My husband and I had our small micro wedding at Shiloh Ridge at Sycamore Creek. We were absolutely impressed with eveything the Sycamore Creek team did for us. Every step of the process was so easy for us even though we were planning the wedding from TN, and we never saw the property before we booked. Lisa was super responsive in answering all of our questions and helping us ensure we got everything taken care of. The actual day of the wedding, the staff the day of was so kind and the property itself was breathtaking. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cant recommend Sycamore Creek Ranch enough.

My husband and I had our wedding here in January of 2022. We had just barely started touring venues, but when we walked into the Heartwood Barn, we knew this was where we wanted our wedding to be! The barn is gorgeous with a perfect rustic flair and plenty of room for our guests. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor setup below the sycamore tree! It just happened to snow the day before, and the sunset shots beneath this tree are my absolute favorite photos! The owners are friendly and easy to work with and the price was one of the best around for the value of such a beautiful venue!

We had our wedding at the Heartwood Barn in July and it was so wonderful!! We had a large wedding with around 300 people, so the barn was a great size for the amount of people we had and enough room for dancing and moving. The indoor decor of string lights were a very pretty touch! The outside ceremony site was beautiful and had more than enough room for seating! The sycamore tree is the perfect summer backdrop, so our pictures turned out amazing. Overall we had a great wedding day! One hiccup we did have was after dinner we were scheduled to be taken to the waterfront location for sunset pictures. We had discussed this early on with the coordinator and had made room in our time line for it. When we asked the staff to take us to the location they were not aware they were supposed to do that and said it was not apart of our wedding package. We were very confused and the staff had to call their boss to confirm the details for us, which took longer than we had planned for. We finally got it straightened out and we were taken to the waterfront, but it did set us back on our already short timeline. Not sure where the communication was mixed up but in the end it worked out. Another thing I noticed about the day was that it would have been helpful to get into the venue earlier. We had the venue for 12 hours, the last hour you have to clean up and clear out. But we had a very large bridal party and could have definitely used another hour or two at the beginning of the day to get ready. They couldn’t allow anyone in the venue before 11am but if there was a way to leave a key or something to get in early I know that would relieve stress on having to rush time and be able to enjoy more of your day. We also had to pay an extra fee for using vendors outside of Sycamore’s preferred vendor list. We all know weddings are already very expensive so it’s hard to pay for extra fees when they seem unnecessary. With all that being said, the extra fees and the allotted time of the venue was stated in our contract and we knew those terms beforehand! So those are not negatives against the venue, just some suggestions that we thought could be improved! Overall our experience with Sycamore was good and they made our wedding day amazing for us and our guests!

We cannot say enough good things about the Sycamore Creek venue!! Not only is it an ABSOLUTELY beautiful spot and the perfect place for a wedding or other event, but the staff is just as wonderful to work with. From the beginning, everyone we worked with there was so nice, professional, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that we had the best wedding day that we could have imagined. We got the pleasure of working with Charissa Floer and I would recommend to anyone looking to book here to work with her. Charissa was so sweet, always around for the thousands of questions we had, and was always willing to go the extra mile for us. She was so easy to talk to and work with and she made my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable from the start. She was with us during our entire wedding day and was there making sure the venue looked perfect on that day and ensuring that we had everything we need and that we were happy. The entire staff of Sycamore Creek Family Ranch is wonderful. They know what they are doing and they put on the best events ever. We are so extremely happy that we chose this venue for our wedding day and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

This is the BEST venue we looked at. It was by far the friendliest staff and so easy to work with! The venue is breathtaking and made our big day the perfect day! We got gorgeous pictures at our ceremony site and the Heartwood Barn is perfect for a reception! If I had to go back and do it over again I would definitely still get married here! No complaints at all.

Sycamore Creek Family Ranch was an amazing place to have my wedding! They are such caring caring and friendly people! If I had any questions,, comments or concerns they responded back promptly and made sure I felt at ease. Plus, all the tables were set up and ready to go for us when we got there! They made sure I had everything I needed and made sure that I got what I needed on my wedding day! The view and set up of the Heartwood barn is just amazing! I had a PERFECT wedding day and it is seriously all thanks for Sycamore Creek! I highly recommend them!!

