Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, SC, Parcel 32 is a historic venue ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches, after parties, and more. Situated on Upper King Street, it's walking distance to renowned hotels, fine dining, shopping, historic sites, and cultural experiences. Parcel 32 brings together the best of the old and the new. Housed in an 1837 Charleston single home, it was thoughtfully renovated to breathe new life into the building, resulting in an enchanting setting matching the vibrancy of Upper King Street. Each space was meticulously designed to create a modern twist on a historic backdrop, beginning with the courtyard entrance. Guests are immediately drawn to the ornate, custom-designed tile floor and lush plant wall. Once inside, you are welcomed into the Living Room, a lounge area with comfortable seating, adjoining an extensive wine wall. A few steps away, the main Dining Room is adorned with sleek, gold accents and emerald green tufted furniture. An expanded mirror wall reflects the beauty of the space, and the wall-to-wall window opens up to the perfect view of King Street. On the other side of the first floor, the spacious main bar area provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, welcome parties, and after parties. Upstairs, you will find The Parlour, a stunning cocktail lounge that opens onto a piazza overlooking King Street. Parcel32 and specifically Rachel were absolutely incredible. We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception there and from the first time we walked in, we knew it was exactly the place for us! Rachel is truly above and beyond exceptional, friendly, professional, detailed, responsive I could go on and on. The venue is PERFECT. The decor is beautiful, the furniture is chic and comfortable and feels much more like an intimate gathering than a \"banquet style\" wedding. I also found the pricing for what is provided to be very reasonable. All you need is to order table linens if you would like, and any added decor. The food was incredible, I am dreaming still of the dishes and desserts, they were very accommodating of special diet request (vegan) and drink requests. The staff were terrific, friendly, professional and not a single person had a need at any time. The space is lovely, we did a reception upstairs, cocktail hour and dinner downstairs and back up for desserts, and music. All of our guests were raving about how nice the venue was, and what a \"perfect\" spot to have our special day. Note: our ceremony was about 15 guests, and reception about 40 guests. The space can accommodate a good number more, but it felt like the perfect size. I think it would also be a great option for a rehearsal dinner or after party, but personally for us having the space for the entire wedding event was exactly what we wanted. Rachel was our contact person and she did an excellent job in making sure every detail was handled perfectly. The food and professionalism of the staff was equal to a Michelin 5 star restaurant. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion.

We recently hosted our sonâs rehearsal dinner followed by a welcome party at Parcel 32⌠Let me just start by saying that Rachel was just amazing to work with and our entire evening was nothing short of spectacular!!⌠The food and presentation was phenominal !! The entrees⌠appetizers âŚ.sweets! âŚall wonderful! âŚ. We also chose Parcel 32 as our venue because of the fabulous ambience of the bar and restaurant downstairs and then the option of moving upstairs for the welcome party where our guests could not stop raving about how cool the space was and of course the wonderful veranda porch !! Rachel and her staff were excellent with their attention to the details! All of our friends and family traveled from all over the countryâŚ..and for many it was their first visit to Charleston! Parcel 32 was the perfect way to introduce our guests to the wonderful southern charm and hospitality that Charleston has to offerâŚ.Highly highly recommend Parcel 32 for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!!

Bar and servers were on top of every detail the whole night. The venue itself is so unique and beautiful with so much room to entertain. The venue was sooo cozy and intimate - and all of our guests raved about the food and vibes. One of the best things about this venue is how unique and beautiful it is, with or without bringing in a lot of additional decor! Such great value, and we couldnât have asked for more!

My husband and I just got married at Parcel 32 over the weekend and we knew we immediately had to write a review for anybody else who is considering this venue for their special event. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Parcel 32, Rachel, the chefs and the entire crew. The process of planning an event at Parcel 32 is truly flawless from start to finish, in large part thanks to Rachel. She is an incredible communicator and has the entire process down to a science. When working with Rachel, you always feel like your event is on track and you very clearly understand where everything stands and your next steps. By the time our actual wedding day came, we were completely at ease and able to enjoy every minute of the day, knowing that Rachel was in control and would keep our timeline on track. Beyond the organization and planning process, we also can't say enough about how beautiful the space is, how delicious the food is, and how wonderful and attentive the crew are. Our guests never waited for a single thing - so many people came up to us saying they've never had better service at a wedding. I really could go on and on but suffice it to say - book this venue and you will not regret it! Thank you, Parcel 32 Team! You made our day SO special and we are forever thankful to you.

