Two Venues on 25 Acres of Beauty
Magnolia Estate, where happily ever after happens. We host two award-winning wedding venues o one location. The property is heavily wooded enough to where you can't see one venue from the other. As well both The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor have their own driveways and parking lots. Rosewood Manor is a national award-winning southern mansion-styled venue that features a beautiful grand staircase, elegant chandeliers, and an outdoor wedding arbor next to the babbling creek. It is truly a magnificent setting for your wedding. It is a modern take on a mansion and is built in a barndominium style. This is truly a unique wedding venue unlike any other in the area. Rosewood Manor hosts up to 250 comfortably. We have just updated and expanded our bridal suite and would love for you to see it! The floors have recently been updated and upgraded to have a more reflective look for your first dance. The Magnolia Barn is an industrial boho-style wedding venue with a gazebo ceremony with a panoramic vista of rolling hills and stunning sunsets. The spectacular white barn features a real exposed brick wall, a spacious enclosed patio, and a bar, creating a festive atmosphere for your wedding! Now with a newly updated reception area and bridal suite. This venue is very popular right now. Since it is both industrial, boho, and affordable, The Magnolia Barn has seen an uptick in bookings. The venue itself is very neutral, making designing and decorating your wedding easy. We offer full-service coordination and decor services to make your dream day stress-free. We always like to say "Book with Magnolia Estate and your stress goes away!" This is definitely the case when we are hired to design, manage, coordinate, set up, and tear down your wedding for you. We have some amazing DIY options as well. Our goal is to make sure our venues and services fit your needs and your budget! We are an open vendor venue. So bring in whichever licensed and insured vendor you'd like. However, we do have a list of awesome preferred vendors that have done wonderful work for our brides and grooms. We like to meet with you and go over your budget to suggest the correct vendors for you. This takes the guessing out of your vendor bookings, ensuring your success with your dream wedding. Both venues have their own bridal and groom suites. Both venues have their own drive-in and parking lots as well. We would love to invite you and yours to visit the bountiful beauty of the grounds. Smooth sailing! If you want a venue that’s absolutely beautiful, and all the staff is great to work with, responsive, flexible, supportive & professional, this is the place for you! Our wedding was “off season” for the venue, so we opted to have both wedding and reception inside, Danielle was a fantastic coordinator. She is a great asset if you want or need coordination services to work with vendors, lay out the day of your event and help with decor. Everything was top notch.

Mother of the bride, here.This is a beautiful and pleasing venue for a wedding of almost any style!A few things that swayed our initial search in this direction:* family-run business* in-house coordinator available (Danielle - more about her later)* a suite for the groom and his guys that showed as much thought and consideration as the bride is show* the absolute value for the money compared to similar (or even smaller!) venues closer to the Cincinnati area* the options offered for customization* gorgeous views for photo ops* handicap-accessibleOnce booked, planning was a dream. Danielle did a fantastic job of making sure our daughter knew she was in capable hands. They are one of the most minimally-restrictive venues we found when it comes to using your own vendors, providing some of your own decor items to be incorporated, providing SO many of their own fabulous decor items, and so much more.The day of:We had booked Magnolia Barn -- which is a complete misnomer because there is nothing vaguely barnlike about the place except that it is a large property in a less trafficky area. Do yourself a favor: check out the photos of the place and visit in person.The groom and his guys had a suite in a totally separate building located across the parking area, complete with everything they needed in order to hang out and chill before/after they got ready.What can I possibly write to convey how indispensable, helpful, and adept Danielle and her staff were?Both the gazebo/guest area for the ceremony and also the reception area looked STUNNING. The cocktail patio was also nice but very minimalist. Everything, however, was decorated gorgeously (their work, not ours!) Danielle and her staff were present for every moment yet not at all in the way at any point in time. They were personable, friendly, and efficient. Any issues that arose at all that day, Danielle swooped in, to the rescue!We simply could not have been more pleased with the venue staff, and Danielle in particular. It was a huge weight off knowing that we did not have to try to address every little detail on the day of the wedding because Danielle had everything well in hand.My only (minimal) complaints (not truly complaints, just more a few downside items) : 1) the restroom situation: For a venue capable of housing 200-guests, a two-stall ladies' room is WAY undersized.2) for the bridal suite: no private restroom or even a sink for washing hands. In order to get the bride to the adjacent common-area restroom, we had to hold up a blanket between the two doors, blocking her from view and post \"sentries\" in the form of two bridesmaids to keep guests out until she left the restroom.3) the positioning of the onsite groom area in relation the the bridal suite: once the groom's entourage came to the main event area, there was a small room where they could wait. Unfortunately, the open door affords a direct view into the bridal suite when the bride's door opens. Therefore, anytime anyone left or came into the bridal suite, the bride had to rush to the other side of the room, lest her groom see her too soon.4) The parking area is gravel. This is by no means a deal-breaker. However, we had several handicapped guests who had difficulty crossing the area; we did wish - for their sakes - that the lot was paved instead.Even the noted downsides considered, this is a truly spectacular venue for a bride's special day. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended.

