We could not be happier with our decision to pick Diamond Room for our reception. From the beginning they have been so easy to work with. The whole process has been very transparent and great communication. We had 300+ guests and wanted to make sure our venue could comfortably accommodate this. The space was perfect and did not feel over crowded at all. The acoustics was great the dance floor was loud but guests near the bar could still hear and converse. The something borrowed decor was so nice to have as well. We mostly worked with Jenn but also had great interactions with all of the staff. They were organized and on top of things which helped us relax and focus on enjoying our reception. Thank you to Diamond Room again we could not be happier with our choice.

Highly recommend using The Diamond Room! Our big day was absolutely perfect because of everyone at The Diamond Room. From the first day when we went to view it to the actual day, everything went so smooth. When we walked into the venue, we just knew that this was the place. It was open and elegant but we also got to make it unique to us. Each person was so welcoming and easy to work with. They gave us a detailed timeline/spreadsheet of what to expect and when to expect it. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. One of the things I loved the most was when I had to make a decision they always offered theirs and what they thought has worked best, which I LOVED! As a bride, there’s so many decisions, so having someone say “hey we’ve seen this work well or not work well” was so appreciated. I highly recommend using The Diamond Room for your wedding!

When it came to choosing a wedding reception venue, we were determined to find the perfect backdrop for our special day, as our ceremony was being held at a catholic church. We toured six different reception venues that ranged in aesthetic and size. From the moment we stepped foot into The Diamond Room, we were captivated, and our hearts knew we had found the place where our dream wedding would come to life. The Diamond Room's setting was nothing short of perfect for us- in the heart of Downtown Omaha, walking distance to multiple hotels and bars, a perfect view each way you looked (Omaha skyline and the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge), all in a spacious and a modern building. The balcony featuring twinkle lights and garage doors made the venue even better with the thought/plan to open the garage doors during the evening of our May reception. Guest parking was also a priority for us and The Diamond Room has plenty of parking!The Diamond Room's amenities were top-notch. From the moment we booked, the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was in place. The spacious hall was elegantly decorated, allowing for versatile event planning. The experience staff ensured our reception flowed seamlessly from dinner to heartfelt speeches to dancing the night away.The staff truly made our day unforgettable. Jen went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, leaving us stress-free and able to fully enjoy our celebration. We are so grateful for her! One of the standout features was the staff's willingness to accommodate our vision. We loved the Diamond Room!!! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is awesome! They have meetings with you so everything is set up exactly how you want it on your big day! I also love that everything was included (linens, chairs, etc) so we didn’t have to figure all that out separately!

We really wanted to have our ceremony and reception at the same venue in downtown Omaha and knew we would have a large wedding (300+). We did our ceremony and a brunch reception here and had so many compliments from our guests. Their staff made planning easy and responded quickly to any questions. 10/10 recommend for any couple.

The Diamond Room crew will treat you like family - because they are a family run business. They will work overtime to make sure your day is the best. When we had to change our wedding date due to COVID, they were there helping us organize. We had many moving parts and vendors to organize, and Stephanie and her team helped make sure all items were delivered and set up. Our reception was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The Diamond Room is continually looking at wedding trends and traditions to add to their venue decor and rentals. I especially love the new bar set-up! You definitely won’t regret celebrating at this venue! Cheers to your wedding planning adventure!

The Diamond Room in Omaha, Nebraska was a picture perfect setting for my daughter’s wedding reception! Located in downtown it is conveniently located in the heart of the city close to Omaha’s best hotels, the Capitol District and Old Market. We had lots of out of town guests visiting so we loved the fact that it was minutes from the Marriott (room block) and church (Trinity Episcopal Cathedral). Stephanie Hile manages the venue and was warm, welcoming, efficient and responsive to all of our questions along the way. She has a true spirit of hospitality and was truly excited to help us plan our event. The space is an ideal layout for a wedding with plenty of space for a dance floor, seating and cocktail area. It ha a very urban feel with concrete columns white sheer drapes and soaring ceilings. We had 185 guests and it felt festive and not too crowded… especially during Covid. It was a beautiful fall day so we were able to open the garage door for a dramatic entry and to cool off the dance floor. The white sheer drapes, blue lights and added string lights were the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening. We brought in 200 votives and had flowers and lanterns on tables and it was beautiful! The bar staff were efficient and fun and we loved serving a signature cocktail out of the.other.bar!I also appreciated having everything bundled into one package for the rental and multiple options on the bar. It was a great value and turnkey.I loved hosting our reception at the Diamond Room and truly believe it is the best wedding venue in Omaha!

