The Aerie was the ideal wedding venue for our vision. We found that the clubhouse package with the Bellevue Garden & Marquee Tent perfectly fit our “backyard romantic” vibe. Keiko was our coordinator and point of contact and she truly exceeded all of our hopes and dreams. She was truly so skilled at ensuring that we felt confident and prepared going into our day. She was very validating of our emotions going into the day, and always had the best suggestions and ideas. She was so knowledgeable and consistently had great recommendations for vendors, rentals, etc., and we genuinely had the most fun working with her! The day itself went off without a single hitch, and thanks to our team at the Aerie, we were able to focus on having fun on our wedding day instead of worrying about details! Additionally, we got rounds of golf as part of our package, and my Husband was able to golf with his friends and family while we were getting dressed and ready, which was such a meaningful experience to him. The scenery was gorgeous, the staff was truly so kind and lovely to work with, the food was fabulous and definitely a reason to consider this venue (our guests were RAVING about the food), and our day was truly the most magical and fun time of our lives! If I could give the Aerie more stars, I would! Thanks for making our dream come true!

We had searched over a dozen other venues, and found the perfect mix of rustic magic and trusted infrastructure in their Cave setting. The Cave was tucked away and secluded enough so that it felt like we were in our own little forest world, but we had the benefit of having access to the amenities that come along with the Aerie, including their incredible events team and their phenomenal catering services! We got so many compliments on the food, and found their menu options very customizable and not overpriced. Working with their team (especially Betsy) for the past year gave us access to tastings, walk throughs and vendor relationships that greatly improved the quality of our day. Throw in free rounds of mini-golf for the guests and S'MORES and you've got absolute perfection. This venue is stunning and Natasha was amazing to work with, which made the entire wedding planning experience so much less stressful!We had to plan our wedding while living overseas (which is a struggle all on its own!) AND during the pandemic, and Natasha was so accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond throughout the whole process. She offered us recommendations that made everything so much easier on us and the venue has a lot of good resources that made our day extra special.Cannot recommend them enough!

A classmate and I recently had a delightful experience to work with Natasha and The Aerie Team on a class reunion held at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. It was planned to be a year earlier but because of the Pandemic was postponed a year. Natasha was new to our account but stepped right up and with determination to make our reunion a success. During our meetings with Natasha she was very understanding of our needs and came up with great ideas from tablecloth and napkin colors, what music to play, seating both indoor and outdoor, how many to seat at a table and placement of mementos we had from previous reunions. One meeting she introduced us to the chef to go over our meal selections. Everyone at The Aerie was very accommodating to help and also helpful with Covid restrictions. We got great feedback from our classmates!! In all our reunion was a great success thanks to Natasha and the team at The Aerie. I would recommend The Aerie at Eagle Landing to anyone wanting to have a special event in a beautiful and picturesque setting. Natasha and staff were SO pleasant to work with!! Our original wedding venue canceled on us the Tuesday before (week of). Aerie was open and graciously took our reservation. The week of the wedding there was a huge chance of rain in Portland. Chelsea quickly put together a rain plan that we ended up using. She made the day very easy and I never felt stressed about the venue or the wedding day. The other staff at the Aerie were helpful and enjoyable to work with. During our wedding staff would check in if we wanted more food or something to drink. They even brought us some of the passed appetizers at dinner (which we were too busy to eat during cocktail hour.) This small, special touches are what I remember from our day. Thank you to Chelsea, Janelle, and the whole team at the Aerie. You did an amazing job making us feel special.

