The 3 Ten & Rooftop Loft are uniquely urban chic.
Located in the heart of historic Downtown Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate urban chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio are beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original solid hardwood maple floors, reclaimed barn wood shiplap, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick and stone walls and an enormous wall of windows letting in tons of natural light. The vibe is vintage, industrial and warm with the perfect amount of elegance. Although weddings are by far the most popular events we host we also host, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, celebration of life ceremonies, corporate functions, community events and parties all of types and sizes! We could not LOVE this venue more!! We hosted our wedding at the 3 Ten in September of 2022. We originally booked because of how unique and beautiful a space the ballroom was, but we quickly found many other reasons to love working with the 3 Ten. Jenny and Tina were incredible to work with, extremely responsive, and personable. They both ensured that every detail, no matter how small, was taken care of to make our wedding perfect. Many of our guests told us just how beautiful of a space we chose and commented on how seamless our event was, from the bar service to the table layout. Our vendors were also extremely impressed with the space and the ease of working with staff. We wholeheartedly recommend the 3 Ten for all of your special events!

We could not LOVE this venue more!! We hosted our wedding at the 3 Ten in September of 2022. Jenny and Tina were incredible to work with, extremely responsive, and personable. They both ensured that every detail, no matter how small, was taken care of to make our wedding perfect. Many of our guests told us just how beautiful of a space we chose and commented on how seamless our event was, from the bar service to the table layout. Our vendors were also extremely impressed with the space and the ease of working with staff. We wholeheartedly recommend the 3 Ten for all of your special events!

We had the most perfect wedding. So many people worked together to ensure this, but we never would have had the wedding we did without The 3 Ten. It was such a beautiful venue. Everything was so organized thanks to our DOC, Sammy. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even offered to drive to get more desserts if we wanted her to when we ran out. I can’t imagine our wedding anywhere else. The staff were all kind and helpful. If we could do it all again we would not hesitate to rebook with The 3 Ten. Amazing venue and team.

The 3 Ten was the perfect place for our wedding! The brick walls alone are reason enough to love the venue — as they make the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. The wooden tables, bridal and groom’s suites, outside alley, vintage lights, high ceilings — and the beautiful brick walls —all help create a timelessly classic ambiance that is sure to be memorable. We loved having our wedding at The 3 Ten, and we will cherish our memories at the venue forever. The wedding industry is expensive. It’s unfortunate, but that’s the way it is for anything nice nowadays. The only critique we have for The 3 Ten regards extra fees. It seems funny to ask couples to pay hundreds of extra dollars (on top of the thousands and thousands and thousands we already pay) to keep lights up behind the head table and curtains on the windows when they are already set up. They will literally pay someone to take them down if you don’t pay the extra fee. Once you get past that — because I think that’s common everywhere — The 3 Ten is wonderful. Our wedding day was perfect and having our reception at The 3 Ten made it even more special. So many venues are just large spaces with tables and chairs. The 3 Ten has character and charm — and we loved that!

If you want compliments for weeks about having to most beautiful wedding venue, pick 3ten. They are transparent about pricing and answer all questions so you know what you will get and how much it will be. The staff was professional and things went off without a hitch.

Our experience with the 3Ten Event Venue was everything we hoped for.Upon arrival, everything was clean, there was a cart waiting for us by the front door to use to unload our items for the day.Tina, our day of coordinator was hands on right away helping get decor where it needed to be and helping our wedding party feel settled in with mimosas and bloody marys. She didnt make us feel like a burden being there early in the morning either. I asked family to help ensure tables and chairs were set for our ceremony. By the time they got there, Tina and staff already had it done. Everything leading up to the ceremony flowed so nicely because of the amazing staff at the 3Ten. anxiety is truly at a minimum when you can feel you're in good hands. It was obvious staff enjoyed being there and genuinely cared about the quality of our day.We choose to have the bar not open until after the ceremony. We were a little hesitant about the post ceremony bar rush taking too long. Nola handled guest with a smile, quickly, and was organized. Hosted beer and wine were poured at the tail end of our ceremony, allowing the line to quickly dissipate. Many guests were talking about the beauty of the venue and how prompt and friendly the staff was. Both Nola and Tina checked in with us throughout dinner and the reception. We truly felt valued and appreciated. Were so happy we choose The 3Ten Event Venue. If we could, we'd do it all over again with them.

