The Booking House is a family owned venue in Manheim, PA that offers a unique and charming industrial space for you to host your special day up to 250 guests. The entire beautifully renovated tobacco warehouse is exclusively available to you and your guests during your wedding. All three unique floors of event space include exposed brick, hardwood floors, large wood beams, and sparkling chandeliers that create a warm and inviting space for your guests. Our two on-site getting-ready-rooms offer the perfect relaxing atmosphere the morning of your wedding to start the day off right. In addition to the event spaces to host your cocktail hour & reception, our brand new modern airy ceremony room, The Atrium, provides an abundance of natural light with its 6 large garage door windows and 13' x 13' skylight - you have the ability to get the feel of an outdoor ceremony without the stress of weather. While there is no shortage on character, we also include all the modern amenities to provide comfortability for you and your guests! On top of everything the building itself has to offer, we have an optional in-house coordinating service as well as a bartending service for your day! Not only is The Booking House the most beautiful and charming venue we could have imagined for our wedding, it also comes with the most kind and organized staff we could have asked for. Aalea, Emilie, Brittany and Michele were all absolutely amazing to work with - they were responsive, helpful, fun and totally ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch. Aalea especially went above and beyond with bringing our vision to life, and I highly recommend that anyone getting married here adds the in-house coordinating package, as we could not imagine our day without Aalea's help! The venue's beauty and charm speaks for itself and the BH team was a dream to work with. We are so happy to be a BH couple and can't recommend the venue and team enough to other couples!

There are honestly no words to describe how incredible our experience was here. From the moment myself, my husband and my parents stepped foot inside, we knew we had found the place we were going to get married. We had toured one other venue, but we knew after touring The Booking House that nothing else was going to compare. The Booking House is easily one of the best wedding venues central Pennsylvania has to offer. Not only does the venue offer something that is much different than what the rest of the area (and really, industry) offers, but it is owned and run by genuinely some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people. Throughout touring + booking the venue, planning and on the day-of, we worked most closely with Brittany, Emilie and Michele (owner) - all of which were so responsive and organized, but so kind-hearted and genuinely excited to celebrate with us, which further affirmed our love and appreciation for the business. I also think it speaks highly that the venue's owners are so deeply involved with the personal side of their business. The venue has so much character and traditional, authentic beauty with so many great photo ops for bridal portraits, bride & groom portraits most specifically. There are various options for what best fits your vision and expected size, for both ceremony + reception spaces - especially with their newest addition of The Atrium, which is a whole different look, but very fresh and clean! The venue itself has so much built-in character that you don't even need to do much to it, BUT is also therefore a blank slate, allowing you to create the exact vision you're going for - working flawlessly with all visions that I've seen be carried out there. The way the venue is set-up, you can tell the owners/staff have thought of every detail, and thought to ensure it was set up in a way that would allow the day to flow best for all involved. There are several accommodations available for guests who have more accessibility needs, as well. I loved getting access to the layout of the space and getting be able to visualize what would be needed for our final headcount on their portal beforehand, allowing us to communicate this with our coordinator and florist for last minute decor adjustments in plenty of time! Generally, they prefer that you use the vendors that are on the preferred list, but also work so beautifully and efficiently with all vendors to make the day flow seamlessly. Our vendors couldn't speak more highly of their communication and kindness, and the way the space is built to accommodate their individual needs. Our guests also complimented the bartenders on their efficiency and kindness. We booked the basic package, so did not experience any of their signature bartending specials, but appreciate the fact that their service spoke for themselves :) I think the only thing I could think we wish would have been done differently is if we could have arrived even an hour earlier at 9am. It wasn't much of a problem for the groom (naturally), but I think it would have just allowed for a little more flexibility with that extra time. Otherwise, we had several guests from states away compliment the venue over and over again and rave over its beauty. We truly could not be more grateful to have celebrated our special day and made so many special memories in such a magical, memorable place, and for the dream they made it! We will confidently recommend this place to all who will hear, always. We love you guys!!

I was married at the Booking House on 10/20/23 and had a great experience. The venue is beautiful and unique, and accommodates large weddings . I worked closely with Brittany and Emilie and they were both very responsive , accommodating and easy to work with . We liked being able to bring in our own vendors as well, although we used their bartending staff which was great too. The only thing that I wish was different would be allowing wedding parties to arrive earlier on the day of the wedding because we were rushed getting ready with a 10am arrival .

The Booking House is such a gorgeous venue staffed with the sweetest people! This was the first venue my husband and I toured and the ones to follow just didn’t compare. The venue really speaks for itself and doesn’t need much with its natural charm. Their layout makes for a smooth and seamless flow of events throughout the day. We opt to use their new room, The Atrium, for our ceremony and we were blown away. The room was being built the majority of our planning and only officially opened the weekend before our wedding. We were a little nervous, but the staff was well prepared for the new addition! This room gives an outdoor feel at an indoor venue. There are also plenty of beautiful places within a short walking distance for some great outdoor shots. Their elevator is great too if you have any guests with trouble navigating steps!Our day of coordinator, Aalea, was great! She was quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions throughout the stressful planning process! The day of the wedding was smooth with all of the vendors getting in/set up and the decorations we brought being laid out where we wanted. She really helped make sure our vision came to life.Michele helped us with our layout, she was also great! They use a website that couples have access to. You can add/remove tables and chairs, move them around in the rooms and add in guests and place them at tables. This was really nice to have access to when doing our seating chart. They also have farmhouse tables you can rent! We opted in for their bar services. Our bar coordinator, Emilie, was really helpful with creating our signature drinks and determining the amount of alcohol to provide. Brittany was also always there to answer any questions we had in the beginning of the booking process and throughout the rest of it! We just can’t say enough good things about this place and their team! We have gotten so many compliments and thank The Booking House so much for helping make that possible!

Highly recommend The Booking House for your wedding or event. The venue is beautiful and the staff is top notch! The brand new Atrium space for the ceremony adds such a cool indoor/outdoor feel before heading to the other parts of the building which give off the industrial chic vibe. Our coordinator Autumn was on point with everything that we requested and was so helpful through the entire process and day/night. I don’t know how we could have had our wedding without her! She handled all of the decor, making sure we had everything we needed and always seemed to be around right when we did end up needing something. Emilie and the other bartending staff did a great job with serving our guests. From the time of booking the venue to the wedding day, the entire staff that we worked with was so personable and professional. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff. From the moment my husband and I set foot into The Booking House, we were truly captivated and knew it would be the venue we’d get married in! We wanted an industrial space for our big day, and The Booking House really exceeded our expectations. Its inherent charm, and the surrounding areas that provided several photograph opportunities, created an atmosphere that we fell in love with instantly. Our guests were all in awe of the stunning ceremony and reception space! From the very beginning, The Booking House staff were all so gracious and inviting. Our coordinator, Aalea, was an absolute delight to work with! She was on top of every detail, ensuring that everything was just as we had envisioned. Her responsive communication and dedication made the entire planning process stress-free, and we were confident to have our day in her hands. The Booking House truly has an exceptional team, and they also recommended vendors who worked so seamlessly together to make our day perfect. Even though we live in NYC, a piece of our heart will always be in Manheim. Thank you for bringing our wedding vision to life, and for making our day so special, magical, and memorable!

I fell in love with The Booking House, the second I saw it on The Knot, before I was even engaged. I messaged Brittany via The Knot and she gave me all of the information, availability calendar, and details so that when I was engaged, we could take a tour. We did not look at any other venues, and knew the second we stepped into that gorgeous building, it was going to be the host of the best day of our lives. We were lucky enough to attend their open house a month or so later, getting the unique opportunity to talk and work with so many vendors that were highly recommended by The Booking House. The months flew and the communication and detail-oriented help was unmatched. From Brittany to Aalea to other in-house staff, we knew we were in good hands and came to the right place. Wedding day was a breeze, and I knew Aalea had our back with whatever we needed. The venue looked GORGEOUS, our guests were having fun, and in the blink of an eye the night was over. The staff helped clean up things in the blink of an eye making it easy for everyone to load up and head to the after party! I cannot say enough amazing and great things about the humans that work at The Booking House. The venue and staff are absolutely unmatched.