While looking for a venue we had saw SFCR online and loved their Shiloh Ridge venue. It looked perfect for our intimate wedding. We immediately scheduled a tour. The minute we stepped out of our car my finace and I were taken back by the beautiful view over the lake. Then we met the team. The second we started talking with them we knew they were a team that we wanted to work with. They were all so kind and sincere and really cared about us. You could just tell they were good people. It was extremely easy to book with them and to complete any necessary paperwork. The venue went through a transition of wedding coordinators during my engagement season but you would have never known. The line of communication was smooth and clear. They sent pdfs of vendor recommendations, information about the venue itself and were easy to contact if I had any questions at all. They answered all my emails in a timely manner as well. They even took the time to call me and go over our big day and make sure that we were both clear on what was expected on both sides. The day of the wedding came and the team went above and beyond. They were always there if we had a question and we never had to run around guessing. The venue was everything I had dreamed of for our big day and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Not only was the ceremony and reception space beautiful but the property had many beautiful spots for pictures. After the wedding we attended their fall round up the next day. The owner came and talked to us and remembered little details about our lives. Not only is the venue amazing but the team is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

We got married here just over a week ago!The wedding was beautiful and went wonderfully.The staff that was present did a good job and was very helpful.The main reason I'm giving this venue 3 stars is due to the miscommunication/lack of communication.We were scheduled to get married back in March but unfortunately due to the coronavirus we pushed it back to September. The venue did give us options on openings they had that year and did not charge us more for it ( though I was told by the coordinator at the time that we would be getting charged more for moving the date in the midst of a global pandemic)The coordinator at the time was encouraging me to have a more \"intimate\" elopement rather than wedding in order to proceed. ( Which is not what we wanted and she knew that)I was brought to tears with stress and anxiety with how that was handled.Finally, the date did get changed but lack of communication until last minute did continue.We paid 500.00 for drapery that we were under the impression would go up and over beams however this was not nor never was set up at the barn when we arrived that morning on the wedding day.I could go on further with other miscommunications that happened as well.All in all we did have a wonderful wedding and was pleased with the event. The process leading up to that point was rough and emotionally draining.

Planning a last minute wedding during a global pandemic was definitely not what I had planned. The stress and uncertainty of hiring all new vendors for a destination wedding was absolutely terrifying. But I must tell you about this venue! I booked this place sight unseen 2 weeks before the wedding and WOW! It is absolutely breathtaking! You could walk into this place and get married without a single shred of decor! We had a small wedding of 40 and the barn felt just as intimate as we'd hoped even though it could have easily fit hundreds. The bride and groom suites are adorable and there are even a few sweet surprises the venue had for us on our big day that were so thoughtful. There were staff onsite to help with set up and to answer questions. During the booking process I spoke with Lindsay. She was always available, quick to respond and SO sweet! Although Lindsay wasn't my wedding planner, it sure felt that way! She helped me out with my other vendors as well. They have in-house vendors that know the venue and need zero direction which was a HUGE plus planning a last minute wedding. Not to mention they were just as amazing! Wether your planning out years in advance or your faced planning a last minute wedding, this is the venue your looking for! It's a stress free venue that is absolutely stunning! You won't be sorry!

Me and my husband got married at SCFR in December of 2019 - it was awesome!! From our tour of the Hartwood Barn before booking the venue to the clean up of the wedding, everyone at SCFR was incredibly kind and helpful. I was so thankful for being able to meet with the day of coordinator in the planning process and getting quick email responses from everyone at SCFR. They were so helpful and great to be around. They made the wedding day and the rehearsal easy and stress free! I was so glad that I chose this venue! The barn is beautiful, the space was perfect for the number of guests (around 200) and for dancing. It was a great place to be on a slightly rainy day in the winter! The parking worked out well, our guests loved being there. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

First of all, the Heartwood Barn is SO beautiful. Secondly, everyone at Sycamore Creek have been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire wedding process, especially with everything regarding Covid-19. We had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic and they have been extremely helpful in not only letting us transition to a different date but also with helping us through that process. They were even so gracious as to let us use the barn on our original date for a smaller ceremony free of charge because of everything. We are super happy with our decision to choose this venue!!

SCFR is absolutely gorgeous and we are so thankful we chose to elope there. We had to change our date at the last minute because of the corona virus and they were so flexible and accommodating. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them every time! You won't be sorry for choosing SCFR.

SCFR is absolutely gorgeous and we are so thankful we chose to elope there. We had to change our date at the last minute because of the corona virus and they were so flexible and accommodating. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them every time! You won't be sorry for choosing SCFR.

AMAZING!! My daughter was married at Sycamore Creek this past January. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Since both the ceremony and reception took place inside the barn we had to flip the space. This could have been crazy with a 150 guest count but with the help of Sycamore Creek's staff it all went smoothly and quickly. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We added Lindsay on as our day-of coordinator and it was worth every penny, she was exceptional! The pictures from the wedding were STUNNING because everywhere you turn there is a beautiful backdrop. The covenant of marriage is so important to my family so it was a blessing to celebrate this commitment at a venue where the presence of the Lord is clearly felt! We highly recommend Sycamore Creek . . . Blessings Beyond!

