I would highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for any and all private events. We had our wedding there, and they were a pleasure to work with. The venue itself is right on the water, and the event space has a big bar, amazing patio and large dining area/dancefloor area. It was amazing to have everything in one spot. Folks moved from the ceremony, to the bar, to the cocktail hour, to dinner & dancing with total ease. The staff were flexible and extremely responsive through the whole process. The food and dinner service specifically was fantastic, and when we had to move our ceremony inside last minute, they were prepared! I would recommend them to any and all people looking to have a wedding in the South Jersey area without a doubt!

I would highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for any and all private events. We had our wedding there, and they were a pleasure to work with. Folks moved from the ceremony, to the bar, to the cocktail hour, to dinner & dancing with total ease. The staff were flexible and extremely responsive through the whole process. The food and dinner service specifically was fantastic, and when we had to move our ceremony inside last minute, they were prepared! I would recommend them to any and all people looking to have a wedding in the South Jersey area without a doubt!

From the start of our venue search through the time we left our reception, everything provided by the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor was amazing. Our coordinator Dominique made all of our dreams come true, made sure all of our questions were answered, and ensured the venue was laid out to meet our vision. Most importantly, the whole staff was more than accommodating when the weather didn’t cooperate on our wedding day. Our guests could not say enough about our reception at YCSH. Whether it be the beautiful view of the channel from the deck, the club’s spacious interior, the quality of the appetizers during cocktail hour, or the entrees that were served at dinner, everything was amazing. The bartenders and staff were all extremely friendly, kind, and efficient. We cannot recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor enough, and were so thankful to have them be a part of our special day.

It’s a beautiful location with a perfect setup for a fun night to remember. The staff was amazing, the food was unbelievable and the price was just around average price for wedding venue expenses. The wedding coordinators were always available if we had any questions and they did an amazing job setting up all our decorations on the big day. Couldn’t recommend this venue more, we truly had the best day of our lives there!

The Yacht Club of Stone Harbor is the PERFECT wedding venue! My husband Joe and I met Dominique a little over a year ago while we were hunting for a coastal venue that had incredible food, gorgeous views, and excellent staff. As soon as we met Dominique, I knew that there was no one better to coordinate our wedding reception. Her calmness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm made me feel so at ease. Emma was excellent at coordinating the schedule of the night and working with staff to make it happen! Her suggestion of adding a raw bar and charcuterie display was a HUGE crowd favorite. They also remembered my dad's favorite drink, and made sure that there were Coke bottles on deck for the night. :) Like we had heard from many other locals, the food was OUTSTANDING. Many of our family members congratulated us and left the night saying how incredible the food was. Everything that we had asked for, they exceeded our expectations. They were flexible, attentive, and excited to help make our dreams come true. :) Thank you so much YCSH team!!!🩵

My son and daughter in law had their wedding at the YCSH. It was a magical event even though it poured Down rain all day. The staff at the club reacted quickly that morning to make sure their ceremony was beautiful inside. The club is an open canvas to decor it any way you wish and the staff helps you with your vision. Our wedding was a chinoiserie theme and it was beautiful. Stress was high that day due to the rain and other interruptions and Dominique was amazing calming all of our nerves. Lastly the food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about it. Best venue on the island !

This venue was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding. From the coordinators (Dominique, Jackie, Emma!) to the food to the beautiful setting, everything was perfect at YCSH. Even our food tasting was such a delightful day, the service was just exceptional and food was amazing! We had an onsite ceremony which we highly recommend, the view is just incredible and the way the coordinators set up the flow makes it such a smooth transition for you and guests. Everyone loved the huge outdoor patio and the long bar was perfect - no one was waiting for drinks. We had a private room/bar area for our bridal party as well which everyone loved. Just an absolutely perfect place to get married on the water. 11/10 recommend this venue!

I highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor! Dominique and the rest of the staff at the YCSH are very professional and friendly. From detail meetings to set up to day of, the staff was wonderful! Our guests said it was the best wedding they have been to! They especially loved the beer boat on the deck. It saved the guests from waiting in a line to grab a drink. Everyone raved about the food too! The venue is absolutely breathtaking. My wedding at YCSH was perfect!

I couldn't speak highly enough about the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor! The venue is beautiful inside and out. We had our ceremony behind the club with gorgeous bay views as the backdrop. Emma and Dominique were wonderful to work with - both in planning and the day of our wedding! They were instrumental in bringing our Jersey Shore Wedding vision to life. All staff members were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our wedding preparation, ceremony, and reception. Our guests raved about the service and food as well. I highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for a wedding! I wish I could do mine all over again!