My NYC-based family thought I was a little crazy when I told them we were getting married out in PA, but boy were they wow’d by the beauty of The Booking House. Words cannot express just how wonderful this venue is. From start-to-finish, we were/are absolutely over-the-moon about how our wedding day unfolded.First, everyone on The Booking House team is so kind and thoughtful. Brittany (sales director) was our first point-of-contact and was more than happy to answer my first set of 101 questions. J.P. (owner) warmly greeted us at 8 AM on a Sunday (with some champagne) and gave us a comprehensive tour of the space where he answered my next set of 101 questions. And the coordination team — Aalea, Autumn, and Emilie — were all amazing sounding boards over 18 months of very tedious planning. This entire team was always quick to respond and share recommendations — they kept a very Type A, out-of-state bride from feeling overwhelmed.Second, you can make this space 100% your own — it is truly a blank canvas. Every wedding at The Booking House is unique — definitely take a peek at their Instagram. Our wedding truly felt like OUR WEDDING versus some cookie-cutter event. I think we changed our vision 2 - 3 times before finally settling on the right style and it was actually… perfect. Every space/room looked even more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined.Third, opting into The Booking House coordinator add-on was the best investment we made. Aalea was an absolute rockstar early on, and Autumn was my source of calm from 3 months out until when we left the venue at 11 PM that night. She kept us on track along the way and made what could have been a very stressful 24 hours very not stressful. Even our parents and wedding party were so impressed with how on-top-of-things Autumn was — from the rehearsal, to the morning of, through the ceremony and reception. She managed the arrival of all our vendors and oversaw the execution of the entire venue experience while we were spending time with our loved ones. There were at least 3x on our wedding day where I told Autumn that I was just so grateful to have her there. If you choose to have your wedding at The Booking House, please make sure to hire their in-house coordinator so you can actually enjoy your big day.Our wedding was a literal dream come true. We had several guests tell us at and after our wedding that, “this was the best wedding I’ve ever been to.” I highly recommend this venue to couples who are not looking for a “same old, same old” catering hall, country club, or farm/barn wedding. If you’re looking for a magical, memorable, one-of-a-kind wedding, look no further.

There are not enough good words in my vocabulary to accurately express how amazing The Booking House is. From the moment we first toured the space, we were in love, not just with the venue itself but with the staff. Brittany was the first person we met and she stayed in touch with us throughout our year and a half engagement up until our wedding day. She is so professional yet warm, organized and efficient. We had Aalea Ray as our coordinator and she quickly became a friend because of how positive and comforting she is. When she had to go out on maternity leave, she did everything she could to make our transition to our new lead, Autumn, as smooth as could be. Lucky for us, we got both of them on our wedding day! We also used The Booking House bartenders and they were awesome as well. We had a June wedding and it was so nice to have our day completely inside to not have to worry about weather. However, we were able to get amazing pictures outside in so many unique locations. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and unique the venue is. We are so incredibly thankful for everyone at the Booking House for making our day so special. If you are looking for a venue in the Lancaster area, look no further!

I cannot say enough good things about TBH! Incredible team, incredible venue. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the venue is naturally. Every venue we toured was a completely empty space, but not TBH. From the mantels, to the lounge sets, to the bars, to the exposed bricks and beams- all of it is stunning in person and in photos. The space also has so many beautiful places to take unique photos. I also want to give a huge thank you to our coordinator Autumn! Without her our day would not have gone so smoothly. My flowers arrived and were the wrong colors and she made sure they were fixed and even updated me throughout the process. She checked in with us regularly before the wedding and the day off to make sure all was good. I can’t thank TBH enough for how incredible they were!!

Aalea gave us our initial tour and hiring her as our day of coordinator was the best decision! She was so responsive in answering all of our questions, always thinking two steps ahead and was an absolute rockstar the day of. I didn't worry about one thing on our wedding day. Aalea and the rest of the Booking House team made our cozy winter wedding vision come to life! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the space was and how flawlessly the night went. Our experience at the Booking House couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect setting for our January wedding- cozy, warm, twinkly. It is a beautiful setting and is matched the support and help from the administrative staff. Our day-of-coordinator, Aalea, especially insured that everything looked perfect and she worked her magic to make everything from set up to break down worked so smoothly. There was no added stress. They have a great team who are incredibly knowledgeable to help with all details (drinks, bar, coordination of vendors, decor, etc) with flexibility to help us plan a cross-country wedding/ meetings when we could make them. We’re so happy with how the day went and the Booking House played a big part in it.

The Booking House was the first venue my SO and I saw and nothing else really compared to it. Everyone we worked with was so kind and accepting, which was extra important to us as a same-sex couple. I have never in my life seen anyone hustle the way Aalea did the day of our wedding and I can't imagine it would have ever gone as smoothly without her. 🙌🙌🙌🙌 to the entire team.The venue itself is stunning and we received so many compliments from guests about the venue and everyone at the Booking House.I think my wife & I will forever be grateful for our experience with this venue and can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a place that will go above and beyond for their wedding.

I do not think we can put into words how amazing The Booking House is and how much it means to us. When we walked into this venue we instantly fell in love and knew it would be where we would get married and celebrate with our friends and family. The Booking House is absolutely gorgeous. The brick, wood, industrial vibe, and overall feel of the venue is amazing.The staff Brittany, Aalea, Emilie (who gave us our tour and was so sweet), Michele, and JP are outstanding. I LOVE that the owners are so involved with the venue. We saw them several times throughout the process and I think that really means something- they really care about their couples. We somehow felt like we were the only couple when we know they were constantly having weddings. They really provide individual care and attention to each wedding. Brittany is amazing at her job and was very helpful and great at communicating. The coordinator Aalea is a goddess! We do not know what we would have done without her. Her personality and vibe really made us feel so great as well. She is so fun! We simply could not have gotten through the day without her- myself, Colton, and our families are so appreciative of her and everything she did.I could go on and on about how beautiful and perfect the venue is, but truly the staff really make this venue the best and top tier. They are amazing. Highly recommend The Booking House!

The Booking House was the first, and only, venue that my husband and I looked at after getting engaged. As soon as we stepped inside, we knew that was where we were getting married. From the very start they were incredibly helpful. We were given a packet of information and a list of their recommended vendors. This list led us to choosing every single vendor that made our wedding day the best day of our lives. The wedding day itself went on without a hitch. We are so incredibly grateful that we decided to use their day-of-coordinator, Aalea. She is an absolute BOSS who made sure every single detail was perfect. And more than that, she gave us peace of mind because we knew that she had everything handled and we could just spend the day enjoying everything we had worked so hard for. The Booking House staff were incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. Our room was flipped like a well-oiled machine after the ceremony to accommodate dinner and our reception and their bartending staff are top tier. We could not be more thankful for everything they all did to make it a night we will never forget.

5 stars is not enough for this beautiful wedding venue! When looking for a wedding venue, my husband and I wanted a place in between our families (in the middle of Pittsburgh and NJ). After a few quick google searches we were in love with The Booking House. When we went to visit we knew right away that this was the place we needed to get married. It has such a magical energy and the ‘cool’ right vibe that we wanted. All of the staff at The Booking House was absolutely incredible. They walked us through everything that we needed to know and do months prior to the wedding. Then when it came to wedding day, we had full trust in them. They made sure our day was absolutely PERFECT. Every detail was portrayed and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our special day was everything and more! Special thank you to our day of coordinators- Aalea, Emilie, and Brittany. They were SO fantastic and made sure there was not 1 flaw in our wedding day. I will recommend the The Booking House a million times over.

