We can't say enough about our incredible vendor team. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding. Our vendors were communicative, knowledgable, and highly reliable. Zukas was the perfect choice for us - you cannot beat the value this venue delivers. We worked with Alsyon on every detail and she made the wedding truly so easy for us. She truly met every single request and was highly communicative and flexible throughout the process. She even accommodated a few changes the week of. The food was amazing, the bar tenders were fantastic, and the setting was just gorgeous. We are so grateful we went with Zukas and don't have a single regret.

My husband and I were married at Zukas Hilltop Barn 9/16/2023. From the very beginning Alyson was amazing to work with. She was incredibly responsive and insightful. She also worked so well with my vendors and helped guide them as they set up for the day. The venue grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The house to get ready in is perfect. We used The Spa at Zukas for our makeup and were able to use the kitchen and salon area for a little bit as well. The grounds also provide your photographer a plethora of opportunity when taking photos. I cannot talk up the staff enough. They were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to us the entire day! Thank you to Alyson, the Zukas family and the staff for making our day the absolute best! <3

Originally fell in love with the intimate setting this venue brings knowing they host 1 wedding a day, seeing their gorgeous gardens and landscaping, views of rolling hills and the indoor/outdoor setting under a beautiful and large sailcloth tent romantically lined with string lights. A year of planning later and after experiencing a seamless wedding day, it is the staff at Zukas that leave a mark on my husband and I. The staff were so incredibly kind, talented and attentive to us and our guests, beyond what I could have imagined. They are all tenured professionals that know their stuff and want to make your day perfect. Cherry on top - the food and drinks were also amazing. As a special note, working with Alyson at Zukas over the year leading up to wedding day was incredible. She is an excellent communicator, a true expert in her role. She helped make our day perfect and always expressing kindness, even after my many emails with questions on teeny details! 😊

Incredible planning with Alyson - she’s amazing! Food was so good - I got so many compliments from guests about the quality of the food - hot and delicious! The beef you can cut with a fork! I highly recommend this venue - it’s a gorgeous setting full of places for beautiful pictures. They have everything covered too - spa on sight for makeup and hair and place to stay after the wedding if you want. Check it out!

My husband and I got married at Zukas on May 20, 2023. We had an amazing experience with Zukas, and specifically Alyson. She was ridiculously responsive from the very beginning, answering all my questions via email so quickly. We knew as soon as we stepped foot on the grounds that Zukas was a special place. Unfortunately, it poured rain all day on the wedding day so we were unable to get married outside as I had envisioned for months. However, the team at Zukas and Alyson were so calm, collected and organized that the rain did not ruin our day and we pivoted quickly the day before to having the ceremony under the tent. We used the hair and makeup team through Zukas and it worked out perfectly. Everyone loved the food and thought the space was beautiful. We are so grateful for Zukas and Alyson for helping to make our day perfect.

Alyson and the team at Zukas were absolutely amazing. She is so easy to work with, and is so responsive to any questions you might have. The day before the wedding when we went in to do our rehearsal, she was extremely organized and took all of our decorations. We trusted her to set them up in an aesthetic way, and she did not disappoint! Our day ran so smoothly, we literally don't have one complaint. The food was delicious, the ceremony room and reception room are beautiful, and the staff is so quick, efficient, and friendly. A big bonus of this venue is the bridal suite across the driveway to get ready in, and to spend the night in after the wedding. 10/10 recommend booking this venue for your special day. You won't regret it!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our wedding reception at Zukas. Allyson and her team are unmatched in professionalism, kindness, and organization. The site visits and tasting event allowed us to experience all the options we had for food, alcohol, decor and linens. Allyson had many great recommendations for trusted vendors and hotels. After the day of, we had many compliments about the food, wait staff, bartenders, grounds, etc. A special thanks to Kristin and her team at the Zukas spa. They were incredible! Everyone was so happy with their looks. Kristin took extra time at the end of her work day to accommodate my busy schedule for a hair and makeup trial. She was very receptive to my needs and wants, and I highly recommend the spa team for all of your day-of beauty needs!

When you visit Zukas for the first time, you can see how beautiful it is without any decorations/flowers/etc. I cannot express how breathtaking it is when it's fully decorated and ready to go with all the details. I was truly blown away. Not only that, but every single person that we came into contact with throughout the planning process was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Alyson is one of a kind. I cannot say enough about this venue and the overall experience, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Zukas was phenomenal to work with! Our wedding was a hit with all of our guests. The number one thing they all mentioned was how beautiful the venue was and how fantastic the food was!From beginning to end Alyson worked with my husband and I to keep things organized and make the wedding that was in our heads a reality. It all came together better than I could have imagined. It did rain for a short while before the ceremony began, but the crew was quick to get towels and wipe down the ceremony seats before any guest had the opportunity to sit on a wet seat.Decorating was easy as the venue has so much to offer already that it was easiest to be minimal in our decorating budget. My husband and I utilized their offer of the spa and suite for the wedding day. Kristen Hickman and her hair and makeup crew did a wonderful job on me and my girls. All were very professional and personable! The suite after the wedding was a nice and easy reprieve, allowing my husband and I to get rest before packing our decorations the next morning.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Zukas for your wedding/events!

My husband and I got married at Zukas on May 21, 2022. It’s hard to know where to begin because literally everything about this venue is spectacular. The physical place itself is just stunning - think rural, barn-meets-garden, rustic yet timelessly elegant. Zukas only does one event per day, so we had the entire place to ourselves from 10am when the girls and I checked into the bridal suite/salon to start our hair, to 10:30pm when the reception ended. This also meant we had the full, undivided attention of our wedding coordinator, Alyson, who is so amazing she gets her own paragraph in this review! The on-site bridal suite and hair salon was great for getting ready ahead of the ceremony, and the suite was the perfect retreat for my husband and I after the party had ended. We had our ceremony on site at the gazebo, from which point guests were easily guided to the cocktail hour space, and later to the tented reception. It was an unseasonably warm 95 degrees on our wedding day, but the air conditioning in the barn for cocktail hour and the cool shade and breeze under the reception tent kept our guests cool and comfortable all evening. The on-site wedding coordinator, Alyson, was pleasant and professional from the get-go. She was extremely knowledgeable, and graciously answered any and all questions we had during the planning process. On the big day, she was somehow everywhere all at once, never hurried or stressed, cheerfully guiding us from one step to the next. She was there with a plate of hors d'oeuvres so we got to eat in between photos during the cocktail hour, and the wine and water glasses at our sweetheart table appeared to magically refill themselves each time we returned from dancing or mingling with guests. She made the entire process as close to stress-free as wedding planning gets; she was truly a joy to work with!The food deserves its own review because our guests cannot stop talking about how delicious it was. Second only to the ceremony, it’s the one thing everyone commented on. From the passed hor d’oeuvres, to the three-course dinner, to the dessert bar, I can’t count how many people have said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The main dishes came in healthy serving sizes, and the prime rib and stuffed chicken we selected were huge hits. There are quite a few food allergies in my family, and Zukas was wonderfully accommodating when it came to ensuring that everyone had plenty of safe food options. We brought in a small gluten-free cutting cake from an outside bakery (I have Celiac’s) and opted for the dessert bar for our guests. That might have been the best decision of the night because WOW people are still raving about the variety and quality of desserts! The bartenders also get five stars for keeping the good times flowing with their awesome service, which was no small task as everyone was pretty excited about the open bar.I could go on and on about Zukas and everyone who works there. It’s rare to find a wedding venue that is truly as perfect as it looks, and Zukas Hilltop Barn is that wedding venue.