We were 100% blessed in having my daughters wedding at Sycamore Creek! It is a beautiful barn, easily accessible with great amenities, wonderful people to work with and a cozy elegance we couldn’t find anywhere else. Jacob and I had the most precious blessing to have found Sycamore Creek Family Ranch when we were searching for wedding venues. When we messaged Lindsay about seeing the venue, she responded quickly and set up a time and date for us. On our visit, she showed us the beautiful property in detail and told us everything we could need to know. Without even knowing her, we got such a honest and down to earth vibe that radiated off of her. We confirmed the venue with a down payment before even leaving the property with 100% certainty that we made the right decision. Now, let me start off by saying, Jacob and I spent our engagement thousands of miles apart. We were not able to come back to the ranch again after this first visit. Even though this sounds like a nightmare, it WASN'T! And I give so much credit to Lindsay. As the wedding month grew closer, we began exchanging emails and conversations. She was always prompt to answer when I reached out and if I became stressed about anything, anything at all she reassured me and came up with a game plan immediately. For our wedding day, I purchased the two packets: Day of Dirty Work and Coordination. Basically, if you are wanting to splurge and get these but are second guessing it, DON'T. Having Lindsay run the show for me was the best thing that could have ever happened. Not only did she decorate the property in a breath taking way with our decor, but she and her team worked so extremely hard at making the day run smoothly and without problems from the second I stepped on the property to get ready to when the last car was leaving when it was over. She kept me informed of what was happening next, quickly fixed my broken dress strap right after the ceremony by hand stitching it together, and problem solved like a true boss lady. Not only were her and her team so hardworking, but they were so incredibly kind and sweet. I simply cannot imagine trying to manage our wedding day without her and the rest of the awesome staff. I see a lot of reviews that raise concerns about the extensive list of rules. Once you see the beautiful ranch, barn, and ceremony sites you will understand why. Do not hesitate booking your wedding here because of the rules. I promise you that there is not a single rule on there that will even come close to hindering your special day. Lindsay was an open book about rules and prices from day one and we were not met with any sneaky surprises or charges. Lindsay, we love you and can never thank you enough for all the hard work and special touches you brought to our day!!!! We will never forget your kindness and wish all the blessings onto you as you move forward.

I knew from the moment I saw SCFR on The Knot as I was looking for venues, this was the place! It was absolutely beautiful even when I visited during the winter season. The staff is incredible - you won’t find better people to work with! They are so easy to work with & want to do anything they can to help make your day as easy as possible! Each of the woman I know on staff cheered me on the whole way, helped give me ideas, etc. Another thing I loved about the venue is they have an option of a decor closet. It has TONS of stuff. We hardly used/bought anything because of everything they had! (This part does cost money, but is soooo much cheaper than how much you would actually spend on decor). We have had so many people come up to us & tell us how beautiful the venue is - even after the wedding! Hearing those things gives you such a peace at mind for how much you put into making your day as perfect as it can be. I would choose this venue & my day all over again! Beautiful location. We had our wedding at the Shiloh Ridge venue, which is for smaller weddings (under 100). It's a stunning view overlooking Lake Taneycomo. I would highly recommend it. There are dressing rooms and a small kitchenette. There is also a gorgeous pavilion for the reception area or in case there is rain. You can bring in your own vendors for a fee of $250, which I loved. The only suggestion I have is adding a large ice maker to the property. We had a large cooler to ice down drinks ahead of time, but it is a hassle and would help with convenience. Lindsay is great to work with and the staff the day of were helpful and kind. This is a perfect venue for people who are outdoorsy. You don't need to decorate the place that much because the natural beauty of trees is everywhere.

The Buttons and Lindsay, our coordinator, were with us every step of the way and made sure our wedding was the happiest day. . We live in Texas and SCFR made planning a long-distance wedding so easy. Their prices are reasonable and they were always available to chat. We already knew SCFR was the prettiest venue and it was really special to hear our guests rave about how beautiful it was too! Another benefit was how close SCFR is to Branson Landing, which is the cutest spot for guests to explore. We adore SCFR and couldn't be happier that we had our wedding there. Working with them was a highlight of wedding planning and we plan to visit SCFR when we come home in the future, as we are now part of the family!

Another benefit was how close SCFR is to Branson Landing, which is the cutest spot for guests to explore. We adore SCFR and couldn't be happier that we had our wedding there. Working with them was a highlight of wedding planning and we plan to visit SCFR when we come home in the future, as we are now part of the family!