Went to a wedding here this summer. Absolutely beautiful! It was such a great space, the tables were beautiful but still plenty of room to get up and head to the dance floor. Location was also ideal as a guest it's right in the heart of downtown, so plenty hotels in walking distance. Hope to be back soon!!

Went to a wedding here this summer. Absolutely beautiful! It was such a great space, the tables were beautiful but still plenty of room to get up and head to the dance floor. Location was also ideal as a guest it's right in the heart of downtown, so plenty hotels in walking distance. Hope to be back soon!!

What a dream wedding I had at the Diamond Room!!!! The staff was so sweet and accommodating!!!! The outdoor area is very nice and so is the bridal area. We loved that feature about this venue. You can create any look you want for your wedding which is nice. We had the best experience.

Our wedding reception at The Diamond Room was everything we could have hoped for. The space is absolutely gorgeous and not terribly expensive considering the price of venues. Jennifer and Stephanie did a great job with making sure my day of vendors were contacted and knew exactly when they would be there to set up for the night. Jennifer was absolutely amazing leading up to the reception, making us feel at ease and prepared for the night. She was also amazing on the night of making sure everything when according to plan. I loved the diamond room and if I did it again, I would still choose this venue in a heart beat.

Stephanie, Theresa, and Jenny were all so accommodating, easy to contact, and helpful (especially with handling complications from COVID-19). PERFECT. This is the word I have been using to describe our entire wedding day to everyone. Stephanie at the Diamond Room was amazing. From the very beginning she was super helpful, easy to work with, always prompt to respond to emails and texts. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect (especially given the current circumstances with covid). She kept in contact and always gave us updates regarding covid rules and regulations. Everything with cost/payments was upfront and easy to understand. The actual space is perfect for a small or large wedding. Stephanie and her mom were incredible. PERFECT. This is the word I have been using to describe our entire wedding day to everyone. Stephanie at the Diamond Room was amazing. From the very beginning she was super helpful, easy to work with, always prompt to respond to emails and texts. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect (especially given the current circumstances with covid). She kept in contact and always gave us updates regarding covid rules and regulations. Everything with cost/payments was upfront and easy to understand. The actual space is perfect for a small or large wedding. Stephanie and her mom were incredible. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't change a single thing. 10000% recommend having your wedding/reception at the diamond room :)

We had 400 guests and were told by many that the space flowed perfectly, not crowded at all. So kudos to Stephanie! The catering options are also fantastic! So so delicious. We attended the Ultimate Wedding Experience hosted by the Diamond Room, it's an annual event, and this really helped us get a feel for what a wedding would be like in the space. It was a great event and I would highly recommend you go check it out. Overall, we were very happy with this venue and are glad we chose them to host our wedding reception!

Oh my goodness! I cannot go on enough about how amazing Stephanie and the staff is as the diamond room! Not only do they have a gorgeous open venue (with seasonal doors to open pending weather) but they are very easy to work with! Stephanie did an amazing job helping my husband and I have our dream wedding while the bartending staff took care of each and every guest. Our wedding was almost 3 weeks ago and were still getting compliments on the venue, set up, and everyone loved the fact we were able to open up the garage doors that opened up the venue feel and the dance floor to outside :) highly recommend!

I was over the typical rustic feel of weddings that have blown up over the past few years, so we went with a completely modern/industrial feel. The Diamond Room was so flexible with our decor! Also the owners, Stephanie and Theresa, were so great to work with. I will say that it was a bit on the spendy side as far as venue rental, bar prices and the add-on services that they offer (photo booth, uplighting, etc.), but everything turned out beautiful!