Zukas is an incredible venue with exceptional value for the area. The indoor space is beautiful and needs little decoration since it's already so pretty! You can't beat the outdoor views and scenery. Alyson, the coordinator, is great to work with, really responsive and helpful for any special requests or questions. We really loved being the only wedding on site, it made our day feel very private and special, and we didn't feel rushed at any point. We stayed at the bridal suite overnight and loved that we could just walk across the parking lot and crash after a long and exciting wedding day! We are both vegetarian and many of our guests were as well. Zukas had great meal options and also was great about accommodating food allergies. All of our guests were so impressed with the space and loved everything about Zukas. We are so glad we found them!

So many of our guests commented on how professionally everything was done, as well as how gorgeous the venue was. We were the only wedding of the day, so we had the venue to ourselves, which really made our wedding feel private and special. We couldn’t have found a better place!

Zuka's was the most perfect venue for a fall-time wedding. The grounds are spectacular & you have the whole property to yourself all day. I am so excited to see the photo's simply for the backdrop of the grounds. Alyson was quick to respond and so knowledgeable about little details that I definitely would have forgotten. She was an absolute joy to work with!The spa & bridal suite is a MUST. We had access to the whole house all day to relax, eat, and have hair & make up done on site. The food was spectacular and all so fresh. We got the chocolate fountain for dessert and it was a huge hit!! I absolutely loved the presentation of it all.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Alyson and the entire Zukas team are so accommodating and on top of everything. The venue is so beautiful, and our guests were raving about how amazing it was. Not to mention the food is fantastic! We originally planned a 2020 wedding that did not happen as expected due to COVID. We pushed back the reception to this year, so that we could invite our original guest list and get the full experience we wanted at Zukas. I’m so glad we did, it was worth the wait! The bridal suite is a beautiful spot for getting ready and worth the extra cost. Having the entire property to ourselves was great, as our guests could go take pictures outside on the beautiful grounds, enjoy the fire pit and gazebo, and not bump into other wedding parties. It’s also worth noting that it was a fairly chilly, overcast day, and the tent was well-heated. My only regret is that it’s over!!

Alyson, the wedding coordinator at Zukas, was a dream to work with. She kept us on track and organized, worked with us to accommodate some very specific food allergies, and made the day of run smoothly. Zukas was an absolutely gorgeous venue for our June 2021 wedding, and it was great to rent the bridal suite to stay overnight in and have the girls and I get ready in in the morning. The pricing on the packages was also a steal. I have no regrets, and neither will you if you choose Zukas!

We held my daughter's wedding in October 2020 at Zukas Hilltop Barn and could not have been any happier. The wedding planner/host Alyson was professional and readily available to us whenever we had a question or request during the months of planning, and despite the restrictions of COVID-19 for gatherings, Zukas helped up make the very best of it. The food was excellent, the staff delightful, and the grounds spectacular, and all at a very competitive cost. We could not have had such a special day without Zukas. I could not recommend them any higher.

With the situation changing in MA only 10 days before our wedding we had to make a quick decision on what to do to be able to have all the people we wanted there. Zukas is such a beautiful location. Gorgeous views and grounds that make for stunning photos! Alyson is absolutely incredible and extremely responsive to every question we had! She helped us make sure she our day was perfect and beautiful! She executed our vision perfectly. We have been told so many times by our guests that our venue was spectacular! Our guests were highly impressed by how gorgeous the grounds are, how good the food and desserts were, and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Alyson worked so well with all of our vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly! Zukas and Alyson are both highly recommended!

My husband and I had looked at probably 10+ venues before we looked at Zukas. We just weren't having that ah-ha moment that people talked about...until we drove up to Zukas. We went to Zukas in February of 2018 for our October 2019 wedding. It had just snowed the night before, but we made our way out to Zukas anyways to take a look. As soon as we drove up, and as soon as we walked into the indoor reception area, we knew that this was our venue. The pictures DO NOT do the space justice. Even with the snow on the ground and the fact that the tent that we would have our reception in was not up, we just knew this was where we had to have our wedding.Alyson is honestly the best coordinator you will work with! From the first day we reached out to see the venue, straight through to our wedding day, she was always so communicative (I'm not even sure if she gets any days off because she ALWAYS answers). She is so organized and so calm and made sure that everything was perfect day of! She also made sure that I actually got some of the food at cocktail hour which I was so thankful for!From the amazing grounds that offer a wide variety of photo options, to the beautiful reception tent (that is heated! For those of you who are scared that it will be cold in there for your October wedding...it won't be!), to the newly remodeled bridal suite, to the absolutely amazing food (we got so many rave reviews) I honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue! All of our guests raved that it was one of the most beautiful and elegant and \"truly new england\" weddings that they had ever been to.

The moment we walked into the reception hall of Zukas Hilltop Barn, my now-husband and I knew this was where we wanted to get married. And we definitely made the right choice! Besides being absolutely gorgeous, Zukas as a venue includes food, drinks, linens, a bridal suite, and hair and makeup services, making my job planning the wedding so much easier! Alyson the coordinator is beyond attentive, helpful, and organized. The day went completely smoothly--our ceremony actually started exactly on time, all the details were perfectly arranged and setup by the time I walked in. Not to mention--the entrees and desserts are phenomenal. Not only was the wedding cake the best cake I have ever tasted, several guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! The chocolate fountain and mini ice cream cones were also a huge hit! And they made sure I actually got to eat all of the food I wanted to as the bride. I had the best day of my life here, and I couldn't recommend it more enthusiastically.

After attending my best friend's wedding at Zukas a couple of years ago, my husband and I knew we needed to book this venue for the New England fall wedding we've always dreamed of. And I am SO glad we did!Like so many of reviews of Zukas, I have to start by talking about Alyson, their event/day-of coordinator. Besides being the most calming and level-headed human being, she was also the most attentive and made sure every single detail of the wedding was absolutely perfect. We had so many moving parts, and as the day crept up, she answered every single question I had and problem-solved with me whenever I needed. Alyson, you are an angel!The venue itself was stunning. Getting married on 10/19/19 with an outdoor ceremony was everything I had hoped for - peak foliage, serene and private surroundings. I felt as though our ceremony was the only event happening for miles around. Later, the tent, the lighting, and paper lanterns through their vendor, Greg, created a warm and intimate reception. The food was incredible and Alyson helped me create the perfect menu, including passed hors d'oeurves and a three course sit-down dinner. The guests were raving! Overall, everything was beyond perfect. Book Zukas for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

When we started our venue search, Zukas was the second place we toured. Immediately, we knew it was the perfect place to have our wedding. The grounds are beautiful with tons of great space for photos. We got married in front of the gazebo, which overlooks beautiful hills that were full of foliage in October. My guests were super impressed and almost all of them asked how I found such a gem. We got so many compliments on the food, too! Alyson was our venue coordinator and was a dream to work with. She was professional, super responsive to all of our questions, and understanding when we made (more than a few) changes to our plan for the big day. She was just wonderful! I could not recommend Zuka’s Hilltop Barn enough.

We had a magical wedding day at Zukas. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire planning process thanks to Alyson and her wonderful, friendly, accommodating staff. Talk about someone who is good at her job... she answered every question nearly instantly, remembered every detail and request, and was a delight in making the day run smoothly. The food was spectacular, and they worked with us to create an awesome raw bar that was a hit with our guests. The grounds are stunningly beautiful, the bridal suite was the perfect, peaceful getting ready location for me and the girls, and every detail was above and beyond more perfect than we ever could have imagined. Alyson was extremely helpful from the very beginning when we were inquiring about Zukas. She answered all of our questions very quickly and she was patient with all that we were asking. After booking our date, she made the entire process leading up to the wedding so easy. The day of the wedding while we were getting ready, Alyson and her staff set up all of our decorations exactly how we wanted them. She made the entire night run so smoothly, seriously nothing went wrong!! If you are looking for a beautiful venue, exceptional staff, service, and food look no further!

