The venue was absolutely perfect and exactly how we imagined it. The whole planning team was amazing through the whole process and on our wedding day. They got us an amazing DJ, florist, food, everything. It really took a lot of stress away knowing that they had so many vendors already. We wanted our wedding to be mountainy and feel laid back and it was everything and more. Highly recommend the venue and paying for the extra hour of reception time. Thank you MVR!!

We've only had one wedding, but Wedgewood was a fantastic planning service at a truly gorgeous venue: Mountain View Ranch, Pine, Colorado.The planning team was so responsive to any request. All unexpected events (we called at the wrong time, it snowed on our wedding day) were handled with the utmost professionalism to put our minds at ease. They were so responsive to work with, the food onsite was delicious, and everything was so easy because all the details (tables, photo booth, DJ, any other thing that would be a rental cost) were handled by them. I never felt any pressure from them when we were making our decisions, and they accommodated everything we needed to make our most memorable day perfect!

We don't have a bad thing to say about our experience at Mountain View Ranch. From the initial signing of the contract, all the way to our wedding day, every experience we had with them was amazing. They really know how to put on a wedding and make things seamless. From a very type A bride, having nearly all vendors through the venue was incredible. They handled arrival, set up, tear down and everything in between. It is a well oiled machine over there. The fact that it comes with a day-of coordinator was just a big plus for us when searching for venues and Claire knocked it out of the park. Additionally, with any wedding, you want a rock-star DJ and the DJ company they use, really impressed us (shout out to Marco)! The fact that they think of every detail and send you a binder with all vendor information, important dates to remember and meetings already set up, made the wedding planning process a lot less daunting (especially with a 9 month engagement). Also, the venue and views are absolutely stunning. 10/10 recommend Mountain View Ranch!

We had a wonderful experience here! We live out of state and they were extremely accomodating throughout the entire process. They coordination team I worked with while planning was awesome and got back to me quickly each time, and their day of team was so easy to work with and helped out with everything. The day went so smoothly and I didn't have to be bothered with any decor or layout questions, so I really got to relax on the day of. Seriously such a great team they have here! They also have great connections with vendors so we didn't have to worry about worry about searching through DJ's, florists or bakeries. The DJ company they work with is excellent, and they provided exactly what we were looking for. The florist was awesome and our flowers perfectly fit the look I was going to, which was extremely impresive for not being there in person to show them what I was going for. The bakery they worked with was awesome and I got a ton of compliments on the desserts, and even the overall food was amazing. Could not recommend them more, especially for people who live out of state and don't want to worry about tracking down different vendors!

My fiancé and I recently booked Mountain View ranch as wedding venue and we are SO excited! We were venue searching for 2/3 months in New York since this is where we are from and nothing was really standing out to us. We got engaged in Colorado so figured why not return for our wedding. We found MVR online and decided to schedule a virtual meeting with their team and it all changed for us right then and there! We met with Danielle from the MVR team and she was wonderful! She asked us questions about our love story, who we were as a couple, and what our “ dream” wedding looked like. All questions no one had asked us before- it felt so special!! My fiancé and I were a bit worried about costs going into this search but the MVR team made us feel so at ease, with all the different packages they offer we found something just right for us. The packages are affordable and provide so many options you can pick and choose from ( that’s my FAVORITE part). After connecting with Danielle virtually we felt so comfortable and excited! Danielle was AWESOME! She answered every question we had and even let us know ahead of time she was going to be out of the office. While she was away the rest of their team would email us the answers to every single question . The team is so responsive( literally every email sent was answered in the same day, sometimes within the hour). We just put down our deposit and have been told a wedding binder is on the way to our home to help us plan. We are so excited to wedding plan with the MVR team and are certain we are in good hands:)

Mountain View Ranch was not only an incredibly beautiful venue but they also made our day absolutely perfect. Meleah and Cassie were awesome on our day of. They were so professional and did everything they possibly could to make our day perfect. We also got a bundle deal with Love and Lens for our photography and they did an incredible job as well! Chelsea and Daniel from Love and Lens were perfect and made us feel special and cared for. Everyone at Mountain View Ranch answers emails quickly and really work with you to make your day perfect. Most of our guests were from out of town and had never been to Colorado. They were blown away by the views, accommodations at the venue, and the ceremony and reception sites. You also get to stay in the cabins at Mountain View Ranch which was so fun and perfect so that our guests didn't have to drive and could stay celebrating later. There are 2 weddings happening at the same time on the property which at first we were worried it would confuse our guests but everything about our day felt so intimate and everyone was able to get where they needed to go. Highly reccommend.

Mountain View ranch was my number one choice from the beginning. We knew we wanted an all inclusive package because we have very busy careers as educators. Wedgewood weddings as a whole is a great option for your wedding. For us, the view at Mountain View ranch couldn't be beat. The running stream, the green grass and the beautiful amenities sold me. I thought I was impressed with the view, until I met the staff. I had the pleasure of working with many friends. Danielle, Sara, and Cassie were just a few of the wonderful staff who answered every question we had, and let us through our day flawlessly. When they say you don't have to worry about a thing, they mean it. They didn't even blink an eye or sweat a beat of sweat when I asked them if I could surprise my future husband with a puppy! Sara was so incredibly calm the entire day. She dealt with family and friends and made everything look so easy. This was from rehearsal through wedding day. On the day of the wedding, the staff saved our lives with irons, steamers, and anything we could think of that we probably forgot. They kept everything moving smoothly. Cassie handled the second-half of the rehearsal dinner and did an amazing job. Her spirit was bright and upbeat and so accommodating just like Sara's! Everyone really enjoyed our security guard, and the bartenders as well as the wait staff. We felt very loved and heard our whole entire day. My guests were so impressed by the food, the view and the overall atmosphere. I had many people tell me it was like a fairy tale. And that's how we felt at the end of the day. Even my husband leaned into me at her head table and said, “This is exactly what I wanted. You did a great job babe.” And that's saying something! Thank you so much Mountain View ranch for everything you did for us! You made the day so easy, and you threw in so many little special things, that made our day even better!

