Living Sculpture Sanctuary is a botanical paradise and enchanting wedding venue located in Davie, FL. The property was designed and constructed to offer a sense of serenity through the healing powers of the natural world. Owned and operated by Mary Luz Rodriguez Alvarez and Robert J. McKee, these individuals are excited to open their doors for all manner of celebrations. Ideal for hosting intimate ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions, this magical destination is a perfect backdrop for your big day. The venue is located upon an ancient site and exudes a tranquil atmosphere. Its various organic elements are highlighted by luscious plant life including hundred-year-old oak trees, cascading waterfalls, bonsai display wall, and Zen moon gates. Each of these features contributes to creating a harmonious environment. They also stand to promote a deeper connection between the body, mind, and spirit as one with the surrounding natural world. Living Sculpture Sanctuary has options for both outdoor and covered-outdoor event spaces for you to make use of for your various wedding-related activities. The Healing Falls Esplanade is your perfect location to host a ceremony experience that ensures intimate privacy. You and your partner can exchange your precious vows in front of up to 100 of your nearest and dearest guests. Here, photo opportunities arise as you make your way beneath an arched entrance through a stone wall. It leads you into an enchanting grotto that serves as a backdrop unlike any other. Some receptions are held in the Sanctuary Center. Nestled at the heart of the property, this rustic, yet modern, event space has everything you need to execute an unforgettable celebration. It features a charming wooden deck with a floating lounger swing, views over the peaceful koi pond, and a private outdoor area. This area has enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 120 people. Living Sculpture Sanctuary offers a myriad of services with your rental of the property to ensure you maximize your investment and overall experience. Some of the event items included are bistro and LED lighting to ensure your weddingâs evening atmosphere is vibrant and full of life. One of the greatest highlights of our wedding was having the privilege of having our event at LSS. The experience they provide for their couples is truly second to none and I really feel they set the bar so high for event spaces. The connections we have made with the team at LSS transcend beyond the typical transactional type of relationship you create with vendors and we are so grateful for that. The intention that the owners and facilitators at LSS have for their couples is so pure and true, you can feel it the moment you walk onto the property that it is something so unique and special because it is created from love. We are so so grateful to have found them and knew the moment we discovered this venue that it was the one. We literally never had to look elsewhere because the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, the team welcome you with open arms, and the spirit of Living Sculpture Sanctuary is so alive. We booked this venue for our wedding a year and a half in advance. This venue is absolutely STUNNING! The plants are gorgeous, and the space is so tranquil and well maintained. We also loved that our booking came with a massage for the bride. But, unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend working with this venue. From start to finish, our experience was an absolute nightmare. The employees are constantly changing and so are their rules. One day they need money for this, next day they need money for something else that was never mentioned prior. Weddings are already so expensive as it is, and to continue to ask for money beyond what's in the agreed contract is just distasteful.During our tour, they mention that we could choose to work with any vendors we wanted and that they have their preferred list of vendors that we could also choose from. But they failed to mention that we were expected to pay $500/vendor that isn't from their preferred list. No other venue in South Florida has such a requirement! Had I known this upfront, I absolutely would've chosen a different venue.To make matters worse, I had several vendors refuse to do our wedding because 1) they thought the fee was absurd and/or 2) they had horrible experiences working with the owner and refused to return. I thought those responses were extreme at first, but then after working with her myself I fully understood why. I witnessed her chastise my vendor in front of me and my family for no reason at all. It was so rude and unprofessional. Luckily my vendor WAS a professional, but it left an awful taste in everyone's mouths.Then on the actual wedding day, the venue's ovens weren't working, the lock to the bridal suite was broken, and the colors to the fountain were completely wrong (we asked for amber and they put green). I can excuse the wrong color lights, but my chef not having a working kitchen was an absolute nightmare for them to work around. Furthermore, not having a working lock to my suite left all of our valuables exposed. You would think the venue would offer an apology or some type of compensation, and yet I haven't heard a word.Just do yourself a favor, skip the headache and consider a different wedding venue.