Everything was spectacular! Wedding planning is no joke but both the staff at Zukas and the vendors they recommended were top of the line. We love the beautiful setting, the gazebo and the pond are gorgeous, and just the overall feel of the place was amazing. Our guests were very impressed. The food was excellent and everything went smoothly on the day of thanks to everyone's hard work. I can't say enough great things about this place. My husband and I have a very special place in our hearts for this gorgeous and peaceful venue!

Zukas Hilltop Barn was the PERFECT place to have our rustic springtime wedding. Alyson was so helpful and attentive, and certainly helped to calm my jitters on our big day. At the rehearsal, Alyson allowed me to drop off all of my decor (which was A LOT), and she held onto my every word as I told her how I would like everything to be set up the following day. The grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the outdoor ceremony space by the gazebo is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend Zukas Hilltop Barn. Our day was perfect!

Zukas was the perfect venue for our big day! Alyson is amazing and made everything we wanted for our wedding happen. She was so attentive and worked so well with our vision and theme overall! Our food was great and all the guests got exactly what they wanted and the process was so simple to follow and we had a few meetings to go over things in detail. Zukas is such an beautiful venue and I would highly recommend them for anyone’s wedding!

I can't say enough of how pleased I was having my daughter's bridal shower on April 28, 2019. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the venue was clean and beautiful. Alyson is the coordinator there and she was easy to work with and had great ideas to make the day a success. The owners were on-site helping with the set-up, the bar and ensuring everything I asked for was fulfilled. Thank you for a memorable day!

Our experience with Zukas was great. Alyson was so helpful and easy to reach for the entire year leading up to our wedding. We were planning from across the country, and we had zero stress from anything having to do with the venue. When the day finally arrived, everything went so smoothly and the room (we had an indoor winter wedding) was decorated impeccably. I had provided the decorations and some general instructions about where I'd like what, but they really made it look wonderful. We also received many compliments on the food and cake (which were fantastic). They were very flexible and happy to accommodate the vegetarian and vegan guests we had, and even offered to come up with an off-menu vegan meal since the ones offered didn't really fit the theme of the other meal choices we had picked. It was, hands down, the best vegetarian wedding food I've ever had. The service was also very efficient and well paced. No one felt rushed, but everything was served promptly to leave us plenty of time to dance afterward. One small warning, when we went to the tasting/expo event they do for all the couples hosting their weddings within the year, the food was only okay and the service was eh (must have had something to do with how much variety they provided/service style/volume, which were not at all how a wedding is normally run). Don't be nervous if you feel the same way!I am so happy we chose Zukas for our wedding reception! It was perfect.

Zukas was absolutely amazing! My husband and I got married there on November 30th and I can't say enough good things about the venue! Alyson was absolutely amazing from the day we booked our date up to the big day! She was always very prompt at answering every one of my many emails and was always so helpful. The day of our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. It even snowed! It was a beautiful rustic winter wedding! The food was absolutely delicious as well! Kristen, Taylor, and Melissa from the spa were fantastic as well! I cannot say enough great things about them! Thank you Zukas for making our wedding day perfect!

I cannot say enough about Zukas as a wedding venue - I had the most amazing experience and would HIGHLY recommend to any bride. First of all, the location is completely stunning and the grounds are incredibly well kept. The views are breathtaking and everything from the tent to the cocktail hour space to the bridal suite are clearly very well taken care of. So many of my guests came up to me throughout the night to compliment how amazing everything was. Alyson was so amazing throughout the whole process - she is so attentive and has such a warm personality. I always felt so welcome when I came for a visit and as we got closer to the day, she helped to calm my nerves about weather and all the crazy things brides obsess about. Our day went SO seamless because of Alyson and the staff at Zukas, I felt like so much care and attention went into the execution of every detail. We could not be happier with our experience and are so grateful to have had such an amazing wedding venue.

Do not look any further! I am not a typical reviewer but I feel after our wedding I HAVE to share! Zukas does it all, their package is all encompassing. You have the grounds to yourself for the day, there is only one wedding a day, you can rent the bridal suite to get ready in, use their spa for hair, makeup, nails, etc. The food was immaculate. Alyson was timely, efficient, responsive, she made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. All of our family and friends say that our wedding was hands down the best, from the grounds, the tent, the food.

Alyson is amazing! She made sure our wedding day was set up beautifully and her staff did a wonderful job! Zukas has a gorgeous tent with string lights inside. There are many places to take photos or walk around with amazing views. The food was AMAZING as well! We wanted to have a late night snack for our guests so we did a mac and cheese bar with toppings and it was awesome. I truly can't say enough about Alyson and her team at Zukas. Absolutely flawless and so wonderful to work with!

Working with Zukas and Alyson was the best decision we made. Alyson was so nice and professional and answered our countless emails really quickly (no matter the hour). I felt so comfortable having her there to manage everything- she made sure it was all smooth and easy.The venue itself is so beautiful. We had the tent for our reception and it was really gorgeous and spacious. It was a hot July night and never got too sweaty even while dancing the night away. The salmon was seriously SO GOOD. I can’t stop thinking about it.Every single part of Zukas was perfect- I highly recommend!

We are absolutely thrilled that we hosted our wedding at Zukas - our guests had so many nice things to say about the stunning venue and excellent food. The grounds and gardens are lovingly cared for and truly beautiful. Alyson was amazing to work with. She was clear and extremely responsive throughout the planning process, and her calm energy made us feel at ease. She made sure everything went smoothly on the day of, so that we could enjoy being with family and friends. From the moment we turned onto the property we knew that Zukas was where we wanted to get married, but we didn't anticipate how amazed we would be with the whole experience. Alyson and the Zukas staff were cool and collected throughout the process, taking the time to answer our questions, and making sure no details were missed. Everything about Zukas was seamless from the first email through the end of our wedding day. The venue is beautiful (in all seasons), grounds are kept pristine and the food is great, but most importantly the staff (we worked primarily with Alyson) is incredible. The attention to details, expertise, and calm presence throughout the year and day of made everything so easy and stress free. We were married in May and with the tricky spring weather had to make a last minute move inside to dodge a rain storm. It was handled so quickly and efficiently and in such a relaxed and professional manner. The ceremony went on without hitch! Zukas is top notch. I'd host our wedding (or any event) there in an instant. Thank you, Zukas!

Alyson was great! She’s super accommodating and very quick to answer emails. On the day of the wedding I was a mess and running behind. All of my decorations are DIY, I gave her very minimal instructions of how I wanted everything to be set up but she totally understood my vision and everything came out amazing! The food was great! I loved loved loved the chocolate cake. Again, I was running about an hour behind schedule and I was a hot mess inside, but no one noticed because Alyson was so good and making sure everything ran smoothly! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and Alyson and her team on on point!

What a beautiful venue! My husband and I were married at Zukas November 2017. Leading up to the wedding Alyson (the wedding coordinator) was amazing and responded quickly to any questions I had. The staff on the wedding day were professional, great and really payed attention to the little details. We had so many compliments on how delicious all the food was! The indoor barn and the beautiful outdoor scenery made for the best pictures. I did utilize the spa services for myself and the bridal party and they did an amazing job and had us ready ahead of schedule. We loved having our wedding at Zukas and would highly recommend it! Without a doubt, having our wedding at Zukas was a phenomenal experience. From start to finish we had a blast and everything exceeded our expectations. Alyson (the wedding coordinator/catch all for everything) was extremely professional, attentive and responsive throughout the whole experience. Zukas does a great food tasting where there are tons of couples invited and the whole venue is set up almost like a wedding is going on so you get to see everything as it might actually be for your wedding. We also utilized the spa services the day of and the bridal suite the night of. Our servers were so sweet and put together a basket with cake and breakfast food for the next morning. We got married in September and we used the tent and had plans to have our ceremony on site as well outside. Unfortunately, it rained the entire day of our wedding. I have to say I was incredibly sad, but at the end of the day Alyson did a wonderful job of making the tent feel special for our ceremony and setting up an isle to walk down. We ended up having a double rainbow and I wouldn't have asked for a more perfect day. THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