The Mountain View Ranch team is spectacular! They nail your vision down to every last detail. Tori is the coordinator you want on your big day. Venue, food, music, bar, cake, and floral wrapped into one perfect package?? Our planning was as stress free as any wedding can be, thanks to their thought out coordination. Very budget friendly, you’re going to spend way more money and time trying to find unaffiliated vendors from a venue that doesn’t provide services for you. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had so much support from our team. I fully recommend Wedgewood to every couple getting married

Everyone with Mountain View Ranch was so great to work with from start to finish. Madison, Danielle and Denise were so great to work with throughout the planning process, always quick to respond to any questions we had. They sent us a binder full of information after we booked that help us along the planning process. I was happy to have so many things included with the venue so I didn't have to search for every vendor. We had so many compliments about the venue after our wedding, the venue was so beautiful and the food was so delicious! A month after our wedding, we went back as guests for a friend's wedding and it was just as great!

Couldn't have gone worse. Venue completely dropped the ball on ensuring their preferred shuttle service would be at the venue and when management tried to get involved they had no power to reach their preferred vendor. We had over 40 people stranded well past the end of the wedding and ended up having the groom and bride drive their guests to the guests place of stay. If you choose them stay incredibly cautious with their vendor list and who they claim to trust and back up. Would never recommend.

Can not rave about our Wedgewood Mountain View team enough! We had the best experience ever from picking out each detail to having the best day of our lives. The team was incredible with communication, flexibility, and organization. They efficiently answered all of our questions and never let us feel left out of our big day! For us, living in Texas and longing for a mountain wedding, the Wedgewood team did an excellent job accommodating to make our planning all virtual. Wonderful people with full hearts and truly want the best day for the wedding couple. Out of all the venues we originally visited with, this team was by far, hands down, the most organized, well-oiled machine, in which the wedding planning process seemed like a science to them. Could not be more grateful for all the wonderful people who made our big day possible. Beautiful venue. Delicious food. All at a very reasonable price for a outdoor Colorado wedding.

The Mountain View Ranch team was amazing. Our wedding was flawless from start to finish and everyone was extremely professional all night! I'm still getting compliments from my guests on how amazing everything was from the location, to the food to the general atmosphere. Throughout the entire process they were so helpful and responsive! However, it wasn't until I arrived at the rehearsal (in pouring rain and snow) that I truly appreciated them. I was upset and frazzled, and my coordinators immediately jumped in, reassured me of everything, and started making plans in case of rain the next day. They were confident in all of their directions as we practiced walking down and answered all questions. I left the rehearsal totally calm and reassured that that whatever happened, the Wedgewood team had it covered. And they did - our ceremony and reception went absolutely flawlessly. Not a beat was missed and every detail was in the exact right place! Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would, and the Wedgewood team made it possible! We can't thank you enough!

UPDATE: 6 months out from the big day! - we just had our first planning meeting and it was fantastic. They send you a planning binder after contract with worksheets for every little detail you could possibly imagine and they use this meeting to go through it with you (so if you don't have it done ahead of time its no problem). Kaleigh answered all our questions and filled us in on everything the venue can help us with. I left the meeting feeling so relieved to have so many details and our timeline hashed out! Our next planning meeting is 6 weeks before the big day where we'll finalize any outstanding details. Let the countdown begin!Original:Booking our venue with Mountain View Ranch has been an easy process thus far! Nick and I had so much fun meeting and discussing our options with Sara Trupiano at Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch. First off, our day started by meeting this herd of deer which was so freaking magical I couldn’t stop watching them. Secondly, our conversation with Sara was just fun to have, and she was so incredibly informative about the options and was able to answer our 1000 questions. What really did it for us, was the flexibility with the packages so that we could have what we wanted, and eliminate what we didn’t want. In today’s world, we are trying to save money everywhere we can, and the burden of knowing we were going to have to give up some of the things we wanted most so that we could just afford a nice wedding at all was debilitating; I started to get depressed about the venue picking process. I can’t believe how quickly that turned around for me as we started talking about the different options we had to cut costs so we could spend the money on something that really mattered to us. Yeah, people are going to have to walk to the bar to get their champagne and wine instead of it being served fancy style, but they can grab it on the way to the photobooth. I am actually excited to wedding plan now, with no overwhelming feeling of dread that this beautiful awesome place is going to cost me the next 10 years of paychecks. I can’t wait to celebrate this day with my best friend and have it look just as I have imagined it for the past few years. Thanks Wedgewood and Sara, for really helping our dream move in the right direction. Excited for all of the next steps!! (especially the food tasting!)