The moment our wedding was over, we just wanted to do it all again! It was an absolutely incredible day that weâll cherish for the rest of our lives. The staff at Parcel32 and Rachel were incredibly courteous, kind, and attentive to every detail of our wedding. We never visited Parcel32 in person, but all of our video chats and discussions remotely with Rachel had us more than comfortable with that decision. The food is absolutely incredible, Iâd love to attend another event there just to be able to eat again! Besides the food, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had an amazing wedding celebration at Parcel 32. I was looking for a historic home in Charleston to host my small, intimate wedding. I fell in love with the romantic, welcoming, unique and relaxed vibe of Parcel 32 from the first time we visited. I love that it felt like welcoming guests to our home instead of a big ballroom. I also love that the reception took place in different areas of the venue (bar for cocktail hour, dining room for dinner, parlor and veranda for dancing and music). I loved that people weren't just stuck sitting at the same table all night. The decor is absolutely stunning too! It needed minimal decorations because the venue is already so gorgeous! It was very convenient that they did all the food, beverages, and desserts as well as all the dinner ware, glass ware, etc and I didn't have to coordinate these separately. Rachel Starling and the entire staff were absolutely incredible. They did so much behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about at all. The service was top notch, the food was outstanding, and the venue was gorgeous. The most common compliments I got about the wedding were the venue and the food! I was especially excited about the gelato bar which I thought was a unique offering that not many venues provide.Rachel truly went above and beyond my expectations of an event manager. Things were handled so seamlessly that I didn't even notice something was wrong. Everything was executed flawlessly. She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding too!We couldn't be happier with our experience at Parcel 32, we would get married there again in a heartbeat!

None of us live in Charleston so we really relied on her excellent communication skills during the planning process. She was always very responsive and understanding and turned our vision for this event into a stunning reality. The venue is so gorgeous that we did not have to spend much money on decor, and the food was exceptional. We used both the upstairs and the downstairs and the service, food and drink were all amazing! I highly recommend Parcel 32 for a beautiful, top quality event with stellar service and true southern charm!

Rachel Starling at Parcel32 is simply amazing. We worked with her for a year on setting up a rehearsal dinner this last Friday for our son and new daughter in law's wedding and she took down every detail I gave her and implemented it in a seamless fashion. The venue was decorated and gorgeous, the food was the best I have had and the overall event exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could imagine. Rachel was extremely kind, caring, supportive and very responsive throughout it all. I would absolutely recommend this venue for any type of event because Rachel will give you a the very best treatment from start to finish.

Rachel Starling at Parcel32 is simply amazing. We had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Parcel 32 and it was everything we could have imagined. Rachel was great throughout the process, the food was amazing and we loved the layout. Their interior design is beautiful so we didnât go overboard with decorations which saved us a ton of money. We had an amazing time!!

From the moment I walked into Parcel 32 on the initial site tour, I knew it was the perfect place for my wedding reception! Rachel Starling was SO knowledgeable and kind, and while we were sad to hear she wouldn't be physically with us on the day of our wedding due to her being out of town, Erin M. could not have done a better job on our special day! Rachel and Erin helped make our day absolutely perfect, and I would not change a thing. The food was incredible, the drinks were amazing, and everyone on staff was so kind and friendly. Erin was so wonderful, and made sure my husband and I were fed and had a drink in our hand the whole night! Parcel 32 and our whole experience with Patrick Properties could not have been any better - I could not recommend them more!