We held our daughter's wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor two weeks ago, and it was perfect ---beyond anything I even knew to hope for. We decided on the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor because we knew that they take care to make every bride and family feel like theirs is the most important wedding they've ever done, and it's true. From the beginning--the early planning, the tasting and menu planning, the advice on vendors, all the way through to the last few crucial days when they consummately calmed a nervous bride and her mom---the staff at the Yacht Club know exactly how to help you realize the most perfect wedding. Our guest are raving about the venue, the bartenders, the dinner, the sunset, the little perfec things like water stations and vanity basket in the ladies room...candles everywhere, it was a romantic, perfect event that would never have happened without the care and talent, knowledge and professionalism of the staff at the Yacht Club. We had a fantastic experience at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. The food was absolutely fabulous, and the service was superb. During the planning process, the staff was excellent. We had multiple conference calls, for which Dominque and Emma were well prepared. They were flexible and open to our unique design plan, helped us create the wedding of our daughter's dreams and were very excited (along with us) to bring the vision to life. Their confidence and delivery of service and hospitality, made the experience more relaxing than stressful. Sidenote: we planned this event from Michigan, and even that was not a problem for this team. Bravo! We received so many compliments on the venue and the entire staff - we highly recommend using the YCSH to anyone.

The YCSH was such a wonderful wedding venue - welcoming entry, ideal ceremony location overlooking the bay, elegant reception areas and delicious food! Months later, we’re still receiving rave comments. No need for a wedding planner-The Event Coordinators were professional and extremely patient and accommodating with my many requests. The YCSH was such a wonderful wedding venue - welcoming entry, ideal ceremony location overlooking the bay, elegant reception areas and delicious food! Months later, we’re still receiving rave comments. No need for a wedding planner-The Event Coordinators were professional and extremely patient and accommodating with my many requests. The YCSH provided a lovely and memorable wedding day for my daughter and her husband!

Yacht Club of Stone Harbor was the perfect venue for us.We planned our wedding in less than five months and everything came together perfectly. Emma & Dominque helped make the planning process and the rehearsal, ceremony and reception run smoothly. They are extremely professional and talented. Every detail and request we asked they made sure to accommodate. Getting married on the bay in Stone Harbor is the perfect setting. The food was amazing and drinks refreshing. Our ceremony was breathtaking, and the drink display with the sailboat was a hit. The surf and turf was delicious. I could go on and on... It was a dream.Everything about this venue is perfect.

When you book YCSH, you are booking an experienced team, who is incredibly accommodating and anticipates your every want and need. Their amazing hospitality left me speechless. Leading up to the day, Taylor, our coordinator, responded to every email in a timely manner, made the most perfect suggestions, and always answered our questions with a positive and upbeat attitude. Taylor kept up with every email thread and noted every detail we spoke about (even details we discussed over a year out.) Impressed does not even begin to describe how I felt! Taylor made our experience impeccable. We are beyond grateful and owe her all of our thanks for making the day so special!Emma, the day-of co-coordinator, was also fantastic! Her and Taylor were beyond kind and made us feel like we were a part of the community each time we visited the venue. Emma, along with the staff on the day of, were extremely detail-oriented and attentive to all of our guests.The bartenders remembered everyone's drink orders...everyone's! Our guests could not believe how quickly they were able to get a drink all night long! And the spirits were great quality - the best. This was a priority for us and YCSH did not disappoint! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Taylor, Emma, and the entire team at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. The food was delicious and served in a very timely manner (the entire staff moved very quickly to keep everything on schedule), the staff was extremely attentive to all guests (and especially us as the couple getting married), and bar serviced all guests with great efficiency and quality. We really couldn't have had a better experience. Our prior meetings with Taylor created a great relationship that enabled us to make quick, on-the-fly decisions/adjustments during the event that helped keep the night flowing as we envisioned/planned.

Although a relatively lengthly review, I think the best way to capture all of the amazing things about our wedding was to list them:\t1. This is just an amazingly beautiful venue; sometimes couples feel as though they have to bring it so many \"extras\" to enhance venues, but we did not feel that way at all. We didn't hire any additional up-lighting, sound system, extravagant flowers, etc. to make the Yacht Club beautiful.\t\t2. We had our ceremony at a local church, and the reception at the yacht club and it served us perfectly. The docks were the perfect backdrop for our pictures, and the club has a bridal suite which was perfect for us to touch base before the reception and take a few breathers throughout the night!\t\t3. Layout: We really liked how all seating was together, as opposed to a more traditional set-up with half of the tables on either side of the dancefloor. We sat at a sweetheart table and one of my favorite moments of the entire day was sitting there at dinner and looking out at all of our guests.\t1. COVID Rescheduling: Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to COVID. Taylor and her team could not have been more amazing in the whole transition. Our initial pricing was honored despite the date change, no additional fees were added, and the entire staff was genuinely supportive through the whole process. Taylor was very responsive, accommodating, and Taylor and her team were genuinely great people to work with from start to finish.\t\t2. Taylor and her team pay such close attention to all details during planning. Taylor had specific questions and details they wanted to make sure were covered, and fielded my very detailed (and sometimes lengthy) emails with such care! Lastly, Taylor and the entire staff and very flexible and totally willing to do whatever you are envisioning for your event! \t\t3. For the reception décor, the attention to detail during set-up was unmatched. I was only required to drop off whatever decorations I wished to have for the reception, and Taylor and her team took it from there! The entire staff listens to whatever specific items you'd like to have set up during the reception and makes sure that happens exactly, but they also did a fantastic job of just filling in the blanks themselves. During drop off, there were many things that I said for Taylor and her team to decorate as they see fit, and I couldn't have done a better job myself-everything was absolutely beautiful.\t\t4. The flow and timing of the reception was literally flawless, and the service was exceptional. Taylor and her team were always making sure that my husband and I had what we needed. We truly just showed up and followed their cue--they did not miss a beat! Prior to the wedding, many times people would warn that the bride and groom usually don't eat enough, which was literally not possible for us! The bridal suite was stocked with food and drinks, Taylor and her team made us both massive dinner plates, and they made sure that hors d'oeuvres were on our sweetheart table as well.\tLastly, my husband and I received such great feedback from people days after the wedding. Many guests (of varying ages) said that our wedding was one of the best they had ever attended, and I attribute almost entirely all of that to the entire Yacht Club Staff and all of their hard work!