Wow! What can we say. We had our wedding at The Booking House and everything was such a dream come true. The Booking House staff, and wedding coordinator, Aaela, were absolutely fantastic and so easy to work with. They really made our vision come true and such an easy day for our wedding. There are so many spaces and unique rooms that make the venue different than any other. We would recommend The Booking House to anyone who is looking for an industrial wedding venue!

Wow wow wow!! There are so many reasons that having a wedding at the booking house is the best decision you can make! The venue is so beautiful with the exposed beams and wood floors, the chandeliers, the fireplaces, the cigar room, and the beautiful ceremony/reception room! As soon as we took a tour, we fell in love! Everyone is so nice, caring, responsive, and accommodating! We booked their on site coordinator, Aalea, for our wedding day, and she was absolutely amazing! She is so good at what she does. She makes you feel at ease on your wedding day and also throughout the plannng process! She was so responsive and understanding. When the wedding day came, she did wonderfully on the decorations and made our vision come to life! Everyone is also very organized at the booking house and made the wedding planning and process so easy! The areas for getting ready were plenty of room for the bridal parties and the grooms quarters was awesome! Equipped with a comfy couch and also a big tv! The bridal suite was also very nice and equipped with all we needed for the day. We also booked the bartenders from the booking house, and they were awesome bartenders! They made the most perfect cocktails and brought our signature drinks to life! Everyone loved them! From start to finish, the booking house was the perfect venue and team to work with and our wedding turned out to be all we hoped and dreamed for. Thanks so much again Booking House team!!

You need the Booking House! It was the most perfect venue we could've imagined for our wedding! The building and brick architecture speaks for itself, any decor or style wedding would look great here! As soon as we got our tour, I knew it was the one. Every visit after, I got butterflies with just how perfect it is! The staff are amazing and so accommodating. They helped make our special day seamless! Cannot recommend this venue enough!

Run don't walk and book The Booking House for your wedding or event!!! As soon as I walked through the doors the first time for our tour, I was in love and knew I found the perfect spot for our wedding. It was truly love at first sight, The Booking House has everything I was searching for in a venue. Large areas for guests to spread out, beautiful wood floors and decor. The staff at The Booking House was nothing short of amazing. Brittany & Michelle answered all of my questions and were quick to respond. They made the wedding planning process so simple and seamless, I can't say enough good things about them! My wedding day was my dream come true and that is in part thanks to the staff of The Booking House! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The Booking house was a dreeeeam for our September wedding. The incredible staff only added to the amazing atmosphere the venue provided. I can’t tell you how many of my guests were in awe of how beautiful and different the space was. If we could do it all over again… we would continue doing it the same way again and again and again. The Booking House was our first and only venue my husband and I looked at. As soon as we saw the exposed brick and industrial vibe, we were sold. Knowing we wanted to have our wedding in November, it only made sense to choose a venue with such a beautiful inside. Each room in The Booking House allowed enough room for our guests to spread out and feel comfortable. And the cigar lounge?! At one point, almost all of our guests were enjoying the upstairs and smoking cigars. It was definitely a unique experience for our guests, and they could not stop talking about it. The staff was great to work with and made it super easy for us to store items in their warehouse days before the wedding. Highly recommend checking out The Booking House for your wedding!

When it came to wedding planning my husband and I felt SO lucky to have found the Booking House. We originally had planned to have our wedding on NYE 2020, but unfortunately we had to change our “big” wedding reception date to a later time due to the safety of our loved ones. Thankfully, JP and Michele allowed us to have a very small and intimate ceremony on our original date to have a “normal” wedding day feel. It was so special, intimate and not in our living room (LOL). When it came time for our big reception in May of 2021, the day could not have been more perfect. We chose the bartending service and used Emilie as our coordinator and they made everything so smooth! Not only did we have one wedding day so special at The Booking House, we had two! Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Highly, highly recommend!

The Booking House is amazing! My husband and I fell in love with it the minute we toured it. It is not only beautiful but beyond functional with a bridal suite and grooms suite on the property. My husband and our guests loved the cigars- such a fun rare thing to find for a wedding! I loved the aesthetic and the people who we got to work with. I truly don’t know where to begin about our experience working with The Booking House for our wedding day. From beginning to end, they were communicative, kind and went above and beyond to accommodate and bring to life every vision we had. I worked closely with Brittany and Aalea as our wedding planners and they felt more like an extension of our friends and family than they did vendors. It was bittersweet knowing that our time “working” (I use that term loosely because we had so much fun) together has come to an end. This venue has weddings down to a science, they truly don’t miss a beat. I can’t say enough about all of the staff at The Booking House, they are all incredible. Our day was a dream, and we can’t thank them enough!

The Booking House is a beautiful, industrial venue. It is the perfect amount of old-school charm with modern amenities. We loved the open concept in the ballroom area. The Booking House was our absolute dream venue. We looked all up and down the east coast and nothing compared to everything this venue has to offer. We had access to the entire building and multiples rooms all day. They were extremely accommodating in helping us navigate keeping our guests safe in COVID. In addition, Brittany was fantastic!! She was always there to answer any questions on the phone or email and the day of could not have been executed without her. The Booking House is hands down the best wedding venue out there- do not hesitate, just BOOK IT! I am so thankful I was able to have my wedding at this beautiful industrial, chic venue and wish I could relive the day again. Any decorations or flowers you bring to this place just adds to the beauty, but I promise you this place is stunning by itself and is so different than your typical wedding venue! Every person we talked with throughout our planning process was so kind and helpful. Michelle, Megan, and JP were all so patient and flexible, as we tried to navigate through planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic! Also, The Booking House has an incredible list of recommended vendors who were all amazing, as well. I traveled over two hours to have my wedding here and I do not regret it all. I will recommend this place to everyone and hope I can go back to attend a wedding here someday to enjoy it from the other side, too! :) Thank you Booking House for making our day so special! Manheim will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The Booking House was the first and only venue we looked at. I didn’t need to see any other venues to know this was where I wanted to get married. From the wood floors, to the gorgeous brick, to the beautiful chandeliers and fireplaces it is stunning from top to bottom. We loved having the bridal suite and cigar lounge for the girls and guys to get ready and hangout in all day before the ceremony. And the cigar lounge was a huge hit during the reception! Not to mention the people are amazing to work with. JP, Michele, Megan, and Brittany all made everything so easy and made sure we were able to have our best day the way we imagined it despite being in the midst of a pandemic. And don’t think twice about booking Brittany for day of coordinating! She was SO helpful even weeks leading up to the day. She made sure we had everything in order with vendors, decor, timeline, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. I truly can not recommend this venue enough. An absolute dream come true.

I cannot say enough good things about The Booking House! As soon as we toured the venue, we knew this place would be our top pick. The building and space itself was what we were most excited to show our guests. From the cocktail hour space to the ceremony/reception space, we were able to put as many or as few personal touches as we wanted. The Booking House team is absolutely wonderful to work with! We were one of the many couples that had to postpone our original date, and they really puts us first throughout the entire process. They were always there when we had questions or needed advice as well. Our actual wedding day was more than I could've imagined and a majority of that is all thanks to The Booking House. If you're considering having your wedding here, look no further! Get a tour booked and see the venue in its glory for yourself.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this venue, as did all of the vendors we worked with, which spoke volumes to us. This was the FIRST AND ONLY venue my husband and I toured for our wedding. We knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have for our big day after completing our initial walkthrough!The Booking House offers a perfect mixture of brick, wood, and the lighting fixtures are gorgeous. In fact, the aesthetics of the venue provide such beauty, that minimal decor is needed. The staff of The Booking House is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and my husband and I felt we were treated like family throughout our whole planning process. We hired Brittany, their wedding coordinator, for our big day and honestly, the day would not have been as smooth as it was if we had not hired her. She helped us turn our dream into reality. Brittany made sure the decor was set up how we wanted and directed the wedding party through the ceremony. Having her allowed my husband and I to enjoy our day, and we would highly recommend hiring her!