Rosewood Manor did not disappoint! Our daughter had her wedding with 180 guests at Rosewood Manor and the entire experience was fantastic! What a beautiful venue! It was very clean, the staff was very professional and the communication could not have been better. Danielle did our coordination and decorations and she was fantastic! I cannot imagine planning a wedding without the help of Danielle and her wonderful team! They were great to work with! We highly recommend Rosewood Manor!

We got married in the Magnolia Barn on December 6th. I worked with Danielle and got the decorating package. She ordered all of our linens, let us use choose from her room of decor, and then set everything up as well as tore everything down. Very much worth it for my family and I! Honestly it was all seamless. Danielle is the kindest and has so much wedding experience. She made sure everything ran smoothly and took a lot of the stress out of planning. Plus she’s just a super fun individual and we enjoyed her presence! The facility itself is gorgeous. Our pictures turned out so well. We did a brunch wedding (which was awesome and highly recommend btw!) and so our day started quite early. Magnolia accommodated us getting into the venue at 6am for which I am still so grateful. They were fantastic to work with and I’m so happy we booked with them. They’re very easy going, flexible, accommodating, and friendly.

Our experience with Magnolia Estate was unforgettable. It was the most amazing day. Danielle was THE FREAKING BEST. Everyone loved her!!! Every vendor she suggested was perfect. The day went off without a hitch. The venue was STUNNING, even with hurricane like winds, we had our wedding outside, which is exactly what we wanted. I can’t put into words how amazing this place and people are. Danielle even came out to surprise Roth in a dinosaur costume!!! TALK ABOUT PERSONALIZATION! Our daughter's wedding was held at the Magnolia Estate on October 29, 2022 and it was the most amazing night ever! From the first time we met with Danielle, we felt the perfect connection and the whole experience was flawless. Danielle and her staff (shout out to Van) treated my daughter as their own. She guided her toward incredible ideas after hearing of the look she was hoping to achieve. At every meeting that was held, the confidence that Danielle showed relaxed my daughter immensely. The wedding day was sheer perfection. Danielle and her staff anticipated every request and they were always 5 steps ahead of us. To convey how on point everything was, not once did they have to ask or confirm anything with us. They had all the information and just ran with it. There were tears at the end when we all realized we wouldn't be seeing each other again. The day was simply heaven sent.

