Bending Branch Ranch is a wedding venue in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, spanning more than 10 acres of beautiful farmland and picturesque views. Boasting incredible style and authentic ranch living, the venue welcomes to-be-weds and their nearest and dearest during all seasons to make their vows. Purpose-built for weddings, the staff at this ranch strive to deliver high-quality and seamless services to engaged couples, ensuring a wonderful experience for all. Facilities and Capacity Bending Branch Ranch exudes a luxurious rustic ambiance. A combination of elegance and premier amenities with the care-free living of the countryside. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor weddings, there are several event spaces throughout the property for ceremonies and receptions. Inclement weather is not an issue at the ranch due to their covered outdoor ceremony options. Couples can make their vows by the grand mossy oak tree, featuring mahogany chairs for a bohemian aesthetic. Alternatively, ceremonies can be held under the newly constructed Pavilion with elegant market lighting. Newlyweds can celebrate in style in the indoor climate-controlled reception venue. Sprinkled amidst the event spaces are many decorative elements such as garden waterfalls, outdoor chandeliers, and a horse-drawn carriage. These features create many eye-catching and wonderful backdrops throughout the property, ideal for capturing photo-worthy moments. Services Offered Bending Branch Farm offers all-inclusive wedding packages for to-be-weds planning their big day. Full-service bar packages are available with items such as specialty drinks, house beers and wines, and professional bartending staff. To-be-weds are also welcome to use the bridal cottage which is available on their big day. We also feature a home that we call the "grooms quarters" so each side of the wedding party as ample space to prepare for the big day.

Words can’t even describe how amazing the bending branch ranch is. Ashley… MY GIRL, she knew exactly what I needed the entire time before I even knew what I needed. The entire night ran so smoothly nothing went wrong and even if it did she handled it perfectly and I had no idea. She became more than just my coordinator, she’s someone I want to keep around forever! So much love for her and beyond grateful for everything she did for us! Carrie the bartender was simply amazing she helped so much when it came to amounts and recommendations on anything! No matter where I wanted the bar to be or if wouldn’t work she would try just to make sure it happened for me regardless! Cona images was simply the best! Tony knew exactly what mike and I had envisioned for our big day, knew how to handle everybody and make sure everything ran perfectly. Holly and Joe are just simply amazing people… they’ve created a beautiful place for our big day, our early in the morning making sure the venue looked absolutely beautiful for us, Joe even snuck in for a few pics with the girls ;) LOL These people and this venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts! We love bending branch ranch and every one attending !

Holly and Joe bought the venue after getting married there themselves, and you can tell. They’re both so passionate about the wedding experience that the couple and their guests experience. Holly was a stellar coordinator and did everything right to ensure that we experienced the wedding day of our dreams. We solely followed her recommendations for vendors and were blown away with each of them, from photographers to caterers. Holly and Joe bought the venue after getting married there themselves, and you can tell. They’re both so passionate about the wedding experience that the couple and their guests experience. Holly was a stellar coordinator and did everything right to ensure that we experienced the wedding day of our dreams. We solely followed her recommendations for vendors and were blown away with each of them, from photographers to caterers. We absolutely fell in love with the everything about Bending Branch Ranch, from start to finish everything so so smooth and perfect. The owners Holly and Joe and Ashley our coordinator went above and beyond to make our day amazing. We went with the bundle that included the coordinator, photographer, bartender and DJ, let me tell you… DO IT! They recommend the absolute best people and they work so well together. I had no stress planning, Ashley took care of literally everything. The place is huge, so many great photo opportunities, my bridal party was HUGE and we had our own houses to get ready in (not little rooms like most places). It’s hard to put into words how amazing our day was because of them.

They truly care about your wedding as if it were their own! Our coordinator Ashley helped with our vendors, our idea & any wedding questions we may of had!! I don’t even know where to begin other than saying this venue is incredible! The staff is phenomenal to work with, the venue itself is gorgeous and the overall experience was near flawless. Holly, Ashley, and the team did all they could and then some to help put our day together perfectly and then on our day they did everything to make sure it was executed beautifully. I can’t speak high enough of the team and the venue. We had an amazing experience from day 1 and are so happy we chose BBR!

There is not enough great things I can say about Holly, Joe and the Bending Branch Family!! For one, this venue is stunning!!! So many of my guest were just as in awe over the beauty of this place. Let me talk about Holly & Joe (owners)... these two make you feel like you are Family. They made Aaron and I feel as if our day was just as important to them as it was to us. You are not just 'another' couple. Holly worked closely with my wedding planner and mom to make sure it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She took the time to understand my vision and made it come together with a smile. They are so genuine and really want nothing more to have a 5+ star experience. Holly & Joe, I know I said this before but you both will always hold a special place in our hearts. This was over a year of planning and it was worth it. There was no stress (for me - I should clarify 😂), no drama and our day was absolutely perfect! Thank you so so much!! 💓

