We had our dream wedding at gratitude preserve. Alex was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. Being the first wedding at the peninsula was a learning experience for everyone, but Alex did a great job working through our concerns with us to bring everything together. The getting ready space for the bride was absolutely perfect. It was so nice being able to relax and not worry about having to leave and go somewhere else. The land is breathtaking, there were so many incredible photography opportunities. We knew the second we first pulled down the driveway this was where we wanted to have our wedding and we’re so glad we did. We are excited and honored to have been the first wedding and we can’t wait to see other people get married here in the future.

I recently had the privilege of photographing a wedding at Gratitude Preserve in Pelzer, SC, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, this venue exceeded all expectations, and I owe it all to Alex and the incredible team behind this gem.First and foremost, I must commend Alex for being an absolute rockstar in ensuring the couple's special day went flawlessly. From the initial planning stages to the grand finale, Alex's dedication and attention to detail were evident. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire wedding journey smooth and enjoyable.Gratitude Preserve is an enchanting wonderland that any couple would be lucky to tie the knot at. As a photographer, I was in awe of the abundance of photo opportunities Gratitude Preserve offers. Whether capturing the couple's love beneath the tree grove, strolling hand-in-hand near the picturesque lake, or stealing intimate moments in the forest, each shot felt like a work of art.I cannot thank Gratitude Preserve enough for making my job as a photographer feel like a dream come true. Meet the Gratitude Preserve Team
Alex Kessler Sydney Croley Jade LaFreniere (Owner) We are three sisters — the second generation of owners and operators of Gratitude Preserve — founded in 2004 by our beautiful mother, Stephanie Joan Croley. We are ready to help and serve all those that find their way to Gratitude Preserve, whether that be for an event, boarding, or a unique stay. Our goal has been and is to intentionally preserve the 168 acres that comprise GP. Not only to provide cohesion and safety to all those who wish to experience it, but in the spirit of gratitude, to leave it better than we found it-- just like she did.