BOOK THIS VENUE. My husband and I were blown away on our wedding day and can’t say enough good things. The team at wedgewood was perfect and both of us were not stressed at all on the big day. They handle everything!! Putting up all the decorations, flowers, cake, bar, communication was perfect, and there was always someone there doing anything and everything that you needed. Not only was the team amazing, the venue is breath taking. Our wedding photos are so good and the scenery really did have everyone in awe. If you are a bride and are looking for a venue that does it all then this is the place for you!

Seriously, absolutely amazing. Our wedding went flawless. Between the wedgewood staff that helped us plan, coordinate, and run the wedding, to the vendors they chose we couldn’t have asked more a more perfect day. I literally have nothing I would ask them to do differently. All of our guests from the wedding have only great experiences to talk about when asked. Mountain View ranch made planning a wedding while moving, and working full time easy. Highly would recommend them to anyone .

Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch was the best place to get married !! Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful but all of the staff was incredible and made our day perfect ! The vendors are also amazing ; the DJ , florist , baker and photographer were amazing and so nice to work with ! The staff was incredible and even had a picture of our fist kiss printed and framed at our sweetheart table ready for us ! This venue is awesome and again the staff was so sweet and thoughtful !

From the moment we selected Mountain View we experienced excellent service and attention to detail. It's in the mountains and the views are breathtaking but with that comes no cell service (a huge plus to be honest) and possible weather so you have to be prepared for that. Not one guest complained. Everyone was in the moment with no distractions. When the wedding day rolled around God blessed us with the best weather and we knew we were in good hands but we had no idea just how good. Natalie was our day of coordinator and she blew us away along with her team. She ran a tight smooth ship and it exceeded our expectations. Natalie made the bride and I (MOB) feel so secure that everything would come together and it did. From the decor set up exactly as the bride had envisioned, the food, the staff down to every minute detail...it was in one word...PERFECT. We can't recommend this place enough. If we could give it 10 plus stars we would. Everything went off without a glitch. Thank you Natalie, the staff and everyone at Mountain View Ranch for making Lorelei's day a dream come true.

Beautiful October wedding in the mountains and we had many guests rave about the location . The staff were excellent and as the bride I had a wonderful experience planning everything in five months because this venue makes it easy connecting to a florist, bakery, catering, DJ and decorations. Wedgewood had orchestrated a seamless day adding in special touches: picture of bride/groom, golf cart rides and delivered food to us while we were taking pictures.

This venue couldn’t have helped us create a more perfect wedding day. They have everything down to a fine science. Planning was so easy with their provided informational notebook. The planners and coordinators were so responsive, any question I had was answered within 24 hours which eased all of my anxieties! They hand pick their exclusive vendors and we now know why, because they all were incredible. Flowers were the most beautiful we have seen. Bitterroot Florists outdid themselves on my bouquet. the DJ Marco kept the flow perfectly and executed my dream ceremony music/reception grand entrance perfectly. The cake was delicious. The catering was the best food we’ve had in a very long time. We can’t count how many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It poured raining right before our ceremony and the staff moved it inside without any issues and we weren’t delayed even one second and it was still more beautiful to imagine. We are more grateful than can be put into words and we will sing their praises for years to come!

If you are looking to get married at a beautiful, scenic mountain venue in Colorado, I highly recommend Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings. From the beginning, this was my fiancé and I's favorite venue. Once we were able to book a tour in early January 2022, I was thrilled with how accommodating the team was with planning our wedding. We wanted to get married in 2022 and had many older people attending the wedding. The Mountain View Ranch team was able to secure a date for us the same day we toured the venue and secured site transportation for our older family members for the wedding. I'm writing this in mid-January 2022 with our wedding date as 9/2/22. So far, all of my questions have been answered enthusiastically and within 24 hours. I am really excited to work with such a responsible and understanding group of planners!

Mountain View Ranch was beautiful and the team was amazing! The team is responsive and organized. They set up our decor and took everything down, and shuttled us around the property for our wedding pictures. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received about the scenery and the food! The only issue I had was that one of the sparkler boxes we paid for didn't work and can be seen in our wedding photos. We booked the Willows location which meant we were required to book lodging at Lower Lake Ranch. It is a separate company from MVR so they could not provide assistance with the lodging company. I had the worst experience dealing with the lodging where I was provided incorrect information and charged additional fees for the rooms. When I showed lodging the documentation they didn't take accountability for the misinformation and said they cannot remove the additional fees and they wouldn't let my guests check in if I didn't pay the additional fees! Because of the panic and stress they unnecessarily caused in the final weeks and days before the wedding, I would discourage choosing the Willows location at MVR. I would recommend choosing the alternate location on the property.

My husband and I were recently married at the Mountain View Ranch and had the most incredible experience with this venue! The booking process was so easy and straightforward with no hidden fees or surprises. During the planning, the Wedgewood team was always quick to respond to my emails/questions and they guided me every step of the way. Planning a destination wedding from another state while in a pandemic is no easy feat but this team made it painless and easy for us. Our coordinator, Kristen, was the absolute BEST and I am so appreciative for her organization, calmness, and attention to detail.The wedding itself could not have been any smoother or more perfect. The Mountain View Ranch is such a stunning venue that blew all of our guests away! On top of that, the team went above and beyond to make the day special for us and our friends/family. My husband and I have never felt so well-cared for! The staff managed all the big details such as our vendors and timeline, but also the little details like ensuing all pieces were in place for our ceremony and that all decor items were accounted for. I've worked numerous weddings in my career but I have never interacted with a team before that truly cares as much as they do. I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything will be taken care of!Additionally, our friends/family LOVED the food! They continued to talk about it all weekend. We cannot thank the Mountain View Ranch enough for creating the most special and perfect wedding day for us!