Where do I begin.... this venue was a literal dream! From day one of our first tour to our wedding to even coming back after the wedding, the service was just beyond words. The staff was so nice and welcoming, they made sure your wedding would be the wedding of your dreams. Mary, Katerina was so nice and easy to work with, and Andres the on site manager was just amazing the day of the wedding. He was just so on top of everything. Every single guest was speechless of the beauty of the venue, and attention to detail. If you want a fairlytale dream wedding that is the whole package from views to staff, THIS IS IT. The staff was so nice and welcoming, they made sure your wedding would be the wedding of your dreams. A fairytale wedding! That's how my guests described my daughter's wedding at Living Sculpture Sanctuary. I knew it would be beautiful but even I was blown away by how spectacular it looked by night with the fairy lights. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and I could not ask for more than that. I am so happy that we chose this venue and got to meet Mary who is absolutely wonderful to work with. Kate and Katerina and the rest of staff there, all amazing! I highly recommend!

A fairytale wedding! That's how my guests described my daughter's wedding at Living Sculpture Sanctuary. I knew it would be beautiful but even I was blown away by how spectacular it looked by night with the fairy lights. After changing our date twice due to Covid, We finally got married at the Living Sculpture on February 5, 2022 and our guests are still talking about how absolutely beautiful our venue was! We received so many compliments throughout the night about our venue it was insane. Everything looked breathtaking! I am anxiously waiting for our pictures to share them. The staff was also great and we received two beautiful gifts from them which was extremely nice of them!!! I am so happy we chose this venue. It will forever be an unforgettable day! After changing our date twice due to Covid, We finally got married at the Living Sculpture on February 5, 2022 and our guests are still talking about how absolutely beautiful our venue was! We received so many compliments throughout the night about our venue it was insane. Everything looked breathtaking! I am anxiously waiting for our pictures to share them. The staff was also great and we received two beautiful gifts from them which was extremely nice of them!!! I am so happy we chose this venue. It will forever be an unforgettable day! Living Sculpture Sanctuary was the most beautiful venue. The staff was kind and very helpful leading up to our big day. Mary is soooo sweet and loves to help you plan the perfect day. Be sure to budget for the tents in case it rains. We had to get a tent for the ceremony and small portion of the reception area, but didnât budget for it. The clear tents looked great though! Unfortunately, the toilets backed up the night of our wedding. There was nothing that could really be done, and they carted some guests up to the office while the office was open. But it was a bit of a disappointment because I couldnât use the bridal suite bathroom and it created some frustration with guests waiting in line. Overall, great experience minus the bathroom situation.

Living Sculpture Sanctuary was the first and last venue my husband and I looked at. We literally didn't look at a single other venue once seeing this one. It was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. It's a hidden gem that makes you feel like you're in a whimsical paradise somewhere other than Florida. The amazing thing about it is that every inch of the venue has natural beauty and you need very little extra decor to make it exceedingly beautiful. Not only that, but the owners and everyone who works there are so wonderful. They are very helpful and easily reachable. I wish I could have a million more events at Living Sculpture Sanctuary. It was truly a dream come true!

It was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. It's a hidden gem that makes you feel like you're in a whimsical paradise somewhere other than Florida. The amazing thing about it is that every inch of the venue has natural beauty and you need very little extra decor to make it exceedingly beautiful. Not only that, but the owners and everyone who works there are so wonderful. They are very helpful and easily reachable. I wish I could have a million more events at Living Sculpture Sanctuary. It was truly a dream come true!

Living Sculpture Sanctuary is just that, a stunning sanctuary! From the moment we had our first walkthrough we knew this was where we wanted to have our Vow Renewal. The atmosphere, the owners as well as employees all have beautiful energies which was definitely a deciding factor in choosing this location. The day of our Vow Renewal, the weather wasnât the best. It kept raining on & off & all we saw were the employees working hard on cleaning the area, sweeping the puddles of water away, & wiping down seats for our guests. It was truly a sigh of relief, to know that we had a great team who worked hard because they also want a beautiful event. The Bridal Zen Lounge was another deciding factor in choosing this location. The attention they put in the lounge, from the stocked up fridge, to the cool A/C, & the relaxing scent that fills the room was very much needed the night of! & very much appreciated!! We also kept getting compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the sanctuary was. Itâs truly breathtaking & we highly recommend them!!