We recently had our wedding at Zuka’s Hilltop Barn and could not have been more pleased with our choice. We felt that what we got for what we paid for far exceeded our expectations. We had both our ceremony & reception onsite indoors. Alyson, the coordinator, is truly exceptional. She was incredibly quick to respond to our dozens of questions from the day we booked through our wedding. She was calm, polished, organized, and always had a smile on her face. Actually, to say that she is organized is an understatement! You’ll have to work with her to see what I mean :) We felt that all of our questions were as important to them as they were to us, and had no worries or stress on our wedding day because of how caring she was. My husband and I found ourselves wrapped up in the whirlwind of the evening and somehow didn’t eat more than the bite of cake we fed each other. To our surprise and delight, not only did the staff pack up the top tier of our cake, but they also boxed up a slice for each of us to enjoy later. All of the food was delicious! The portions were the biggest I’ve ever had at a wedding, and our family and friends raved about the quality of it to us. The venue itself and grounds are so beautiful and well taken care of. My maid-of-honor and I stayed in the Bridal Suite the night before our wedding. We were so comfortable. It provided a lot of peace of mind to have everyone come to us and we did not have to leave to go anywhere. We utilized the Spa for both hair and makeup. Kristen and her team were so fun and friendly and did an amazing job with hair and makeup. The team at Zuka’s were truly a pleasure to work with. They really made our day what we wanted it to be. It felt and appeared completely effortless and stress-free. I wouldn’t have changed a thing, and 100% recommend this venue to any couple-to-be! I’d love to tell you more, but if you do pick Zuka’s, I want you to be as happy as I was for all the little wonderful surprises throughout the day!

Venue of our dreams does not even come close to describing Zukas Hilltop Barn. From the moment we took our first tour, we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding-- and it was well worth the nearly 2 year (Booked in 12/15 for 10/17) wait for a beautiful October Saturday. Alyson will answer any question- no matter how minor, silly, stupid, or how many times you've already asked the same thing. We heard rave reviews about the food before our wedding and received nothing short of the same reaction from our own guests. We requested a carrot cake (sans raisins and nuts) to keep in line with our fall-ish theme and they came through with a delicious and beautiful cake. Alyson arranged for us to have specific signature drinks and was even going to secure a favorite hard cider of ours that is brewed in NY. She allowed us to come and walk the grounds on multiple occasions to check it out and get a feel for exactly what we wanted. We requested the Butternut Squash Ravioli as our vegetarian option due to the multitude of fabulous reviews and they agreed to make it even though it technically isn't this years option. I could literally go on forever- the grounds are magnificent- the tent lights up beautifully- the food is amazing- the service is impeccable. Do yourself a favor and book Zukas for your wedding, I can guarantee that you will feel relieved knowing that your day is in the best hands possible and that they will do everything in their power to make it the wedding of your dreams. Bravo Alyson and the Zukas team, thanks so much for all that you did you make our day exactly what we imagined and more. We wish we could go back and do it over and over and over again.

We can’t even begin to express how happy we are with the Zukas staff. We held our wedding there in early October, and attribute how smoothly everything went to Alyson and her team. We didn’t have to deal with any of the nitty-gritty detail at all--everything just chugged smoothly along. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic (we’re still getting complements from stunned guests who were wowed by the cuisine), and the venue was gorgeous as always, even though it rained. The transition of plans from outdoor to indoor was seamless, and everything went off without a hitch. We spent at least the first half of our honeymoon congratulating ourselves for throwing the perfect wedding, but really so much of that credit goes to the Zukas team for their flawless choreography and beautiful setting. Also, but really, the food was incredible. During the planning stages, the Alyson was always quick to respond to questions, and as a policy they are very up-front about any costs associated with their facilities--there were no surprises or hidden charges (this was not the norm at most other places we visited, so it was a very welcome change). We rented the bridal suite as well so we could finish getting ready there and then spent the night on-sight. The suite was the perfect end to a perfect day :D Their recommended vendors are all fantastic as well--the process of choosing our wedding adventure was very smooth and stress-free thanks to them!! We did a Monday evening wedding in early october with the help of Scott Metzger as photographer and All That Entertainment (Zeke) as DJ. Makeup and bridal hair by Chateau Cheveux (west boyleston), and bridesmaids hair by the Zukas Spa team.

Couldn't have made a better choice. I have no words for how stunning the venue is and how many compliments we've received that Zukas was the most beautiful wedding venue our guests have ever been to. They have it all; an on site suite to get ready in, a gorgeous outdoor ceremony area and an equally gorgeous area for the reception and areas to take photos in. Our guests were in LOVE with our venue and so were we. We have had a chance to see all our photos and our pictures came out so amazing due to all the beauty that surrounded us. Alyson was such a pleasure to work with; was so receptive and helpful every step of the way! Zukas Hilltop Barn is GORGEOUS; you will not be disappointed.

Zukas had everything my wife and I wanted for our big day. They do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all on site (so nice having everything in one location). They do in house catering which includes the wedding cake and alcohol and their food packages include tax and gratuity, which is incredibly convenient when it comes to calculating costs. They also have a la carte options as well. The cake itself was quite simple, but it was super delicious and we were able to dress it up real nice with some flowers from our florist and a nice topper. The venue itself was beautiful. We had an outdoor ceremony and a tented reception at the end of July and everything was so lush and green and their gardens were beautiful. The value for everything is amazing - we paid a total of around $12,000 for everything: site rental, tent rental, catering and open bar for ~100 guests, bridal suite, etc. They also only do one wedding a day, which was a big thing for us. Their coordinator, Alyson, is the best. We had some pretty response vendors overall, but Alyson was the most responsive by far. We would send her an email with some questions and more often than not, we'd have a reply within 10 minutes! She was so helpful and so nice and just all around wonderful! All of the Zukas staff was fantastic for that matter! Our reception ended at 10PM, but we had a few stragglers (ourselves included) that were hanging around for a little bit after and they weren't trying to rush us or herd us out the door. They were so patient and even gave us a little breakfast basket to enjoy in the morning!One last thing: if there are any guests that cancel on you at the last minute, Zukas will donate any unused food to the local food pantry, which we thought was really awesome!

I just got married this past Sunday. My husband and I have nothing but good to say about Zukas Hilltop Barn. Alyson is so amazing. She responds to emails quickly and is very flexible, organized and nice. We were able to customize our meal package and had all kinds of lawn games. The food is delicious, I had several guests tell me they had the best steak in their life on our wedding night. The landscaping/scenery is beautiful, the staff was SO NICE and everything went so smoothly. If you are thinking about having your wedding here, just do it. You won't regret it.

The grounds at zukas are breathtaking. It's easily one of the most beautiful, romantic places to get married. The staff was so professional and helpful on our wedding day, and Alyson, their wedding coordinator, was so great to work with. She was there every step of the way, answering all questions, big and small. We have received so many compliments on the venue, food, etc. Close friends are now meeting with Alyson as they potentially want to get married there now after coming to our wedding. My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Zukas Hilltop Barn back in May. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and their staff/service. Alyson, the onsite wedding coordinator, was incredible throughout the entire process and was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. She also made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. We had our ceremony outside in front of the gazebo and our reception was inside the tent - everything was perfect and beautiful. We chose the Mahogany package for our wedding and I would highly recommend it. I would say it's definitely the best value for what you're getting. It came with an ice sculpture, which was such a nice touch. For dessert, with the cake, they had a chocolate fondue fountain with an expansive display of fruits and other things to dip in the chocolate. They go above and beyond and it really does show. The grounds are stunning and there are so many beautiful places to take photos. Also, the bridal suite is a great place to get ready with your girls its a good size and would be a nice place to spend your first night as Mr. and Mrs. I highly recommend Zukas as a wedding venue - I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over, it was truly the best day of my life!