Working with Mountain View Ranch was a dream! At the time we were searching for a venue, we lived in Missouri and could not come in person to tour but they were nice enough to send us videos of the venue in addition to sharing 3D virtual tours. We instantly fell in love and booked! They were communicative during the entire planning process and I loved that they send you a planning binder to stay on track. They have tons of linen and decor options to choose from so we didn't have to sacrifice anything aesthetically and I could tell that they were committed to making our vision a reality.On the big day, they made everything so easy and smooth. I felt so relaxed and taken care of and even had family comment on how prepared and professional the staff were. If you're looking for a mountain wedding and top notch service...look no further!

Absolutely loved this venue! We were kind of on a tight budget and they helped us make the most out of what could afford and it was absolutely perfect. The scenery was so beautiful at the creekside location. The wedding coordinators were so helpful from the beginning getting everything planned and all the way until the end of the wedding night. It was so helpful having pretty much everything you need included like food, drinks, DJ, decor, wedding coordinators, etc. It made the whole planning and wedding day less stressful.

Went and toured the venue only to find out at the very end that it has a minimum spending amount of $14,000, and that the one I was going to see the week after in Boulder would be a similar minimum. Considering I'm having a smaller wedding (35 guests) there's just no way I would meet that even if I wanted to. You basically need to have a party size of 130 or more to meet that, at a minimum. I just don't think there's enough forewarning about the possibility of the minimum being that high before touring the venue, regardless of if it's different at every venue, which is what I was told when asked why it's not under pricing on the website. Maybe a statement like, \"minimum may be anywhere from 6,000-15,000 depending on the site, please ask for more details\" or something like that would be a great addition. I unfortunately feel I wasted my time with the tour from not being given this information sooner. That being said it was a beautiful venue so if you have the money to spend then go for it.

We cannot say enough good things about Wedgewood MVR - we planned our wedding from Maryland and they were so helpful and responsive during the planning process. You can customize your package based on how many things you want included which was a lifesaver for us, considering we do not live in Colorado.I am a naturally stressed out person and even though I knew we were in good hands, I must admit I was nervous for the day-of. We had Devon as our day-of coordinator and Mina as our banquet captain and both of them were phenomenal! We were blown away at how easy our wedding was on the day. Everything was taken care of and I felt like I did not need to worry about a single thing. It's a day I wish we could replay over and over because of how perfect it was, and MVR played a huge role. We had so many compliments about the food and the overall evening. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making our wedding day so special!!!

We were very excited to have our wedding here. Unfortunately with the pandemic Wedgewood is not interested in working with us or give any of our deposit back. We booked over a year ago and we were hoping we would still be able to have our dream wedding here. There was no empathy or compromise when it came to Wedgewood. They said they were \"optimistic\" the wedding would happen, but weren't willing to take on any risk if it didn't happen. We are extremely disappointed with the way they have handled our concerns and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

As if planning a wedding amidst this pandemic wasn’t hard enough, add in planning it from out of state and that just makes it more challenging and prone to disasters. Being such a planner and being so detailed minded, I was in a panic that things would go awry and was terrified of being stressed out the day of! However, everything turned out even better than what we imagined. Kristen, Dani, and the rest of the Mountain View staff were able to see our vision and made it come true. Actually, they made it even better than we imagined. They were just so easy to work with and made our day stress free and definitely a day that we will always remember and treasure! Mountain View Ranch has our highest recommendation.P.S. They made sure we were well fed and hydrated throughout the wedding night (definitely a plus for us)!

Our experience with Mountain View Ranch was overall very stress-free, which is not easy to say during a pandemic. They were very flexible in working with us, even in the days before as our guest count changed last minute. They were very responsive throughout our planning process, answering our questions via email or phone very quickly. The day of our wedding flowed really well. It was so nice to have a coordinator we could trust so that we did not have to think about anything but just enjoying our day! They venue is GORGEOUS. Because of covid, we only say the venue once prior and it was covered in snow, so our first time seeing it in all it's fall beauty was the weekend of our wedding. Safe to say we were blown away!The vendors were all amazing. I was honestly so impressed with our flowers, cake and DJ. I will say, there were some extra costs for what we wanted beyond what the Wedgewood package provided us, so just be aware of that. For example, the floral package only included center pieces, so we paid extra for all bouquets, the flowers on our alter/arch, etc.Overall an amazing experience! I also highly recommend using Staunton State Park right next to the venue for a covid-friendly rehearsal dinner if needed. We just rented a pavilion there and brought in food, worked great! We also hiked there the day after our wedding and even hiked to a peak that looked down on the venue, so cool and special.

Oh my gosh I don't even know where to begin. Everything was so perfect and every person who was part of our day was so amazing, accommodating, and professional!First, since our tour at Wedgewood, everyone made us feel so welcome and special. It seemed like from the beginning everyone wanted to make our day the best day it ever! You were the first venue that we toured and we knew almost immediately this is where we needed to have our wedding. Everyone was so helpful with all our little questions throughout the planning process and helped calm our nerves when we thought the COVID pandemic might make us have to cancel our wedding. On the day Kristen was so so so amazing! She came up to the cabins to check on us and see if we needed anything. She made our day run so smoothly! Our banquet captain (I'm sorry I don't remember her name!) was also so great. She continuously checked in with us to make sure all our needs were met and everything went smoothly! My husband was especially blown away by both of these ladies, he said that he's never been catered to like this before in his life.The venue its self is so beautiful! We were so blown away by the scenery as well as how beautiful the venue its self was!All our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would have to agree-although we might be a bit biased! Our expectations were exceeded by leaps and bounds. Thank you all for helping us have the best wedding day we could have asked for and for the best day of our lives.

