We just got married at TGM this past weekend and it could not have gone better! Anna Watterworth works exclusively with the venue (and their sister venue Ella's Vineyard) and let me tell you, she was the sweetest, sassiest, most competent wedding planner I could've ever asked for!!! She thought of everything and made the day so special and seamless, we literally could not have done it without her. Everyone at the wedding was so impressed by her level of presence and commitment and the level of ease with which she pulled off even the most complicated moves. She had great friendships with the vendors I hired, was very protective of my needs as the bride, was a total superhero with all of our guests, and was especially fun and engaging with the kids in our wedding party. TGM is so, so lucky to have her.The venue itself is gorgeous and stacked with everything you'll need, and it's so affordable for what you actually get. Our entire wedding party stayed at the venue all weekend as we had that big Victorian house to ourselves from Friday at noon until Sunday at 11. We feel amazing about our choice and bet you will too.

Our wedding at The Grace Maralyn was amazing from the booking process all the way through when we checked out. They have a very responsive team and the house and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The venue is very reasonably priced with a day of coordinator included. Our day of coordinator was Anna and we couldn't be more impressed with her and her team. From setting up tables and chairs to keeping everyone on schedule, they really go above and beyond to make your day less stressful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful venue to anyone.

Our wedding at The Grace Maralyn was amazing from the booking process all the way through when we checked out. We loved the Grace Maralyn for our wedding venue! Kat, the owner, was so sweet and helped us navigate wedding planning and the add in of having a day of coordinator- WOW. Anna, our coordinator was amazing and truly went above and beyond. The venue was stunning, the house was beautiful and it was so nice to have the whole weekend on property and it truly limited the stress of wedding day! The only thing is that the property doesn’t have a great rain plan so if it does rain I would inquire further about getting some hay or renting some sort of flooring because we got very muddy (but that made it so fun!) The photo booth was such a blast and a great hit. I would highly recommend working with this venue!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at The Grace Maralyn and it was beyond perfect. The owners were responsive from the beginning and it’s definitely the most affordable venue in most of SLO county. We highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to have their wedding and reception in one place. The bar was super cute and fun, the barn was a big hit and adds a trendy accessory. The girls and I stayed in the house on property and the boys stayed in the groomsmen suite on property which were also super nice!!

The Grace Maralyn was the perfect venue for us. We wanted a place where our bridal party could stay the whole weekend that offered an upscale rustic feel and they did not disappoint. The grounds and house were beautiful and well maintained. Katherine was responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and planning process. Our day-of coordinator was accommodating, running the timeline and set-up/tear down. Everything included in the price made this a very affordable and excellent decision for us.

It’s newly renovated and gorgeous! So many people said the venue was so beautiful! Katherine was also incredibly kind and helpful with whatever questions we had along the way which gave us so much piece of mind. The coordinators really allowed us to be present and calm on our day after a thorough rehearsal and the staff that set up and broke down the chairs and tables did so super efficiently. Everything went so smoothly and we would recommend this venue to everyone.

The Grace Maralyn estate is one of the most gorgeous wedding venues I have ever seen. Kat and Josh are extremely helpful and attentive. The venue comes with a day of coordinator as well. I was working with Sarah, and she was a life saver. I went into this thinking I could do it myself without a planner, but she was amazing and the wedding would have been a lot rockier if it were not for her help during the event.The house is also amazing, and my whole bridal party loved staying in the house.This venue is definitely worth a look if you are looking for a barn setting!

Our wedding experience with the Grace Maralyn Estate was exceptional! We got married on January 22nd. It was colder at night, but with heaters and lots of dancing our guests were happy and having fun the whole time. Katherine, the owner, was wonderful to work with throughout planning our reception. I never felt stressed out or worried that the day would come together as planned. She was very accommodating, and helped us get tables and chairs out earlier than expected. This was a huge help for our coordinator! The venue itself was BEAUTIFUL. All of our guests loved it. They all enjoyed how pretty it looked with the string lights inside and outside of the barn. Guests loved the photo booth and the venue even provided cute props to take photos with! The house was a wonderful place for our bridal party to get together the night before the wedding, and it was so nice to be able to spend the night of the wedding right on site. There was plenty of parking and signs to help guests get where they were going. We truly had a wonderful experience working with you Grace Maralyn and would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married!