I don’t even know where to start with this incredible venue! If you’re looking for something unique with an incredible staff this is the perfect place! The Booking House was our favorite venue from the beginning.. but seeing it in person absolutely exceeded our expectations (which were already high). The vibe is amazing and the style runs throughout the entire building, every room is beautiful. We didn’t have to worry about pictures because rain or shine there’s options. The train tracks behind the venue are one of many unique backdrops and are beautiful at sunset.. but if it rained there were infinite possibilities for unique indoor photos which is a huge relief. The staff at The Booking House could not be sweeter or more incredible at their jobs. They have running a wedding down to a science. They are full of information on vendors for every style and budget, as well as detail ideas. You ABSOLUTELY MUST hire Brittany, their wedding day of coordinator. I can’t put into words how incredible she was during and leading up to our wedding. She is full of amazing ideas, helps you sort out what you want, and stays on top of everything. She made it so that I did not have to coordinate or worry about a thing the day of our wedding and even made sure I had a drink in my hand when I needed one! Not to mention had a smile on her face the whole time! Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was thanks to her! I can’t say enough about how perfect this venue is.

I could write a book on how amazing our wedding was at The Booking House. It was everything my husband and I imagined for our special day, from the brick walls, exposed wooden beams, natural wood floors, and industrial design to name a few. From our first interview with Michele Perron, we felt welcome and everyone was so accommodating to our vision for our wedding. We got to choose everything we wanted, from the caterer on their list of preferred vendors, to how we wanted the main room decorated. We could do as little or as much as we wanted to the space, within reason. We loved the space for its bones, so we were minimal in our decorations, but the space spoke for itself!Also, the day of our wedding, I did not hire a day-of-coordinator (which I advise that you do) however the staff that was there was so extremely helpful with everything, down to making sure I had something to drink after the ceremony. This family is incredible, and we felt like we were friends throughout the entire planning process. I wish we could get married all over again just so we can have another fun filled day at this venue. Michaela and Michele are incredible people, and you can tell they truly love their job!

I can't say enough amazing thing about our experience with The Booking House. From the moment we booked our visit, to the wedding day, the communication was on point. My husband and I are from NY and we struggled to find a venue which would meet all of our needs as well as our (very large) families needs as well. The venue has a beautifully industrial, rustic chic style with the bridal suite, cigar lounge and both floors with a unique vibe in each. As I mentioned, we both have very large families and needed to accommodate them, PLUS a DJ and a band, cigar roller etc. We went all out and The Booking House staff didn't miss a beat. We worked with Brittany for our day-of coordinator but she wasn't just that, she was our go to person for anything from safety pins to putting on the groomsmen's boutonnieres to showing our NY based photographer all the best spots for our amazing shots. Whenever we said her name, she was there. I also had a ton of people wanting to help, but she wouldn't let them! Even when we lost our initial caterer due to bankruptcy, Michaela stepped in and was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on who would be able to help us on such short notice (only 8 months before the wedding- you know caterers book quickly). Overall, our day was perfect and I can't say enough amazing things about TBH, Brittany and all of their staff. Thank you guys!!

This was our first stop when we were venue shopping. We wanted something different than your typical ballroom wedding and The Booking House was such a pleasant surprise. We also wanted something that could accommodate both our ceremony and reception as well as a space for each of us to get ready. It is located in an industrial area (which makes for pretty cool outdoor photos) next to an active railroad. The inside is just breathtaking- from the wooden floors, beams with string lights around them, and rafters to the brick walls to the stunning chandeliers. Our guests kept saying how cool of a venue it was and how much fun it was to explore each floor. The Perron family was super easy to work with and helped us with providing recommended vendors, suggested ceremony and reception layouts, etc. We hired Brittany Little as a day of coordinator and I highly recommend her- she made sure every single detail was taken care of and communicated with all of our vendors for us the week of the wedding. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough for your special day- take one step inside and you’ll be sold.

We are so happy to host our wedding reception at the booking house for several reasons. The first is that we got the WHOLE three floor venue to ourselves for the whole day. In addition, the venue is gorgeous. We did bring some of our own decorations but we didn't need much to make the whole event classy, beautiful and historic at the same time. There were also plenty of spots for gorgeous photos inside and outside down the railroad tracks - be prepared for a small treck though to get to green trees. We did not have our ceremony at The Booking House, nor did we hire their wedding coordinator since we weren't flipping the room. That worked for us and saved us some money but from our experience with Michaela and Michele, I'm sure that service would be excellent. The Booking House itself is so user friendly. There is an elevator for guests that need it, plenty of seating in the multiple rooms so people didn't have to just stay at their tables, plenty of room in the ball room for our 110 guests (we were expecting 150 which also could have easily fit), and the use of the crow's nest for our guests was a highlight for those who dancing isn't really their thing. And the bridal suite - I haven't ever had the exclusive use of such a pretty room!! My girls and I felt like we were in a posh boutique hotel. My husband and the guys SO loved getting ready in the crow's nest - a TV and recliners? Are you kidding? They got their early just so they could relax! Another really great feature of The Booking House is that they use the website AllSeated.com to set up layouts for both the cocktail hour and reception. We were able to put the tables exactly where we wanted them and even seat all of our guests. When we arrived on our day everything was set up just the way we wanted it. My best advice once you decide to book The Booking House is to book vendors who have worked there before. We went with Hess's Catering, Custom Florals, Portable Soundz DJ and Jeremy Bischoff Photography all of which we were super happy with. The Booking House has recommended vendors but is generally open with whoever you want to bring in. We were so happy to have our wedding there - you will be too!

Absolutely loved this venue! They were so wonderful to work with and the building's character speaks for itself. We loved that the venue was so beautiful that we did not need to plan on many decorations. The venue was a perfect mix of industrial with modern touches. We also greatly appreciated that they provided us with a list of recommended vendors to help make our planning process smoother and easier. We did not use their coordinating services, but their staff was very attentive to us on the day of and was consistently checking in with us to make sure things were running as planned. They were very fast to answer emails and offered a personalized meeting a few months before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page for how the day was going to go and where things needed to be. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful venue! Three fireplaces offer a variety of options for your ceremony and reception. We loved that there was a lift available for our grandparents to use when they transitioned between the two floors. We had both our ceremony and reception in the main second floor space in front of the main fireplace and had plenty of space to fit all of our 160 guests. Truly, nothing negative to say about this venue!

There are really no words for me to say how much we loved the Booking House! When we walked in on our initial tour, we immediately knew we would be getting married at the Booking House. From the beginning, the staff at the Booking House was wonderful to work with. They were always quick to respond to questions and happy to give recommendations. They were really there for us during the entire planning process. We loved that there was a space for everyone the entire day. The ladies were able to get ready in the bridal suite, while the guys relaxed in the Crow’s Nest. The entire day was so relaxing for us and our guests because everything was in once location. During our reception, our guest really appreciated the chance to mingle in the different spaces. Every single guest we have spoken to since the wedding has commented on how beautiful the Booking House is. We loved the Booking House and are so happy we chose to have our wedding there!

We had looked at over 10 venues by the time we found the booking house and I fell in love the second we walked inside!!! I wanted something rustic and unique and this place far exceeded my wishes!! Michele and Michaela helped make the planning and layout process a breeze and answered more than their fair share of questions throughout!! This venue has so much character and such unique features including custom mantles, beautiful chandeliers, and rustic beams! I loved being able to bring in and decorate various spaces to create a very personal wedding! Our guests were just as stunned as we were when they entered the building on our wedding day! People kept asking how we found it and raving about how cool and beautiful it was! We also hired Brittany as our coordinator and she did an AMAZING job! I am very type A and particular, so I had high expectations of all that needed to be done on our wedding day. Brittany exceeded my expectations with all that she did to make our day perfect! She is so detail oriented and organized that I was able to relax on my wedding day knowing that every last detail was handled! I can't express how grateful I am to the booking house staff for providing such an amazing place and for being an integral part in our perfect day!