The venue is beautiful, you get the entire day to set up and celebrate, there are entire houses on property for both bride AND groom to get ready with their parties, everything was just above and beyond other comparable venues in a 2 hrs radius. If you are looking for a venue that will wow your guests and where the owners are so amazing you want to be best friends with them, this is your place! I accidentally found this place when I was looking for a barn style venue 2 years ago and can I just say I was amazed. It has an enchanted feel with a low key vibe. Holly, Joe and their mother run the entire venue and were absolutely on top of everything through the entirety of the planning process to the day of. They kept me organized as to what I needed to have completed and so much is included in your price! With the payment, it included the ceremony outdoor area, cocktail area in front of the barn, and huge barn for the reception. Additionally, they have cute areas surrounding the barn like a pond with fountain, bonfire, beautifully lit up outdoor living rooms and oh my gosh so many picture spots! I had soooooo many people say this was the best wedding they have ever been to and I can honestly say it was due to the event coordinators there. Day of I felt so supported by them and it was so fluid there was zero stress. Holly, Joe, and their mom checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok. The other amazing part of this venue is there is a girl suite and a guy suite to get ready in which are decorating so adorably. I had one vendor mess up that was separate from the venue it was a keg van that has beer taps off of the side and when I say Holly was on top of it to make sure I got what I wanted from that vendor I mean it. The keg van (separate from this venue) forgot to pick up the kegs and I automatically started getting nervous and Holly jumped right into action and was able to find local kegs we could use. These guys deserve any award for their work they do because they went above and beyond. My now husband even stated to me verbatim \"those guys made me feel like a king that day they kept checking on me making sure I was taken care of\" and that sums up how I feel as well. One of my favorite parts was when my husband and I were getting our pictures taken and we strolled over to the horse they have away from all of the guests and Holly and Joe came over. We chatted for awhile and reflected on what has happened and they just know how to keep you calm and they are just such great people. We all took pics together because I want to remember them for forever for how amazing they were with making our wedding perfect. There is nothing I would change and I only have this venue to thank for that. I wish I could do this day all over again because it was such a stunning location with the greatest people. Highest recommendation ever!

Where do I start. From the moment I drove on to this property I fell in love. 10 acres of absolute beauty. 2 homes on the property- a bridal and groomsmen suite Then there is the barn!!! This is simply the most beautiful part of the entire property. We met with Holly and Joe (the owners) and immediately fell in love with them both. Holly is the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful, super organized and the biggest and best BOSS LADY I know. Her energy and happiness is infectious. After touring the property we immediately stopped our search for our venue and book with Holly at BBR. The entire 6 months of planning up to our event was supported by the BBR team and Holly. The day of the event I woke up to a good morning text from Holly which just made me super excited and feeling super confident in how perfect my day was going to be. And perfect it was. The entire event flowed according to plan and was absolutely perfect. The entire crew made every move look flawless and easy. Thank you Holly, Joe and the Bending Branch Ranch Team. My day was EPIC because of you.

We decided to go with the all inclusive package that they offer and it was the best decision we made. Planning was stress free. My coordinator Kelli was amazing!! The owner Holly and Joemade us feel like family!! Would definitely recommend for any event!! I was blow away by my experience!!

Wow, where do I start!!! Bending Branch Ranch is a venue you NEED to see in person. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had our wedding here 11/13/2021 and it was hands down the BEST DAY EVER. The owners Holly and Joe are genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet. They are quick to help, always responsive if you have ANY questions, or concerns they are a text or phone call away!! Every detail I wanted was met, and executed perfectly…nothing I said went unnoticed. On our wedding day the chance or rain was high and Kelli & Holly made sure to have a plan incase it didn’t clear up. I was determined to have my ceremony outside and the two of them made it happen!! The weather turned out to be beautiful and better than I could have expected! Hands down would not have wanted our wedding any where else besides here. I wish I could get married 1000000x over again at Bending Branch Ranch!

Kelli, Holly, and Joe were on top of everything and went above and beyond to make the day go smoothly and beautiful. The little details and their positive spirits is what I will remember the most. I can’t thank BBR enough and hope all my friends will get married there so I can keep coming back.

The most beautiful property to have your wedding. We had our daughter's wedding there last weekend and it was perfect. All our guest raved about how beautiful the property was and how perfect everything turned out. The owners Joe and Holly were very accommodating and made sure all our concerns and wishes were handled. Kelli our coordinator was top notch. She worked so hard and never stopped the entire day till everything was perfect. She worked hand in hand with all of our vendors in coordinating and setting everything up. Ashley the other coordinator who helped was amazing as well. I can honestly say I enjoyed every aspect of the day as a MOB without worrying about how smoothly things were going to run. They took care of everything! They made this day one of the best days of my families life.

My husband and I just had the pleasure of having our wedding at Bending Branch. We have been waiting for this day for TWO years and it was beyond our expectations. Holly and Joe were there with us planning every step of the way. Holly made sure to make our day absolutely perfect without even breaking a sweat. She is a BBR bride herself and knows exactly how to make dreams come true. From texts and calls to decorations, making last minute changes and adding little details I never even thought of. Let me just start by saying it has been one heck of a journey with Bending Branch Ranch… The old owners had no clue what they were doing to the point where I almost thought about finding another venue, but love the location and all that the venue had to offer. Once Holly and Joe bought the venue it was nothing but smooth sailing. They were super responsive and attentive. They were super willing to let me check out the venue on a couple of occasions and kept me posted on any progress of the barn. Even day of they were slinging drinks and cutting limes to help the bar move a little faster. Overall great experience with this venue and cannot say enough great things about these two.