We are so glad we chose The 3 Ten Event Venue for our wedding ceremony and reception on April 1st, 2023! All of the staff are amazing and the venue spaces themselves are gorgeous! We booked the Ballroom with a final guest total of 146 - it was so nice, spacious, and comfortable with all guest tables being able to remain in the room the entire night while still having plenty of space for the dance floor, DJ, and photo booth. We received so many positive compliments about the beauty of this venue and the hospitality of the staff from our guests! Sammy Powelson helped with coordinating details leading up to the event, and Sami was the on-site coordinator the day of the wedding. Both did a phenomenal job and were so helpful in setting up all of the details for the day! Our pictures both inside the space and outside turned out absolutely beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend The 3 Ten Event Venue!

Before the day of the wedding they were always available to answer questions and go through any details we wanted to talk through. While the venue is beautiful (we had the Loft space for our wedding on June 25th) - fantastic finishes, easy access, the patio area was perfect for the ceremony - it is the people who work here that made it all click. Amanda Northrup, our day-of coordinator, is a rockstar and we can't recommend her enough. Our day of the wedding had a few last minute complications with illnesses, and Amanda took all of it in stride, worked with the other vendors, and made the evening a rousing success. I can't speak highly enough of the job she did in making it all work without any hassle. Working with Jennie was also a breeze. It's a competent, friendly team of people who we always felt were on our side. I would recommend the venue and the people without any hesitation at all!

Our experience at this venue was the absolute best! The venue speaks for itself when I say it is STUNNING. You can easily get away with minimal decor because it’s that beautiful. The owner was very easy to reach at any time and were so patient answering all of our questions. They were also very transparent and thorough with cost of things and fees, absolutely no surprises. They were extremely flexible and had our best interest at heart! They went above and beyond to make sure our day felt so special. The entire staff never failed to accommodate visits as we were out of town and limited on days but they always made it possible! Not to mention the bar staff was phenomenal. 10/10 will always recommend this venue. I cannot stress enough that finding a welcoming venue is key, everything else runs smoothly from there (:

They were extremely flexible and had our best interest at heart! They went above and beyond to make sure our day felt so special. This venue is BEAUTIFUL on its own! I was on the hunt for a venue for our wedding and saw the pictures online and knew I needed to see it in person. I kid you not, once I got there I was sold! The pricing is great; the staff is amazing and SO helpful. I worked specifically with Sammy as my wedding coordinator and she did AMAZING. She took care of all the decorating, finalized the details of our day and was such a huge help. I really cannot recommend her and this venue enough. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I found the 3 Ten Event Venue in November 2018 and we knew right away that it was the perfect space for us! This venue is absolutely stunning! You don't need much when decorating and that was a huge plus for us! We loved that the space was so naturally stunning. We had the opportunity to work with many of the 3 Ten staff including, Jenny, Sammy, Amanda, and Paige. Jenny worked with us to reschedule our September 12, 2020 wedding day when the COVID-19 guidelines didn't match up with our wedding day vision. My husband and I made the decision to get married on our original date and held an intimate ceremony with our close family and friends in the Twin Cities. We rescheduled to hold our Reception on August 20, 2021. We worked closely with Jenny and Sammy in the months leading up to our reception. Amanda and Paige were our Day of Coordinators and ensured that every detail of our day was how I envisioned it. I will continue to recommend this beautiful venue to all of my friends and family. It is without a doubt, a hidden gem of Faribault!

The day of your wedding, you get access to bride and groom suites, which are both perfect for hanging out and getting ready.There are tons of great spots for photos around the venue. My favorites were the rooftop and the new smaller venue they're remodeling upstairs, which they let us use for some photos! The ambiance in the venue after the sun set, with the chandeliers and candles on every table was so warm, cozy, and romantic.This is an especially great venue if you're planning to do the ceremony and reception in one place. It's big enough to set up for both, and after the ceremony is over, that side of the room becomes a spacious dance floor.Everyone on the 3 Ten staff is so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We opted to have a day of coordinator, and Sammy did such a good job of making sure all the details got taken care of and everything ran smoothly. There wasn't a single hitch with the whole event!