The Yacht Club of Stone Harbor was a perfect venue for our wedding, and we could not be happier with Taylor and the whole team. After we decided to postpone our 2020 wedding, Taylor was incredibly accommodating and kind. We quickly found a new date in October 2021. Throughout the process, Taylor continued to be accommodating, including allowing outdoor dining for our guests who were not comfortable sitting inside. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests, and the day of the wedding went perfectly. The bartenders were quick, and their drinks were delicious. The food was incredible and tasted just as it had at our tasting (we got the branzino and short rib). The venue comfortably seats about 150 people inside. We had approximately 180 people but luckily sat about 30 people outside. If everyone had sat inside, it would have been a little tight and we would have had to have removed some tables after dinner service to make more room for the dance floor.We highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for less conventional couples who do not want the typical ballroom and instead want a little character in their venue!

This is a beautiful wedding venue and we were blown away at the overall appearance on our big day this past May. Special thanks to Jackie and Taylor for your coordination and all the emails, chats, and meetings. We had truly the best day. The food was fantastic. We selected a New York strip steak and crab cakes to serve our guests and the portions were large and food was tasty. The food tasting was one of our favorite parts of the planning process. Even though we had to postpone our initial wedding date given COVID, the team was helpful and our big day ended up being everything we wanted and more. Taylor and the team at the Yacht Club are incredible to work with!We previously had to cancel a wedding in another state due to COVID-19. Working with Taylor was a night and day experience compared to planning our first wedding. She was on top of all restrictions and precautions we needed to take to ensure guest safety. Every time there was a change in restrictions she reached out to us to let us know exactly how it would effect our day. Even when there was some unknowns, we knew the team at the Yacht Club had it under control. She was able to accommodate all of our requests and offer some great suggestions that made the day go smoothly! We even made a last minute change of how we wanted to enter the ceremony the morning of (groom and groomsmen arriving by boat) and she was able to coordinate it perfectly!If you are looking for a venue that can accommodate ceremony, cocktail hour and reception; we can’t suggest The Yacht Club enough.

Taylor and the team at the Yacht Club are incredible to work with!We previously had to cancel a wedding in another state due to COVID-19. Working with Taylor was a night and day experience compared to planning our first wedding. She was on top of all restrictions and precautions we needed to take to ensure guest safety. Every time there was a change in restrictions she reached out to us to let us know exactly how it would effect our day. Even when there was some unknowns, we knew the team at the Yacht Club had it under control. She was able to accommodate all of our requests and offer some great suggestions that made the day go smoothly! We even made a last minute change of how we wanted to enter the ceremony the morning of (groom and groomsmen arriving by boat) and she was able to coordinate it perfectly!If you are looking for a venue that can accommodate ceremony, cocktail hour and reception; we can’t suggest The Yacht Club enough.

When I dropped off all of my decorations and such a few days before she made me feel so much better about everything. I could not say enough good things about Taylor and my experience having my reception here. She took care of everything !! I would highly recommend having your wedding/ wedding reception here. Gorgeous view and venue. It really doesn’t get better.

The Yacht Club of Stone Harbor was the perfect venue for our May wedding. The whole crew made sure everything was perfect. Taylor is so organized, helpful and friendly, she helped us curate the placements of even the smallest details and was there for us every step of the way. From appetizers to entrees, everything was delicious. So many guests were amazed with the venue location and attention to detail. Great location for prime sunset pictures and the outdoor deck cannot be topped. 10/10 all around!!!

I had a 100 person wedding and every guest has been absolutely raving about everything. The staff was so attentive and wonderful. Highly recommend a few touches that stood out to our guests 1. Utilizing their beer boat which is about 7 feet long that was filled with a variety of beers 2. Seafood station - absolutely hit 3. Ice carving done by Chef Ed 4. Cocktail hour snacks - grilled cheese over tomato soup shooters, mini burgers over beer shooters and coconut shrimp over margarita shooters. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better place to get married - highly recommend.