Gorgeous venue and a great team at Mountain View Ranch- we can't say enough good things about this venue! Planning a wedding is already stressful. Adding in a pandemic and rescheduling our wedding date- should have felt completely overwhelming! But Mountain View Ranch coordinated most of the logistics with the vendors and made the date change feel seamless. Our guests all commented on the breath-taking scenery, the incredible food with a variety of options, as well as the safety precautions taken due to Covid. Some of the reasons we picked MVR were: the mountain AND water views are gorgeous, the all inclusive package deal makes wedding planning easier, and the welcoming and supportive feel we received as a same-sex couple. Once upon a July 24th, we booked our wedding with Mountain View Ranch securing the Creekside Venue for next Labor Day (09/06/2021) with a $2600 deposit. The team made us feel like they loved us and our love story. The location and mountain views were stunning- it was perfect for us. We were thrilled to begin planning one of the most important days of our lives with such a team that seemed to treat us like family- and then cancer. We recently got crippling news from the oncologist that there is nothing else to offer in the way of treatment to help my Dad battle against multiple tumors that have overtaken his spine and liver. His debt to Father Time was to be up for repayment soon, and there were no more extensions to be provided by our medical team. We knew our plans for MVR on 09/21/2020 were not going to be a possibility. If I was going to be able to have my Dad walk me down the aisle, we were going to have to change plans- and fast.We reached out to MVR a few times before being able to get in touch with them. Our contract stated that the deposit is nonrefundable for all of the regular reasons, but we hoped that the people who were so gracious and understanding when we booked our special day would show the same character with our cancellation, considering the tragic circumstances.Unfortunately, MVR did not confirm my faith in humanity and is unwilling to provide a single penny of our initial down payment. If we were further along in the planning process I could understand, they would have put work and time into planning for us. Trust me, if anyone understands the value of time right now, I do. But we JUST signed the contract, we haven't even had a planning meeting yet! The only services provided so far have been a free initial consultation and an event binder. I'd be willing to pay for that consultation time and the binder.When we tried to appeal to the hearts of management they cooly responded, “without being policies are policies” the deposit we paid covers the cost of place-holding the venue’s sub-vendors for that date. I could understand this point of view if we were 1) further into our contract or, 2) MVR could not rebook the venue for the reserved date.MVR will inevitably re-book this date to another couple, shortly after our money has covered the cost of place-holding the subcontractors. Wouldn’t the ethical, and dare I say it, non-fraudulent response be for management to return the costs of these charges once the rebooking has provided compensation for the exact same fee?But rather than doing what is humane or empathetic, or even working with us to find a middle ground, the answer was an unequivocal, \"No. We'll send you the papers to finalize your cancellation.” Pocketing the $2600 that we need to re-plan our entire wedding last-minute, during COVID, across the country. Meanwhile, MVR has 315 days to rebook a highly-coveted wedding date on Labor Day weekend in the prime of Fall in Colorado. From a contract perspective, I get it, MVR has every right to say no and keep the money. From a human perspective, I am profoundly disappointed that this business will take your hard-earned money on the basis of love and then not be able to show any when given the opportunity to do what is right. Not only will they not sustain a loss on this contract cancellation, they seek to profit off of the tragic circumstances that have befallen their clients.

Working with them from day one they were able to give us reassurance that it would not only be taken care of, but exceed anything we could hope for. The whole team of bartender (Jasmine), wait staff (Kaitlyn & Chloe), banquet captain (Madeleine) and DJ (Will)all nailed every point of note that we had for our event. Katie, the GM of the venue even made a point to calling us on her day off to ensure our minds were at ease the week before! We could not have had as perfect of a wedding without them!

Think twice before booking! My daughter recently got married at Mountain View Ranch in Pine, Colorado. The location was amazing. The third party providers did a great job. However, when it comes to the coordinating support from the staff, which is one of their main selling points....it was horrible. If you are wanting the help of a wedding coordinator don’t go with Wedgewood Weddings. We were sold one thing and got something completely different. Communication, consistency and knowledge of our personal desires was absolutely horrible. We thought that their assistance would help alleviate stress and coordination of the multiple suppliers...but all we were left with was questions, concerns and doubt every time we had any interaction with the staff at Mountain View Ranch. In addition, I sent a letter following up with them after our event , which was sent directly to the venue and to Wedgewood Weddings home office and no one bothered to reply to the concerns that we had regarding our event. An example of failures is...they forgot about the bride on the back of the golf cart... Her father had to go in search of her when the bride proccessional song started. Weddings are such a joyful event so when we heard my niece was getting married in the mountains of Colorado, we were thrilled to be able to attend, but then Covid happened. For those in the “at risk category” large gatherings such as weddings might seem out of the question, but Mountain View Planning made it possible for us to attend so they went above and beyond our expectations. The week before the wedding the weather forecast predicted snow, but Mountain View Planning stepped right up and adjusted for the inclement weather. For us it seemed impossible to attend since we couldn’t go inside, but the venue assured my niece and her parents that they would accommodate us and they did. The day of the wedding we were able to safely see and hear the wedding from outside the door and took some wonderful pictures of the bride and groom. Our original plan was to sit outside during the reception, but due to the cold temperatures, we stayed inside. Willie and another staff member walked up the hill, through the snow, and set up a beautiful table, to serve us our meal so we could be part of the reception while keeping physical distancing from the rest of the group. We certainly received the “royal treatment” and what we thought was impossible, Mountain View Planning made it happen. It was one of the most beautiful weddings we’ve attended. Thank you Mountain View Planning for going the extra mile, to make this day so special for my niece and her husband while keeping the guests safe especially those who are at risk.