The Booking House was the first venue we saw and we knew instantly it was where we wanted to get married. Working with the Perron family was a breath of fresh air, each member of the family we interacted with was amazing. They went over every single detail of our day and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the whole place to ourselves for our day and we had the option of which rooms we wanted to use for what. The Crows Nest was probably the selling point for my husband, I know he and his groomsmen absolutely loved that they had such a manly place to get ready in. We were able to bring our decorations and things in during our rehearsal and keep them there so the day of our wedding we only had to bring ourselves. I can’t believe we were lucky enough to have our wedding in such an amazing venue. It was perfect in every way.

I don't even know where to start. The Booking House was our DREAM venue! I was looking for a rustic feel, while my husband wanted more of the modern industrial flair. The day we went to visit, there was a horrible accident which ended up putting us at a 3 hour drive just to get there - we almost turned around to go home, but I'm so glad we didn't!The Perron family & Brittany were so wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. We absolutely loved having Brittany as our Day-Of Coordinator. She helped make our day smooth, and we didn't have to worry about the small details leading up to our big day. If you have been looking for a unique, rustic venue look no further! This venue is absolutely beautiful all on it's own. The bridal suite and groomsmen lounge are both perfect for the bride and groom to get ready in and spend time with their family and friends. What makes this venue even more attractable is the family and staff who run it. I got married on March 23, 2019 and I have absolutely no complaints about working with their staff. From signing our contract to our wedding day, they were always available to answer my questions and willing to help me figure things out. Additionally, hiring their day of coordinator, Brittany, was the best decision I made. She was my lifesaver that day making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. My husband and I are so happy we chose The Booking House!

The venue is great! The people were easy to deal with. The ONLY problem we had was the Owner JP. He was quite rude to deal with through emails after he refused to even work with us when HIS required caterer stole our deposit and went bankrupt. He refused to even help us out for one extra hour at the venue. Then when the time came for us to go, my 12 year old niece was singing a song and he refused to let her finish. He went to the DJ and demanded that the music stop! Then he lied to my brother and said that he never did it. He cut off a little girl from finishing a song that she was singing for the bride. It was 10:04 and he was adamant about us getting out. In my opinion, it was just bad business. For our families future events, we will find a place who is more friendly to work with. -Michael Adcock

The Booking House was the second venue my husband and I looked at, we fell in love! The whole style; the old factory, brick everywhere, the exposed industrial look and cigar lounge won us over. We knew it was the place for us to share our big day with our family and friends. I knew I wanted a fall wedding and don’t want to wait two years so we picked the first Friday that was available! We booked almost a year out, the whole FAMILY at the booking house was amazing to work with. I had tons of questions throughout the whole year, some last minute planned visits to show our family the place and there was never any issues with doing so. Brittany,our coordinator, was beyond amazing as well. She was there for me with everything, every questions and also when we had bad snow the day of the rehearsal. We were a few minutes late and didn’t have everyone but she made it all work out. The day of the wedding I didn’t see her the whole day, which I guess was a good thing. We want to just thank the Booking House family from the bottom of our hearts, we are big family oriented people so we felt right at home the day of our wedding. My husband just said 5 stars, when I told him I was writing the review.

We found our way to The Booking House for their Bridal Open House event right after our engagement. Little did we know that the venue would be the perfect one for us! Upon entering, we were blown away by the historic charm with modern touches. The whole space is warm and inviting, yet is unique and eye catching. Once we saw it, we couldn't think of anywhere better for our wedding. From that first day, the staff at The Booking House was top notch at communicating with us, and making sure we felt totally at ease during the planning process. The day of our wedding was cold and rainy, but luckily, the venue is so gorgeous on it's own that we got plenty of pictures inside. Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing our venue was, and we couldn't agree more!

My husband and I live in NJ, but the Booking House was so beautiful and fit our dream aesthetic perfectly that we HAD to have it as our wedding venue. We have no regrets! Our guests loved how unique it was, especially the Crow's Nest. Many of our guests' favorite part was to hang out in the cigar lounge. Everyone at the Booking House was so helpful and attentive from day 1. Michaela and Michele were so wonderful and helpful. They thought of all the little details that we missed and made sure everything was covered. We had hired Brittany, their in-house Day of Coordinator and she made sure our day ran flawlessly. We could not recommend this venue enough!! You'll definitely have the wedding of your dreams there.

From the moment we walked through The Booking House, we both knew that it was where we wanted to have our big day. My fiance and I had seen a couple of other venues together, and he surprised me by saying that this was where he wanted to get married before I did! From the separate groomsmen's lounge, to the bridal suite, to all the beautiful rooms in between, and not to mention the friendly staff, we were both blown away by the whole venue. Our guests could not have been more complimentary of how beautiful the space was, and we hardly had to decorate it at all. I would definitely recommend it to any couple looking for a place to have a beautiful wedding and reception all in one place!

If you have been searching for the perfect venue--look no further. The second I stepped foot in The Booking House, I knew it was where we would get married. I had 2 other venue tours booked, and canceled them both after seeing TBH. The Booking House is the most perfect venue and we cannot praise the venue and the employees enough. First off, the venue is absolutely stunning. It barely needs any decorations because it just decorates itself. There are 3 floors which allows for multiple ceremony options and lets your guests not be stuck in one room all night. Michaela, Michele, and J.P. are all so personable and will answer any questions you have without hesitation. They answer emails promptly and honor all wishes to the best of their ability. The day of the wedding they were readily available to help if needed, but otherwise let the bride take control. I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they exceeded all of our expectations. We will be getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding venue was for years to come. We are SO happy with our choice to use The Booking House for our special day.

In fact, I knew so much I was crying throughout half of our tour, while also praying they had a Saturday available for our big day - Thank goodness they did (but barely! They are popular, so you have to lock down your date quickly!). It was the perfect for us, and its beauty shines so brightly, the building itself is an experience all on its own. All our wedding guests were in awe of the history of the building, & its rustic exposed design. It is family owned, & they are easy to work with, especially their daughter Michaela. The cigar lounge/groomsmen suite is amazing, & so is the bridal -You could not ask for better (unless you want your wedding events outdoors - Not an option here). If you are debating on this venue, please do a tour immediately - You will understand. Unfortunately, I do have one negative to mention. The day of my wedding, they had scheduled tour(s) of the building, couples looking to hold their wedding there, & they even asked if they could have those people walk through our bridal & groomsmen suites, while we were getting ready. WHAT? After spending a fortune on that day, this was inappropriate & unprofessional. We were granted access to the building at 10am, so if they need to hold tours, is should be prior to 10am. My girls were changing, getting their hair & makeup done, etc., having to deal with strangers entering the room (the same applies for the groomsmen) was certainly inappropriate. Also, we were offered a ladder to hang up my bridal gown from a very tall window to let it breathe, and for photos (it looked awesome!), but then had to ask the owner multiple times for it, as she was busy. One of her responses to my mother was telling her (the MOB) to go get it...Huh? Why should the MOB hunt down the owner's ladder, she was already offered, the day of her daughter's wedding? It costs thousands upon thousands to rent the place for the day, c'mon! Were these minor glitches, absolutely? But also worth mentioning, yes - 99% perfect!

Our wedding was this past January at the Booking Housing, on what was probably one of the coldest days of the year. Our day was perfect from start to finish, and everything went so smoothly! The inside of the building is beautiful, which made our pictures gorgeous despite not being able to take many picture outside. This is the perfect venue for weddings, no matter the season. The building is warm, cozy, and inviting, and it doesn’t take a lot of decorating because the old woodwork has plenty of character. We also loved working with Michelle and Michaela, who are both very helpful! We had a great experience at the Booking House and would definitely recommend the venue!!

