KHP was everything that we could have asked for in a wedding venue! From the moment we started planning to the day of our wedding, all of the representatives that we worked with were helpful, professional, and quickly addressed any concerns that came up. Our day-of-coordinator, Emily Spinks, was especially great. Despite a huge cold front and some last minute changes related to the weather, everyone at Knotting Hill made sure that the day went off without a hitch. The venue was gorgeous - the ceremony room and reception space held all of our guests without a problem, and the groom/bridal suites were perfect for getting ready. All of the vendors that they recommended were fantastic as well. We would highly recommend Knotting Hill Place to anyone who is interested.

KHP made my wedding planning experience a dream! They were always extremely responsive and ready to help in any way they can. They made the whole process so easy. Even better, our month of coordinator, Katelyn, could not have been better!! She made our lives so much easier leading up to the day of. She was so kind, on top of everything, ready to help in any way she can, I could go on. She truly made the last month, week leading up, and day of SO much easier and our wedding would not have turned out the way it did without her. Would recommend KHP to anyone❤️

KHP made my wedding planning experience a dream! They were always extremely responsive and ready to help in any way they can. They made the whole process so easy. This venue is absolutely beautiful, you don’t have to decorate much because it is already so elegant and decorated perfectly. The team and planners are all amazing. We hired Kaitlyn as our month of coordinator through the venue team and she went above and beyond for us, coordinated with all of our vendors and made it stress free for me and my now husband! I can’t recommend this venue and their staff enough. It was the perfect wedding!

This venue is absolutely beautiful, you don’t have to decorate much because it is already so elegant and decorated perfectly. The team and planners are all amazing. We hired Kaitlyn as our month of coordinator through the venue team and she went above and beyond for us, coordinated with all of our vendors and made it stress free for me and my now husband! I can’t recommend this venue and their staff enough. It was the perfect wedding!

KHP is such a stunning venue, but they also have great staff to go along with it as well. We worked with Laurina and she was the best! What I do love outside of the venue and staff, is that they have many in house rental options that makes things easier. The only thing that people may question, is that they require you to use their preferred caterers or there is an outside vendor fee. But either way, all of their preferred vendors were great and I would recommend them either way.

Elegance, opulence, grandeur, luxury, modern glam are just a few of the terms that come to mind when thinking of KHP! Our wedding was all of the above and mostly due to this venue! My guests felt this was the most beautiful and luxurious wedding they have ever attended and thus my goal as a bride was well met! I wanted simple but glam and the clear acrylic chairs and chandeliers and courtyard gave me just that. My photos will be amazing/romantic/sexy not just because of the photographer that KHP recommended but also because of the backdrop that the venue provided. The staff was prompt to respond, well versed in general wedding knowledge for this first time bride, and amazingly friendly.

I cannot say this enough – the MOST stunning venue. My guests still cannot stop talking about how beautiful KHP is. Also, I felt like the venue has absolutely everything you need – right down to the cameras in the bridal suite that show you the other areas of the venue during set up, which were such a plus to the type-A bride I was haha. Bri Muniz was my KHP Rep and Laycie Moore was my month-of-coordinator, and they were both absolutely amazing! Both of them were so responsive to any emails or questions I had, and you could tell they both put in so much work into making my day so special and making sure everything went accordingly. I will never be able to thank them and the rest of the KHP staff for the best day of my husband and I’s lives. I wish I could relive that day again and again!! Thank you so much Bri, Laycie, and KHP!

Having our wedding at Knotting Hill Place was an absolute dream! Our entire experience with the KHP team from start to finish was truly remarkable to say the least. Our KHP rep Annie was amazing and had the most fun personality ever - she was truly a gem to our magical wedding day! From our initial tour of the venue, to the seamless communication leading up to our 30 day meeting and of course day of - KHP did not disappoint and met all of our expectations. My husband and I truly had the most magical day of our lives by having our wedding at KHP. If you're considering having your wedding here, we 10/10 recommend!

