Thanks to the terrific staff at Bridgewater, we had the most perfect wedding. We used the upstairs banquet area and patio to create a unique setting. We sectioned off a chapel area, a dinner area with intimate Tuscan style seating for family and friends, and then a large dance floor next to a bar area for partying!! Elegant ivory covers chairs with decorative bows dressed up our ceremony with a wooden and floral arch for the bride, groom and officiant. We were able to pipe in music from our own playlist for each segment of our perfect night. Dinner was on time and prepared well, everyone commented how delicious it was. The manager Marla was friendly and attentive to every detail. The staff went out of their way to be attentive! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Bridgewater! Chris Adkins was phenomenal!!! He was very responsive, organized, flexible, and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. You can tell he truly cared about the little details and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day! The venue itself was spacious and clean, and the staff were wonderful! We really enjoyed working with Chris and would highly recommend him as your event manager to everyone!!!

We had an amazing experience at Bridgewater! Chris Adkins was phenomenal!!! He was very responsive, organized, flexible, and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. You can tell he truly cared about the little details and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day! The venue itself was spacious and clean, and the staff were wonderful! We really enjoyed working with Chris and would highly recommend him as your event manager to everyone!!!

Marla who is currently the director of sales, is not professional at all. She was assigned to us and made it so hard for our family on the wedding day. I would never recommend anyone to this venue. It's sad because there are no consequences for Marla since her father owns the venue. There was a huge disconnect between the staff members and Marla. They threw away our entire wedding cake instead of serving it to the guests. At the end of the night, they also threw away all of our desserts. We met up with another staff member (who no longer works there now) after the wedding and she informed us that Marla is very hard to work with and unfortunately because her father owns the venue, there are no consequences for her. However, her father does think this is not a good career for Marla, which I strongly agree with. Marla caused so much anxiety and stress for a lot of us and we have never had such bad customer service from anyone. She will try to rip you off and we caught her several times. She knows she does not have any consequences for her actions so she acts however she wants. She also kept going on breaks after we paid for her to be there. Marla is very unprofessional. She showed racist behavior and claimed she is not racist because she \"has black friends.\" It's honestly so sad how racist and privileged she came off. I would not recommend her or this venue to anyone. She has been talking bad about us to other community members which is even more unprofessional of her and reflects on her character. Stay away from her and this venue it's the absolute worst!! The only good thing is that the venue is pretty and there is parking. There were a couple staff members that really tried to help by doing Marla's job but they were waiters/waitresses and didn't really know certain things. The audio also did not work. Instead of helping us she went on a 45 minute break to find the solutions while all the guests were in the lobby. She returned with this statement \"Well you didn't pay for it\" instead of helping us figure out a solution she left again for a break and we had to figure it out ourselves. Also Marla, we did pay for it. She really needs some customer service and diversity training. Other people have also experienced this with Marla. I wish I could give this venue 0 stars.

Our wedding day at Bridgewater couldn’t have been more beautiful! The team made the planning process easy and fun! My husband and I looked forward to meeting and talking with everyone to make sure every detail was thoughtfully planned for. We didn’t have to worry about anything when the reception day came along. They set up and took everything down and even helped us load it in our car. I would recommend this venue to anyone I know!!!

The planning process was smooth, and Brian did an excellent job of accommodating our schedules for meetings after hours. Jennifer was very easy and helpful to work with for payments, and she helped me load everything in my car after our event was over, which was no easy feat! As far as our wedding day goes, I could not have asked for more from this venue. They went above and beyond in every detail, and I am so grateful for the way the space came together, the delicious food, the outstanding bar service, and the peace of mind I had throughout the day. Brian, Karen, and the rest of the BW staff were simply amazing! All of our guests had so many positive things to say about how good the food was and how beautiful the ballroom looked. You will not be disappointed if you book BW for your big day! They will give you the wedding of your dreams at a better price than you'll find anywhere else for this type of venue.

My fiance and I toured this venue to host our reception. We were a bit nervous about what to expect because we had only been to about to 3 or 4 smaller venue visits at that point. The woman who gave us a tour was super judgmental and unhelpful. This was really off-putting and lead us to choose another venue.

The experience from our wedding was wonderful! The venue was outstanding and the planning that Terra did was above and beyond. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is busy with their day to day life. Terra handled everything for us and went into great detail from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception. I wanted for nothing that day. Aside from the cost of the venue/food itself, there was minimal amount of money that we needed to spend. Terra and her team did an outstanding job and made our special day stress free! Thank you Bridgewater and Terra! We are so happy that we chose your location for our wedding!

Wow! This venue was wonderful! Terra was a pleasure to work with and was able to work with us on all aspects of the wedding. She was outstanding at coordinating everything from the rehearsal, to the ceremony to the reception. The food was great! The service from everyone on the day of the wedding was great as well. I wanted for nothing the day of. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an extremely busy life. With both my husband and I working 50+ hours a week at times and taking care of our 1 year old, they made planning for such a special day easy. The venue took care of everything and there was minimal cost outside of paying for the venue that we really needed. Thanks again Bridgewater and Terra!

The venue was absolutely beautiful the day of our wedding. The food is also quite good! Most of the time Brian was pretty easy to get ahold of. He helps out where he can, sometimes you just have to send a simple question to him multiple times before he answers. He was a big help in my meeting with him setting the room up, and really listened to what I wanted it to look like. The late night munchies there were a big hit at my wedding as well!! If you want a beautiful venue, I highey recommend Bridgewater.

We had our wedding reception here, and we had a great time.\rGood: We definitely recommend paying the extra money for the ceiling draping. It adds a WOW factor and also comes with ribbon lights. Debra, Terra, and the coordinators are extremely flexible and easy to work with. Even three days before the wedding, we were still able to change things. Everything was set up the way we specified, as well. They also had the most reasonable price scheme for allowing outside catering ($8 incidental fee per person) and beverages are consumption based (with no minimum).\r\rBad: There is a disconnect between the organizers and the staff that worked the actual reception. We had requested the catered food to be plated, but it ended up being served buffet-style. We also requested a plate of fruit for the bride's suite since she hadn't eaten since the ceremony but the wait staff told us that they didn't have any fruit (which wasn't true).

I can't say anything negative about our experience with Bridgewater. Their pricing was reasonable. The venue was lovely. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Anna did a wonderful job getting everything decorated and was willing to listen to any ideas that I wanted to present. The food tasted wonderful and many of the guests said that they enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.