The venue was perfect for the wedding as we were able to hold the ceremony outdoors and the reception was held inside. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments from the guests. We were so pleased with Danielle's work as we held the rehearsal dinner at the venue and then spent the wedding day with family and friends getting ready, doing pictures etc. Having Danielle do the coordination was the best decision and allowed us to enjoy the event to the fullest! Julio, Danielle and all the staff were professional and accommodating; allowing us to add our own special touches to make the wedding personal and meaningful for John & Lindsey! The wedding venue in itself is GORGEOUS, requires minimal decorations, the staff was kind & accommodating and the cost is affordable. I also loved that I had the option to bring in outdoor caterers to save $$$ Shout out to our coordinator Danielle Nola for making our special day so perfect and helping me keep my ish together!!! Forever grateful for this place. 10/10 would recommend

Julio, Danielle, and the rest of the staff at the beautiful Magnolia Estate helped my husband and I throw the wedding of our dreams. We booked the Rosewood Manor, and would definitely recommend the space to couples in the future. With a 14 hour rental, you get to use the entire property which includes a gorgeous garden ceremony space, both floors of the house itself, a catering kitchen and bar, the woods behind the house (which make for great photos), and the bridal suite. The only caution I would give is that the groom’s suite is very small: smaller than most closets. However, Magnolia provides a separate space for the Groomsmen for an additional charge. Overall, the space beautifully accommodated my wedding of 205 guests.

We booked the Rosewood Manor, and would definitely recommend the space to couples in the future. With a 14 hour rental, you get to use the entire property which includes a gorgeous garden ceremony space, both floors of the house itself, a catering kitchen and bar, the woods behind the house (which make for great photos), and the bridal suite. The only caution I would give is that the groom’s suite is very small: smaller than most closets. However, Magnolia provides a separate space for the Groomsmen for an additional charge. Overall, the space beautifully accommodated my wedding of 205 guests.

My husband and I got married in June and people still are talking about how amazing the place was!! I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. Staff made planning visits an absolute breeze (which I know was very difficult with our large and out-of-state families), and did everything they could to make sure things ran smoothly the day of. I can't put into words just HOW MUCH we loved this place.

Magnolia is lacking in professionalism and communication (mostly the day of/ after our event - please see below) We booked for 12 hours, as well as added on the basement for the Groomsroom ( 4 hours). When I arrive with my groomsman, the \"Groomsroom\" was locked. We were supposed to have accesss at 11am. Eventhough our Wedding Coordinator was with my wife and the Ladies, she was able to assist. I called a left a voicemail and nobody ever called back. Our Wedding Coordinator told me should we take care of it. at 12pm someone arrived to unlock the \"Groomsroom\".The Groomsroom had ample space, a bar, tv ( which i believe didnt have cable, but yet the cable boxes were present) netflix and a sound system ( played the radio ), air hockey table, foosball table, a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a room to get dressed in. The Air hockey table wasn't working when I tried to play a game with my son (ringbearer). Needless to say it was convenient to be at the venue, however not worthy of the $400. ($100 per Hour) which I was not refunded.We were married June 19, 2021After the wedding I reached out multiple times in attempted to be partially refunded, and didn’t speak to them until July 14, 2021. As of this October 13, 2021 I have yet to hear anything in regards to a partial refund, nor were they willing to discuss or communicate. We have not been refunded anything for there lack of following the agreed contract/ agreement. Customer service is non existent.

I had my wedding at magnolia barn and loved every minute of it! It’s family owned and also gorgeous. They also offer wedding planing through them! Angela is the wedding planner and she is amazing and takes away so much stress! The barn is perfect for pictures because the lighting in the barn is perfect and also has gorgeous land scape and plenty of spots for your photographers to get some amazing pictures. We had to reschedule our wedding to another date due to Covid and they made it super easy to switch dates and made a stressful situation pretty easy!

We used this venue for my bridal shower & it was absolutely spectacular! The hospitality and friendliness from the staff was over the top amazing! Not to mention it is a family owned business so I like to support small owned businesses whenever I can! We used this venue for my bridal shower & it was absolutely spectacular! The hospitality and friendliness from the staff was over the top amazing! Not to mention it is a family owned business so I like to support small owned businesses whenever I can! I would definitely recommend this to any bride who is looking for a perfect place to host an elegant and classy bridal shower!