Our daughter had the most memorable and beautiful wedding reception in September. We had a 200+ plated dinner which was served flawlessly and very timley! The YCSH provides such relaxed elegance! This venue has it ALL: Delicious food, great flow, water views, and plenty of dance room (even if you have a band!) A theme in reading these reviews: Patty, Jackie, and staff are absolutely amazing to work with! They treat the event as if it were their own. No detail goes unattended and the YCSH takes total pride in their delivery of a very memorable event...JUST the way YOU want it to be! They coordinate so very well with outside vendors, many of whom would say \" Oh, YCSH? They're great to work with...no problem! “Patty, Jackie, and Taylor make the day stress free and fabulous for the all of us! Pete the bartender and his friendly staff made sure guests were served efficiently without having to wait. The biggest compliment was to see all the empty plates and have many guests even days later comment on the outstanding food which included the cocktail hour and dinner. The chef prepared an extremely memorable meal! An overall amazing experience from start to finish!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Yacht Club last month - and despite the cliché, it truly was the best day ever. After we were engaged, this was our first (and only) venue visit in June of 2018. We were so excited to work with Patty after meeting her and visiting the Yacht Club that we did not look any further and booked right away. A charmingly beautiful venue AND the Events Director is incredibly approachable and fun to work with?! A no brainer! Our only \"non-negotiable\" was to serve fried chicken on our menu. Patty and Chef Blaze worked with us to create the perfect menu for a family style meal that our guests are still talking about. Their attention to detail and execution far exceeded our expectations (as a self-proclaimed cook and foodie, I've got a high bar!). They even went as far as finding white ceramic serving \"buckets\" for the fried chicken!Throughout the year, Patty kept us incredibly organized and was readily available to provide thoughtful recommendations for vendors, guest accommodations, transportation etc. She made the planning process easy and more importantly, FUN. The nerves in the final weeks leading up to the wedding were calmed knowing that “Patty has got it covered” - and she most certainly did!We enthusiastically recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor - the rehearsal, ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect. Patty and Taylor kept us on track, and welcomed us and all of our guests in as if they were hosting a party at their own homes. I can’t thank the Yacht Club enough for the most stress-free, beautiful and fun wedding !!!We had an on-site outdoor ceremony followed by a cocktail style reception with over 300 people. Our event coordinator, Patty, was so organized and helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect! The friendly bartenders and staff also did an amazing job accommodating our large group. No one ever had to wait for a drink and the food was sooo good- our guests loved the filet carving station and the pasta station. I wish we could do it all over again!!

We had our wedding at the Stone Harbor Yacht club on October 5, 2019 and it couldn’t have been a more prefect day! The entire team was helpful and wonderful to work with from the start! We can’t thank Patty and Jackie enough for all of their help and support! The views are gorgeous and our guests loved being able to be inside or outside throughout the night! The dance floor is large which was good for us, as all of our friends and family are dancers. The food is incredible, seriously, the tasting was a great day all in its own! Also, the separate area for the bridal party was great to be able to catch our breathes and touch up our makeup before the reception. Plus, there is a small comfort room which came in really handy for our breastfeeding mommy guests! We never felt confused or overwhelmed as everything was laid out for us and any questions we had were immediately answered. I can’t recommend this Yacht a club enough! You won’t be disappointed!

Do yourself a favor and tour this venue! We were married here on October 19 and held an on-site ceremony overlooking the bay before the reception inside the venue. From the very first meeting to the very last detail, the event coordinator Patty was professional, prompt and quickly answered all of my questions (there were many). She even offered suggestions and assistance during the entire planning process. I dropped all of the decor off the week of the wedding with no expectation as to what went where, but Patty and her team decorated the venue perfectly! Our guests have also not stopped raving about the delicious food and the quick service in for meals and drinks at the bar. There was never a wait for a drink as the bar area is very large and can accommodate many guests. In working with the chef, he even created a milkshake shooter and warm chocolate chip cookies for us for dessert as we requested. We held the brunch there the next day and we were able to keep the centerpieces out for another day of use. The brunch was just as delicious as dinner the night before and many guests raved about the coffee. Everything was amazing and we can't thank the YCSH team enough for helping us make our wedding day the best day ever!

It was so easy to work with YCSH for our wedding this June 2019. We live across the country in CA but our families are in the area. Patty made everything so easy for us and everything turned out smoothly and perfectly. The venue has just been remodeled and is so lovely inside and new! We got so many compliments on the food! We did passed hors d'oeuvres and then stations and open seating. The lobster rools, pasta station, and giant shrimp shooters and oyster bar were a hit especially. The layout is fantastic because you have a large dance floor where the DJ was setup, toasts and cake cutting were held, and mingling during cocktail hour could occur. Then there is a huge bar with 360 access so no one waited for a drink. There was a side area with couches and comfy chairs which were perfect for the older guests. Then the other side is setup as a dining room with enough round tables and chairs to fit our abotu 120 guests. You could easily put more tables on the gigantic dance floor and still have tons of dancing room. Finally there was the outdoor big deck where guests could watch the sunset. It was right by the hotels, about a 4 minute ride and they have a wraparound parking lot. We also used the jitney reserved in advance to get us back and forth. The photos on the dock during sunset are going to be so lovely, I can't wait to see them. All in all, the perfect venue for a classy, comfortable wedding.