Knotting Hill Place is just STUNNING. We booked it the week we got engaged because we knew that was the place for us. Communication with all staff was great. Emily S. was our month / day of coordinator & she truly made that day all about us. She talked to all of our vendors for us & went above & beyond for us on our special day. Knotting Hill Place undoubtedly stands as the BEST venue in Texas! We live in Houston, and nothing even came close which made the 4-hour road trip entirely worth it. It's been almost a month, and our guests are still raving about how incredibly beautiful the venue was (We think they took more photos of the venue than of us).What made our experience at KHP even more exceptional was our phenomenal Venue Coordinator, Kennedy! She was there every step of the way, from our very first visit to the big day itself. We couldn't have navigated the process without her! Her communication, flexibility, and ability to address all of our questions was unmatched.On the wedding day, Kennedy was an absolute lifesaver! From sprinting upstairs to find the ring bearer pillow right before he made his way down the aisle to assisting me with my dress, we couldn't have envisioned the day without her.We genuinely couldn't recommend KHP and Kennedy enough!

Kiarah Freeman was AMAZING!!! I have been telling anyone who listens to requests to work with her. I've booked Knotting Hill previously for my mother's wedding, in which I was a bit spoiled by Holly who is no longer there and I just had to book for my wedding. The Venue itself is drop-dead gorgeous! Kiarah was very thorough when explaining things in our meeting. Her professionalism was great! She made sure my night was one to remember. We always wanted a unique venue for our wedding and choosing Knotting Hill Place was the best decision to host our big day. If you want a unique, royal, and beautiful spot then look no further than KHP.We loved every bit of our reception as it was right on the theme of royalty and it was the most beautiful ambience with all the décor setup. Till this day our guests still talks/praises about our wedding and venue as it was truly breathtaking.From the beginning, the staff at KHP was very professional and informed us about every task/detail required leading up to wedding day. Our venue planner, Laurina Schiumo was super helpful throughout this whole process. She was always available for any questions/concerns and ensured that we have a stressless journey! She coordinated and synced up with our wedding planner (Tzahhia) in a timely manner which made the process super convenient and smooth.The whole staff and Laurina on wedding day was on point and made sure everything was organized and went according to our schedule. We truly appreciate all the help put in, you guys are rockstars! We always wanted a unique venue for our wedding and choosing Knotting Hill Place was the best decision to host our big day. If you want a unique, royal, and beautiful spot then look no further than KHP.We loved every bit of our reception as it was right on the theme of royalty and it was the most beautiful ambience with all the décor setup. Till this day our guests still talks/praises about our wedding and venue as it was truly breathtaking.From the beginning, the staff at KHP was very professional and informed us about every task/detail required leading up to wedding day. Our venue planner, Laurina Schiumo was super helpful throughout this whole process. She was always available for any questions/concerns and ensured that we have a stressless journey! She coordinated and synced up with our wedding planner (Tzahhia) in a timely manner which made the process super convenient and smooth.The whole staff and Laurina on wedding day was on point and made sure everything was organized and went according to our schedule. Knotting Hill Place is an absolute dream. The venue is beyond gorgeous and surpassed my expectations for our wedding. There are so many great spaces to utilize indoors and outdoors. The venue is gorgeous on its own, but also allows for you to have your personality and taste reflected in the way you want to decorate. Honestly planning a destination wedding is not easy but working with a team as professional and kind as the KHP team means you are in good hands! Thank you KHP so much for everything you did to help us prepare for our dream wedding!! Moreover, a big thank you to all the KHP staff that have supported and answered all of our questions since last year. To be able to have had a destination wedding in our dream venue still blows my mind. As I process how beautiful our day was and how well it flowed, I can’t help but to say thank you! And so many of our guests have reached out to say how beautiful KHP is and how much they enjoyed themselves! So if you all are reading this, without hesitation KHP is the dream venue for your big day. It’s everything you see online and more. They even made sure to print out specific drink names for our guests for our mocktails and cocktails that everyone loved and literally the drinks looked and tasted so good so their partnership with Colada is fantastic! And we used one of their recommended vendors, TCP for food and they went above and beyond. Our guests have been RAVING about this venue and how beautiful and simply majestic that it is, Knotting Hill Place truly cannot be compared to any other venue. From our first tour with Kennedy to our wedding day- everything was absolutely perfect (which is unheard of in the wedding world, I feel). As a bride, I had dreamt of this day since I was a little girl and along the way there were so many overwhelming moments that Kennedy and the entire team here helped me work through- to say that they go above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. The preferred vendors are INCREDIBLE, too! Truly and from the bottom of my heart, KHP made my dream wedding come to life and it is a day that I and my husband will remember for the rest of our lives. The KHP team is not just a venue or vendor, they will forever be a part of our family, we were actually sad that it was all over because we enjoyed working with them so very much! Both my husband and I had driven by this venue for years before we even knew each other and to have been able to get married there really was a dream come true. If I could give more than 5 stars, I completely would! The Knotting Hill is THE PERFECT venue. The venue has a beautiful interior and exterior layout. Perfect for an indoor or outdoor wedding. Not only is the venue amazing, but all the staff is fantastic! We had our initial consultation with Emily Spinks. She was absolutely amazing! We booked the venue immediately. The Knotting Hill offers wedding planing services. I highly recommend doing this! We were so lucky to have Emily as our wedding planner. She went above and beyond. She helped me with so many things. From picking linen colors to creating the most amazing and detailed timeline. She contacted every vendor and made sure everything and everyone was ready to go. Our wedding day went by so smoothly. My family and friends were impressed on how everything was organized. Of course, this wouldn’t had been possible without Emily and her team. The Knotting Hill is so lucky to have her. I highly recommend every Knotting Hill Bride to work with Emily. What I also loved about The Knotting Hill is that they have so many rental items that you can use to customize your wedding. Our guests had a great time and loved every detail.