Our wedding experience at the Zukas Hilltop Barn was absolutely perfect. We were sold from our first visit; the breathtaking private grounds, exceptional menu, and the wedding coordinator Alyson Russo. Alyson was so wonderful to work with- she was prompt to respond to any and all questions no matter how small and was beyond attentive on our wedding day. We also utilized the bridal suite and spa for hair and make-up which was so convenient. Kristin and the rest of the girls were great to work with, accommodating our large group. My make-up and hair looked great, as did our Mom’s and bridesmaids. On our wedding day the venue and grounds were immaculate. We had our ceremony outside on the grounds to make the most of the beautiful scene. We also used their tent, which is very large, comfortable, heated and gorgeous Alyson and the staff took great care in setting up the decorations I had brought a few days prior at our rehearsal. During our photos, before and after the ceremony, Alyson was right there checking-in on us and keeping us on track. She even jumped in and helped out at our photo booth! All of the food was incredible! My husband and I were so excited that the staff had kindly placed our meals and wedding cake in to-go’s when greeting our guests took longer than expected. They have an exceptional service staff. It’s hard to highlight all of the things we loved about Zukas, but hearing from our guests that it was the best wedding ever further highlighted that we made an amazing choice. If you’re considering them, go see the property and speak with Alyson. Use their preferred vendors too!

Zukas is absolutely beautiful, and in spring/summer the entire venue is blossoming in flowers and greenery, adding additional beauty to your big day. But most importantly, the staff is fantastic throughout the entire process. The coordinator, Alyson, was incredibly helpful to us and gave a lot of direction, which was great because we planned the whole thing ourselves and used a friend as our JOP instead of someone with experience. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole night, and everything went off without a hitch, which I attribute to Alyson's work as the coordinator. The service staff was also very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which makes a big difference in terms of guest experience.

From the time we booked the date to the time we checked out of the bridal suite the morning after the wedding was absolute perfection. I don't say that lightly either since I am not easily impressed. Alyson is amazing and her calm, cool and professional manner make everything run smoothly. Our day was absolutely perfect, the food was out of this world. Pasta was al'dente, veggies so fresh and crisp! The grounds were immaculate and service was impeccable. When you read all these reviews of people raving about Zukas - they are entirely true and from the heart. I wish every bride and groom could be so lucky to get married here. My husband and I recently got married at Zukas Hilltop Barn. We honestly could not have chosen a better venue to celebrate our fairytale day. From beginning to end, everything was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, Alyson was extremely prompt with answering any e-mails we sent to her and was always able to answer any questions we had. She was very flexible if my husband or I wanted to make any changes to decisions we made. The day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I got ready at the Spa in the same building as the Bridal Suite (which is located right at the venue!). It was a wonderful experience and all of my bridesmaids and I were very happy with our hair and make-up. Kristen was very flexible and had to deal with many different lengths and styles of hair and everyone's hair looked beautiful! Jen wanted to please and would make any changes needed throughout the make-up process. She was tremendous! Also, as the bride, it was so calming to be at the venue getting ready, verse a hotel. It was stress free! Alyson did a wonderful job keeping all of us on schedule (we had a very large bridal party!). She made sure everyone was where they needed to be throughout the day. My husband and I did a \"first look\" and Alyson kept coming out to check if we needed anything, from food to drinks! Also, while I was waiting for the ceremony to begin, she brought a cheese and cracker spread and water for the bridesmaids and I to snack on. The rest of the night went perfectly! Everyone enjoyed the food (prime rib and stuffed sole). People cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue is and how perfect our day was! I would highly recommend Zukas!!

We loved having our wedding at Zukas Hilltop Barn and would highly recommend this as a venue. From the beginning, Allyson was amazing to work with. She was super fast in answering all of my questions through email. As a venue, Zukas was absolutely beautiful, providing us the perfect blend of elegance and class without feeling stuffy like estate venues or like a boxy hotel ballroom. The view from the hilltop is phenomenal and provided an amazing backdrop. This venue provided the best option in case of rain, of all the venues I considered, though we didn’t use it. We appreciated the Bridal Suite, using it as a great place the hang out after the party with our out-of-town guests and to collapse in exhaustion after a great day! We also used the Zukas Salon for hair and make-up and would recommend those services as well. It was so relaxing and convenient to get ready on site and have everything we needed right there. Kristin was great to work with in scheduling the trial appointment and providing advice on hair accessories. They were so accommodating to work with our early start time (6:30am!)As a catering service, Zukas Hilltop Barn was outstanding. The food was affordable and was absolutely delicious. The wait-staff was incredibly efficient and served our guests quickly. They also provided the best ice cream bar for our June wedding, with tons of do it yourself toppings. Everyone loved it! The bar had incredible drinks, which our guests were raving about.As a package, everything about Zukas was efficient and well-done. I felt so at ease, knowing that any little detail I had forgotten would be smoothed over by Alyson. I chose a non-vegan vegetarian dish, but they made a vegan dish for my guest without my needing to ask. They put out their own crystal bowl to hold favor bags. Everything was so stream-lined and they were so accommodating. We chose to work with many of the preferred vendors and I knew that each vendor knew Zukas so well that I didn’t have to worry about cross-communicating between them because they knew each other so well! Our guests repeatable came up to us, and still do months later, telling us it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. It would not have been possible without the amazing team at Zukas Hilltop Barn. Thank you Allyson and Lynn and everyone for such a wonderful, fabulous day. It could not have been more perfect.

We had so many compliments on the beautiful tent, the food, and the cake! Alyson was so helpful in organizing our day and was alway so prompt with her responses to my questions. We are so happy we chose Zukas for our day, we wouldn't have changed a thing!

I cannot say enough good things about Zukas Hilltop Barn. We had our wedding here in April and couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. We actually almost missed out on this venue thinking it was more expensive than it actually was, but thanks to a friend, we went back and looked at it again and to our surprise, it was well within budget. It is almost shocking how affordable Zukas is for the quality of everything you get. They don’t try to sneak in any extra fees and are up front with you on the cost of everything. For everything you get, they are very affordable.Alyson is the wedding coordinator there and she was so easy to work with. I actually don’t even know if she ever slept, because no matter when you sent her an email, she almost always responded back within 5 minutes. We never had to worry about anything because Alyson was always there with an answer to everything. She was incredibly attentive and helpful and was always so welcoming! Two days before our wedding, we met with Alyson to bring her our wedding decorations and explain to her our vision and the day of the wedding she delivered. Everything we had brought in was set up exactly how we had imagined it. We rented out the bridal suite and she stopped over a few times throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed and to bring over refreshments. She remained there throughout the remainder of the day until our ceremony was over and photos began. Their grounds are immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect backdrop for our photos! She was so attentive to everyone’s needs and we cannot thank her enough! A lot of brides and grooms do not get a chance to eat during their reception, but we made it a point to be able to sit down and eat and we are happy we did. The food was probably one of the best meals we ever had. We had three meal options (chicken, prime rib, and butternut squash ravioli) and we still have friends and family telling us how great the food was…. not to mention the cake! The cake was unbelievably tasty and we are happy we went with Zukas to make the cake! The reception staff were also great – everyone that works at Zukas was friendly and attentive and thanks to all of them, we were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding! I wish we could relive our wedding at Zukas a hundred times over – we highly recommend them!

