding so we could focus on welcoming and sending off our guests instead of rushing around. And to top it all off, her apple cider donuts were a crowd favorite! Very pleased with the whole experience.

YaYa Farm and Orchard was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. We absolutely loved the charm of the orchard and the owner Sharon was absolutely amazing to work with! The ceremony site is stunning with views of the front range and Long's Peak. We had multiple people tell us it was one of the most unique and beautiful wedding venues they have been to. If you are couple who doesn't want to get married at a wedding factory (you know the places who hold weddings Friday, Saturday, Sunday every weekend of wedding season), this place is for you! There is only 1 wedding hosted there each weekend. We loved getting to have our rehearsal the night before and drop off decor the day before the wedding and pick it up the day after. Sharon made it feel like a really personalized event and was totally accommodating and happy to work with us to make our dream day come true.The only two things to note, there is no true bridal and grooms suite, although there are spaces to get ready. In fact, the bridal suite needs to be cleared out of all personal items at the start of the wedding which proved tricky and resulted in my Mom missing our grand entrance as she picked up the suite. I wish we had had access to a bridal room throughout the length of the wedding. Also, if you are having more than 120 people I would plan on renting a tent. There is a barn for a rain option, the barn could accomodate 150 but with more than 100 people they would be packed in the barn like sardines in a can.

Sharon at Ya Ya basically saved our wedding. We had a much larger event planned, and came to her when we knew that wasn’t possible anymore in 2020, with just a few months to go. Her farm and orchard are absolutely gorgeous, and have an excellent layout for a full wedding and reception. For an outdoor wedding you are in an amazing setting. From the mountain backdrop, to the orchard trees, farm antiques and more, we were in love with Ya Ya from the start. Highly recommend working with Ya Ya and Sharon for both a well laid out event and amazing setting!

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get married than Ya Ya Farm and Orchard. Even thinking about it now gives me grateful butterflies. As soon as we drove on to the property we felt a sort of magic. That magic never left. Sharon (who owns the Orchard) was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and the day of. She made sure that everything went perfectly. We got to use some flowers from the orchard garden for the reception, Sharon made DELICIOUS apple cider donuts that our guests raved about, and it is just the most charming, unique, and beautiful venue. AND it's just so fun! Our guests loved the live animals on site and the \"dancing barn\". Thank you to YaYa for making our wedding a fairytale dream.

We were married over Memorial Day weekend at Ya Ya Farm and Orchard. I absolutely loved loved loved the venue. The moment I saw it, I knew that I wanted to get married there. Sharon, the owner, was excellent to work with and really cared about us as a couple. She went out of her way to work with us and make our special day go perfect. It didn't feel generic at all like other wedding venues we saw, it felt special. Our out of town guests were particularly charmed by the farm and we got many compliments for such an amazing, unique venue. I would highly recommend Ya Ya Farm and Orchard for weddings. I had the wedding of my dreams there!

We chose YaYa for our wedding venue and were very happy with the entire experience. The owner, Sharon, was incredibly friendly and accommodating (which was a breath of fresh air compared to other venue owners we encountered). Her orchard was the perfect place for our special day, even though we dealt with some very difficult CO weather. We would highly recommend YaYa and Sharon to any couple looking to make their wedding day extra special. Also, the apple cider doughnuts and apple pie that Sharon made were delicious!

Words cannot explain how much I love Ya Ya Farm and Orchard. The venue is beautiful no matter the weather and Sharon is incredibly amazing that it is very clear that nothing can go wrong. \r\rLooking for a venue was hard for me because I didn't want to spend a fortune on the venue but I did have very specific criteria. Ya Ya Farm and Orchard hit all my criteria and was also the perfect price. Everything on the farm is perfect for any rustic chic wedding and the view of Long's Peak at sunset is unbelievable. \r\rSharon is so helpful and accommodating. She opens up her home to the bride and bridal party to get ready the day of and she helps to coordinate anything that needs to be done the day of. She is so flexible and easy to work with and her apple cider doughnuts are to die for. \r\rIf you are looking for a classic farm venue, Ya Ya is the place to go!