We loved working with Wedgewood. Every representative there was so friendly, understanding, and helpful. You can truly have a custom wedding, and during Covid it was a pure blessing not having to find every little detail/vendor so the all-inclusive is recommended. Less stress in planning process for sure. This venue in particular was everything I envisioned for my wedding. Mountains, but not 4 hrs away from the city, but still has that secluded mountain feeling. The pictures from this venue are on real! We saw deer every time we visited the site. The venue looks better than the website pictures show. Definitely recommend visiting in person! I recommend Wedgewood every chance I get. They truly made our special day perfect!

DO NOT HOST YOUR WEDDING WITH WEDGEWOOD! During our first visit with Wedgewood, we stressed the importance of not going over our budget. The venue requires transportation (unless your guests are not drinking and driving on their own) since there are no ubers in the area or hotels nearby, and I asked what it would cost to bus 125 people to and from the venue. Wedgewood fraudulently told us it would be $1000, and gave us 7 days to sign the contract. After reaching out to multiple transportation companies, we were quoted $4000 (4x more than we were quoted). When I asked what they could do to help us lower the cost since we were now over budget, they told us to invite less people. That response was insulting, and not acceptable. We would have never signed the contract knowing the transportation would put us over our budget. Next problem - we expressed how concerned we were about hosting our wedding in September because of covid-19, with 90% of our guests traveling in to Denver from Chicago. They responded by saying that 2020 was going to be a great wedding season for all of their couples. Newsflash - 170K people have died from the virus, and whether they can host weddings or not, it is not safe to do so and we refuse to put our loved ones at risk. After multiple calls with Wedgewood, they finally said we could move our date, but would only allow us to reschedule to an undesirable Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and would not open the full calendar to us until 60 days before our wedding, allowing new couples to schedule more desirable dates before us, existing clients who already paid a deposit. When we asked for our deposit back because of the items stated above, they told us they could not give it back because it's been paid to their partners and vendors. When we signed the contract, we opted out of using all of their partners except the caterer and bar service because it was mandatory, so there's no reason they should have given our money to partners we never intended to use. In fact, they also made us pay for a vendor fair, which is the only way you can taste the food before your wedding. That was cancelled and we didn't get our payment back for that either. If we could go back in time, we would have never signed a contract with Wedgewood. We are disgusted that they care more about making as much money as possible by retaining deposits for no services provided over the health and safety of their guests. We also feel that it is unacceptable how much we were misled into signing a contract. We hope no one else has had this experience, and we're sharing our review so no other couple has to deal with this.

We knew Wedgewood was the perfect venue for us from the moment we walked onto the property. My now husband and I spend a long weekend looking at over a dozen venue sites and were thrilled when we found out Wedgewood had basically one weekend open for us! We immediately snatched it up and we are so glad that we did! The Wedgewood team was so responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. We are from Chicago and they could not have made it more easy for us to plan this wedding from afar. The wedding guide binder, meetings and support that they provide make it so you have a stress-free time planning the best day of your life!

We had a wonderful experience in choosing Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch for our wedding day. They made wedding planning easy. Taylor helped to answer all of our questions and made sure we both felt happy throughout the entire process. We were really impressed by how the team creates a beautiful day-of experience as well. Amy was our coordinator, and she went above and beyond (to the point where she let me borrow her jacket, as a surprise snow storm made an appearance on our wedding day). Everything from the food, to the DJ (Jenna was our DJ and we loved working with her), to the overall atmosphere was perfect.

I can’t say enough good words about Wedgewood Mountain View! We were married at the Willows venue on Sept 29th and it was so beautiful! Throughout the planning process all of the Wedgewood staff was so helpful and friendly. They were flexible in creating a package that was perfect for our vision. Wedgewood is very experienced in hosting weddings and hire only the best vendors (shout out to Amore Fiore, DJ Maestro, and The Dessert Stand)The all inclusive package was so worth it because we didn’t have to stress about coordinating a bunch of different vendors. The location was perfect with an amazing view of Lions Head in all of our pictures. It was also far enough from the highway that our mountain wedding wasn’t spoiled by any road noise. Take my advice, go checkout how Wedgewood can help you with your wedding. They are the best!