This venue was fantastic. The grounds are picturesque, the tent is beautiful, the waitstaff are friendly and attentive, and the food is great. Alyson, the events coordinator at the venue, was incredible. She was professional, strait forward and prompt with answering all phone calls and emails (the same day). I don't know how she gives that much attention to all couples during wedding season! We had the greatest time. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

My wife and I are still recovering from all of the fun we had at our wedding at Zukas Hilltop Barn last weekend! Not only did we think that Zukas was without a doubt the most perfect (and picturesque!) venue for our wedding, the staff from start to finish was truly what made our wedding amazing. Our venue coordinator, Alyson Russo, answered every question without delay (of which there were far more than I care to admit!), kept in contact with us from our very first meeting, and I know that she and her staff are a large part of the reason my new wife and I were able to stay stress-free (well, within reason :) ) during our planning process. We even had a moment to steal away from everyone for some pictures by the fire pit.\r\r The venue looked absolutely beautiful and we cannot thank Zukas enough for the seemingly effortless set up and break down of our event. The Bridal Suite was gorgeous and so accommodating and I cannot gush enough about the property grounds and the reception space. I also wanted to highlight one of their servers - I have been kicking myself for not getting her name. At every point of the night that I ran into her (which was surprisingly often!), she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that most importantly, ensuring that we were taking time to truly enjoy our wedding. She always met me with a smile and seemed just as excited as we were to be there. It is gestures like hers that I know I will still remember 50 years from now.\r\r The food from cocktail hour to dinner service to cake was out of this world! All in all, last weekend was hands down the best night of both our lives. Alyson and her team helped us to create a wedding that makes me happy-cry when I think of it, and one that I know none of our guests will soon forget. Zukas - the property, the venue, the staff, and most especially Alyson, are top notch! We will be recommending Zukas Hilltop Barn for years and years to come.

We just had our wedding there on Columbus Day and it was absolutely beautiful!! The grounds were incredible for foliage and the tent was incredible!! Everyone complimented on how delicious the food was and how much fun they had! Alyson was amazing and was so kind at meeting our requests. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Zukas! And the price was great!

We used Zuka's both for our ceremony site and our reception. The site itself is beautiful, we were married overlooking the hills and in front of the gazebo. The only downside to using the location for your ceremony and reception is that you are limited for total time including ceremony for 5.5 hours. We did not feel we had enough time for the reception as our ceremony started late and ran over on time. The cocktail hour is held inside an air conditioned room which is great for the summer and has big fireplaces for the winter. The tent was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful and put together our candy buffet, and all of our other pieces. The one downside in the evening was the mosquitos, but once the sides of the tent went down, that problem went away quite quickly. Alyson was great and very responsive even to the most stupid question. They have a bridal suite across the parking lot that you can rent for $200 per night, even if you only wanted it for the day of the wedding you still have to pay the $200, but you could stay overnight as well.

Zukas Hilltop Barn is the perfect venue for any couple who doesn't want to worry about their special day. You can have complete confidence that your vision will come to life. If it is elegant, rustic, day or night, it will be all you hoped for and more. \r\rThe staff, the grounds, and the food were perfect. All the unexpected moments were also taken care of like dealing with the other vendors (band, cake, flowers, etc...) and made your idea of your perfect day your reality. \r\rWe had a rustic wedding with a pile of decorative items. We dropped them off the night before with a few thoughts of what it could look like. Alyson and her team made it look beautiful. As the bride you can only guess how everything will come together. You may have a vision but you have to put a lot of faith in others to make it happen. Zukas did just that. Thank you!

Five stars are not nearly enough to describe how amazing Zukas Hilltop Barn and its entire staff, especially Alyson, are! We had the most incredible experience working with Alyson from day one and wouldn't have traded it for anything. The folks at Zukas know exactly what to do to make your wedding day go off without a hitch. The craziest part of how great the entire staff is, is that you never even see them! They are in and out of the reception tent, waiting in the wings to fix anything that is out of place and make sure everything stays top notch. Our guests cannot stop raving about the view at Zukas, nor the food. Talk about delicious! If I had all of the money in the world to plan my wedding, I would still go back and choose Zukas every single time. Brides, book your wedding at Zukas Hilltop Barn. You will NOT regret it.

If there were one word we could use to describe Zukas it would be perfection! We got married at Zukas on September 12th, and in the year leading up to the wedding the planning process could not have been any more pleasant and easy! From the moment we first toured Zukas with Alyson, we knew it was right for us. The \"magic\" moment was when we walked out underneath the beautiful, grand tent and Alyson flipped the white lights on. We were instantly in love. From there forward, every interaction with Alyson was a pleasure. That woman is a superhero! I can't even imagine how many emails she must receive daily, but always answered mine within what seemed like minutes! \rAttending the tasting was a highlight of the planning, as we were treated to so many delicious menu options it was very difficult to pick what we wanted. But, in the end we were so happy with all the food, and our guests raved about everything! One of the main reasons we chose Zukas was because we knew they would have everything perfectly planned and run like a well-oiled machine, and it clearly showed on the big day. On the day of the wedding every single staff member was so courteous and professional, and everything went off without a hitch! We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but are so happy to say that moment never came. From the rehearsal, helping to organize and setup place cards and the guest book, coordinating with the DJ, photographers, florist, and our Justice of the Peace, it was clear everyone was working so hard behind the scenes to execute such a flawless event, and to help make our day perfect, and for that we are so very grateful. We even got to chat with Mr. Zukas briefly and were so glad we did because we wanted to thank him personally for hosting such an amazingly beautiful venue. \r\rWe used the spa and bridal suite on site to get ready. Kristen did a great job perfectly coordinated the timing of everyone’s hair and makeup, and they were actually done early! All the women looked stunningly beautiful, and I loved how my hair and makeup turned out! The spa is very reasonably priced and it was so nice to just arrive there first thing in the morning and not have to worry about running late or driving from place to place.\r\rThe icing on the cake was how incredibly gorgeous everything turned out. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather, which just made enjoying the grounds that much more special. Everything is so perfectly and meticulously landscaped, but still maintains a very rustic and natural beauty. We chose to move our ceremony off to the side of where it is usually held, to face the field and valley. Alyson helped to setup exactly what I envisioned and again, it was perfect! The most special part of the venue and our day was when we got to walk out and have our first dance under the lit tent. It was a magical moment. We chose to have the up lighting and paper lanterns from our DJ (Greg Bedard, who is highly recommended by Zukas), which just added that much more of a special feel. We still get goosebumps reminiscing about that moment. \rThe bonus of the whole day is the great value you receive at Zukas. The price cannot be beat! We felt like we had a million dollar wedding for what was actually a very reasonable cost, and it goes without saying that we would recommend Zukas to anyone! ! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Alyson, the Zukas family, and everyone who worked at our wedding! It was perfect.

The location of your wedding is a BIG deal...I wasn't aware of this until I started looking. When I started this journey it was chaos- I looked at so many different venues and was instantly overwhelmed by the information, cost and details to consider. The moment I toured Zukas Hilltop Barn and met Alyson, all of this calmed and the rest of the details all fell in place. The communication with Alyson during our engagement was impeccable-as a bride you will have random thoughts at anytime of the day or night so I was astonished that Alyson always responded within minutes! Planning the wedding was a breeze with her to guide me. She made suggestions, offered advice and was always smiling!\rThe venue itself us astonishing! Overlooking fields and mountains...the New England foliage was the perfect backdrop for our wedding! When you walk into the barn where our cocktail hour was held, my jaw hit the floor. The fireplace, the bar, the chandeliers and the hard wood everywhere is gorgeous!! It was everything I imagined all on one place!\rNow on to the food...no words can describe how amazing it is! Expect to clear you plate at your dinner service...my husband did before I could even ask for a bite of his beef! All of our friends and family are still taking about how good the food was!\rThe day of our wedding was a little chilly and overcast but Zukas'backdrop was sheer perfection for not only the wedding day but the photos my photographer captured! Our wedding was October 24 and the foliage was so beautiful! The barn, the tent, the outide property and even the bathrooms were so well maintained. I received so many compliments from friends and family- most stating it was one of the best weddings they have attended. \rWhen I look back on my wedding night, the only word that I can think of is perfect...for so many reasons but a large reason is Alyson...I can not say it enough. The night of the rehearsal, I came in thinking I was so organized with all my decorations and last minute \"to do's\" but as I began explaining where I wanted what, my head started spinning and I felt confused. Alyson just stood there taking her notes and nodding...I think I asked her a million times if I was even making sense at this point...she smiled and said yes. At that point, and you will see what I mean, you'll just accept that if something isn't done it just wasn't meant to be. I do not know how she did it but EVERYTHING was where I intended it to be! The venue looked amazing when I arrived! Even the last minute cheese plate she said she would have for the bridal party in the suite! \rSo as I go on and on about all of this I get so excited that so many brides will experience what I felt the night of my wedding and will continue to feel for a long time because very little in this world is perfect...your wedding night should be one of them. I am so beyond happy mine was!