Book it. It's cozy, it's beautiful, the food is amazing, the service is unparalleled, and your guests won't stop talking about it. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Parcel 32 and I kid you not it battles with my wedding for the best day ever, it's a close one. The dining room and downstairs bar are just so cozy and beautiful that we truly did MINIMAL decorations and people compliment us on our stunning rehearsal dinner every time we see them. Also, when we went to our tasting they created a whole menu item based on what we liked and didn't like. Plus, the espresso martinis, might be the most memorable (or not memorable lol) part of the whole weekend. The entire experience was intimate but a vibe and just perfect. Shout out to Rachel with the venue! She is EASY to work with and treats you like a best friend. Plus, my husband gave me diamond earrings as a gift that night and she kept them safe for me all night long and made sure I didn't forget them! Truly, we have had guests tell us they have recommended the venue to their friends who are getting married in Charleston because our guests loved it that much.

Since all of our guests were coming from out of state, it was important to us to pick a location that was quintessential Charleston and in walking distance for everyone. Guests raved about the amazing location, especially the upstairs outside porch overlooking King Street. The space itself is so beautifully decorated, you really don't need any decor brought in. The quality of food, drinks, and service were outstanding. Rachel Starling, the event manager, was one of my favorite people I worked with throughout the wedding planning process. While planning, she gave amazing recommendations about the layout/flow of the event, food and drink selections, and was encouraging of us to make any changes or personalizations to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. On the day of the event, she was so attentive to me, my husband, and our families and made it a priority to ensure we had multiple plates of food and a drink in our hand all night. As a surprise for us, she even set up a beautiful (& delicious) display of boozy pops for guests as they entered. Because I completely trusted her and her team, I actually got to spend the night relaxed, mingling with family and friends before the big day, and truly felt like a guest at my own party. I couldn't imagine having a better experience for the night before our wedding and would whole heartedly encourage anyone looking for an event space in Charleston to stop searching and pick Parcel 32. Our daughter and son-in-law chose Parcel 32 for their Rehearsal Dinner - it was the perfect evening! Rachel Starling is the Event Manager here - she's knowledgeable, professional, warm, and ensured the evening moved along flawlessly with the help of her welcoming staff. The venue is in a fun location, bringing guests right into the vibrance of King Street. It has a throw-back vibe, reminiscent to us of the 1920s. Parking is convenient in a lot right across the street. Entering the venue is the first lovely experience here - cafe lights are strung over the outdoor alcove and there's a beautiful plant wall -setting the tone that this is a unique setting. The foyer area greets guests with a beautiful patterned tile floor and a velvet lounge area which is backed by a glass front wine room, next to the prettiest bar room in Charleston. We liked that the dining room was initially concealed behind pretty dividers, so that the florals and main event atmosphere wasn't yet visible to guests. Cocktail hour took place upstairs under the open parlor's ivory vaulted ceiling. Comfortable and eclectic seating, a unique faux fireplace, plenty of space for mingling and for the live music duo, a handsome bar, and walls of pink brick and a gorgeous floral mural make this area charming. Guests enjoyed spilling out onto the fern lined terrace while the staff passed delicious hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. We moved downstairs to the stunning dining space for the plated 3-course meal. The room is largely ivory and sage with interesting mirrors and understated accents, which allowed the florals and tableware to take center stage. It was beautiful! Fabulous meals were presented Russian-style, each table receiving all their meals at one time by multiple servers. Each of the 3 pre-selected entree choices and the sides were absolutely wonderful! While we ate, the music duo moved to the downstairs bar room so that we could continue with cocktails and dancing after dessert. Parcel 32 was the ideal place to host a really memorable welcome to the wedding weekend - our friends and family raved about every aspect, and the couple was able to just enjoy every minute as the focus of the night. After planning a rehearsal dinner and wedding I didnât think I could plan anything else and she made it so easy for us- She set up all the rooms beautifully, had boozy pops waiting for us and our guests on arrival, and had delicious late-night bites throughout the night! Rachel is so sweet, kind, organized, and helpful and the staff is wonderful! Parcel 32 is so charming and feels so much bigger than it appears on the outside. We loved all the different rooms and especially loved having the porch, because it was such a beautiful evening!! My friends and I had a blast and we loved having a private area to continue celebrating right downtown that was walking distance to our hotels!! After an incredible wedding day, this was the cherry on top!!! I HIGHLY recommend them and am already trying to figure out what event we can have next there!!!

