Where do I even begin? I cannot say enough kind words about working with the Pilot Project team and we were SO happy we chose this venue for our wedding day. First of all, the venue itself is gorgeous and needed little decor from us. The natural light, the large windows, the rooftop + skyline, the modern touches, the lounge areas, etc. all matched our vision for the day. Mary, Juliana and Annie worked so hard to answer all of our questions, help plan the day, and went above and beyond for us to make sure the day went flawlessly. Thanks to them it really did. Juliana even took a video of our “last dance” and sent it to us so we always have that memory. We really wanted convenience for our day, so it was nice to be able to handle catering/late night bites, bar, linens + napkins, chairs, and all cutlery through the venue. We got so many compliments on the food (provided by Noble Catering) from our guests, some saying it was the best salmon they’ve ever had! The bartenders were so kind and handled the 140+ crowd with ease. It truly was the perfect day, thank you Pilot Project!

Mary Abel (Events Director) Hello, hello! My name is Mary Abel and I oversee hospitality at Pilot Project Brewing. We opened our Milwaukee, WI location in November of 2022 and we're so humbled to have such a beautiful event space to host wedding celebrations. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your partner while assisting you in planning the wedding you've always dreamed of.