We really enjoyed working with Chelsea and her team at The Aerie! We really enjoyed the option to have the whole venue to ourselves for our wedding! We did the all inclusive option which was great! They had all the extras we thought of at the last minute and they were already on it, (umbrellas, sparkler send off included in that package, plates and napkins for the cake cutting, champagne toast materials) it was great! Chelsea answered all my ongoing questions throughout the whole process. We didn’t realize until we met with Chelsea and Janelle (catering manager) we had so many options for our food even with the all inclusive package! All our guests loved the food and they even saved us some of the appetizers for when my husband and I sat down for dinner which I thought was a nice extra touch. We liked we could make a plan of having an outdoor/indoor ceremony the day prior to our wedding day bc of weather concerns! So that was very nice of having that option. The grounds were great for the photos and it was just beautiful. I would really recommend them. We didn’t want to blow our budget but we wanted something classy and timeless. I felt we got that with going with the Aerie! They are reasonably price for what you get in return. You can add all the extras you want or the basic package is great too! Chelsea was friendly and thoughtful of everything throughout the process. Janelle's catering was incredibly delicious and light! Perfect for getting the dance on the rest of the night! I think this is beautifully affordable, and both Chelsea and Janelle were accommodating and easy to work with, very stress-free process <3

This was such an easy venue to add touches of elegance to by adding our custom flowers, the lanterns (available to rent from The Aerie for a reasonable rate), and our own table centerpieces. The kids loved the complimentary s’mores to roast around the fire pit area!From the first meeting with Natasha and the rest of The Aerie staff, we couldn’t have asked for more professional, supportive, and friendly service...they were great! They were conscious of our budget and helped us to create a customized, beautiful experience around that. Having friendly staff on-site at the wedding to talk with as needed during the event was also appreciated.We highly recommend The Aerie and their staff...a class act!

She goes above and beyond the call of duty! I wouldn't have been able to do it without her! Chelsea helped me plan every detail! We were married at the Aerie at Eagle Landing this spring and it could not have been more perfect! The wedding coordinator on site, Chelsea, and her team were extremely professional and provided high quality customer service and catering. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Chelsea is great at what she does and she treats you like a family member! She is known for her professionalism by other vendors and is a joy to work with! Since she works at the venue as well, she knows what vendors have done well and has multiple examples of when she has seen them provide their services at the venue.The venue itself was perfect and beautiful the day of the wedding. The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to make every wish of ours come true. We were married in the outdoor garden which was full of flowers and beautifully set up. The venue has a beautiful design that easily allows to guests to flow from one area to another. There are some GORGEOUS spots to take pictures in the gardens, near the pond and in their beautiful stone arch way. During the reception and cocktail hour, the food was delicious and constantly refilled so nobody had to wait. We did the all inclusive package and included the coordinator which was completely worth it.Finally, we ended the night with a sparkler send off and the optional helicopter getaway. We completely surprised our guests with the helicopter and created memories we won't soon forget! Thank you to the Aerie and their staff for an amazing time!

The venue has a beautiful design that easily allows to guests to flow from one area to another. There are some GORGEOUS spots to take pictures in the gardens, near the pond and in their beautiful stone arch way. During the reception and cocktail hour, the food was delicious and constantly refilled so nobody had to wait. We did the all inclusive package and included the coordinator which was completely worth it.Finally, we ended the night with a sparkler send off and the optional helicopter getaway. We completely surprised our guests with the helicopter and created memories we won't soon forget! Thank you to the Aerie and their staff for an amazing time!

Loved this venue. While it would make a perfect outdoor wedding venue as well, we only did indoors because of the timing (Oregon weather is so iffy). Their chairs are comfortable, the lighting is beautiful, the food was delicious, their bathrooms are nice, they have a separate bridal suite and groomsmen lounge, etc. I was very happy with our choice to have our wedding here. Another plus about the venue is they have an in-house wedding planner that you could use (for a fee). Chelsea was worth every penny. She was absolutely amazing. We met with her on several occasions to discuss all the little details. So many little details that you don't think of, which is why it was so great to have her. Everything during the rehearsal and wedding day went by so smoothly and I know a big part of that was because of her. I would highly recommend using Chelsea if you can.

On the day of, she was there to manage deliveries, the timeline, and make sure it all went on without a hitch. Without her, I have no idea how we would have made this day possible! On the day of, we felt completely relaxed and pampered! Our Catering Captain, Kirk, was there at every turn, making sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, and our guests kept telling us how much fun they had. A month later I still can't believe how happy we feel with the quality of service we received from the Aerie.