After touring Parcel 32 and meeting Rachel Starling we knew this was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party planned for April 26, 2023. Rachel has a very warm, welcoming personality and we had an instant connection. The groom was not excited about the wedding planner process until he walked into Parcel 32 and met Rachel. The space itself is BEAUTIFUL. We used both the 1st floor for rehearsal dinner (32 guests) and the 2nd level for the welcome party (50 guests). The food is exceptional and the service was top notch, five stars all the way. All staff members involved in our special day were hospitable, from the security guards, to the servers, bartenders⌠you can tell everyone took pride in their role and really enjoyed what they were doing. During our first walkthrough with Rachel, which felt like hours, she was beyond patient and answered all of questions and went into detail of what we could expect from this venue. Throughout the planning process, she was extremely responsive, patient, accommodating and took care of EVERY detail. Since we were an out of state couple, we took advantage of seeing the space any chance we could get when visiting Charleston for other wedding tasks and Rachel ALWAYS opened the space for us, even when she was setting up for a larger wedding. We made a lot of last minute changes and NEVER once did I feel like we were a burden. She kept us on track with our budget and payments and always offered suggested tips guiding us along to our final decisions. During the actual event, the space was beautiful and turned out so well. Rachel allowed us to drop off our dĂŠcor early afternoon so she could set up and handled everything. I felt like guest at my own rehearsal dinner and welcome party. As the Bride, I was so busy talking to everyone and Rachel made me two plates of food to make sure I ate. She constantly checked in on me and made sure I always had a drink in my hand. I will forever be grateful meeting Rachel at Parcel 32. It felt like I was working with a close friend planning these events and Iâll truly miss seeing her name pop up in my inbox. Rachel and the team were so helpful throughout planning and it all came together better than I could have expected. We ultimately came up with a fabulous plan melding some of our ideas with her suggestions, and the end result was perfection! It was an ideal setting for the luncheon, and I would highly recommend it for any type of special gathering. We are so thankful to have kicked off Susanna and Kruinâs wedding weekend in such a phenomenal way and canât thank Rachel and her entire Parcel 32 team enough!

This gave us an opportunity to utilize the wonderfully designed space in its entirety from the dining area, downstairs bar, upstairs parlour and piazza overlooking King Street. It set a great tone for our guests and the wedding weekend with an elegant and southern vibe. The space is naturally decorated with both transitional and modern feels, and all we needed to provide were some small flowers for the table centerpieces, everything else was provided by PPHG. We must say, the guests raved about the PPHG tailored menu and dishes the entire weekend. And better yet, we received endless positive feedback on how great all of the staff was; the bartenders, servers and security were all top notch and professional. We were lucky to have hosted our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parcel 32 this September. The venue is just gorgeous and the event was absolutely amazing! Rachel was so professional, warm and flexible, we can't say enough about her. We would gladly work with her again. Her staff were equally as professional and hard working. She listened and interpreted vision to reality. We cannot recommend her or Parcel 32 enough. Gems!!