Any time we needed to visit the venue with our planner they were always very accommodating. Laurina was amazing the week of the wedding helping finalize all the last minute details and making sure everything went smoothly. On wedding day, she and the KHP team made sure everything was perfect! She went above & beyond to be sure we were comfortable throughout the day and night and stayed right by our side throughout everything. By the end of night she felt like family! I live in California and knew long before I got engaged that I was going to want to find a venue that was indoors (the uncertainty of weather was something I wasn't willing to deal with). I had always dreamed of a glam, elegant, \"fairytale\" venue and unfortunately in California, finding a venue that was both indoors AND glitzy/glam was difficult to come by.When I stumbled across KHP online a few months before I got engaged, it really was love at first sight. So much so, that even the online tour brought tears to my eyes. I knew it was what I had always envisioned and hoped for.Fast forward to getting engaged and convincing my fiancé to fly to TX to tour KHP - when we drove through those gates we both instantly knew this was it (I was so relieved he loved the venue just as much as I did). We agreed, if we were going to have all of our family and friends fly to TX for our wedding (a destination wedding to TX....uh random?!), the venue was going to need to be spectacular and unlike anything they had seen before...and KHP was just that.Every detail about the venue is stunning. I personally loved the ceremony room (that's what really sold me), and the reception room with the grand chandeliers truly is breathtaking. I had always dreamed of walking through big doors for the ceremony entrance, and the reception entrance walking down the gorgeous staircase was another \"fairytale\" moment I'll never forget. Everything about the venue was elegant, and not to mention, every detail was well thought out. The grooms suite and the bridal suite were other major selling points for us - they were the perfect rooms to spend the morning of in...and me being a type A bride, especially loved the TV where I could see everything getting set up downstairs. ;) We also loved how many rental items KHP offered us (if you're contemplating the dance floor or cold sparks...DO IT!).We worked with Kiarah Freeman as our KHP rep and she was FABULOUS. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and really helped make sure our day was nothing short of perfection. (THANK YOU KIARAH - you're the best)!!!Our overall experience working with the KHP team honestly couldn't have been better. We felt so taken care, and were so proud to show off such an incredible venue to all of our family and friends. Knotting Hill Place was was always my dream venue and they by FAR exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is absolutely exceptional to work with (but especially Laurina!!.. she was the MVP) Knotting Hill Place offered us a catalog of rental items to choose from which they set up/picked up … made the day go by SO easy. They are 10/10 at communicating and answering any questions you may have (but especially for any vendor recommendations or set up examples)Given that they have seen so many weddings they had options for me to choose from for floor plans, items to rent, etc and they truly made everything so easy. Knotting Hill Place was was always my dream venue and they by FAR exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is absolutely exceptional to work with (but especially Laurina!!.. she was the MVP) Knotting Hill Place offered us a catalog of rental items to choose from which they set up/picked up … made the day go by SO easy. They are 10/10 at communicating and answering any questions you may have (but especially for any vendor recommendations or set up examples)Given that they have seen so many weddings they had options for me to choose from for floor plans, items to rent, etc and they truly made everything so easy. This venue was extremely beautiful inside and out. It was the very first venue we looked at and it was THE ONE. This venue looks exactly as described. We were super thrilled to have our wedding this past Saturday with gorgeous weather that made it perfect for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. I truly loved the bridal and groom's suites as the space was perfect for getting ready. There was plenty of space to adjust your floorplan and setup things just as you want it. Our KHP contact, Nicole Draper (formerly Auker) was such a delightful person to work with!! She truly has such an amazing personality that I would describe it as rays full of sunshine!!!!! She is extremely responsive and answered all our questions throughout the process (especially considering that most of my bridal party is from out of town; she was very accommodating with us to let us schedule our rehearsal the same day as the wedding). As a matter of fact, she even got us sitting on a beautiful stage! Even more so, with all the crazy event planning (and all the hustling and bustling), I could not believe my ears when I heard that my bridal party missed putting together our LED balloons for the grand exit, that my day of coordinator AND Nicole at KHP helped get these ready for us. I certainly know that this is not part of the job description, but it was just the sweetest thing ever to make sure my night ended just as I imagined. I am so thankful for being able to work with such a kind and patient soul. Many thanks again to Knotting Hill Place and Nicole for having us at the venue for such a special moment in our lives. It was certainly a memorable one!