We just had our wedding here and I cannot speak highly enough of Patty, Jackie and all of the Yacht Club staff. Throughout the planning, Patty was responsive, kind, and beyond helpful. The day of our wedding, both Patty and Jackie took extra special care of no only us, but all of our guests. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and you cannot beat the view. Our wedding was at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor on 9/22/18. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. All of the staff at the Yacht Club made the day what it iwas. From the first meetings we had with Jackie and Patty (the coordinators) to the end of our wedding they could not have made us feel more comfortable and like everything was under control. They lay out all of your options and choices for you to help make your decisions easier, are prompt with responses to emails and make sure you feel good about how all the plans are going. From the time we dropped off everything for a wedding a few days before they assured us that we did not need to worry about anything from there on out. The servers and bartenders were all amazing during out wedding and made the night that much better! All off the food was amazing, and we received many compliments from numerous guest! We had our wedding at the Yacht Club on 9/21/18 and it was by far the best choice we made. From the beginning Patty was amazing, very knowledgeable and accommodating (she made sure we had summer shandy even though it was going to be out of season by the time our wedding came around). We are from out of town and so everyone that came to the wedding had to make the trip and they all LOVEDDD it. Our friends, our parent's friends couldn't compliment it enough. The staff was great, I can't say enough about them all. Finally, this is the place you want to have a wedding at if you love gorgeous sunsets over the bay and enough indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy no matter the weather. We are so glad we had out wedding reception here on October 6th, 2018. The YCSH team is amazing. They are passionate about what they do. They take pride in the yacht club and throw a great party. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my guests. Patty and Jackie (the wedding coordinators) keep wedding planning fun and stress-free. We always felt welcomed when we stopped by for meetings at the yacht club and were always offered a drink at the bar. The food (tasting, cocktail hour, and dinner) is creative and tasty. One of our cocktail hour appetizers were mini Kobe beef burgers served over small mugs of beer that were so unique guest were posing for pictures with them. For dinner, we served stuffed flounder and filet. I have had multiple guests tell me \"that was the best steak I ever had!\" The bar is big and beautiful. The bartenders worked so hard to keep my thirsty guests satisfied. No one waited long for a drink and the selection of beer, wine, and liquor they offer pleased all my guests. The outside deck over looking the bay, the large rustic wooden dance floor, and the elegant sunny dinning room at the YCSH were simply something from my bridal dreams. We were even invited to dinner at the YCSH for our 1st anniversary and I already cannot wait!

We cannot say enough positive things about the staff at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor, no detail was overlooked and everything was executed extremely well. It has been slightly over a month since our wedding and we still are getting compliments each time that we see friends & family. Patty and Jackie are phenomenal, as well as the GM of the venue, they really make sure your day is special, including managing every minute detail, from working with our multiple vendors, to ensuring “shore point” nameplates were on each table. Our guests also thought that the food was top-notch and that the service from the bar was better than any wedding that they had ever attended. Their mini-cheeseburger & beer appetizer was a favorite of all guests and the entrees (crab cake & filet mignon) had everyone pleased. We had over 200 guests and each person had a phenomenal experience. We made a great decision in deciding to go with the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor and would highly recommend it to others.

I just got married at the SHYC on May 19 and was completely blown away with how everything turned out. I knew it was going to be amazing because the venue itself is unmatched. The wedding coordinators, Patty and Jackie were so professional, timely, and organized. They made planning our wedding stress-free. Anytime I had a question, Patty would respond within the hour via email with not only an answer, but also helpful suggestions which I always appreciated. They both were so easy to work with and made the entire planning process seamless. The tasting was such a fun day! The chef was extremely personal coming out each time to explain the dish and recommended certain sauces to pair. The food was delicious!! I had so many friends and family members comment on how it was the best wedding food they’ve had!!! (We had the Salmon and NY Strip) the appetizer presentations were creative and tasted delicious. The space is probably the best space I saw in South Jersey – best dance floor which is where my guests were all night!! We had Drop Dead Sexy Band which we highly recommend. Also the large bar was great for guests to be able to take a seat but still feel a part of the party. The drinks were amazing. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so we had to do the ceremony inside which I was devastated about, but it was all okay. Patty and Jackie completely redesigned the indoor space beautifully for our ceremony. They brought in the he flowers that were already decorated outside and made the inside space beautiful and perfect. I couldn’t have been more impressed. I appreciated their confident mannerism and stress-free personality – they knew what they were doing and they did it well. It was also nice that the club had a room upstairs for the wedding party so before the ceremony we were able to do final touch ups while enjoying champagne that was already setup for us and cheese/veggie platter and then immediately following the ceremony, the wedding party went upstairs with drinks and food that was setup for us. This was the only time I got to try our appetizers! It also connects to the outside rooftop deck so we had some great pictures out there (thankfully it stopped raining after our ceremony). I was able to get my dress bustled and the wedding party had time to enjoy a drink on the deck and some food before heading into the cocktail hour. The view of the bay is gorgeous and you will get the best pictures at sunset!! I highly recommend SHYC to anyone looking for perfection and a fun wedding!!!Thank you Patty and Jackie and to the entire staff at the SHYC!!!