Beautiful wedding venue! Very easy to work with, prompt communication with any questions leading up to the event. We had about 300 guests, did a buffet style dinner and there was plenty of space for all of this. The bridal suite was beautiful and there was a lot of space for my large wedding party to get ready in. Great lighting for indoor photos in the venue, this is where we did all of our group photos and they turned out great! We got married in February so having this option for indoor photos was huge! We ordered late night pizza from Casey’s, our event coordinator was helpful in finding a spot for them and placing napkins/plates out. Our guests really loved this too! Our only issue was with the bar service. We chose the hosted package with open bar with the request of two beer flavors. Unfortunately there was an error resulting in not having one of our beer choices at the wedding and they ran out of our second choice of beer. Our event coordinator did her best that day to try and fix the problem and the owners followed up with us on the unfortunate error to compensate us, thankfully. Overall, I would highly recommend the 3 Ten Event Venue, staff were great to work with and the venue is absolutely beautiful.

The 3 Ten is amazing! We were so happy with our choice, we knew right away when we visited this was the right place for us. Everything about it is beautiful. The stone walls are so beautiful they turned out great for pictures. The staff was wonderful as well. I did the wedding coordinator package as well and they helped with everything, it was so great!

I fell in love with this place on my first visit and was lucky enough that they had 1 last open Saturday in 2019! The 3 Ten has the most beautiful interior which required little to no decorations on my end. Additionally, the venue has catering flexibility which is rare but often very important for brides like myself who wanted to cater in specific ethnic foods. Jenny, the owner, was extremely kind and quick to respond to all emails. My wedding coordinator for the day was Sammy and she was the sweetest! She made sure details prior to the big day were done and most importantly, pulled off a few last minute things the day of the wedding to make sure the day went off without an issue. I really didn't have to worry about a thing. I got to enjoy my dream day. I would have never chosen to be married anywhere else! The small downtown feel is perfect for photos. There are the most beautiful dressing rooms upstairs. It really has everything you could ask for! On top of all of this, the price is really unmatched! It's the biggest steal! The beauty, flexibility, professionalism, and price of this venue really put it above all others! I'm so so so happy I was able to have my wedding here!

So thankful to have had such a beautiful venue for our big day! We used The 3 Ten for both our ceremony and reception and absolutely LOVED how everything turned out. We had about 150 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, yet we still filled the space so it didn't look or feel empty. There is so much natural light that comes through all of the windows, which was perfect for pictures. We even covered them with sheer curtains through Sitting Pretty Decor, and there was still enough light on a Friday night. We also used Sitting Pretty to have a backdrop at the altar and cafe string lights hung on the ceiling which was GORGEOUS - we had so many people comment on how beautiful it was! We hired our venue coordinator, Sammy, as well for day-of coordination. That was by far the best decision we made in the planning process. She took so much stress off my shoulders, was so unbelievably sweet and patient, and totally made the vision we had for our day come to life. We can't say thank you enough! There is so much more to say about the amazing qualities of the venue but overall we would rate it 6/5 stars! Definitely recommend!!

Additionally, we wanted a venue that could fit my husband’s more relaxed taste as well as my preference for a more elegant feel. The 3 Ten provided this and more! Not only is the space visually stunning but The 3 Ten event staff also was incredibly attentive to our needs and preferences. We want to give a special shoutout to Katie Ressie, the venue operations director, who we worked with throughout the planning process. She was incredible! My husband and I were planning from out of state as we currently live in Ohio for work and school and Katie made sure we felt listened to and cared for from afar. She answered questions promptly, volunteered helpful opinions when asked, and brought our vision to life down to the last detail. We highly recommend The 3 Ten to any couple looking for a venue that will treat you like their only priority, will respect your vision, and that will have your guests (and yourselves!) gushing about your event for months to come!

We had our wedding here December 2018. It was the perfect place! It is so beautifully decorated with the hardwood floors, brick walls, and gorgeous chandeliers. The bridal loft was awesome for the girls to get ready and the guys had a blast in their groom's lounge. The owners and staff were amazing to work with and made sure our day was perfect. I am so glad we were able to have our ceremony and reception at this gorgeous venue!