Our experience at Knotting Hill Place was tremendous. The wedding turned out to be everything we could have hoped for. The estate is nicely crafted and well thought out and simultaneously adds to and resonates with the wedding and wedding festivities.Our Event Coordinater, Emily Nelson, was extremely helpful and assisted us from beginning to end with not only putting the event together but what to expect. Emily was ultimately great in making sure our vision could be executed. No false promises and always sought to find a way to get things done for us.She even threw in some unexpected bonuses that simply amplified the Wedding Day and helped us out beyond the wedding!Emily was always timely with responses and making sure that we were clear on how events would occur. We especially appreciated her intimate methods of paying attention and forging a relationship with us. This was quite beneficial as our process was prolonged due to scheduling our wedding almost 18 months into the future due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If one great thing came out of this long interval, it is that we got more time with Emily and her gracious assistance.I highly recommend, Emily as she is definitely the personality that has the personal drive to see tasks through to their conclusion. Because of her we had the wedding of our dreams and most importantly, it was extremely precise and turned out exactly like we had envisioned in our minds. Emily pulled it off! A gigantic \"Thank You\" to her and her efforts and Knotting Hill Place as a whole for allowing us the opportunity to have our wedding at such a phenomenal locale!

The estate is nicely crafted and well thought out and simultaneously adds to and resonates with the wedding and wedding festivities.Our Event Coordinater, Emily Nelson, was extremely helpful and assisted us from beginning to end with not only putting the event together but what to expect. Emily was ultimately great in making sure our vision could be executed. No false promises and always sought to find a way to get things done for us.She even threw in some unexpected bonuses that simply amplified the Wedding Day and helped us out beyond the wedding!Emily was always timely with responses and making sure that we were clear on how events would occur. We especially appreciated her intimate methods of paying attention and forging a relationship with us. This was quite beneficial as our process was prolonged due to scheduling our wedding almost 18 months into the future due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If one great thing came out of this long interval, it is that we got more time with Emily and her gracious assistance.I highly recommend, Emily as she is definitely the personality that has the personal drive to see tasks through to their conclusion. Because of her we had the wedding of our dreams and most importantly, it was extremely precise and turned out exactly like we had envisioned in our minds. Emily pulled it off! A gigantic \"Thank You\" to her and her efforts and Knotting Hill Place as a whole for allowing us the opportunity to have our wedding at such a phenomenal locale!