It’s been exactly a year since our wedding at The Booking House and we still receive compliments from friends and family on our wedding venue. Everyone fell in love with the elegance and character of the space, and the practicality of having everything within one building. The building perfectly accommodates the flow of a wedding. The men greatly enjoyed getting ready in the Crow’s Nest. They were able to smoke cigars, share drinks at the bar, blast music on the wireless Bluetooth speakers, and watch TV. The Bridal Suite was a dream as it provided us with a large-gorgeous space to get ready. The major benefits included the cubbies, fridge, large attached bathroom, amazing lighting for hair and makeup, and plenty of mirrors. It was also the perfect backdrop for pre-ceremony photos. Another major advantage is the The Booking House is beautiful both in and out. Our wedding party photos were taken outside, where there’s no end to beautiful backdrops. Our guests were greeted with champagne as they entered the convenient entrance space. Our ceremony took place in the Rizzardi Room, which easily accommodated over 85 guests, and everyone ended up with a great view of the ceremony. Our cocktail hour followed downstairs, which is also enormous and allowed us to space out several hour’ devour stations with plenty of high-top tables. The Rizzardi Room was then revamped for the reception where we easily fit the required seating, 4 massive rustic farm wood tables, the DJ and the dance floor. The buffet stations were nicely organized within the Whitaker Room, as well as the bar. Then we had an ice cream truck stationed at the front entrance. Some of the major bonuses are the entire building is handicap accessible (which is pretty rare), the interior is beautiful enough that wedding decorations can be kept at a minimum, they allowed us to drop off and pick up our stuff the day before and after the wedding, parking was plentiful, and we can not reiterate enough how perfect the building layout is. To top it all off, the Perron family are incredible at managing a wedding venue. They made the entire process a delight from start to finish, and we could not thank them more for making our wedding day picture-perfect. We highly recommend!

The Booking House was the perfect spot for our April 2018 wedding reception. We instantly fell in love with the brick walls, standout fireplace and beautiful chandelier in the ballroom. During the planning process, Brittany and Michelle were so easy to work with and quick to answer all our questions. On the day of, everything was executed perfectly and was stress free (Thanks Brittany!). The entire staff was extremely nice, professional and helpful. We could not be happier with our decision and would highly recommend to anyone!!

The moment we stepped in the Booking House, we fell in love with it and knew we found our wedding venue! It is the perfect balance of rustic and chic. The brick and exposed piping make it warm and inviting, contrasted with polished finishings such as the magnificent chandelier in the main room that give it a modern touch at the same time. Guests loved the cigar lounge, especially the ones who were not enthusiastic dancers! The bridal suite is also beautifully decorated and well stocked. A great feature of the Booking House is the three floors, all of which you have to yourself for the entire day! You can also be creative with set up because of the multiple rooms. It is a truly multi dimensional venue! It is family owned and you can see that it is cared for with much pride; Michele and Michaela were extremely helpful throughout!

This venue is the best! Not only is it it absolutely beautiful, but the people working there are incredibly friendly and work hard to make your wedding as special as possible. I really enjoyed working with them to plan my dream wedding. It ended up downpouring on our wedding day, so we were extra thankful everything was inside, and we didn't have to stress about it. I definitely recommend this place!Side note- we also hired Brittany, their wedding coordinator, and it was the best decision we made. She's so sweet and works hard to make your day run as smoothly as possible.

This venue is amazing. We probably looked at around 5 or 6 places before the booking house and when we walked through the door we just knew. It was so rustic and romantic and exactly what we were looking for. The crows nest/cigar bar definitely sealed the deal for my husband. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and accommodating . They answer any questions you may have and are always willing to give suggestions. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who can’t find the perfect place. This is it!

The Booking House was the perfect place to host our wedding this past June. We loved enjoying the entire building on our wedding day. The girls got ready in the bridal suite, and the guys loved the Crows Nest to relax and get ready. We wanted a space that felt personal and was also unique, rustic, and elegant at the same time. I also loved how we could personalize the space to make it our own, as the building is a blank slate! We rented all of our furniture (although BH does offer table and chairs)- rustic cross back chairs from Rooster Hill Rentals and long farm tables from Barnes Farm Tables, and the space looked absolutely stunning and just how I had envisioned. Multiple guests complimented us on how beautiful everything looked and how unique the building was. This family owned venue has staff that was phenomenal to work with, and you can tell how passionate they are for the building and the weddings hosted within it. We would highly recommend the Booking House!

For starters, this review is long overdue! We had our wedding in March of this year and as cliche, as it sounds, it was a complete dream. From start to finish The Booking House went above and beyond our wildest dreams and expectations. Michaela and Michele truly made a personal connection and instead of just another task to get wedding stuff done, they made it enjoyable to talk to them and let us fit right in. Apart from getting married, of course, choosing The Booking House was our best decision. Our day was windy and storms were in the forecast, luckily it held off, but not having to worry about the weather was key as everything was in one building, and with them providing all of the tables and chairs vendors were not stuck in bad weather either. Our guests raved about the entire venue and how well everything went. Our day could not have been so wonderful without them and their amazing team, down to the parking attendants. If you truly want a venue to remember and a team that is enjoyable to work with you have found your place. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for truly making our day one worth remembering.

My husband and I had our hearts set on a venue, but after our engagement we learned that it was under construction and unable to be rented during the time we wanted to get married. This meant we were starting venue hunting from scratch. Over the course of 3 months, we looked at probably 20 venues across PA. The very first one we looked at was The Booking House, and although we saw many beautiful places, this venue had a WOW factor we could not forget. The Booking House is owned and operated by a stylish and talented family, which makes communication a breeze. The daughter and main contact, Michela, was happy to answer any of my silly questions that popped up throughout the year leading up to our wedding day. One of my favorite things about this venue is that everything is customizable, so every wedding held there is entirely unique. To some, this will sound like extra work... maybe a bit, but the booking house guides you every step of the way. One of their best new features is the farmhouse tables they have available to rent (not to mention their son made them - I told you they were talented!). They are gorgeous as well as fairly priced. Also, you don't pay a delivery fee since the tables are stored at the venue. Bonus!!!

The Booking House and their staff were great! They made our May 2018 wedding a blast. We knew we wanted a rustic/industrial venue, somewhat like a brewery, that would be able to fit our huge families and the booking house was just that! On top of the venue being gorgeous, they were easy to work with and extremely accommodating, they even let us get ready there early. We even had a few things that we thought might make things difficult, like bringing a keg of home-brewed beer, but the Booking House helped us get set up with no problem. We got ready and took pictures there in the morning, headed to the church in Lancaster, and came back with ease to an awesome cocktail hour and a night full of fun. The layout of the building and 3 floors let our wedding flow from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing seamlessly. We comfortably fit around 160 guests there and there was still some awesome dance floor space. There's nothing we would change about our wedding day and the Booking House helped make it perfect for us!!!

The Booking House was the perfect venue for our March 2018 wedding. My husband and I were looking for a unique indoor location because March weather can be iffy and this was perfect! As soon as I walked in, I knew this was our venue. Our guests were blown away by the main room and the cigar room upstairs. My husband is a cigar smoker, so having the opportunity to smoke cigars during the reception was a huge plus for him. So many of our guests complimented the beautiful, unique venue. It was also neat to have all 3 floors of the venue for our guests to spread out. We even turned the downstairs rooms into a kid area with babysitters so their parents could enjoy the reception. Decorating the venue was easy because the brick walls, wood floors, and charm of the building are beautiful on their own. Michaela, Michele, JP, and Brittany were all incredibly helpful while planning our wedding. We planned our wedding in 7 months and they had so many suggestions to make things run smoothly. They also were very accommodating, flexible, and willing to help with everything. The Booking House is truly so special and my husband and I are so happy to have had our wedding here.