This venue is a hidden gem, although it seems to be catching some popularity as of late. Seriously, you would never think this place exists in the middle of Davie. This was actually the very first venue we went to see in 2019 when we were planning a 2020 venue, we were heartbroken when we couldnât have our wedding here because we had too many guests... so we settled for another venue. Due to COVID we postponed 3 times and ultimately decided to cancel our big wedding. We were able to plan a ceremony only at Living Sculpture. We had access to the whole venue for photos and video where ever we wanted. Our photo/video are breathtaking!! We only had 10 guests with 100+ joining in virtually and still, everyone was in complete awe telling us how beautiful the backdrop was. We had our ceremony, first dance and parents dances here and everything was perfect. They set up the couches for us under the cover for our family to sit comfortably while we had our dances. They made so many great upgrades since we first saw it in 2019 including the Zen Lounge. Itâs an additional cost but 100% a must have for the bride. I only had 10 people at my wedding and no bridal party but we loved having the zen lounge. Anyway, this place is beautiful!! Hopefully one day we will be able to have a full celebration there :)

Touring the property, we knew there was no other place on earth we would rather be married. When we first toured the property, we were not yet engaged, but we didnât let that stop us from picking a date! Shortly after, we brought his parents to the venue and Josh surprised all of us by proposing to me in front of them! At the wedding, many guest and family members came up to us to comment on how exquisite, beautiful and perfect this venue was for our special day. We also purchased 4 desert roses from the sanctuary for ourselves and family, and now they are all blooming! Mary Luz, her husband Bob, Pilar, and the whole Living Sculpture Team hold a very special place in our heart and are our forever family! I cannot say enough great things about Living Sculptures Sanctuary! Hands down the best venue in South Florida!The venue is breathtaking, no need to decorate extra. It feels like you stepped into a different world! Your pictures will turn out amazing with the variety of photo-worthy spots on site. Photographers absolutely LOVE shooting here. The venue is clean and well maintained and the Koi fish are beautiful. The new bridal suite is a must-have and made getting ready for my wedding effortless. The large bathroom in the suite was amazing because it gave me a separate area away from the guests that was clean. On my wedding day, most of my guests commented about how gorgeous this venue is and how they either want their wedding here or wish they knew about LSS when they got married. It is truly a spot that will leave your guests raving. Mr. and Mrs. McKee welcome you into their family from the first time you meet them and their entire staff does the same. The LSS staff always went the extra mile for us and made everything about our wedding day effortless. My husband and I feel like a valued part of their family, even after our wedding has passed. I 100% would recommend LSS to anyone looking to host an event, especially if you like an outdoor/zen vibe. I have no complaints about the venue, staff, or service. The venue, along with its owners, offer a genuine and welcoming experience! You will not regret having your special day here!

The staff, the scenery, everything is straight out of a story book and who knew a place like this existed in Davie, Florida?!All I can say is- go, take a visit, and experience the magic yourselves. My guests are still raving about how gorgeous it was and people who didnât attend wish they were there to see it! Everything is special and meaningful all the way down to the story of the owners and how this place was created. AND it was PERFECT for a wedding during COVID- itâs completely outdoor but with covering so all of my guests felt so comfortable with the open- air!

