The Estate Salem on the Water is a gorgeous mansion in Salem, MA, perfect for wedding day celebrations. Initially built in 1978, the venue still maintains its original features and décor, making it a blast to the past. Located along a waterfront lot, this beautiful property boasts modern features with a rustic charm, perfectly preserved in its iconic game room, transporting you back to your childhood in an arcade. The Estate Salem on the Water features over 8,000 square feet in its interior, with an additional 1/2 acre of private land, including access to a crystal-clear waterside. Surrounding the house, you'll find a perfectly manicured lawn, decks, and a brand-new heated pool and lounge area for moments to relax. The real gem in this property is the arcade room which is full to the brim with vintage machines, including a claw machine where you can put your own wedding favors in as prizes to be won by your guests! You can invite up to 100 guests to enjoy this beautiful space with you on your wedding day, perhaps beginning with an open-air ceremony by the water, followed by a cocktail hour in the lounge area for your guests while you take advantage of the stunning vistas for your photoshoot. There is also a living room, an indoor circular bar, and a kitchen for catering and bartending needs. The venue provides parking for 20 vehicles, and for larger crowds, the team can arrange transportation or offsite parking for your loved ones. You can host your ceremony and reception in this backyard venue, where you will have the amenities to enhance your day, including a pool, spa, and indoor bar for your entertainment. There are also dressing rooms, bathrooms, and other areas of respite for your loved ones to take a moment to themselves. Pricing is based on the day & time of your event and the total number of people including any outside vendors. Example pricing for property rental up to 9 hours total on a Saturday would be: $3,000 - 30 People max $3,500 - 40 People max $4,000 - 50 People max $4,500 - 60 People max $5,000 - 70 People max $5,500 - 80 People max $6,000 - 90 People max $6,500 - 100 People max (we cannot allow more than 100 people total) *10% Discount for Friday/Sunday & 20% Discount for Monday-Thursday! *Additonal 10% off for last-minute availability / bookings within 3 months! Pricing includes host/cleaning fee: -staff to help direct people where to park -trash barrels / recycle bins, disposal -cleanup of floors, counters, bathrooms -help bringing things in for setup, arranging furniture -help breaking down -help arrangement of furniture, TVs (we can help you setup Picture or Video slideshows), sound setup -arcade room w/access to claw machine to put in your own prizes -up to 6 Bathrooms -indoor bar (properly licensed & insured bartender req'd) -use of kitchen, refrigerator