I had been to every venue in Cape May County looking for somewhere able to accommodate my 150+ guest list, that wasn't completely a la carte, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Look no further- YCSH is the place for you. I could have booked them and just showed up the day before and had a wedding - and that is a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. They know the area well, and have great recommendations for vendors for items they don't supply - flowers, photographers, videographers, DJ/Band, and they do a great job having the day run smoothly. Jackie is a BLESSING. I didn't meet her until a couple days before my wedding, and she was so sweet and welcoming, and made me feel like I was in amazing hands. YCSH worked so well with my coordinator, and I could not have asked for a better day. Food was amazing, service was amazing, and we lucked out with an amazing sunset.I would recommend 10x over and over.

We can not say enough great things about the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor and all the great people that worked there. As soon as we first stepped foot into the venue we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. It felt like home and everyone there treated us like family. We visited a ton of venues but nothing compared to this venue. The place is absolutely beautiful, timeless, but still felt warm and comfortable. The layout is amazing. You walk right onto the dance floor and have beautiful views all around. We met Pete at our first visit and he made us feel so at ease from our first impression and throughout. Also, we were planning from across the country which can definitely introduce some challenges. However, Patty and Jackie worked with our schedules and were always making themselves available to us without making us feel like we were a burden to them at all. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. Chef Blaze and Pete the bar manager were also great with working around our schedule and making us feel welcome every time we stopped by. When it came to the wedding day, the food and service was amazing. We received so many compliments from all of our friends and family on every single aspect of the venue and service. Everyone was extremely impressed walking away from our wedding without even getting into how amazing Patty, Pete(s), Chef Blaze, Jackie, and staff were in helping us the entire way. We really can not thank everyone there enough for how at home they made us felt throughout the process and the wonderful time we had throughout our wedding process. We had our wedding reception this past Friday 10/27/17 at YCSH and we are still on cloud 9. From the perfect weather, to the ceremony, to the food, to the band, to our amazing family and friends that shared our special day with us... we could not have asked for anything more. Our marriage is already full of so much love & happiness. It would not have been possible without the amazing staff at YCSH. Jackie was INCREDIBLE! We made a mistake on our seating chart and Jackie was able to quickly resolve the issue while assisting our guest. She also completely exceeded my expectations in regards to arranging our decorations - the entire venue looked absolutely phenomenal. Simply the best! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. Patty was extremely organized and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Everything ran smoothly the day of and the staff was excellent, we received many compliments on the food as well as the staff, all of our guests were extremely impressed with the Club. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The bay views are beautiful and the dance floor is the best in South Jersey, highly recommend!

Simply the best! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. Patty was extremely organized and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Everything ran smoothly the day of and the staff was excellent, we received many compliments on the food as well as the staff, all of our guests were extremely impressed with the Club. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The bay views are beautiful and the dance floor is the best in South Jersey, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the yacht club of stone harbor.. growing up in cape may nj, I wanted to use the Corinthian yacht club, but was so very pleased with my decision.. The food was outstanding and the dance floor was big enough for all of our dancing guests!!! planning was a complete breeze with the help of Patty and Jackie, and I had not 1 worry about what it was going to look like when I walked in on our wedding day!!! I am beyond happy to say my day couldn't of got any better, and im so happy I chose to have my reception there!!!

Jackie and Patty were so responsive during the planning process that it immediately took the stress out of the reception planning. Everything they promised, happened, and MORE! I let Jackie do all the decorating which turned out absolutely beautiful! Throughout the night, Jackie was available for my every need with a smile and genuine nature. The food, layout, ambiance was all PERFECT! So much goes into wedding planning and having a place that answers all questions and maybe even the same ones multiple times with smiles makes it so much easier! Also, I don't live in the area so, I asked many general questions which Patty always answered promptly and all suggestions turned out great! I met with both Patty and Jackie a few times leading up and they never were bothered with covering all the bases with me! I felt like they were so supportive and great resources throughout the process. I will miss speaking with them and visiting the club but will recommend to everyone I know. I'll make my way back there for an anniversary dinner!

I was married at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor on June 3, 2017. It was truly one of the best days of my life. We worked so hard for over a year planning the wedding and it was hard for me to picture it all coming together, but Patty and the rest of the team at the Yacht Club made everything come together perfectly. We looked at about 10 different places and found others we liked but the Yacht Club brings something extra to the table in many different aspects. Their food was amazing! Not only was everything at the tasting delicious but the night of the wedding our guests were raving about everything and they even finished the plates with an edible flower. They were a dream to work with and were more helpful than I ever expected. From ideas and suggestions to day of arrangements and set up, I felt truly at ease in knowing that our wedding was in Patty and Jackie's more than capable hands. We are beyond thrilled that we chose the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for our wedding day and I don't think that we could have had such a beautiful, budget friendly and easeful experience anywhere else.