We selected Parcel 32 for our large bridesmaids luncheon for itâs location, reputation and proximity to where most of our guests were staying.When we made the decision, we had no idea how good a decision that would turn out to be! They sponsored a delicious tasting from which we made selections and then worked carefully to assure the specific needs of everyone in attendance were covered.Rachel Starling was an absolute delight to work with as it fell upon me, (the reluctant-to-be-engaged), Father of the Bride, to be the intermediary for all the follow-up decision-making and organizing transportation as it ultimately turned out. Her responsiveness, enthusiastic assistance with making key decisions and proactive anticipation were beyond first rateâŚ..and a rare joy to work with.The most significant thing that makes them stand out among all others was Parcel 32âs ability to pivot. Hurricane Ian was bearing down on us in Charleston and actually hit the day of the rehearsal, brideâs maidsâ luncheon, rehearsal dinner and welcome to Charleston cocktail party. Unique among all the other service providers, they were able to pivot and have the brideâs maidsâ luncheon the day before the hurricane struckâŚâŚand, did it on less than 36-hourâs notice based upon their prescient anticipation and suggestion. And, if that werenât enough, the experience they then provided to all our guests in terms of ambiance, generosity of spirt of the servers and quality of the preparations and food were par excellence.The value they represented to us was good to begin with, but based on our experience, was immeasurable.We are truly in love with the guys at Parcel 32 and will always use them again for the events we cannot handle ourselves where we live in the French Quarter in Charleston. I cannot say enough about this venue. I booked it just from photos online and on my first visit fell in love. I hosted a Bridesmaid luncheon. It was perfect. The upstairs room needs hardly any additional decor. Rachel Starling the planner for Patrick Properties was just amazing! Anticipated my needs and helped guide me. I had a wedding planner, but you do not need one with Rachel. They were able to handle a few special requests! My daughter loved it and her bridesmaids said it was the best luncheon they had been too! Thank you Rachel!

I chose Parcel 32 to host a bridal luncheon for my daughter. I worked with Rachel Starling to come up with the menu and setting. Rachel also provided us with the table linens, place cards and menus for each guest. We had an outside florist come in with flowers for all the tables.When I walked into the bar/ dining room, I was amazed. It was just beautiful! The food was great and everyone who attended thanked me for a wonderful time. Rachel made our event so simple to plan and it was perfect!

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Parcel32 in May. It was nothing short of spectacular! We had an intimate event and were able to use the entire space, cocktail hour was upstairs and our guests were able to mingle inside and on the amazing porch overlooking downtown. The horderves were wonderful, all of our guests loved them. After cocktail hour, we went downstairs to our plated dinner. Dinner was delicious and the service again was spectacular. We could have had our wedding here! I would highly recommend Parcel32 for any event you're planning!

The space itself is beautiful and charming, we used the upstairs portion but it can accommodate larger parties as well. My guests also enjoyed having the outdoor balcony. We are from Nashville, and knew we wanted to have a destination wedding in Charleston. Rachel was absolutely amazing!! I can not say enough good things about her. She did not leave out one detail from the moment we decided to book the venue to the day of the wedding. She made sure everything was perfect, and was hands-on the entire reception. This was LITERALLY a last minute wedding and Parcel 32 crushed it! The food was amazing, the servers were total pros, and of course, Rachel (site coordinator) was impeccable. She accommodated all our request with ease and made our day more special than we could have imagined. No issues modifying the room to support our plan, plenty of space for our 35 guests, and of course, the decor is total Charleston charm. Thank you Rachel and Parcel 32!!!

My husband and I held our Welcome Party prior to our wedding here and it was PERFECT! Rachel Starling, the event manager was such a pleasure to work with made sure every detail was covered from the booking and tasting to the event's end. We started the evening with a wonderful sit-down dinner in the restaurant space for the wedding party and our guests raved about the food. Side note: I highly recommend the banana pudding which was made GF for our group! The proceeding cocktail hour took place in the bar areas on the 1st and second floors. It was really nice having the separation of spaces. Our group had so much fun and shared many compliments on the evening. It was a night to remember for sure!

Parcel 32 was the perfect venue for our after party after our wedding at William Aiken House! All of our guests were able to walk two doors down from WAH and continue the celebrations. We hired a DJ to be up on the second floor. I loved how the venue had all the furniture/rentals in place and I didn't need to do anything more than just reserve the space. I also appreciated that we were able to tailor our event to: (i) only be 2 hours from 11pm-1am; and (ii) allow for guests to pay for their own drinks at the after party using their credit cards. The late night foods were also a huge hit.