When we walked in the booking house we were floored – we had found a space that we both LOVED. The Booking House keeping all of the original feel of the old building ticked all of the boxes for my wife, while the recent work made it a bright and clean space that was perfect for me. They worked with us along every step of the way and made sure that we used all of the space in the venue to make sure we had a wedding and that we and our guests would enjoy. P.S. The bride’s sweet was amazing, but the Groom’s suite (crows nest) was perfect and really sealed the deal!

The Booking House is the most beautiful, breathtaking venue I have even seen and I still can’t believe I had the honor of celebrating our BIG day at this venue.I worked with Michaela for most our wedding planning and she was great. She is friendly, professional and so helpful. She was there to answer all of my many emails/questions quickly and always made me feel important. I found “The Booking House” on “The Knot” app when I was searching venues one night with my sister and we both couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. So I scheduled a tour and it blew me away!! From the moment I stepped inside I fell in love! Ever room, floor, detail of this beautiful rustic building was everything I had dreamt of for our wedding day. As my mom and pulled away from our tour we both said “that is it”!! I canceled my other appointments and never looked at another venue. The Booking House offers so many options to make it your own style/unique, there is multiple rooms you can have your ceremony in, there is cocktail room, bridal suite, crows nest, great staff and more. Not only was the venue absolutely perfect but it is family owned and ran by one of the sweetest families I have ever met. The day of our wedding myself and bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite as the guys enjoyed some cigars and laughs in the crows nest. I could not have asked for a more beautiful, memorable, PERFECT wedding day! Our guest loved this venue so much and are still talking about it. It is an absolute gem and is so beautifully restored and cared for. I am so thankful I found this venue and will cherish every moment, memory from our day at this incredible venue!

The Booking House is truly a venue to have the wedding of your dreams. My husband and I got married at The Booking House in Early November and we are so very happy we chose The Booking House as our venue. Brooks and I were engaged December of 2015 and had a two year engagement to allow time to enjoy the engagement to organize as weddings entail a lot of work. We booked all of our vendors early to lock in the dates and ensure we had time to get everything organized. The Booking House was the first and ONLY venue we looked at. The moment we set foot inside we knew it was the place where we would have our I Do’s. The beauty and hard work that the Perron Family put into this building is breathtaking. Over those two years The Booking House worked with us and our vendors to ensure the day would be perfect and it truly was. We are not a fairy tale type of couple but this place made our wedding day feel so magical like a fairy tale & absolutely exceeded our expectations.The bridal suite is so comfortable and big enough to fit a large bridal party and hair salon. The Crow’s nest was every bit of perfect for the guys to hang out and get ready. We all were able to relax and enjoy the day as we had these spaces to prepare for the big day and did not have to worry about lugging things back and forth. We had a guest count of about 130-140 and everyone fit very comfortably in all areas of The Booking House. We had our ceremony in the smaller room off of the main Rizzardi Room. The room was the perfect size for an intimate ceremony and had a beautiful backdrop of the fire place and a pretty chandelier above us. I have to say this was my favorite part of the day - Walking into that room seeing my husband standing there with the fire place lit and the chandelier sparkling, gave me goosebumps and had all the cozy feels of a late fall wedding.After the ceremony ended we elected have a private cocktail hour for our bridal party and parents up in the Crow’s Nest. This allowed us to spend a little extra time with those closest to us and ensured we were able to eat o’horderves and have a few drinks before the craziness of the reception began. The guest’s cocktail hour was held on the first floor in the beautiful cocktail bar area and Whitaker Room. The guests were very pleased with the vibe in the Cocktail area and how it flowed so nicely when it was time to head to the reception in the Rizzardi Room. The Rizzardi Room is absolutely stunning and beyond what we could have imagined for our day. The space was perfect for all of our guests as well as for a large dance floor area. The room does not need much décor added to it as it is beautiful as is with all of the reclaimed wood, the fire place, and the amazing chandelier.The Booking House also has extra little touches that made the day feel even cozier from the pretty stationary set up they have around the building as well as the comfy lounge furniture. Overall this place receives a 10 out of 10 starts from us. If we could give more we absolutely would. All of the staff at The Booking House are super attentive but a big shout out to Michela for helping us every step of the way – she is amazing at what she does. Thank you to The Booking House for allowing us to have the most unforgettable wedding of our dreams.

This space needs very little decorating....it really speaks for itself. It was the first and only venue we actually looked at. Our minds were made up the first walk through. The scenery outside was just as amazing! Very industrial chic for photos!! The staff at The Booking House is just amazing. They are quick to respond to emails and calls and concerns....they truly pay attention to the tiny details that sometimes are missed. Our day went so smoothly due to the willingness the staff had to help. We HIGHLY recommend!!

The Booking House was a perfect venue for my summer wedding (June 2017 with about 170 guests). The staff was very accommodating throughout the process, especially given that I planned the whole thing remotely. The Booking House staff have lots of experience and offered great advice and were quick to respond to my many questions throughout the planning process. We loved that we had access to the entire building for the celebration, providing many different rooms for guests to enjoy. I absolutely loved the 3rd floor Crow’s Nest/balcony- We even had a live harpist playing from the balcony during the ceremony and the sound carried beautifully. The space is absolutely breathtaking- It’s simplicity allows it be a “blank canvas” if you want to add lots of your own décor and really make it your own but is also beautiful and charming as is- No need to bust your budget with décor/flowers if you like the simpler look. We used the Rizzardi room for both the ceremony and reception and the transition during the cocktail hour was smooth and quick. I have no regrets about choosing the Booking House- Highly recommend to any bride looking for a unique, warm, and rustic space!

The Booking House was a DREAM to work with! I always wanted an outdoor reception but as soon as I stepped foot in the booking house, I fell in love and knew it was the perfect place! From the start, they were so helpful in answering all of my questions and were always prompt in getting back to me. They let us go to the venue numerous times before our date to see it and get a feel for how we wanted to decorate. Michaela was so helpful discussing the layout when I was changing things the week of the wedding! The Booking house is truly the most unique venue you could find! Our guests are still raving about our wedding and everyone said it was the best they had ever been to! We loved that it isn't one giant room. Our guests were able to wander between the reception room, the room with the food and photo booth, and the crows nest! It truly was the perfect location and needs very little decorating because it is stunning in itself!! The crows nest was perfect for the guys to get ready in, and us girls got ready in the beautiful bridal suite! We loved the industrial, rustic feel that the venue has and couldn't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else! The Booking House was the home of my July 2017 wedding and I couldn’t have imagined it being anywhere else! My husband and I attended 30 weddings together prior to our own and were looking for a venue that wasn’t like anything else we’ve been to. The Booking House was the first venue we toured after getting engaged and we knew from the moment we entered it’s doors that it would be our choice. I was speechless as I walked through the building and became emotional the second I walked into the main Rizzardi Room. The building is the perfect combination of industrial and rustic/chic, which meshed both of our personalities into one space. It also has everything that you could ever need for your wedding day! A beautiful bridal suite and totally awesome groomsmen/cigar lounge provided the perfect spaces for both parties to hang out/get ready before the festivities began! The numerous rooms in the building also provide a variety of options for cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. You also can’t go wrong with the beautiful outdoor space! So many amazing spots for photos right outside of the door; the train track is a must! The best of all are the owners and their staff. The Booking House family is so sweet, caring and work incredibly hard to make your wedding vision come to life. Thank you EVERYONE at The Booking House for making our dreams a reality and giving us the most beautiful wedding!

The Booking House is an absolutely gorgeous wedding venue and was perfect for our July wedding with 135 guests. The family that owns it is extremely nice and helpful and they put in so much attention to detail when renovating the space, you will not find anything else like it in the area. Other venues nickel and dime you for using things they already have on site, but at the Booking House, if they have it, you can use it. The on site bridal suite is beautiful and it was much more relaxed being able to get ready at the venue on the day of the wedding. We added minimal decoration and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We would highly recommend getting married at this venue!