If I could give Wedgewood Weddings at Mountain View Ranch 10 out of 5 stars, I would!!!!We got married August 3rd at the Creekside location. From our first meeting and tour with Taylor, to the end of our reception with Britny as our day of coordinator, everything was more than we could have hoped for. The mountain setting is gorgeous and the venue was simple, rustic-elegant and perfect for us! The service provided by every staff member we worked with from start to finish was incredible. We loved the simplicity of the \"all-inclusive\" package structure Wedgewood offers. It is a nice option to be able to bring in your own vendors, but we didn't feel the need to. The vendors they work with and recommended know the venue, and have it all down like clockwork, so they are easy to work with, provide great suggestions and make the process simple and fun. We also loved how organized the planning is. They provide a binder when you start, and map out every decision you'll need to make throughout the process. It helped keep us organized, on schedule and know when we would need to make certain decisions by.Taylor and Britny are an amazing team! They are both patient, kind, detailed, professional, FUN and so good at what they do! I never imagined the wedding planning process could be as much fun and stress free as they made it. Britny, my husband and I were rolling laughing for half of our planning sessions because of the banter prompted by sports team trash-talk between us. I honestly was sad when the wedding was over because we wouldn't be seeing her at our planning sessions anymore! Never in a million years did I think planning my wedding would have been as simple and fun as it was. Everything turned out just as beautiful, if not better than the picture in my head. Britny interpreted everything I was picturing and made it even better. Several people that attended the wedding have told us it was one of the best, if not the best, most beautiful, fun weddings they have been to. It truly was a day we will never forget!

The team was really helpful in the planning process and everyone made sure we had everything we needed. The package design made it all stress free, and the team was amazingly flexible with some last minute changes I had to make. I loved every minute!!

Wedgewood Weddings Mountain View Ranch was everything we wanted and more! I am an event manager by profession, and I have higher expectations than most. My husband and I were engaged in mid-September 2018, and we locked Mountain View Ranch down in early October 2018. Britny took my mother and me on our venue tour. She was knowledgable, passionate, and kind from the beginning. Britny instantly put us at ease. I knew we were in good hands with her and the Mountain View Ranch team.Between our contract signing date and our wedding date, August 2, 2019, the Mountain View Ranch team was responsive. Taylor and Sarah were accommodating throughout the planning process, as well.The day of the wedding was nothing short of a dream. We were able to use Creekside dressing rooms, this was wonderful. During our photographs before the ceremony, it poured rain. The rain made for gorgeous pictures. We ended up moving the wedding inside due to the storm. Britny and Sarah made it clear this move was my decision. Our photographer requested we move the ceremony placement due to the window's reflection, and they complied without any hesitation.Post ceremony, I realized the florist forgot to remove pollen from one of the flowers on my bouquet. Pollen got on my wedding dress, and I was understandably upset. Britny leaped into action, removed the culprit flower, and washed pollen off of the rest of the bouquet. Britny's calm and helpful demeanor was what I needed at that moment.Over my time in the event industry, I've had plenty of tasty meals. I have to say Mountain View Ranch is in the top five meals I've ever had! This rating is especially impressive, considering the food comes from Ken Caryl.The reception itself was a blast! We had (80) guests at the Willows. This number was the perfect amount of guests to allow for a dance floor and buffet inside. I highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings Mountain View Ranch to anyone looking for an incredible experience.

My husband and I absolutely loved this venue and everything about it! Not only were the views beautiful, but a lot of things were included in the package we chose, which took a lot of stress off of me as the bride. The day of coordination was great, and all of our guests LOVED the food! The DJ was excellent, the bartender was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better place to marry the love of my life. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Our ceremony and reception at Mountain View Ranch- Willows Pavillion was even better than I could have dreamed! Everything was perfect and I was never stressed at all! I recommend Wedgewood to everyone, their packages can be customized to meet your needs and budget. All the staff were so helpful and respond to emails quickly! We heard nothing but great things from all our guests about the ceremony, food, gorgeous views, and the great Wedgewood staff! Thank you for making our wedding the perfect day!!

We were absolutely delighted with Wedgewood at Mountain View Ranch for our wedding venue and the entire process and Britny and Taylor in the pre-planning meetings to the incredible execution of the plans for the day of our wedding. The gorgeous mountain view, the versatile indoor/outdoor use at Creekside and top notch staff truly made the venue fantastic and made the day the best of our lives. Britny took extra time to make sure the small and large details of our day occurred and is calm, so friendly, responsive, has a wonderful sense of humor and felt like one of our family helping plan out day. We highly recommend it!

Everyone at Mountain View Ranch are truly a team that want you to have the best day possible! I'm an out of town bride and chose this venue for a destination wedding. Planning a wedding out of town is quite challenging, but they made it quite simple for me and my husband! They walk you through every step of the planning process and helped all my ideas comes to life! I could not have asked for a better day with them! I personally give Mountain View Ranch and their team 5 stars and then some - I truly did not worry about anything on the day of our wedding and actually enjoyed our special day! The only downfall to booking with this venue, is you have to book the cabins associated with it (if you book on a Saturday). While the cabins were convenient in terms of location, they did not have WiFi, and nothing was available to use in the kitchen, and they were very outdated. The cost to rent them was beyond anything that should be charged (way too expensive) and working with the cabin's owner (not Wedgewood) was a headache!! I feel bad talking poorly about the cabins, but we were very disappointed with them - if the owner would charge significantly less or seriously update them then it wouldn't be so bad. I'm still giving this venue 5 stars because Mountain View Ranch and it's Wedgewood team were beyond amazing to us, and our special day was like living in a dream!

We recently got married here, and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would! From our very first visit back in February 2017, through the entire process, up until our wedding day on 7/18/19 (and now after), the whole team at WWMVR has been phenomenal. They were there for us to answer any questions and calm any nerves whether it be through email, on the phone or in person. They walked us through the process and made sure every question was answered. They are genuine, friendly, professional, and we honestly are so thankful. We really felt like we didn't need to worry because they communicated with us so often. Day of, our coordinator Britny was a ROCKSTAR and made everything run so smoothly, our vision came to life thanks to her and the rest of the Wedgewood staff. This venue is beautiful, our guests complimented the location and the food (especially the appetizers). We absolutely chose the perfect venue!!

