WELCOME to L&L FARM VENUE Say your “I Do’s” on a picturesque Tennessee farm, just 30 miles north of Nashville. The remodeled barn with authentic style, romantic high-end lighting, and large courtyard, provides the perfect backdrop for your special event. What sets us apart is endless options for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony that will ensure an unforgettable experience for you and your guests! The 62 acre property is surrounded by large trees that dapple in the sunlight, rolling hillsides, and a spring fed creek, appropriately named, “Spring Creek.” The resulting tranquility combined with modern amenities makes this a sophisticated location that merges nature and rustic, industrial style. Ceremony locations are idyllic and charming with stone tunnels, barns, and an arbor. The numerous outdoor areas also offer serene spots for photography sessions, including an old tobacco barn across a wooden bridge over the creek. The barn boasts a rustic and industrial-chic vibe ideal for the contemporary couple. The simple elegance of the design and layout provides a beautiful template for your wedding. 5,300 square feet provides plenty of room for dining, dancing, and anything else you can imagine. The barn features an outdoor terrace with a fireplace, for a cozy evening gathering place as well as a location for toasts, cocktail receptions, and even dancing under the stars. Upon entering the barn you are greeted with dark aged wood, romantic lighting, and concrete floors for a modern-industrial look. Large oversized windows in the loft provide the perfect lighting for those gorgeous shots indoors. The addition is where you’ll find an oversized L-shaped bar which has indoor/outdoor accessibility, sure to please your guests whether they're enjoying dinner in the barn or dancing the night away in the courtyard. We can make that happen - ask us for all the details! In the interest of saving you some time, the Saturday (12 hours) venue fee is under $8000 and Sundays (10 hours) fee is $6500. There are no minimums for food and beverage. What does that mean? You can save money and even bring in your own insured caterer and bartender. There are not enough kind words that we could write about Allison and L&L Farm. She was wonderful - from our initial phone call, tour, to us choosing this venue, everything in between, and the actual wedding day. Allison never hesitated to jump on a call with me, answered all of my questions, responded to every email quickly, and was such a big piece to the success of our day. She made sure everything was in place and drove me around to be sure I had easy access to all of the photo ops and beautiful locations at L&L. She assisted with our vendors, rentals, and provided an incredible amount of guidance so that our day turned out perfectly. It is secluded, absolutely beautiful, and the perfect place for a relaxed and elegant wedding. L&L Farm is such a beautiful place with kind and caring people. I highly recommend this venue and Allison!

We knew L&L Farm was the place we wanted to get married as soon as we drove through the main gates! The property took our breath away, it was beautifully manicured and everything was updated/modern without loosing all the rustic charm that made this place so special. Allison and her family are wonderful to work with and made all our wedding visions come to life. They take such pride not only in their property but in the couples that choose to work with them!There are so many options for ceremony spaces and the property has endless options for photos. You feel like you've stepped away from the world and are secluded in your own wonderland while at the farm. It was private and we had the entire property to ourselves the entire day. The farmhouse and groom's suite are out of a magazine and were the perfect places to spend the morning getting ready.Allison worked with every single vendor we choose and was so accommodating to every single request we had! She gave suggestions along the way and made sure we didn't miss a beat in the planning process. There is not one thing I would change about our big day and that's all thanks to all the hard work Allison and her team put into preparing. Our friends and family could not stop commenting on how beautiful the farm was and we will cherish our memories out there for the rest of our life!

Allison is the best person to have by your side during your wedding preparation. Her and her family have the most gorgeous venue and we completely fell in love visiting it a year before our ceremony. She really did walk us through every step and helps facilitate communication with vendors. She for sure had her hands on experience with assisting in the wedding, including the little thoughtful details that may not necessarily be her job. Her and Tony are incredibly sweet and worked so hard all day long on the day of our ceremony. They both made sure that everything was as magical and special as we could possibly want. This venue was the glue that made our wedding everything we wanted it to be.

L & L Farm is beautiful! The sprawling land provides great opportunities for engagement and wedding day pictures. The barn is spacious with a modern rustic feel. The brides and grooms suite have delightful decor and offer plenty of room to get ready. The staff at L & L are also wonderful. Allison is very attentive to the needs of the bride and groom. She provides great recommendations and insight about her preferred list. We were so happy that we had our ceremony and reception there!

We absolutely loved our experience working with L&L farm and also loved celebrating our day on the beautiful property! Allison and her crew are so easy to work with and truly puts in the work to make the day so easy and enjoyable. I have gotten so many comments from guests about how beautiful the property was. Having our wedding at L&L was seriously the best choice that we made. Our day was absolutely stunning, and everything was seamless! The staff was a dream & an absolute pleasure. The scenery was beautiful & well kept. If you want to have the absolute best venue, I totally recommend L&L!!

L and L Farm is one of the most beautiful wedding venues ever! From the amazing renovated barn, to the fireplace in the courtyard, and the creek with the stone bridge--it's absolutely stunning! You couldn't have anyone better to plan a wedding than Allison! I highly recommend that anyone searching for a beautiful venue, along with stress-free wedding planning, look here first!