From the moment I saw the venue, I knew that KHP was the venue I wanted for my wedding day. The estate is gorgeous and has all the amenities that a bride and groom need. I am so thankful for indoor and outdoor option especially since the rain spotty on our wedding day. We booked early on and when COVID came around, our plans changed a bit. KHP was understanding and were able to accommodate a date change due to the unique circumstances that the pandemic brought on. Prior to wedding, we had a meeting to make sure our bases were covered. The day of our wedding everything worked out effortlessly. Laurina Schiumo, our event manager - along with our wedding coordinator – made sure everything went according to plan. Laurina was there from start to finish and was such a joy to work with. She is sweet, professional and passionate about creating a great experience. When I had a few last-minute changes Laurina executed them promptly. While we did have an amazing experience, one thing I will add is if you are considering booking this beautiful venue, please make sure you read the contract in full and make sure you understand all the terms. I paid the fee for an outside caterer, KHP has their preferred caterers, and it is important that the vendor(s) knows what is expected of them for the whole event. This can be found in their outside vendor agreement.

I had by far the BEST experience with KHP. I had a lot of friends get married this past year and they all wished they got married at KHP hearing about my experience with them. From day 1 they were friendly, helpful, communicative and went above and beyond to make us feel special. They made us feel like we were their only couple! I worked with both NICOLE and EMILY throughout the whole process- they were both absolutely FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Both were extremely thoughtful, kind, and truly cared about making our special day perfect and exactly how we imagined it. We had Nicole for day of and she made everything run SO smoothly, I had nothing to worry about but enjoying myself- and that's what it's all about!! Nicole made that easy!!! And all my vendors loved working with her as well. She's simply amazing. The venue itself was stunning. I got more compliments on how beautiful everything was. You really don't even need to go crazy with flowers and decorations because the venue speaks for itself. The beverage company they use exclusively was amazing and efficient compared to any other wedding i'd been to. I even had guests complimenting on how great the bartenders were. There's a reason they only want to use Colada, so don't look at it as a negative. They only make your experience for you and your guests that much better!! I am SO glad we picked KHP, I couldn't have imagined getting married any other place. If you're looking for a perfect venue and team this is it!!!!!!

First let me say we had a wonderful wedding their last night and are overall happy with results but here's a couple things to be on the lookout for:No elevator- Inexplicable not to have one for people with disabilities. Or recent knee operations etc. Not to mention loading drinks and supplies etc up to the second floor bride and grooms areas. I honestly am at a loss why there isn't one or that the City code doesn't mandate it's requirement!Gratuities- Food and beverage is10-18% and from the workstaff that night they don't get the tips? That we are supposed to give a tip on top of the tip we were charged? Dishonest of you ask me. So be clear when you pay for your food etc make sure your tips go to the workers. Same with booze etc. Also, the vendors and supplies that are recommending pay a fee back to the ownership and or are related to them so very cozy and not always in your favor as competition for your business is a smokescreen. So go in eyes wide open and know what your buying and you should be fine. Again overall, a great event and happy with the results.

Everything was perfect the day of our wedding. I got so excited any time I was able to visit the venue in order to get everything in place for our big day. The KHP team is great and easy to work with. Emily was our day-of coordinator for the venue itself and the day would not have been possible without her. They keep the venue in perfect condition for every celebration. I hope I'm invited to future weddings and events at KHP because I want to enjoy it all over again as a guest! If I we could celebrate multiple times, I would choose KHP every single time.

From the bridal suite (spacious, full of natural light, mirrors galore) to the indoor ceremony room (tall ceilings, beautiful light fixtures, more natural light, stunning backdrop), and to the reception hall (grand-entrance staircase, elegant bar, included clear chairs, acoustics, and outdoor access) - all of it is a fairytale dream of a venue. Our special day went so smoothly and so much credit goes to Jillian Short, our venue coordinator. Her positive energy is infectious and you can tell she genuinely loves helping every bride feel like a princess in her castle that is Knotting Hill. If I could re-marry my husband over and over I would do it every time at this venue! Thank you, Jillian and the whole KHP team!

The only drawbacks I heard about from the bride was a really strict cancelation policy (even in light of COVID), and that the venue coordinator was difficult to locate a couple times throughout the reception. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and I would recommend it - just make sure you hire your own coordinator to keep things running smoothly.