You. Guys. I just got married September 14th, and boy was I impressed. The venue looked STUNNING, along with the gazebo. The owners were amazing! Very polite and Can answer all questions very quickly. I was told by one of my guests that it was the most eloquent weddings that they have been to in a long time, and i give props to the venue. 5 stars hands down. I would have another ceremony and rehearsal just so I can party there again!!!!

The staff was always easy to reach and the venue is absolutely gorgeous! Even though we only had around 100 people as our final count, the inside space didn’t feel unused, and we even decided to do the ceremony inside because it was so hot. Since we made that decision the day before, the staff was wonderful in accommodating us and setting up for indoors as well as communicating to us what that would look like. They were also very patient with me as I rescheduled the rehearsal 3 times!

Rosewood Manor was my absolute dream wedding venue. Every aspect of the venue is absolutely breathtaking. Julio is so nice and accommodating. He and the rest of the staff was somewhat difficult to get ahold of the week leading up to the wedding, but our wedding was 5/31/19, right at the beginning of wedding season, so that’s forgivable. But the day of, Julio and the staff were amazing and made our wedding day 100% perfect, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. So thankful.

Rosewood Manor was my absolute dream wedding venue. Every aspect of the venue is absolutely breathtaking. Julio is so nice and accommodating. We had our wedding at Rosewood on December 1st, and it was truly perfect! I can't say enough good things about this venue and Julio. This was not our original venue due to unseen circumstances, but Julio worked with us through the whole process with our old venue, and made the transition seamless and stress free. Julio was extremely accommodating, and worked with my planner and I to make sure everything was how we needed it to be. He answered my outrageous amounts of emails with small questions in a timely manner, and let my family and I visit as often as we needed to leading up to the wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful at the Manor. It rained most of the day on our wedding, but there are still so many prime photo locations under cover outside to capture some beautiful shots! We got married in front of the staircase and having the ceremony inside was gorgeous, and the breakdown into reception was quick and painless. I would recommend Rosewood to any Bride looking to find a classy venue that still allows you to customize everything and bring your own vision to life inside of it!

Julio and the staff at Magnolia Estate was great for our wedding. We used Julio as our officiant and he did an amazing job from start to finish. We had a slight issue with our sound equipment and he was there to help us figure it out. The wedding and reception from start to finish was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area provided breathtaking backdrops for the photos. The indoor reception area requires no decorating. We maxed out the seating capacity with 200 guests and had no problems with space.

Julio was very easy to work with and flexible. The reception area is naturally beautiful and doesn't need a ton of decorations. I found it helpful to work with their preferred vendors. Our guests loved the venue, and we were so thrilled with how perfect the day was!

Having my wedding at Magnolia Estate was, unfortunately, the most stressful part of wedding planning. The staff was disorganized throughout the planning process. I was passed around to several different staff members as my point of contact, and one of the staff did not read the contract and told me just a month before my wedding we would need to leave the venue earlier than we had arranged, which made me panic (it was resolved after a great deal of stress on my part, and no one ever apologized for the error). The day of the wedding, the facilities were dirty (groom's room) and unprepared. There was no soap in the bathroom, and my bridesmaids had to go hunt someone down to fix that, and the sign directing people to the wedding site was not put out, so guests kept trying to enter through the bridal suite while we were getting ready. Magnolia Estate is beautiful, but the stress of working with them was not worth it to me.

The front of the building was the perfect setting for bridal party photos and the stunning windows inside were the perfect backdrop for dancing the night away. Bridal room was also spacious enough for both hair and makeup to set up. Wonderful venue!

The new rosewood manor located on the grounds of the magnolia estates reminded me of a beautiful southern plantation! This brand new facility made my nephews wedding one for the books. Clean, friendly staff, and an amazing outdoor wedding area and indoor reception! Loved all of the windows, beautiful chandeliers, two story ceilings... it felt so open yet cozy with the ambience lighting. Perfect night for a perfect couple!!!