I cannot begin to describe our amazing experience at this venue! Words cannot explain the perfection and vision behind everything here. From the first moment we visited the venue, we knew this was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. Not only we enjoyed every moment here but our guests were so impressed! The outdoor vibe and the balanced way everything is build it's absolutely impeccable, so peaceful and vibrant in the same time. There's so many different spots you can take pictures and enjoy, that I can't decide which one is my favorite! All our guests loved the venue so much and every time someone brings up our wedding, they mention how amazing the venue was. All my girlfriends want to do their weddings here and I cannot wait to come back as a guest too. The whole staff was also great to work with. We were assigned to Pilar, which is such a positive and beautiful person, and she was so helpful and easy to communicate with during the whole process. Also, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the owners are! We were so lucky to meet them in person! They were so accommodating and provided us with way more than we requested. They made us feel so special and we are so thankful for the way we were treated! Our small wedding was during covid and I was so stressed out about how everything was going to be. On top of it we were expecting a rainy day with 60% chances plus the humidity! I really didn't know what to expect! We got married on January 31, 2020 and we could not have chosen a more beautiful and simply perfect venue, especially since they allow fur babies...my heart was set on it. We were worried about the capacity because we had 124 guests, including us but the venue accommodated and it fit just right. The staff were easygoing with the documents and planning process and also did a sick job on cleaning and decorating. They have done many upgrades and additions to the place, that it looks even more beautiful than when we first saw it in 2018. The only thing that I have decorated was centerpieces because I wanted the venue to present itself and donât want to take the beauty away from it. Our friends and family did not even know the place existed and it was a hidden surprise for everyone, including ourselves. We highly recommend for all occasions. Thank you Living Sculpture Sanctuary!

They upkeep the landscaping so beautifully and seemed to always be doing updates to the venue.They made sure to know what and how we wanted things for the day of our wedding and organized the venue accordingly.I was extremely happy working with the staff and how beautiful everything looked. My most memorable thing is how magically it transformed from daylight to dark. It looked liked a completely different place in the most magical way!! Iâd definitely recommend!!!! P.S. We wanted a venue that was the opposite of a boring, traditional, banquet hall, and Living Sculpture delivered. This place is absolutely magical: lush vegetation, bonsai trees, waterfalls, beautiful lighting, Living Sculpture has so much to offer. Our wedding guests raved about this venue, nearly all of which had never been to a wedding somewhere like this before. I didn't want to get married in just another Ballroom and wanted to be closer to nature and let the beauty of the venue be the showcase of the decor and Living Sculpture Sanctuary was the answer. Andrea was fantastic assisting us on the actual day of the Wedding.I was in living in Chicago when first looking for venues so Gaby met with my Mom and showed her the venue while I watched via FaceTime. I essentially picked Living Sculpture Sanctuary without actually seeing it in person. I just knew it was THE place for us to get married. Again, working with everyone at Living Sculpture Sanctuary was quite enjoyable, professional and efficient. Everyone truly cares that you have the BEST day of your life there. Mary Luz the owner did the final walk through with us a couple weeks before the Wedding and meeting her only solidified that I knew we chose the right place. She is a passionate, strong and amazing woman. She and her husband built this beautiful, magical place with their own hands for their Wedding Day and we are all so lucky that they now share it with other couples who wish to exchange words of love and promises in the same angelic space. I was devastated and super discouraged about having to start from scratch again with the wedding planning. My friend suggested Living Sculpture as an option ( I hadn't heard of this place before), and that was the best advice I could've gotten. HIDDEN GEM. This venue is not only beautiful, its MAGICAL. There is nothing else like this place. This place is Instagram and photography heaven because every single corner is a great spot for pictures. But in addition, this place gives you all the feels. It's nature-y, open, and makes you feel so zen and present on the best day of your life!!! BEST VENUE EVER!!

Oh and did I tell you they accommodated is having our sweet golden retriever as part of our wedding?!? Made my whole day. From the moment we met the staff here they were attentive returning all emails and phone calls with any questions we had. They had a great list of vendors to help us with drinks, music and more! The day of our wedding it happened to pour the whole time and the staff were super helpful trying to get rid of standing water. We rented some tents and heaters and it pretty much solved our issues. Canât control the weather. Our wedding we so amazing and everyone is still talking about it. I would like to say thank you to Living Sculpture for creating such a wonderful sacred place for us to have our special day. Would highly recommend anyone whoâd like a beautiful outdoor venue to host it here.