The venue:This venue is absolutely stunning... from the open brick walls, all the natural lighting, the bridal loft, grooms lounge, from the wood floors to the light fixtures everything is very pretty and elegant! The owners did an amazing job remodeling this into the perfect wedding venue! I had so many compliments all night from our guests at our wedding about how beautiful this venue was! The staff:Everyone was beyond amazing that worked here, the owners, bartenders, security guard, and our event coordinator. We worked with Amber for our event coordinator and couldn't be more pleased with her. She was very fast to respond at all hours, very helpful with questions, and made everything go so smoothly through the whole process including the day of! If you have your wedding here I can promise you it will be nothing less than amazing! I will be recommending this venue to all my friends in the future!! Thank you 3 Ten for everything!

Jenny and Katie were great to work with. They listened and executed everything we had gone over, which made the day of seamless. Bar tender Ryan was a huge help with letting us know how our hosted bar items were going. The look of the venue also went along percent with our Gatsby decor touches! Our guests loved the venue as well! We also used HyVee for our catering provider which was delicious and Fairbault Transportation for our shuttle service. Highly recommend this venue has a ton of charm!!

A lot of people questioned why we decided to get married out in Faribault, MN, but they immediately understood when they showed up to the venue. The service was exceptional. Tons of natural light and the exposed brick walls, original stamped tin ceiling with crystal chandeliers, the hardwood floors and the custom bar make this an elegant and classy place to host your big day. The bridal loft and grooms room are nicely appointed and cater to the different tastes of the occupants …mirrors and makeup for the bride with video games and casual lounging for the groom and his crew.We held our ceremony and reception at 3 Ten Event and we could not have asked for a better combination. All indoors and climate controlled, so no need for a “Plan B”. We were offered different floor plans and layouts and ultimately chose a semi-circle layout with ceremony and reception set at the same time. Our transition from ceremony to reception was seamless and the 3 Ten staff did an amazing job of “flipping” the space with virtually no impact on our guests.Along with amazing features it is also important to point out that this venue can accommodate you group large or small. Our 200 guests never felt crowded and back to back chairs and tables simply does not happen. We utilized a large portion of the venue for the dance floor – RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT ALL – and there was still room for catering, coffee cart, gift table and our cake table. The staff at 3 Ten are professional and really work hard to help you plan, design and execute a day of memories. Our onsite coordinator was available for questions and extremely helpful in navigating the details of our day. It was great experience and we never felt “alone” in our planning or on the wedding day.Your owner/hosts Ryan and Jenny are phenomenal to work with! Jenny’s years of experience as a wedding décor professional and the know-how on tying it all together is evident throughout the venue. Ryan and his team did AMAZING work transforming the venue. Words can't do the bridal loft justice and having a grooms lounge across the building was so convenient. The venue team was great to work with and everything went so smoothly at our reception. Words can't do the bridal loft justice and having a grooms lounge across the building was so convenient. The venue team was great to work with and everything went so smoothly at our reception. I can't say enough good things about this venue and neither could our guests. I highly recommend booking your wedding here. You will not be disappointed!

The 3 Ten Event Venue is highly recommended! From the beginning of the process, we were able to see the venue transform over the months of construction that lead to finished product and eventually our wedding day. Jenny and her team were there every step of the way with great communication and service. She endlessly answered questions and graciously helped us iron out some wrinkles. The Space: Perfect size for a 300 person wedding with ceremony and reception. We had to flip the room from chairs to tables, the team seamlessly switched things all in a timely fashion. The wedding party had plenty of room and space to get ready. There were no complaints from the caterer about prep space. We heard many compliments from our guests saying that the room was perfect for the event and really enjoyed the space.The Team: Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. They were willing to help, lend a hand, and answer any questions from anyone. Our families were working closely with the team on the day of the event and had nothing but positive things to say. Even the bartenders were extremely nice and happy to be there. If you are looking at this venue, it is worth your time!

The 3 ten event space is not one you want to miss! It was incredible. We were the second wedding they hosted and we had the smoothest day! Jenny and Ryan Ernster (Owner) Service is our passion. After 17 years of owning and operating Sitting Pretty Decor and providing exceptional wedding decor products & services, we are excited to embark upon this new venture of owning The 3 Ten Event Venue. Over the last four years, all 22,000+ sq. ft. of the building has been completely restored & renovated. The combination of Jenny's experience & knowledge of trends in wedding decor and Ryan's 20 year experience in real estate construction, this is the perfect venture for us. Owning & operating a wedding venue has been a dream of ours, we are so excited to share it!