The new rosewood manor located on the grounds of the magnolia estates reminded me of a beautiful southern plantation! This brand new facility made my nephews wedding one for the books. Clean, friendly staff, and an amazing outdoor wedding area and indoor reception! Loved all of the windows, beautiful chandeliers, two story ceilings... it felt so open yet cozy with the ambience lighting. Perfect night for a perfect couple!!!

Loveliest venue(s) in the area! We have utilized both Magnolia Estate and Rosewood Manor. Beautiful settings for indoor/outdoor wedding and parties. Love convenience of having everything in one place, no driving from church to reception site. Magnolia Estate allows for great cocktail hour on their great patio with sweeping views of the countryside. Rosewood Manor is extremely spacious giving guests plenty of room to move around. The Gonzalez family goes out its way to ensure your event runs smoothly. They are helpful in so many ways, their experience clearly shows in the details and suggestions offered. Will continue using Magnolia Estate for all of our party needs!

Magnolia Estate was the PERFECT place to have my ceremony and reception. The owners Julio, Tina, and Julio Jr. went above and beyond to make sure that our day went absolutely perfect. We seriously did not encounter a single problem and from what I've heard that is hard to come by on your wedding day. The views at Magnolia are raw and authentic and the reception venue is basically a beautiful blank state where you can bring in your own ideas and make it your own. I would and will recommend Magnolia Estate to anyone searching for the venue to make their day beyond perfect.

I have never been to a more beautiful wedding venue. As a frequent wedding guest, I have noticed that all the venues look like barns. This place is not for your 'barn wedding.' Rosewood Manor reminds me of a southern plantation home and is the perfect place for a 'southern elegance' wedding. The outdoor ceremony space is absolutely stunning and looks even more beautiful from the balconies. Most weddings I go to, I leave after dinner is over but not here. This place made you want to stay and have an amazing evening!

The grounds at the venue were beautiful and the reception space was dreamy, all white and lots of windows. The views and sunset were incredible. BE CAREFUL THOUGH, this place nickel and dimes you hardcore. The standard package is 12pm-12am for the wedding day and additional charges $250+/hour for any more time. This means ABSOLUTELY NO SET UP OF YOUR DECORATIONS BEFORE 12PM, even if you have your rehearsal dinner there the night before. The staff was helpful the day of, but were very inflexible with anything the bride requested for the most part. Overall, my wedding was beautiful because of the beautiful sunset and grounds, but don’t expect to be able to do anything and you will have MINIMAL decorations unless you can get a crew of 20 people to set up in the few hours before your ceremony, or you want to break the bank on JUST your venue cost paying for extra hours of time to set anything up. We overpaid for this venue, don’t fall into the trap.

Our wedding at Magnolia Estate was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what I was looking for in a venue- outdoor ceremony with rain plain, patio, and indoor reception area with an outdoor feel. On our first visit, we knew it was what we wanted! Julio and Tina were great. They were always available when I had questions, and they were a big help on the wedding day! Everything was how I imagined it. I would definitely recommend Magnolia Estate to anyone wanting an outdoor wedding in the Dayton area.

First off the venue is absolutely stunning, you seriously need very minimal decorations its that beautiful. The bridal suite is huge with tons of space to get ready. Julio was amazing with helping all our last minute needs on our wedding day. We love the fact we were able to have a magnolia tree planted in our honor. We are so happy we chose Magnolia Estates for our wedding!

When my initial venue cancelled on me a month before my date, I panicked, thinking the vision I had for my wedding was completely trashed. Then I heard from Magnolia that they had my date opened. Magnolia Estate is such a beautiful property with amenities that only add to it's allure. At the reception as I stood and took everything in, I realized I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The day was perfect and everything came together so beautifully. The staff at Magnolia are great to work with and I would recommend to anyone!