When searching for our venue, we wanted a place that captured the charm of Charleston but also wouldn't cost us a fortune. After looking at many locations, we were introduced and given a tour by Rachel and the rest is history. Rachel, the venue coordinator, is just amazing at her job. The most responsive, helpful, thorough, and all-around wonderful person! She made the decision so easy, as did the venue itself which is gorgeous. They handle so much in house (bar, food, cake, tables, chairs, plates/glasses/silverware, and even helped with linen rentals as well). It makes the day effortless! The food is beyond amazing (both the tasting and the day of- and the extra food they sent us home with), the drinks were phenomenal (including custom bride and groom cocktails), and everything in between ran smoothly. Everyone that came in from out of town loved the location and venue (and food!). Not to mention we got the best photos inside and out. The layout of the venue works perfectly for a cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. I wish we could do it all again! Rachel also let us run with any ideas we had (champagne wall seating chart, hanging a lit last name sign over the swinging couch on the porch) and was genuinely excited to make it happen. She let us drop off some stuff the day before and pick it up the next day which made everything easy. We also added on the American Theatre Marquee for photos and it was awesome to see our names on that. I cannot recommend this location enough for a smaller wedding or any event. Parcel 32 holds such a special place in our heart, now!!

We chose to have our son and daughter in law's Rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party at Parcel 32. The evening exceeded our expectations! From planning to execution, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to make the evening amazing! The space itself is beautiful and food was fantastic. We could not have been happier with our choice and look forward to hosting other events there in the future! Parcel 32 is an absolute gem of an event venue. We hosted our son and his fiancĂŠeâs rehearsal dinner and welcome party and both events were spectacular and beyond our highest expectations. Parcel 32âs Rachel Starling was at the helm and available every step of the way, an invaluable asset to the venue. PPHGâs food was absolutely incredible with beautiful presentation. The wait staff and service was over the top. We continue to receive compliments on the evening and highly recommend Parcel 32.

Parcel 32 was so attentive to every detail for the rehearsal dinner we hosted for our son and his new bride. The venue was the perfect space to host both events while still having some separation so guests could arrive for the welcome party while we finished up dinner. The plated dinner was delicious and the dessert bar we had for the welcome party was just as amazing. Service the entire night was great. Rachel Starling, the event manager at Parcel 32, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and always so quick to help us with any questions we had. She took care of the few rental items we needed for the event and made sure the entire night was perfect and exactly what we wanted. She was so friendly and easy to work with. All of our guests loved the space as much as we did, especially the balcony upstairs.

My husband and I chose Parcel 32 to host our Rehearsal Brunch the Saturday before our wedding. If you've looked to have your wedding in Charleston, you know how competitive weekend bookings can be. However, Rachel Starling and her team at Patrick Property Group were so easy to work with and were completely open to the unique idea of a Rehearsal Brunch. The day went off without a hitch and everything was truly perfect - from the flower arrangements to the acoustic guitarist to the drinks and the service. Rachel was a great communicator and made sure that every detail was attended to.Parcel 32 is located on Upper King St, right in the heart of Charleston. Guests chose to Uber or park in one of the many nearby parking decks with no problem at all. The venue itself handled our guest list of 75 perfectly with plenty of space to mingle. The food and drink selections offered by PPHG are delicious as well. They make it very easy to plan your event with little hassle. We would highly recommend working with Rachel and the folks from Patrick Property Hospitality!

This review will be mostly focused on our events manager Rachel, who brought my wife's vision for the event to absolute life. She was attentive and communicative during the whole planning process and genuinely cared about the product she put out for us. My wife was actually brought to tears when she first entered the space because it was exactly what she wanted and we can't thank Rachel enough for everything she did to make our first night of the wedding week perfect. We did our entire wedding with PPHG â our rehearsal dinner at Parcel 32 and our wedding at William Aiken House â and it was truly the best decision we made in regards to our wedding! Parcel 32 is not only stunning (that veranda and floral wall paper upstairs!) but it's the perfect size for a smaller event like a rehearsal dinner, bridal brunch or intimate wedding. Rachel was AMAZING and made the entire planning process so easy â she was so attentive and answered every single question we had with suggestions and understanding. The food was incredible, the staff impeccable and the venue gorgeous in the perfect location. 10/10 for the entire experience â I can't recommend Rachel, PPHG or Parcel 32 enough!