The views of the bay are outstanding as well as the upper deck for the bridal party before the reception. At our first appointment to see the club, we met with Patty & Jackie and they are the BEST planners. They made the planning process so easy. They were such great listeners, gave excellent recommendations for vendors, answered all of our questions and were always quick to respond. Jackie has such attention to detail and truly made our vision exactly what we pictured on our wedding day. Absolutely perfect! I knew the minute we walked in the doors that this is where we would be married! Arrived for a late morning tour, was greeted with a mimosa, print outs, introduced to everyone that was working and by the time we left was on a first name basis and invited to come back even if we didn't pick the location. The entire process of planning our wedding was simple, the team (Patty and Jackie) were so incredibly easy to work with and answered our questions in a timely fashion. The day before our wedding I dropped off a truck load of items, some of which had not purpose, told Jackie to do what she wanted with them. When we arrived to the Club I was speechless, they exceeded my expectations! As a meeting planner, I can truly say Patty and Jackie are some of the best planners I have worked with. They see the big picture and don't forget the little details that make all the difference. Oh and I cannot forget the tasting! We rolled out of he club, it was one of the best meals I have had! When you are looking for a venue just go to Stone Harbor, no need to look any further, you will have one of the best experiences!

We accidentally stumbled upon Stone Harbor Yacht Club while waiting for another appointment in Sept of 2015, and immediately decided that our wedding MUST be here! Jackie welcomed us with open arms and made time to sit down and discuss the packages. The view is beautiful! For a couple who envisions a \"beachy\" feel without stepping onto the sand, The Stone Harbor Yacht Club will not disappoint. Positive feedback from our guests was that they loved the cocktail hour, large dance floor and bar area, and the fact that you had the option to go outside and watch the sunset. Our night was perfect. My only suggestion to future couples is to request some munchies wrapped up for later! All my husband and I could think of the following day was how much we wanted more spring roll

The venue looked spectacular after a winter of extensive remodeling of the Great Channel room and chef Blaze knocked it out of the park with his delicious menu, including a raw bar which was set up in a sailboat and his crab cakes which in my opinion, are the best in the island! Patty and Jackie were the best wedding coordinators. They were so accommodating and experienced. Our guests danced all night (did I mention YCSH has the biggest dance floor of any venue on the island) and everyone said that this was the most enjoyable wedding ever. The bartenders Pete, Mike and Kiersten made the night wonderful with their special cocktail selections. I Would highly recommend hosting your special event at The Yacht Club of Stone Harbor.. Can we do it all over again!

My husband and I were engaged in Avalon in August of 2014 on a family vacation. During that week, we decided to go down and look at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. He and I had grown up vacationing in 7 Mile Island and thought it would be a great venue if we could make it work (we currently live in Philadelphia)From our very first meeting at the Yacht Club we knew this was the place, the staff was very welcoming and prompt to respond to any questions we had. The entire journey with the Yacht Club was exactly what any bride would ask for. Patty and Jackie are on top of every detail! They would reach out every few months to check on the progress of planning and always made sure we knew when an upcoming appointment or due date (deposit, seating chart, headcount, etc.) was approaching. During our details meeting, Jackie asked questions I hadn’t even thought of related to the day of the wedding. As our wedding day approached I had concerns about the weather and a few of the vendors reliability but the one thing I never had to worry about was the venue. On our wedding day, Jackie and Patty did an amazing job of coordinating our ceremony and reception. Our evening flowed effortlessly thanks to their help. We received countless compliments from our guests as well. The venue is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the bay. We barely had to worry about decorations or up lighting because the Yacht Club is already decorated beautifully. A few simple centerpieces were all it took to give the venue a few personal touches. We were also lucky enough to have one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen at the shore, which further emphasized our appeal of the Yacht Club. In addition, the food was phenomenal! Chef Blaze did an incredible job. We had a hard time deciding which dishes to select during our tasting because everything we tried was incredible. We ultimately decided on the prime rib and chicken stuffed with crab meat. In addition, the Yacht Club was also more than willing to work with us and allowed us to move one of our appetizer options to a late night snack. Our guests were delightfully surprised by delicious pizzas passed around by the staff towards the end of the night. All night our guests came up to us to tell us how delicious the food was and we continue to receive compliments about the food and the venue. Our wedding day was truly the best day or our lives and was better than anything we ever could have dreamed of. This is largely due to the staff at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and I recommend this place to any bride looking for a shore wedding. 5 Stars is not enough for this venue!

My husband and I were engaged in Avalon in August of 2014 on a family vacation. During that week, we decided to go down and look at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. He and I had grown up vacationing in 7 Mile Island and thought it would be a great venue if we could make it work (we currently live in Philadelphia)From our very first meeting at the Yacht Club we knew this was the place, the staff was very welcoming and prompt to respond to any questions we had. The entire journey with the Yacht Club was exactly what any bride would ask for. Patty and Jackie are on top of every detail! It was a pleasure to have our wedding at the Yacht Club. Every part of planning the day was easy and enjoyable thanks to Patty, Jackie and their entire staff. They are absolute pros at hosting weddings and we truly wouldn't change one aspect of the entire day. The flow/layout of the venue lends itself SO perfectly to a great party, the outdoor ceremony site has a gorgeous backdrop, the food is nothing short of exceptional (guests were telling us it was one of the best meals they ever had), service on every level was 5 star and we felt like we didn't have to stress about a single thing the entire weekend. I would recommend the Yacht Club to absolutely anyone looking to have a wedding at the shore.