My wedding was in september of this year, myself and my family were very happy with the wedding we had as Zukas. Lynn (the owner) and Alyson (wedding coordinator) were very accommodating to requests or question that we had. The bridal suite was beautiful and allowed us plenty of time to relax while getting ready. The food was excellent as always. My only complaint was that I had paid extra for the champagne toast and even bought personalized toasting flutes for my husband and I at our head table, and when we went to toast each other after the speeches I noticed that we did not have any champagne. I looked around and noticed everyone else did, but somehow the bride and groom were forgotten or missed, not sure how that happened. It was just kind of disappointing and surprising that out of ALL the guests they forgot to give the bride and groom champagne, and I went out of my way to buy the cute glasses. It was just one of those moments where my husband and I were like \"really? How can you forgot the bride and groom?\" Not to sound stuck up but at a wedding the bride and groom and the guests of honor! We still had a great experience overall with Zukas and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a wedding in a beautiful, country setting.

Everything on the day of, and the many days leading up to, our big day on 8/20/14 was perfect at Zukas Hilltop Barn! Alyson coordinated everything flawlessly and always responded to our emails quickly and with a calming tone ;-) The grounds at Zukas are absolutely GORGEOUS – which really saved on floral costs as there are hanging flowers everywhere – and white so it matches with everything and looks very beautiful. The owners, Lynn & Peter were awesome too – Lynn is the chef and when you are both the owner and the chef- you know the food is going to be good! The food was amazing – everyone said it was the best food they had at a wedding. We gave choices to our guests of beef tenderloin (we held the peppercorn) and chicken with a cranberry herb spread. We had the ice punch bowl and it was a great touch! Everything from initial meeting, to consutation meeting 6 months before, to the week of and day after with helping us load up our car was awesome. We worked with Arthur & Arlene Tatro for our Justice of the Peace – they live right near Zukas, know the place inside and out, are incredibly detail oriented, friendly, and personable and they really made the day and ceremony so incredibly special! We stayed at the Bridal Suite that night and HIGHLY recommend this. We debated back and forth because we also wanted to spend time with guests who stayed at the Comfort Inn in Spencer – but staying at the Bridal Suite was perfect. We got to be alone and talk about the day and it really helped the whole day sink in! They made an adorable breakfast basket for us to have the next morning with breads and cereal and fruit – amazing! Our rustic elegant wedding that was dreamed up in our heads and pintrest came alive on a perfect magical day thanks to Zukas and their staff! SO happy – for any questions feel free to email! I got married at Zukas Hilltop Barn on August 23rd, 2014. I literally do not have one single complaint about the venue, service, food, prices, etc. It was my dream come true. It has been almost two weeks since my wedding and I am STILL getting emails and texts from my friends and family saying how it was by far the best wedding they have been to. And they wouldnt lie either! I think this venue can fit what any bride and groom are looking for. Good luck! Oh, and you cant forget how lovely and professional the owners are and the wedding coordinator, Alyson. They truly made my day as special as it was perfect!

Zukas is a magical place, and we are still hearing from guests how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, if not the best (including their own...) Here's why: \r1. The actual venue is breathtaking. Rolling hills, twinkly tent, vegetable gardens, chickens (!), wooden fences, flowering dreamy meadows, a black and white dance floor, a spacious cocktail hour room with a big wooden bar, beams, fire pit, stone fireplace, and comfy couches. I imagine it is a photographer's dream. The place is gorgeous. You have the whole place to yourself and you feel like you're in another world even though it is outside of Worcester. And it's cost-effective! \r2. The food is incredible! I still have guests talking about the cake. My sister-in-law made up a dance in honor of the cake to \"Just Can't Get Enough.\" Each part of the meal was beautiful and tasty, and we loved the sorbet to \"cleanse the palate\" that was served before the entree. The food is fresh and yummy, and some is grown right on site. This venue is very environmentally friendly, as you can read about on the website. \r3. Alyson is a miracle worker. She really cares. She kept us on track, answered emails faster than I think is humanly possible, is incredibly organized and not overwhelming, and such a kind, welcoming presence. When we were leaving the venue the next day (we stayed overnight in their incredible honeymoon suite), she met us outside to return all the things we forgot the night before (whoops!) We did our own decor and she set everything up perfectly! Thank you, Alyson!! Zukas can never lose her since she is one of the best parts of our experience! We also had a great time at the tasting with Alyson. Many couples were there, and there was music, a champagne fountain, drinks, every food option (so clever - like the edible spoons!), decor, etc. It was very helpful. \rWe are so grateful to Zukas to providing us a gorgeous, surreal, stress-free, EASY wedding process and wedding day. Thank you so much!

Zukas was the most beautiful venue I visited in the Central MA area. The grounds are immaculate and the views from the hill are breathtaking. The value per person was extremely reasonable. We chose the prime rib and the maple glazed salmon. The salmon was delicious and the prime rib was tasty-- although it was cooked well-done and we specifically requested medium to medium-rare. \rAllison, the wedding coordinator at Zukas, was amazing! She made the entire process easy by offering choices.

My husband and I spent months searching for the perfect location for our wedding. I was ready to pitch a tent in the middle of a field...and then we discovered Zukas. The grounds are exquisite, the staff is unbelievable, the service and attention is amazing, the food is delicious, and Alyson is phenomenal! We did not worry about a single thing;we had a schedule which Alyson kept us on with the help of our JP and photographers and the night went smoothly! We have been getting compliments left and right at what a fantastic venue Zukas is, how great the food was, and we had guests saying it was The best wedding ever. We could not thank the members at Zukas enough, they put in so many hours of work and we are forever grateful and fortunate to have our wedding memories here. Thank you!!

I don't even know how to put into words how beautiful our wedding was! I can't thank the coordinator, Alyson enough for her professionalism, poise and helpfulness throughout the day. Everything was so seamless and I know her and the rest of the Zuka's staff did everything to make that a priority. I will definitely remember how perfect the day went for the rest of my life! Alyson was also extremely helpful in the planning process and I really appreciated her quick response to my every question and request. She was the easiest and most helpful contact I had throughout the whole wedding planning process! All of my guest said it was the most fun and unique wedding they've ever been to and I couldn't agree more!

We discovered Zukas Hilltop Barn when looking for an outdoor, rustic setting for our May 2014 wedding. I don't know how I came across Zukas but I am so glad I did.\r\rTheir wedding coordinator, Alyson, was a dream come true and helped us plan our dream wedding, responding right away to any questions we had. She helped coordinate the wedding we envisioned and ensured that our big day was as stress free as possible.\r\rThe location of Zukas is amazing and the views are spectacular. The food was probably the best I've had at any wedding before, starting with the cocktail hour right through the dessert.\r\rFor everything that came with the venue, the value could not have been better. To anyone looking for a romantic, rustic outdoor/tented wedding, I could not recommend Alyson and the Zukas team any more highly.