His knowledge, experience and confidence in the kitchen just gave us that much more faith into putting our wedding in his hands. He went above and beyond to take care of us and we can't thank him enough. Ingo and Holly from Konect Aviation swept us away to our hotel downtown with our helicopter send off, and their kindess and hospitality just made our night that much better. We chose the Aerie as the venue for our wedding reception for 120 guests in late June due to it's proximity to our home and the inclusive services provided. Since we had a multi-cultural wedding (with a tea ceremony at my parent's home in the morning and a Catholic church ceremony in the afternoon) and many guests coming in from out of town, we wanted to find an event space that would take care of everything. We couldn't be more pleased with the Aerie! \r\rIt was a pleasure to work with Jamie and Adam from start to finish. It was very easy to contact them and schedule meeting times. Jamie was very helpful in planning out our reception schedule and offered many organizational and creative insights we didn't even think about. Adam was fun to work with in designing our menu and was especially wonderful to work with on the day of our wedding. We had some confusion between vendors at our reception concerning the schedule and Adam's calmness and willingness to work with us was very much appreciated. We were surprised by the efficiency, professionalism, and number of Aerie staff during our reception - all of our guests were impressed and we received many compliments on our choice of venue.\r\rAlthough we didn't get a chance to sample the menu options due to our busy schedules, we were pleasantly surprised by delicious (and beautiful) food at our reception. My wedding happened to land on the first 90 degree day of the year this year on August 20, 2011. The Aerie was absolutely beautiful! The staff was great, the place was clean, full of color and the food was great! Sara was absolutely amazing to work with to set up our day and would reccomend using the Aerie to anyone. Especially now that they have their own catering on site. Having everything in one place made things sooo much easier and honestly the food taste a lot better. The miniature golf course is a lot of fun for adults as well as children and is available for use during the reception. I don't think that anyone from my party used the miniature golf but I know we did on a few occasions while we waited for a meeting. \rMy only complaint on this site is the time constraint. I didn't think that I would need more time than what I had but it would have been really nice to have a couple more hours. But we just did an after party somewhere else. My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding we held at the Aerie at Eagle Landing in July 2011. The entire staff - Saundra, Sarah, catering and owners were absolute professionals from start to finish and pulled off our wedding with over 350 guests without a hitch. \rThe Aerie is so beautiful and it made exceptional pictures. The grounds were perfect for our group to be able to house some of our older guests inside and the younger groups outside under a drapped tent. The entire affair was very elegant and I receive comments everyday that the wedding was the MOST beautiful one anyone had every been to.\rWe used the in house catering after tasting at two other major caterors in the Portland area. The food was AMAZING and cost less than the other vendors we had tried. My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding we held at the Aerie at Eagle Landing in July 2011. The entire staff - Saundra, Sarah, catering and owners were absolute professionals from start to finish and pulled off our wedding with over 350 guests without a hitch. \rThe Aerie is so beautiful and it made exceptional pictures. The grounds were perfect for our group to be able to house some of our older guests inside and the younger groups outside under a drapped tent. The entire affair was very elegant and I receive comments everyday that the wedding was the MOST beautiful one anyone had every been to.\rWe used the in house catering after tasting at two other major caterors in the Portland area. The food was AMAZING and cost less than the other vendors we had tried. Sara and the staff at The Aerie were professional, extremely detail oriented and always willing to help. It was a beautiful space alone, but they made it the total package by creating printed layouts of all the spaces, ran through every detail with me and were willing to help with the special touches. I planned my wedding in 5 months but graduated college a month before, everything came together for my special day and I was thankful for the help and support from The Aerie.

The colors in the ballroom fairly neutral and can be dressed up to fit any theme. It worked perfectly for our fall event.\rIn addition, Sara and Saundra were both extremely professional and went out of their way to help make our wedding a success. I would highly recommend the Aerie to anyone who is looking for an elegant setting for a wedding!
