Located in Westminster, CO, The Establishment at Bradburn Village is a banquet hall venue that hosts all types of celebrations, specializing in custom weddings. The Establishment at Bradburn Village contains a choice of event spaces for couples and their guests to enjoy. The Briaoni Ballroom is ideal for large gatherings, accommodating 355 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 300 for a seated, banquet-style meal. This property boasts a second ballroom for more intimate events, such as ceremonies or cocktail hours. The Piersen Lounge and Madison Boardroom are the perfect get-ready rooms that can be combined or sectioned off from each other for privacy between the couple as they prepare for the big day! . The outdoor Franki Terrace is also available as a beautifully landscaped ceremony location or an exquisite space for cocktail receptions just off the Briaoni Ballroom. These spaces can be reserved together, helping to promote a seamless flow for guests and creating ample room for your loved ones. The Establishment has a list of preferred caterers, however the option to bring in your own full-service caterer is available for an additional fee. The venue rental rates are inclusive of tables, chairs, yard games, onsite venue manager and more! Our in-house bar services allow for customized hosted or cash bar setups for your event. An all-inclusive package is also available upon request to make your planning process even easier!

Worst venue ever! They will raise prices after telling you a set price they won’t answer emails or phone calls. The bartender they HAD me use was so drunk he threw up all over and we had to shut down the bar for the night. They were giving tours while my fiancé was trying to get ready and having additional events the morning of as my planners were trying to set up for my wedding. This is a joke of a venue don’t have your events here and the owners are kind of rude.

Mauri was absolutely amazing!!!!! The venue is gorgeous on its own. We had a small intimate wedding reception and the space looked gorgeous! Mauri went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend the Establishment at Bradburn for any event you may need!!!!