Zukas did such an amazing job. Alyson and Lynn were very helpful throughout the entire planning process. They helped us create the perfect day that fit our style. \r\rThe day of our wedding ran so smoothly - there is not a thing that could have gone more perfect. The food was outstanding, the timing of each element of the wedding was exact, the setting was heavenly, and all of our vendors were properly accommodated. It was such an ideal day. \r\rThey stayed in constant communication with us throughout the year before our wedding. They kept everyone on track the day of our wedding. They cued everyone for their parts. I really cannot say enough about how involved they were and how great of a job they did. \r\rEVERY ONE of our family and friends who attended raved about the entire wedding. After living in Spencer for 3 years, there was no other place I wanted to have my reception than Zukas! I knew from photos that it was BEAUTIFUL, but it well exceeded our expectations with price, food, service, and communication! Alison was FABULOUS! She made herself available and answered any questions we had immediately! (sometimes I wondered if she ever slept!) I had many DIY centerpieces and decor and she set them up even better than I envisioned. Our guests raved about the food, and it was really awesome to have a vegan/gluten free options on the menu. Zukas is most known for it's outdoor tent receptions, but the indoor venue is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend an off season wedding at Zukas for anyone on a tight budget!

What a wonderful experience! Alyson was extremely helpful, and quickly answered the many questions we had. Everything was set up beautifully and the food was wonderful! Many of our guests commented on our choice of venue and it's beauty. Some of my bridesmaid and I spent the night before in the bridal suite. It made prepping for the big day very easy. I cannot say enough about Zukas Hilltop Barn and about Alyson Russo, the Zukas events coordinator! We visited many venues and chose Zukas not only for its obvious beauty, but also because we immediately felt at ease with Alyson's professionalism, friendliness, and her willingness to work with us. She was remarkable, from start to finish - promptly responding to all of my emails, and addressing any concerns and questions I had throughout the planning process quickly and accurately. \r\rZukas requests that you drop off all of your decorations, favors, etc. a few days before the wedding date, and then they set it up for you. I was a bit weary about this because we had some complicated centerpieces that I even struggled with arranging when I was trying it out at home. However, when I arrived on the day of our wedding, the place looked even more beautiful than I had imagined it! When we were taking pictures outside (in the freezing cold - we got married on December 7th), Alyson made sure to quickly bring us some of the hors d'oeuvres (especially the hot ones!) and also brought us some hot cider and more hors d'oeuvres to help us thaw out while we were in the bridal suite after the pictures. She was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, and fun and easy to work with (which is a combination that you don't always see in the wedding world). \r\rWe got so many compliments on our gorgeous venue, and people are still talking about how good the food was (our food choices were the stuffed chicken breast, filet mignon, or butternut squash ravioli) and how professional and courteous the staff was. If I had to plan my wedding 100 times over again (not that I would ever want to!), I would choose Zukas every time!

Five stars are just not enough for this beautiful venue located an hour from Boston. My daughter and I scheduled a meeting and made a weekend visit. Once we arrived, we fell in love! Not only with the breathtaking grounds and intimate setting, the frog pond and the back-to-back fireplace, but with Alyson, the wedding coordinator. As the mother-of-the-bride she answered every question professionally and personally. She worked closely with our family, offering a list of outstanding recommendations for the florist and the music. On the day of my daughter's wedding, every detail was in place exactly the way my daughter had imagined. A warm and inviting staff welcomed our guests. The food was outstanding-fresh and delicious, and the guests' compliments continued well past the last dance. Oh! How I wish we could do it all over again! Alas, with only one special daughter, Zukas Hilltop Barn made her beautiful wedding day unforgettable. Our many thanks!

I cannot even begin to express the incredible service provided by Zukas. \r\rWe met Alyson a little over a year before our wedding and found her to be the ultimate professional. She made planning easier than we ever could of imagined, walking us through step by step and taking over on the wedding day so we could enjoy time with our family and friends and not worry about a single detail! \r\rZukas was willing to accommodate our needs and also rendered service above and beyond our expectations. From the immaculate and cared for grounds to the expertly displayed and delicious food we were wanting for nothing and provided the fondest of memories at the end of our wedding night.\r\rAs an aside, there are lots of details I am more than happy to share or elaborate on if people are considering this venue and have questions. We had our ceremony at Zukas (outside in early October) and our reception inside the tent afterwards. Please feel free to email, I have nothing but glowing reviews but can pass on any specifics you're curious about regarding the venue. \r\r

We could not have had a more perfect day thanks to Zukas excellent team. Alyson our wedding adviser was helpful during all our planning and keeping us on track and on time come our big moment! It might have been raining on our wedding day, but everything went smoothly as planned!The food was absolutely amazing and the venue picture perfect! Simply fantastic in the words of my new husband! The wedding coordinator was the most helpful person while trying to plan a wedding! She responded right away, answered every question and made sure everything was in line. Zukas was the most beautiful location & so perfect for a wedding! The guest were amazed at how beautiful the\rGrounds were. The food was also amazing. A few days later I still had people asking where the cake was made so they could go purchase one. Everything was perfect\rAnd you couldn't ask for a better venue at such a great price.

We originally chose Zukas because of all the amazing things that people had to say about it. We were living out of state at the time and couldn't find time to travel back to find a venue. I was a little nervous to say the least but after the first time I spoke with Alyson I knew everything was going to be perfect. \r\rShe helped us plan our entire wedding through phone calls and email. I can't say enough good things about her. She even held my bridesmaid's daughter so my bridesmaid could enter the reception! She shows how much she truly cares every step of the way. \r\rThe setting was beautiful and the food was amazing from appetizers to entrees. The cake served with our package was delicious and the chocolate fountain was an absolute delight. Our guests were very impressed by every aspect of this venue. People complimented us the entire night and told us it was the most elegant wedding they have ever been to!\r\rIf we do it over again we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks Zukas for making this day the best day of our lives.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Zukas Hilltop Barn two weeks ago. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we visited the location for the first time, and our wedding day still exceeded our expectations! We are still receiving phone calls, texts, and emails from our wedding guests to tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended. \r\rWe had our ceremony at a church, but we had our reception at Zukas in the tent outside. Alyson, the event planner at Zukas, was so easy to work with. If I emailed her a question whether that be at 9am or 10pm, she typically responded to that question in less than an hour. On the day of the wedding, she set-up everything beautifully. Alyson is really terrific and you can tell that she truly cares about each of her wedding couples so they can have the best day possible.\r\rThe service, food, and drink was also exceptional. We had bride and groom cocktails, which the staff had on trays when guests entered Zukas for the happy hour. We also offered our guests a full bar. Every drink was well made.\r\rThe food was also incredible. All of our guests raved about the food from the appetizers to the meal to the delicious wedding cake that Zukas did for us. I actually wish Zukas was also a restaurant so we could eat there all the time! Also, do not worry that your guests will leave hungry. Zukas gives good sized proportions. The prime rib we offered guests was almost the size of their plate!\r\rLastly, I want to quickly talk about the grounds. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. There were so many places where we could take pictures from the rolling hills in the background and swan pond to the green house and swing out back. Also, as soon as it got dark, Alyson turned the gas fire pit in the back, just outside of the tent. The fire pit was the perfect place for our guests to go, especially if they wanted to take a break from the dance floor and talk in a more intimate setting. \r\rSo many of our guests have gone out of their way to compliment our wedding. Thank you Zukas for not only making our day special for us but memorable to our guests!\r

The second I walked into Zukas to meet with Alyson I knew I wanted to get married there. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the tent is gorgeous, and the inside is very warm and inviting. Alyson is excellent, answered any and all questions promptly throughout the planning process. The day of, everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about anything! Everything ran smoothly, and she even brought out appetizers while we were having our pictures taken. The food and service were excellent. I received many compliments that it was one of the best weddings they had been to in a long time. The cost is very reasonable for what they provide. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue!

My experience at Zukas was nothing less than perfect! Being an out of town bride working for the NBA, I had little time to sit and focus on every minor menu item and detail. I fully trusted Alyson, Jennifer and their staff to execute a picture perfect event that was beyond what I imagined! There was not a THING I would change!!