What an amazing venue! I found this venue using The Knot.com and the photos looked amazing so I had to check it out. The pictures didnât do it justice! This place is a luscious outdoor venue with lots of space to be able to hold your Ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner all at one location. Wanted to give a special thank you to Stephanie for being super patient with us and also to Mary. Thank you again for the Bonsai Rose, the wifey loves it! Living Sculpture gave us tons of time to do set up and breakdown and really worked with our vendors so that the stress was off of us, and trust me that really helps. What I loved most about it was the scenery and the beautiful detail decor. All the trees provided this nice shade and perfect temperature for your guests, yet they allowed for just the right amount of sun to peek through. What I also loved about the venue that you can dress it down or dress it up as much as you want to you're liking. Not only are Mary & Gaby amazing to work with, but they strive to make your vision of you're wedding day a reality. I could not have thought about a better venue and are so blessed I stumbled upon The Living Sculpture Sanctuary. Pictures just won't do it justice, this place is magical! Go see it for yourself.

We just had our wedding here at Living sculpture sanctuary, and although it was a breathtaking view and gorgeous location the owner and Caroline (staff) was absolutely horrible!! Before the night even started as Iâm (Bride) in the limo the owners staff- Caroline is calling me telling me i owe her $180 for the tax, as Iâm on my way to my wedding, when i had paid Mary-owner in full already and she had counted and told me it was good and all there the day i payed her. When we viewed the property Mary- owner went on and on about how gorgeous the tiki torches are at night, they were never all lite, some went out and Caroline was asked to light them back up, she said they arenât working ! There were lights around the entire structure that were never turned on so part of our guest were sitting in the dark using their phones as lights to eat their food! During the walk through that would of been the perfect time for them to tell us that those certain tables will be in the dark. We the Bride and Groom had to call during our dinner to ask to have the lights turned on, in which Caroline told us âthey donât work.â As a business owner wouldnât you think to get these lights a test run to make sure everything is up and running ? How is it fair the day of my wedding I have no working lights ? The next day when we went there I spoke to Mary about the HUGE inconvenience this has caused and she told me that I never ârequestedâ to have these specific so called âholiday lightsâ turned on !!! I asked her to show me proof where it says in the final walk through that I signed where it says to ârequestâ the so called âholiday lightsâ .... Mary told me she couldnât because itâs not on the paper !! So how would I know about this ? She also told me that they werenât broken ! So the night of my wedding how come Caroline couldnât turn these lights on for me ? Is it because she lazy ? How is this my responsibility? The power went out 4 times throughout the evening and caused an issue and delay with our food! My caterer had to run out twice to get more rice as the power issue cause the rice to burn. We paid 375$ for valet and the valet guys are telling our guest to get their own cars! The toilets got clogged up multiple times causing a mess on the floors, they ran out of toilet paper and my guest had to use the bathroom without any, you would think they would have more than enough toilet paper. We are so unbelievably upset with how unprofessional this venue was. They are telling us itâs our issue the bathrooms were messy when they had a plumbing issue and they had lack of toilet paper. They didnât want to take responsibility for the power going out when my guest at half of the tables were eating an hour after everyone else. My husband and I went to the venue the day after to pick up the remainder of our things. Mary had pictures that were taken of some of the things we left behind. When we booked this venue in March we were told that we were allowed to leave things behind and we could pick them up in the morning. I was very confused about why she had the audacity to take pictures when we were told something else. Caroline (staff) told my caterer to tie up the garage bags and leave them next to the trash can out back. Which he did. Mary also took pictures of this as well and told us that they were suppose to be inside the trash cans. Itâs clear that the staff has very poor communication amongst each other. My experience was not the best I sent my signed contract via email and received a confirmation email from them saying that my contract was executed and congratulating us for booking the venue. I also sent a deposit check that was deposited two days after the confirmation email. After five months they contacted me (6 months before to my wedding date) stating that my contract was not valid because it was not signed or approved my them. They said that I would need to sign a new contract they said that the first contract they sent me was outdated and that a few changes were made to this new one. They sent me the contract via email but there were new fees and more rules that my fiancé and I did not feel comfortable with. I asked if they could at least cover the difference for the new fees since we were already on a tight budget and had planned based on the first fee, but they denied. I unfortunately had to refuse to sign the new contract and was left without a venue 6 months before my wedding now we desperate looking for a new venue. (One good thing they did was return my deposit) Anyway, this was my experience with the venue I truly hope no one has to deal with an issue like this during the planning of your wedding.

