Heather and her staff were on top of everything even the smallest details! Heather was willing to help me set up my own decor even when she had billion other things to do. Her cookies were the talk all night and people asking afterwards where we got them. The set up was absolutely beautiful and heather made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed. The remodels in the venue are just stunning. The bridal suite was so cozy, warm and spacious for 12 girls to comfortably get ready in. Her staff were on top of everything and so friendly to all my guest. They all definitely help make the day go so smooth and easy for us!

Heather and the GBC team are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your wedding day goes flawlessly. Devon was our day of event coordinator alongside Heather and she helped make sure the procession and ceremony went smoothly and everyone knew their places and roles. This location is beautiful and has so many good spots for photo ops! The food was amazing! Guests are still raving to me about how good the meal was. It was such a relief to have GBC on our side and they make the planning process so easy. AND they do all the set up and take down so no having to stay super late to clean up if you don’t want to! Definitely recommend working with Heather and her team for your special event

Just joined a wedding here. Everyone in the top area was not included in the party at all. wasn’t near enough food and it was not very good. Felt bad for my cousin who paid good money for about 25-30 of her guests left out of festivities and food.

We loved having our Wedding at GBC. Heather answered all questions quickly and was great to work with. Her team also works really hard to make the place look amazing. Every time I visited there was a new improvement. The place is decorated with a fancy but antique like charm. There is plenty of space. We loved the indoor and outdoor ceremony options. We are so happy the weather permitted us to use the hidden garden for our ceremony, but it was great to have a cute backup option. FYI the path you walk to the outdoor ceremony space is gravel. They recently added a back deck that our guest enjoyed at the reception. GBC also provides lawn games. It was a huge relief that many of the amenities were already included. We felt Graham Banquet Center was reasonably priced for what you got and we also received many compliments from guests. The location was a little out there for our guest, but it was totally worth it! I definitely recommended this venue.

Response time was quick to all of my crazy bridal questions and communication overall was amazing! The venue was beautiful and it was impressive to see all of the work that had been done between January when my (now) husband and I toured to our wedding in August. Heather and her staff were absolutely wonderful! My daughter had her wedding here Aug 14 and the Hidden Garden was a beautiful setting for the ceremony.The reception was absolutely beautiful! Between the food, desserts, the appetizers and the whole day was just beautiful! My daughter and her husband were in awe of how beautiful their day was..In large part because of Heather and her amazing staff..I would highly recommend the Graham Banquet Center...It is a beautiful venue..

Heather and her staff were absolutely wonderful! My daughter had her wedding here Aug 14 and the Hidden Garden was a beautiful setting for the ceremony.The reception was absolutely beautiful! Between the food, desserts, the appetizers and the whole day was just beautiful! My daughter and her husband were in awe of how beautiful their day was..In large part because of Heather and her amazing staff..I would highly recommend the Graham Banquet Center...It is a beautiful venue..

They let us in nice and early at 8 am for the day of set up, which was helpful.The bar service and day-of staff were very helpful, from bartending to teardown.Also, a very affordable option given the available parking and venue size. Loft and light fixtures are also a nice touch. That said, the pre-wedding meetings left some things to be desired. Communication was spotty until very close to the event, and neither of the tours left us feeling warm and fuzzy.Overall, a good option for your wedding.