The Booking House was an AMAZING venue in everyday! Our wedding was scheduled for September 23rd, 2017. However, life threw us a curve-ball... I got in a serious car accident in the beginning of September leaving me unable to walk. When I let The Booking House know I was going to have to reschedule my wedding they were nothing less than understanding, I even received flowers from them sent to my home. Fast-forward a few months to my wedding in January. It was everything I could have ever dreamed of and my guests are still raving about the unique location. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to wed in the area.

The Booking House will be a place my (now) husband and I will always remember. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments for our guests and it made decorating a breeze. The staff was great and everyone that attended had an amazing time.

I highly recommend the Booking House as a wedding venue! They were incredibly easy to work with and did their best to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day. It's a family owned venue and the family members were incredibly warm people and very flexible and fun to work with. If you are considering using the Booking House as your venue, I say do it!!

The Booking House was the absolute perfect wedding venue! There isn't a single thing I would change. The venue itself is perfect. You can have the whole wedding day there without moving around. It has both bridal and grooms suites (which are both stunning and super functionally), a place for the cermony/ reception and cocktail hour. It's extremely spacious and beautiful. Everything is done from top to bottom. It's rustic but modern at the same time. As soon as we walked in we canceled all other Venus tours we had set up. The price was reasonable, but book fast because it's becoming extremely popular. The Booking House is nice because they allow you to bring in your own vendors. This way your wedding can be has expensive or cheap as you prefer. The Booking House staff were very attentive and helpful. Prior to the wedding they do a set up meeting and suggest where all the chairs/ tables/ decorations are going. This was very helpful. I emailed them a bunch of times and they got back to me within two days. The Booking House is in a nice location. It's set back so you don't have to worry about noise. Has it's own parking lot with attendant. It's super close to the Lancaster suites and inns hotel (about 5 minutes away and they offer a shuttle for $35 per hour). There is a bar down The street if you want to go out afterwards. There are a bunch of places to take pictures outside, you just have to get creative and move around. It's very industrial but all the photos turned out great. I would recommend getting a day of coordinator. The Booking House is huge and you will need help setting/ cleaning up. The Booking House will help but they won't do it for you. I wouldn't change a thing about this venue. Myself, husband and families were all very happy with this choice!

Surpassed all expectations. I don't know what else to say. I never expected to fall in love with every single aspect of my venue but I did! Every floor (yes, there are three floors that are all exclusive to your event) is PERFECT. I enjoyed making the venue mine by bringing in all my vendors, my own decor while taking recommendations from Michaela at The Booking House and previous brides/weddings. My now husband was blown away by the Crows Nest, which is the third floor where all the men got ready in; Equipped with black leather couches, a bar, original wood large table (perfect for a card game), a balcony to overlook the main event Rizzardi Room and ventilated for smoking cigars. The bridal suite is BEAUTIFUL, every detail screams Audrey Hepburn class. I had 10 bridesmaids, two mothers and a flower girl. We all fit comfortably getting ready, popping champagne and socializing with the 4 hair and make up stylists while our breakfast/lunch was in the connecting Station Room (used to cocktail hour). The Booking House flipped my ceremony over to my reception, with draping the ceiling in between, with ease. It was so impressive watching it happen around us as we took family formals. Michaela, Michelle & JP were all outstanding to work with and I am proud to have wed in their creation. They were very helpful in every question, request, and detail. We have already received so many compliments about the building and it wowing our guests but I was most impressed with the people behind the original wood floors, industrial, chic feel, building. Highly recommended to all as it is a vision I will never forget.

BEST VENUE! We fell in love with this venue from the moment we saw it. Very elegant and industrial feel. Perfect venue for a classy wedding. Michaela and Michele are both so easy to work with. They were with me every step of the way and made this entire process stress-free! The bridal suite and crows nest were both perfect, beautiful, spacious rooms for our bridal party to get ready in too. Our guests were just as in love with the venue as we were. We would do the entire day over again if we could, nothing but great things to say about this venue and staff!

Overall we were pretty satisfied with The Booking House. The staff seemed unprepared during some of our meetings, like their notes were not kept well or simply didn't review before meeting with us. Besides that, we loved the venue.

I could not be happier with our venue choice for our 4/8/17 wedding! The bridal suite was so fun to get ready in and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out while getting ready. The guys had a blast in the Crows nest as well. All of our wedding guests raved about the venue and how beautiful it was. Multiple people came up to us and said it was the coolest wedding venue they had ever been to! We wish we could go back and re-live the day all over again!

We found this venue online and the pictures looked beautiful so we scheduled a tour. It's just as beautiful in-person as it is on their website. I worked with Michele and Michaela and they are both very friendly and accommodating. Judy was there 2x I visited, as well as on our wedding day; she's extremely sweet. The bridal suite is so cute and plenty big enough, I had 8 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, both mothers, 2 hair stylists, and 1 makeup person in there! The grooms' lounge/ cigar lounge is a really cool space. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception rooms are all unique. It's the rustic feel with classic elegance. They remodeled it in 2014 so everything is new. The rooms are all big and comfortable. Highly recommend you check out The Booking House. It was the nicest wedding I have ever been to so I am thrilled it was my own!

The Booking House is amazing! First of all, the rustic, industrial look and warm, cozy feel is so inviting and we fell in love with it right away. It is truly unique. We loved that we had the entire building to ourselves for our entire wedding day - I LOVED getting ready with my bridesmaids in the gorgeous bridal suite. The Crows Nest was a perfect addition to our day for not only our groomsmen, but also for guests who wanted to head up there towards the end of the reception. Michaela was there throughout every step of the planning process to answer all of my questions, and the staff was so very flexible and accommodating to help ensure everything went as smoothly as possible on our big day. We would go back and choose the Booking House all over again!

We fell in love with The Booking House as soon as we visited about a month after our engagement. We absolutely loved the mix of brick and wood charm mixed with industrial details. Every single room is beautiful and fuctional! We were thrilled that our guests could attend both the wedding ceremony and reception in the same space and that they could have access to the entire facility the whole night. The Booking House is so beautiful that we didn't feel the need to add a lot other than flowers, candles, and linens. Michele, Michaela, J.P. and their staff were always friendly, patient, and helpful. They provided us with helpful information about vendors as well as detailed and clear information about the rules for their venue. As a bride trying to organize a wedding with 200 people I loved that they used the All Seated website. All Seated made it easy to create guest lists with addresses, tally and sort RSVPs, and create floor plans and seating arrangements. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, and unique venue, you must call The Booking House. Multiple guests commented that our wedding was \"magical\" and \"memorable\" - we couldn't agree more and we are so thankful that we found and chose The Booking House to get married!

We absolutely loved spending our wedding day at The Booking House. We had our ceremony and reception there and the transition was seamless. The bridal parties loved spending time together before the ceremony. The spaces provided to get ready were amazing and they accommodated 9 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen! Every guest told us how much they loved the venue and how beautiful the space was.

I never believed in love at first sight, until I met my future husband, and also toured this venue!! I planned pretty early in advance of our April 2016 wedding and The Booking House was brand new. I put it on my “tour” list with my family and fiancé at the end of the day… and after a long day, upon entering the doors, we were smitten. I never felt that way when I was looking at other locations in the Lancaster Area. The ENTIRE Perron family is a dream to work with, and Michaela is your go-to-girl! The set-up, communication, and delivery of every bride’s dream are just the tip of the iceberg, for what this family does for you! They are never pushy and have some amazing ideas during the planning process. They have a broad network of vendors to go with their setting – and no matter how you dress the building up for your own style; it exudes its smoky sexy personality on top of everything. The Crow’s Nest is the escape the men love; ours especially enjoyed whiskeys, scotch, and cigars, while the rest of the group partied to the music in the Rizzardi Room. Plenty of room for photo booths, extra tables, and seating arrangement was perfect. Even my vendors complimented how flawless and fantastic the process is with The Booking House! We are still receiving so many compliments to this day.