This is a hidden gem in South Florida!!! My fiancé and I recently had our engagement party at Living Sculpture and it was so dreamy and amazing! This venue doesn't even need decoration - its already so beautiful all on its own. All of the staff were very professional and so easy to work with and made our day run so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about the Sanctuary and so happy this is where we chose to have our event!

The venue was extremely beautiful and I barely had to decorate because the naturistic scene spoke for itself. Please Note: We strongly suggest you thoroughly read the Living Sculpture Sanctuary contract, especially regarding poor weather conditions.The reason I am leaving this review on The Knot is because my initial review on Wedding Wire was pulled (following protocol) but never reposted.For our wedding ceremony and reception my fiancĂ© and I chose the Living Sculpture Sanctuary, impressed by its unique and lovely environment filled with gardens, tree-lined pathways, a waterfall and pond.Unfortunately, on our wedding day it rained heavily, and we came to the realization that this venue is, without question, ill-equipped for rainy weather. Impassable floods blocked the venue's arch bridge entryway and a second pathway entrance; rain poured down from the upper deck, flooding the dining area and bathroom. During this time not a single staff member came over to check on us, forcing us to drive over to the office and complain. Three employees eventually made an appearance only to take a single action - not to help us mop the floors but to place a plank of wood over the flood by the second pathway as a temporary bridge - the wood eventually floated away. One employee did stay for the remainder of the event (well, she disappeared for about half an hour) but offered no assistance. As our guests, several of whom were elderly, arrived and exited they had no choice but to walk over the steep arch bridge. Although venue's contract stipulates that the bridge is not be used (except for wedding photos) during the event, no where does it provide alternate entrances/exits during inclement weather. After half an hour of dancing, the DJâs system short-circuited due to interference between his equipment cables and the venueâs electric power source, located outside, exposed to the elements. We danced to exactly three songs.The Terms and Conditions of the contract do ârecommend tentingâ of both interior and outdoor areas, which is logical. However, since the weather forecast for our wedding date called for no rain, we neither rented tents nor cancelled/rescheduled, which is equally logical.Prior to our event one employee reassured us that (1) pumps would be utilized to remove any standing water, and (2) two staff members would be on hand to assist during the entire event, both of which never occurred. Despite knowing how upset we were, the owners never reached out with an apology. I sent a letter to the owners expressing our disappointment and requested some sort of compensation for, e.g., loss of DJ services, but they declined, reiterating their contract rules and warning me they would take legal action if I used social media to make false claims. As lawyers they have that right, but as business owners who allegedly embrace a Zen lifestyle, I believe they failed. To threaten former customers - who left their venue spotless upon departure, is disgraceful.However, despite these inconveniences, we and our guests had a wonderful time and memories to cherish for a lifetime.Should the owners respond to this review, perhaps they can find it in their hearts (I hope they aren't \"poisoned\" by their own behavior) to offer a simple apology.

However, since the weather forecast for our wedding date called for no rain, we neither rented tents nor cancelled/rescheduled, which is equally logical.Prior to our event one employee reassured us that (1) pumps would be utilized to remove any standing water, and (2) two staff members would be on hand to assist during the entire event, both of which never occurred. Despite knowing how upset we were, the owners never reached out with an apology. I sent a letter to the owners expressing our disappointment and requested some sort of compensation for, e.g., loss of DJ services, but they declined, reiterating their contract rules and warning me they would take legal action if I used social media to make false claims. As lawyers they have that right, but as business owners who allegedly embrace a Zen lifestyle, I believe they failed. To threaten former customers - who left their venue spotless upon departure, is disgraceful.However, despite these inconveniences, we and our guests had a wonderful time and memories to cherish for a lifetime.Should the owners respond to this review, perhaps they can find it in their hearts (I hope they aren't \"poisoned\" by their own behavior) to offer a simple apology.