A huge shout out to Sycamore Creek Family Ranch and all of the staff and vendors. It was the perfect venue for our son's wedding. They fell in love with it the first time they went to visit and booked it that day. They got married three weeks ago and on the BIG day, the staff met us at the barn and were very helpful as our decorating team went to work. Everything was decorated, posts were draped, the arbor was made ready for the I do's. Everyone was a little nervous, but the staff answered any questions we had and even helped us set up. We put our personal touches on the already beautiful venue. Everyone that was there to help us was so impressed with the gorgeous barn and site. We heard so many remarks about the venue and how it was the perfect setting. I knew they had made the right choice for their special day. Even the rooms the wedding party gets ready in are so welcoming. The rain held off for the wedding, maybe two or three little sprinkles, but I think all of our eyes were mistier than the sky. The skies were a bit grey, but the smiles on everyone's faces lit up the sky. The day was perfect, absolutely perfect. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you Lisa and Mike for acting on your dream and providing such an awesome venue for others to realize their dreams.

Sycamore Creek Family Ranch is the Best! They were willing to go above and beyond to do what they could to make our wedding day a dream. We cannot say enough nice things about the venue, the family that owns it, and their employees. Nor can we keep track of how many wonderful compliments we received on the venue that we chose. We will definitely be visiting again when we are back in Branson and we HIGHLY recommend Sycamore Creek Family Ranch!

Wow, what an incredible place! Not only is the venue stunning but the people are such a joy to work with. Although weddings tend to be stressful, Lisa & Lindsay made the planning process so much smoother! They were so attentive to our needs and continually supported us in our decisions. They genuinely care for their brides, grooms, and their family. It was such a pleasure to work with them and you can tell that they have worked very hard on making the whole experience special and unforgettable. Blessings to you all! This was a day I will never forget!!!

The venue and the location have so much charm that made for very unique and beautiful photos. The sycamore tree provides the perfect amount of shade in the evening to keep guests cool even during the heat of the summer. No other venue in the area can even compare. Look no further. Tour, and you will fall in love.

What an amazing place! My wife and I love everything about Sycamore Creek Family Ranch! The owners are great and went out of their way to make our wedding day perfect and as stress-free as possible! My wife and I are looking forward to going to more events out there in the future! Also, the location is great because it is so close to Branson, yet while you are at the ranch you would never know because it is so quiet and peaceful! We have had the best experiences with SCFR. From being guests at special events, to barn dances, and even our own wedding the SCFR staff goes above and beyond every time. Our big day was even more then we could have expected with their help. I would recommend the Ranch to anyone looking for a venue. The owners Mike and Lisa Button were so generous with their time, and were so excited to have us there. There could not have been a more beautiful place for me and my husband to get married than here.

This was the perfect place for our daughter's reception. She saw the venue on The Knot, we visited and she knew immediately that Sycamore Creek Family Ranch was where she wanted her first dance. Lisa and the staff are fabulous, and the views are gorgeous; a patio on a bluff overlooking the lake as the sun was setting. The golden light made her dress shimmer as she and her guy stepped out on the dance floor.All of the necessary amenities are there; kitchen for the caterers, an indoor area for food, a sound system, a sweet bridal area and a separate area for the guys, and very nice restrooms. The staff set up just as requested, and were there during the entire event available for any questions or adjustments.The bride, groom and guests were all in awe of the beautiful venue; so Dad and I were happy.Thank you Lisa and staff.

The Sycamore Creek Family Ranch is a pristine location for a wedding! The owners are so kind and thoughtful. My sister had her wedding there on Sunday and the owners made the day amazing, even in the midst of rain. I am completely impressed by the beauty of the ranch, both the house/lake location and the barn location. Absolutely beautiful! Great location, amazing people! The family that runs this location is absolutely amazing. Lisa is an absolute angel, and Mike was very handy to have around. They worked so hard to make sure our day was perfect. They are some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If I had a question, it was answered within a day or two. If I had a special request, the accommodated (as long as it was reasonable)! It is the most stunning location, and every guest we had commented on just how beautiful it was. We could not have asked for a better venue or a better family to work with.

Lisa (Events Director) Leading Sycamore Creek with her husband for 8 years and approximately 550 weddings, Lisa has extensive experience in the wedding business. She's passionate about her family and enjoys traveling the world - when she gets a chance. She loves Iced Vanilla Oatmilk Lattes, the outdoors, anything related to Fall, and shopping at charming home decor stores loaded with unique antique furniture.