Not only is the view and lack of wireless service the most amazing selling points already, but the staff and the ease of which they are helping us through everything is simply beyond anything we've asked for or imagined. My fiancé and I are over the moon with happiness and excitement for our wedding at Mountain View Ranch. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this venue and the staff behind it have been for our experience in planning our wedding! My fiancé and I are getting married in September of this year and have been together since high school (almost 9 years!) and found Mountain View Ranch back in May of 2018, we instantly fell in love with the views and everything that is included for their wedding packages. In addition, since we are getting married at the Willows Pavillion, we have also had the ease of coordinating lodging for our guests at Lower Lake Ranch (who partners with Wedgewood at this location!) Mountain View Ranch was our first and ONLY wedding venue tour and we booked within a few days. Britny is our primary coordinator and she has made this entire process absolutely seamless and stress free. They also worked with us to make our payments in increments as opposed to one big sum, which has helped tremendously as we just moved here at the end of 2017. Their partnerships with vendors for our DJ, The Dessert Stand, and Amore Fiore Florals have perfectly executed exactly what we are envisioning for our big day, and we could not be more excited. I highly recommend Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch to anyone who is looking for an easier way to plan their wedding and for ease of access for that “mountain wedding” feel for any time of the year. My fiancé and I met each other while attending college in Colorado and now live in San Antonio, Texas. When we first got engaged we juggled around ideas of where we wanted to get married and to be honest, were a bit overwhelmed. However, the moment we stepped on the property of the Mountain View Ranch and met the lovely ladies that make this venue so special, we knew this was the venue that was going to be the first step in the rest of our lives together. Planning from states away and with busy schedules has been a breeze! We can not wait for August to come and to spend the day on this beautiful property with the people we love the most. We are so thankful we found Wedgewood and Mountain View Ranch!

Everyone in the Wedgewood team that we have had the pleasure of talking to has been amazing. We actually debated between this location and a different Wedgewood location, but ultimately the beauty of this place blew us away and we knew it was the one for our July wedding. Georgina first toured us back in February 2018 when there was still snow everywhere and the way she described it, we could still envision what it would look like in the summer. Britny has been our go-to girl ever since we booked and she happily answers any and all questions we may have and always puts us at ease. Out of all of the wedding planning process, choosing Wedgewood Mountainview Ranch has been the easiest! We have zero worries about our day and know Britny will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly! We are so excited for July! We love you guys!!

Matt and I honestly cannot put into words how incredible our special day was. The staff at Wedgewood Mountain View blew us out of the water from the very beginning. You guys were incredible from our first tour to the day we picked up our stuff after the wedding. Our guests and our bridal party were treated with respect but Matt and I were treated even better than we could have ever asked for. Thank you to every single staff member that helped us all the way through but mostly for the people the day of. We are honestly very impressed and thankful. Give a shout out to everyone that was on staff for our day even the employee that was in the restroom with the bride towards the end of the night. :) Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!!

Any question I have, no matter what it is, they are quick to respond and make sure I am happy. I have not felt any stress during this entire process, and I have them to thank for that. Britny & Karalee were absolutely fantastic! They were very helpful and friendly. They made the planning process stress free. There was no surprises about cost. The day went off without a hitch.There were zero issues. Our day was perfect! The food was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed all of our appointments while preparing for our big day. Taylor and Britny have been great! Very responsive and just always answering my questions quickly and in detail. They really made us feel at home when we visited from out of state, and planning a destination wedding they have been very accommodating and have made this a much less stressful process. I would recommend this location not only for how gorgeous it is, but also the people here solidify it for me personally. Cannot wait to get married here in October!

What an amazing venue staffed with the most genuine people. Britny has done nothing but set us up for success. Being active duty military we are not able to come home as often and its so terrifying trying to plan a wedding away from home. Britny has gone out of her way to make sure we are set up for success and have everything ready for our special day! The packages are amazing and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend going with wedgewood! We cannot wait to get married and we have absolutely no worries that it will be anything less than amazing.

Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch was such an amazing wedding venue. The location was gorgeous for a remote unplugged wedding! The backdrop with the mountains was incredible and the locations for pictures were breathtaking. I highly recommend getting an AirBnB close by to get ready in as you cannot get ready at the venue until an hour before the wedding. We paid for additional time to set up as we had pretty extravagant floral. They were great to work with, we had a few minor mishaps but overall everything was taken into consideration.

Working with wedgewood was a great decision! They were professional, affordable, and made everything really easy. If you are a laid-back bride, they make wedding planning easy.However, this particular location requires you to stay at lodging nearby (they have a contract with Lower Lake Lodge) and the lodging is awful. Dealing with this lodge is such a headache, just a forewarning.

Everything was great with Wedgewood up until the actual Wedding day. we had planned for snow on our fall-day wedding and we were told we would be \"completely covered\". However, there was no heat in the venue other than a couple space heaters and a fireplace which was not stocked with wood. I was quite disappointed at how unprepared they were for the weather even though they Knew days in advance. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. The plates for the buffet were also cold which made the hot food get cold quick. Although they were helpful with planning up until the actual day, I will always remember my wedding as being freezing and unorganized.