Can we talk about how dreamy this place is? When I was researching potential venues for my April 2018 wedding, I knew I found my reception site when reading about Living Sculpture Sanctuary. My husband and I live out of state, but the team at Living Sculpture made sure to stay in contact with us and made the booking process easy - they even recommended a fabulous caterer for us!All of our guests kept raving about the space all night. It perfectly matched what I visualized for our space, from the old trees dripping in Spanish moss to the waterfalls, I loved every single part of this earthy, beautiful place.

Its a rustic outdoor venue and has main covering area for reception, a bar, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor area for cocktail and/or ceremony. We were so happy with this location and staff was very accommodating and willing to work out al my requests. It rained on my wedding day March 10 2018 and we didn't plan for a backup, however it was still beautiful and it made it magical and romantic. All guests had a great time and they also loved the place. Just be sure to check for weather and have backup options for week of wedding.

We got married at the Living Sculpture Sanctuary in January 2017. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect venue and night!! The place is absolutely stunning! If you are looking for a beautiful venue that requires very little in terms of deocrations than you found your spot! They will color coordinate all their lights including the ones on the waterfall to match your color pallet or theme. They were extremely accomodating to all of our requests. We brought in our own wedding pergola arch, largebackkground for a selfie station, had the fireplace going at night so we could have a smores bar, they allowed our horses join us for photographs after the ceremony and our pet duck to participate in the ceremony as the ring bearer. At the end of the night they gifted my husband and i with a beautiful bonsai tree made from a desert rose plant. Our guests loved the venue and we couldnt have been more pleased with our choice. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue that is unique and a hidden gem look no further!

OMG! This place is a hidden treasure. They have the most beautiful landscaping. The venue is absolutley gorgeous and we had the most perfect wedding here. Our original venue got cancelled due to the hurricane and we found this one 4 days before our wedding day. Bob was super nice and made sure everything was cleaned up and perfect for our special day. And Gaby is absolutely amazing...I cannot say enough great things about this place. I feel so lucky that we were able to have our wedding here. They had everything set up just the way I imagined it and even had thrown in some extra decorations that went with the theme to make everything perfect! Definitely recommend! When you see the scenery at this place you are sure to fall in love with it!

Thereâs a greenery all around the property and there are other spots for amazing pictures to be taken. The hut is pretty incredible. I love that there is a built in bar. They were very accommodating in scheduling a visit of the venue. Gaby gave me the tour and made sure to answer any questions I had. Everything she told me, I was very satisfied with. Whenever I spoke to Mary on the phone, I felt very comfortable with her and felt as if her goal was to make sure that my wedding day be the day I always dreamt of. Ray is another person who I spoke with a few times and actually went through the booking process. It went very, very smoothly and he also made sure to answer all my questions. My fiancĂ© and I cannot wait for our wedding in March! A wedding is stressful, but working with the people of Living Sculpture Sanctuary, they relieve the stress. We were humbled when Mother Earth Covered us with tears of happiness blessing our union in this magical day . As expected , all the blessed rain brought certain challenges to the original set-up and dynamic for our union. Nonetheless , we were one more time blessed with the outstanding hard work , commitment and passion of all the service providers , who are truly artist in their field, starting with the Sanctuary team staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. All of our vendors, along with the Sanctuary team, came together working as a impromptu team to make our dream wedding come true . Like Mother Earth , my husband and I cried tears of happiness when we celebrated the union of our lives in this magnificent venue surrounded by friends and family. Mary Luz Rodriguez Alvarez (Owner) Mary Luz is originally from Mexico and brought her talents to Florida where she studied to become a trial lawyer. Her multinational perspective and drive are bringing a new focus to the Sanctuary. A healer at heart, Mary is pursuing her dream to bring quality organic and natural foods and beverages to our clients at the Mother Earth Café. Along with nutrition, Mary is a Zen Pilates instructor that brings her gifts and meditative approach to class for a complete body/mind/spirit experience. In addition, Mary Luz is a marketing director, so look for her to host your special events, from weddings