I loved our reception venue! There are so many things that are unique about The Diamond Room. Our New Years Eve Wedding was a smashing success thanks to this venue and their entire crew! Steph and Theresa do incredible things to make sure you are taken care of. We were able to create our dream vision inside the Diamond Room with no reservations from the staff. We loved being able to work with Steph and Theresa! They are both very accommodating and easy to work with! I highly recommend the Diamond Room for any event you need!

The.diamond.room is such a beautiful and fun place to have a wedding reception, and we are so thankful we chose this as our venue! The space was ample and the vibe was cool, and we got lucky enough to have great weather so that the garage doors could open for a dance party that continued out onto the patio! We had such a wonderful time at The Diamond Room, and it was in large part to the hard work that Stephanie and Theresa put in. We had both our ceremony and our reception here, so it required a little more preparation than normal. They were so great during the planning process and allowed us to make the experience uniquely our own, while working alongside us and our other vendors. They were readily available to answer questions at any time, were informative, and on the day of they made sure everything ran completely smooth. The venue is also in a perfect location in downtown Omaha, close enough to walk to nearby bars, restaurants, and hotels, which was important for our out-of-town guests. They have a vast selection on their bar menu and offer three different caterers to choose from, which is a rare find downtown. I would absolutely use the.diamond.room for another event, they were wonderful!

My fiancé and I live in the Old Market and have been walking to the College World Series for the past 2 years. Every time we walked past the Diamond Room he would always say how awesome it looked and what a perfect location it was and that if we ever got married, that's where he would want to do our reception. We got engaged and decided that since his heart was set on it, we would have our reception there. Working with Stephanie and Theresa was amazing. They are both so sweet and so excited to be a part of your day! They are incredibly flexible as far as setting up meetings and getting payments. You can do almost all of the payments online or you can bring them your money if you're more comfortable with that. They have a ton of options as far as caterers, lighting, activities, etc. I loved that they made it such an easy process, it all felt very laid back but I also felt comfortable that the day would turn out beautifully. My biggest concern was that since we were married on a Friday, I wouldn't be able to see what the room looked like until we made our grand entrance. Stephanie assured me that she would make sure everything looked exactly as we had discussed and she was right. We walked in and the lights were perfect, the food was set up, the tables looked beautiful with their centerpieces, I could go on and on. Bartenders were so nice too and they make great drinks! Bottom line, they made our night amazing and everyone has been saying that it was one of the best receptions they've ever been to. Thank you Stephanie and Theresa for being so wonderful during our planning process and our wedding reception. I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. They get back to you promptly and are excited to become involved in your wedding. Loved it!

The Diamond Room is simply the BEST reception hall downtown! Stephanie and Theresa are professional, informative and truly want you to have the best wedding! They will go above and beyond. This new venue is definitely a blank canvas. I have seen many different styles of receptions there and they were all unique. It can be transformed into something modern or more traditional (which is what we did). There are so many different accommodations to make it your own and the possibilities are endless. Creating Atmosphere and Stephanie created my vision and it was truly breathtaking! The garage doors and the patio just add to features! My guests spent a ton of time after it got dark on the patio enjoying the beautiful Omaha cityscape! What a cool amenity! The staff working at the diamond room were amazing as well. They made sure that our guests were happy. Another thing that drew us to this venue is the atmosphere around The Diamond Room. It's right in middle of The Centurylink Center, The Hilton, The Mattress Factory, TD Ameritrade Park and The Blatt. Guests have the options of fun places to hang out or to stay within walking distance! Everything about this venue is worth it and our guests had no complaints! They didn't want to leave :). Stephanie (Manager) HI! I'm Stephanie and I am the Managing Director of the.diamond.room! My background is in Marketing, but as of Jan. 2015 I started in the event business. My family and I had a dream to own a venue and when we found this space, we couldn't pass it up. So, here we are! I am very passionate about helping couples to create a memorable experience for their wedding day. Our space is set-up to be your blank canvas! Every event has it's own unique flair and I love seeing everything pull together . I'm so excited to have chance to help you plan your big day!