After seeing many posts on a bride site I had to go see this new venue in person. My fiancé & I went to GBC as they were still remodeling to make beautiful changes to this historical small chapel into a wedding venue. Heather had a beautiful vision for this crystal ballroom. After visiting a few other venues we knew GBC was for us. We asked Heather if she had a Friday discount. She didn’t but she had a pay in full discount. We made arrangements to meet with her to sign the contact & pay in full the amount Heather wrote down on the contract. We wrote her a check right there which was cashed the following week. During those 18 months Heather had friended me on FB, tagged me in posts that made her think of me. I loved that. She was great at communicating & always answered all of my questions. As our day got closer I took a friend to go see the venue & get the layout of tables. I brought the contract with me to ask about the amenities that came with the venue. One was a dance floor that was listed. She didn’t have a dance floor. She said it was a “typo.” It’s on the contract & I showed her. She reached out & crossed it off my already signed contract with her pen. The contract also stated that she supplies plates, silverware etc. She verbalized that it was wrong & our caterer would have to supply it. Our caterer disagreed. That put us in a spot that we didn’t want to be in, so Heather made our caterer supply it which made us feel bad as it was in her contract. When we were visiting her venue there was a possum outside the door. She said it was “retarded” & was going to have someone “shoot it” which was very upsetting to me. It was very unprofessional to say that in front of a client in my opinion, especially after I voiced it just needed to be shooed away. Two weeks before our wedding was when our guest count was due. I was messenging her on messenger (as was how we communicated) the guest count. She told me she would be emailing me an invoice. I asked for what? She said “oh I forgot to charge you taxes.” After 18 mos? I sent her a picture of the check copy, signed contract with the amount she wrote & reminded her she cashed the check & never said there was an issue with the amount. She immediately said she was going to put in our file that “we refused to pay our taxes.” She instantly shut down communication & unfriended me on FB. I tried to shake it off, but her not answering my questions that were coming up made me extremely upset & afraid that she wouldn’t let us in for the rehearsal or wedding. I was sick. She eventually emailed me & said that was the only way she wanted to communicate. All of her answers were short. On the rehearsal & wedding day the doors were opened but we were never greeted by anyone. No one came to ask if we needed anything. No contact at all. Her contract said they could fit 400 guests. We had 175 & it was so tight that there was hardly room to walk. She only had 117 parking spots. We never saw her until late in the evening at the reception. She was dragging a trash can around our guests & made a lot of people feel like we had to be done. We had the venue until 1am & felt pressured to hurry up & get out. We were out by 11pm. We went home feeling very sad that we went with her venue. I do not recommend GBC. Heather is rude & unprofessional. She had many negative reviews at that point. She now has a new website with prices at least half of what we paid & wiped out the negative reviews. Brides please be aware.

I got married at the Graham Banquet Center a month ago on 9/1/18, and I am SO happy we chose this venue!! Heather was very accommodating to all of my questions along the way before the event. Her venue is so beautiful, and so convenient for guests. There are multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from on the property, a reception hall, and the cutest chapel you will ever see. We had our ceremony in the chapel and it was gorgeous! We are so happy with how our day turned out, and highly recommend this venue!

I got married at the Graham Banquet Center a month ago on 9/1/18, and I am SO happy we chose this venue!! Heather was very accommodating to all of my questions along the way before the event. Her venue is so beautiful, and so convenient for guests. There are multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from on the property, a reception hall, and the cutest chapel you will ever see. We had our ceremony in the chapel and it was gorgeous! We are so happy with how our day turned out, and highly recommend this venue!

The Graham Banquet Center was perfect for our September wedding! We got married outside and had our reception in the hall which was wonderful. We also had use of the chapel which is beautiful and gives you a back up plan for rain! The bride and groom rooms were also included, as well as tables, chairs, and most linens. Set up and tear down are also included. A beautiful venue and a lot for that price! Especially compared to other venues we priced out! Everyone thought it was beautiful! Heather is also great to work with!! Would highly recommend!

The Graham Banquet Center was perfect for our September wedding! We got married outside and had our reception in the hall which was wonderful. We also had use of the chapel which is beautiful and gives you a back up plan for rain! The bride and groom rooms were also included, as well as tables, chairs, and most linens. Set up and tear down are also included. A beautiful venue and a lot for that price! Especially compared to other venues we priced out! Everyone thought it was beautiful! Heather is also great to work with!! Would highly recommend!

I got married 4 days ago at Graham Banquet Center and absolutely loved everything about my wedding. My husband and I chose to get married at Graham prior to all of the renovations being completed, but we could tell that it was going to be a beautiful venue. The major renovations are now complete, even though ongoing work is still happening, Heather made sure everything looked beautiful and clean for our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue. It is charming, elegant, and is very accommodating and functional. We were able to bring in our own catering, alcohol, DJ, and decorations, which allowed us to truly make our special day our own. The on-site bridal and groom suite make for easy and convenient getting ready on the day of which reduces the stress of transportation and time crunches. The venue is in a beautiful country setting, so even the drive in is gorgeous and would allow for amazing off site photos close by, if you needed more options than you would find at the venue itself, although even with a rainy wedding day, we found many many photo opportunities due to all the gorgeous props and the beautiful venue itself. I truly cannot say enough good things about Graham Banquet Center and from what I hear, it's only going to get better!