I coordinated a wedding at Knotting Hill on 2/11 and overall had a really positive experience! The only drawbacks I heard about from the bride was a really strict cancelation policy (even in light of COVID), and that the venue coordinator was difficult to locate a couple times throughout the reception. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and I would recommend it - just make sure you hire your own coordinator to keep things running smoothly.

This venue was absolutely amazing! It had everything we could have ever dreamed of for our big day. Every detail was so well thought out, and it allowed our day to flow perfectly. We decided to book Jillian for our wedding coordination and I am so happy that we did. She worked with us through every step leading up to our wedding day and followed up with our vendors and timeline so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy our big day! I cannot recommend this venue or Jillian highly enough!

This venue was absolutely amazing! It had everything we could have ever dreamed of for our big day. Every detail was so well thought out, and it allowed our day to flow perfectly. I cannot say enough about Knotting Hill Place and their wonderful staff. Despite the chaos of covid, they made my wedding perfect and were there to guide me through the entire process. Jillian was a God-sent and I am so glad we hired her as our month-of planner, she made the day of and rehearsal an experience I'll never forget. If you want to feel like a Princess and get married in a modern Texas castle, this is the venue for you. I wish I could relive that day, everyday. I'm so thankful I found Knotting Hill Place, it is what I've always dreamed of and the entire venue is detailed to perfection. This is THE place to get married in Texas! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and joy they brought to the entire wedding experience.

Knotting Hill Place is a dream come true. The venue is like a modern day castle complete with stone, marble, chandeliers and much more. The minute I stepped foot into the cathedral I knew this was the venue we were going to choose for our wedding. My fiancé and I live in Houston with all our family and friends and the only reason we traveled to Dallas for our wedding was because of Knotting Hill Place. The team is what really sets this venue apart. Emily Nelson was our event manager and she was so sweet to work with! She was very quick to respond to all my emails, usually responding within minutes, but definitely responding within the same day. Emily went above and beyond to make our wedding day super special. She was always super responsive and answered all my questions, she would even respond with exact measurements of areas I wanted to place flowers, food truck, etc. I definitely felt that our wedding was in great hands. We have received so many compliments from our guests in awe of the venue and stating KHP is the most beautiful venue they have ever been to.

The perfect venue!!! It was a perfect size and beautiful. I loved the elegance of the venue I felt like we didn’t even need decorations. Emily was beyond helpful in every aspect of planning. She added to the excitement of getting married and was so easy to work with. She was great about adding information and recommendations to make the day even better. This venue is beyond beautiful! We loved the variety of photo op locations around the facility - outdoors, indoors, courtyard with twinkly lights, front and back with balcony. A beautiful venue is not enough - it's the people who complete the experience. That being said, Hollie was a wonderful event manager - very kind, calm and organized. She was readily available throughout the evening in case we needed anything and totally responsive to our needs. The bride and groom prep rooms are stocked with everything you need - I had brought an emergency kit but we never had to use it because they had everything (sewing kit, hairspray, scissors, you name it, they have it!). There was a seamless transition from ceremony chapel to cocktail hour in courtyard to banquet room for reception - it was all in one place and so easy for the guests and for us / no one having to drive from one place to the next. We loved the way the ceremony doors open up to the courtyard. Guests had cocktail hour with saxophone player with twinkly lights and gorgeous cool weather while we took family wedding photos. Then everyone walked right into the reception room. Everything is so close and the transition is so easy. Everything was taken care of - we were able to relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding and did not worry about one thing! We have received non-stop compliments about the wedding. We cannot recommend this place highly ENOUGH!!!! Side note - as soon as you open the doors, there is amazing scent in this venue and everyone notices it.

This venue is a fairytale come to life. My husband and I were one of the first weddings after quarantine. I thought we would have to compromise on a lot, but Jillian made our special day even better than we had hoped and dreamed. I am so thankful to have such a loving and supportive venue. Jillian Short (Director of Sales) Jillian graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She has spent the past 5 years in sales, marketing and customer service roles honing her communication and organization skills. She has chaired annual fundraisers and volunteers with Equest working with veterans and children with disabilities. Her vivacious personality, passion for helping others and deep commitment to customer service has lead her to her dream job in this amazing industry. She is very excited to facilitate unforgettable events and make big dreams come true at Knotting Hill Place.