To truly understand why we are forever thankful, we must provide a brief back story. We were married in April 2016. By July 2014, we had made our final selection and paid the mandatory deposit. Fast forward to February 2016 (2 months before our wedding), our original venue, informed us they were cancelling our wedding, due to the reconstruction not being completed. This is also after nearly half of the guests had reserved rooms at the venue. This information came after multiple reassurances, in December 2015 and through the end of January 2016, that our wedding would not be impacted by the renovations, and it would proceed as normal. When the big day came, the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor, was with us every step of the way; from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the reception. And even the next day, because let’s be honest, everyone loses something at their wedding! We were not the easiest wedding. We had 14 in our wedding party, 3 dogs, and a first time Officiant. But they had everything planned out, in advance, and the ceremony went flawless. We could go on and on about our sincere gratitude and thanks for the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor, but it would take a few more paragraphs. While each experience is unique, we know they will treat your guests, family, and most importantly, you and your fiancé, as VIP’s. We have heard from our guests, and the common themes were, the food was the best we’ve ever had, and the most fun they have ever experienced at a wedding. The bottom line, the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor truly cares about you and your event. We know that you will be more than satisfied with the YCSH, and will remember your wedding as the best day ever. Thank you Jackie, Patrice, and Peter, for all that you did. Thank you to the staff at the YCSH, who made us and our guests feel welcome and ensured we had the best day ever. You couldn't ask for a better wedding venue than YCSH. The location is perfect, food is excellent, the layout of he venue couldn't be better for providing separate areas for cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and an extra side room for gifts/photo booth/anything creative. From start to finish Patty and Jackie were the perfect coordinators. They help decorate the club to 'make it your own' and help with any creative wish (mine was an insta max camera make shift photo booth). You seriously couldn't meet nicer people who are so willing to work with you on any level of detail. The wedding planning process can be challenging but when you have these ladies it couldn't be easier. We had the most amazing day there. I can't recommend it enough.

Weather almost caused our ceremony to be held inside, but it held off until after it was over. Patty worked with us throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive to all the questions that I had about the wedding. The bar staff also was swamped throughout the wedding and they did a fantastic job handling all our guests. This is such a great venue for both a wedding ceremony and reception!

We had the absolute pleasure of having our reception at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor and working with their amazing staff. The venue itself is stunning with the remodeling they’ve done over the past year. New paint in the main dining room, updated bathrooms, new bar top and the gorgeous dance floor. We wish we could’ve enjoyed more of the outside of the building but the weather was not exactly cooperating. On that note, if it was not for the wonderful staff, we would not have been able to secure the Women's Civic Club of Stone Harbor as our back up venue for our ceremony. When we arrived for our cocktail hour and reception at YCSH, we were amazed at how everything had come together—it was everything we dreamt and more. There are so many people we can name who made it the best party of our lives: Patty and Jackie, the coordinators did an amazing job creating the look we had our hearts set on and helped us to work with all of the different vendors we brought to their lovely club. From coordinating with the band, to Springer's Ice Cream, managing desserts and working with the florist-- if there were any issues...we were completely unaware. Pete (the General Manager) ensured that dinner service was absolutely phenomenal and we cannot say enough about Chef Blaise and his team. We received so many compliments on all of the food from beginning to end (particularly the raw bar and the steak) and the “favors” of pork roll, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches were a complete hit with our crowd. Pete and the bar staff hustled like crazy and our guests were thrilled with the service at the bar. It’s probably also worth noting that—with two brides—it is not lost on us that there could have been moments of awkwardness in our planning along the way, but we never felt anything but comfortable and loved along the way. While we had some connections to all of these fantastic people over the years, they are now family to us and we will be sure to celebrate many more events with them in years to come. Thank you for giving us the most incredible night to start the rest of our lives together! Our guests raved that it was the “best wedding ever” and--while we may be partial--we certainly agree!

We had our wedding on May 1,2015 and it was the most perfect day. A little cold and windy for May, but nonetheless, just amazing! The yacht club was the perfect setting for our event, as we were having a nautical wedding. They were with us every step of the way and catered to our every need. I felt very comfortable leaving the \"day of\" details in their hands. I didn't need to set up anything, as they set it all up for us and it looked amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests are still talking about it months later. The staff was helpful and attentive. You couldn't ask for a better venue than the yacht club. I would recommend this venue to everyone I know, as it really made our day. Absolutely love the yacht club!!

Great spot for a wedding! We picked the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for our wedding venue after meeting with their event planner Patty. We did a tasting with their chef and had a hard time narrowing our choices because everything was delicious. The day of the wedding the place looked amazing and they managed to fit all of our guests, the band, and multiple bars into the setting! Would highly recommend the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor

The managers and staff were all accommodating from the very start and maintained their spectacular level of attentiveness right up until the 11th hour when they went absolutely above and beyond to make sure the venue was exceptional. I cannot rave enough about the service from the managers, bartenders, chefs and servers. I would highly recommend the Yacht Club as a spectacular wedding venue.

Through-out our year and plus engagement we got to visit the club often and have dinner, and in doing so we got to meet and get to know most of the wonderful staff.