My husband and I were incredibly impressed by our experience at Grace Maralyn! The venue was recommended to us by 2 friends who were married there before us and had nothing but great things to say. Katherine took us on a video tour of the property, since we lived out of town, and we booked it! When we saw the property for the first time the day before the wedding, we were so impressed! Leading up to the big day, Katherine was very accommodating, patient, and an overall pleasure to work with. We were just married in Sept 2021, and the property was gorgeous- so green and lush. On behalf of our guests, they were grateful we chose a venue that had everything outdoors- as we were married during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone felt safe and the venue was very clean. We also were the first group to utilize the new, second housing option on the property which worked out perfectly for the guys to get ready in during the day and for us as newlyweds to sleep that night. The price is next to none for all that you get- tables, chairs, photobooth, day of coordinator, a house that sleeps 14, and a location to host the rehearsal!!! I mean it when I say, The Grace Maralyn is the best venue to host your wedding on the central coast. We had quite a few people who attended who lived local to the area and had attended many weddings in SLO/Atascadero and they could not stop raving about this property. It is intimate yet spacious, green and peaceful, and on a quiet road tucked back- providing such privacy! I could go on... but I'll just affirm you that going with the Grace Maralyn Estate would be a decision you will not regret. When we toured the Grace Maralyn venue for the first time, we immediately knew it was where we were going to get married. Katherine and Josh were super helpful, answered all of our questions, and were easy to talk to. The price of the venue included so much that it was honestly an amazing deal. Everyone from our bridal party lives out of town so it was awesome that they had a place to stay during the entire weekend. It was also so nice being able to set up and have our rehearsal dinner at the venue so that we didn’t have to worry about finding a different venue and then bringing everything over the morning of the wedding. Allie was our day-of coordinator and I seriously can’t imagine the wedding going as smoothly as it did without her. The entire day she was one step ahead of me and got everything set up while I got ready. She was a life saver and so helpful! So many people talked about how gorgeous the venue was, we didn’t really even need decorations it’s so beautiful on it’s own. The photo booth was also a huge hit. We really appreciate how accommodating they were with everything going on (we got married in October of 2020) and if we were getting married again we wouldn’t think twice about doing it here. We had so much fun and it was a weekend we will never forget.

The Grace Maralyn was the absolute best place we could have picked for our wedding venue! From the start Josh was quick to schedule a tour with me and answer the endless amount of questions I seemed to have. All of the information provided upfront, including a preferred vendor list made planning our wedding from a different state extremely stress free! Once it became apparent our June wedding was not going to happen the way we envisioned because of covid, Katherine worked with us to make the very best of the situation. My husband and I felt like they cared about how covid was affecting us too. They helped make our big wedding turned very small ceremony transition feel very smooth. Their day of coordinator Molly was also a dream to work with!! I cannot give this girl enough praise for helping even our small ceremony come together so smoothly! We cannot wait to go back next year for our reception where we get to go back to this gorgeous venue and work with all of these amazing people again!

He and his wife have done an incredible job setting up a venue that not only looks spectacular, but makes it simple to coordinate and “plug in” a wide variety of vendors. In particular, we loved being able to stay on site before and after the wedding, taking the stress out of getting to and from the venue and allowing us more time to hang out with the bridal party.We also loved working with Molly, she was the perfect day-of coordinator who kept us on schedule both leading up to and throughout the day. Molly was incredibly responsive and informative as we worked with her the month our so leading up to the wedding. We went into the day with full confidence that she knew all the day of details and our priorities, and she didn’t disappoint! She kept us stress free and laughing all day.The professionalism of the TGM staff and the amazing photos you can get on the hill behind the venue make The Grace Maralyn a must book wedding venue. Wow, I am not even sure where to start, everything was absolutely incredible. My husband and I are madly in love with the Grace Maralyn they were very professional leading up to the wedding, emailed us ahead of time for information they need it for the day to go smoother! They have endless locations for bride and groom portraits. Even a spot for the groom and his boys to get ready, you don’t find that at to many venues and let me start about Molly, she is the day coordinator and she is by far the best day Coordinator that we have ever worked with. She was so attentive the day of the wedding and had a smile ear to ear! She was always to be found and was ahead of schedule. I literally just wanted to pack her up and put her in my bag and take her with me lol You will not regret your experience at the Grace Maralyn venue:)

She was so attentive the day of the wedding and had a smile ear to ear! She was always to be found and was ahead of schedule. I literally just wanted to pack her up and put her in my bag and take her with me lol You will not regret your experience at the Grace Maralyn venue:)

This venue comes with everything. The day of coordinator is great. The house is comfy and has so much room to get ready in. It’s the perfect package for the perfect price if you want a garden themed wedding. Also it has a barn for dancing! And it comes with a photo booth. What’s not to like?!?

I found the Grace Maralyn Estate while searching for wedding venues. When I found it online, I thought \"Oh my gosh, what a beautiful place!\" When my now husband and I went to go see the venue, we fell in love. We had a larger guest count and were worried about the space, we had just under 200 guest and it was perfect! We were somewhat concerned with the smaller area, but it was PERFECT! The barn doors open on either side and really allow for a great open feeling. Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was! The roses around the property had bloomed, and everything was so green and lush. It was especially nice to have the house on site for the bridal party. Oh, and let's talk about the beautiful oak trees on top of the hill for photo opportunities! SO GORGEOUS! Our photographers loved it!! The Grace Maralyn was a beautiful venue and we would choose it over and over again!

The Grace Maralyn was the perfect wedding venue for me and my husband. We actually booked the venue with them after seeing it via Facetime since we don't live in the area. We could not have been happier with how the weekend turned out. We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at this one site. There was plenty of room in the house on site to get ready. It's great having access to the venue the entire weekend (Friday-Sunday). Weddings can be so expensive, but I felt like this is one of the best values I found in the San Luis Obispo area. The venue includes a huge Victorian house that sleeps up to 14 people, beautiful lawn area/garden, and a unique rustic barn. The bar is also very well done and was well loved by all throughout the weekend. The venue is entirely outdoors (other than the barn which is the perfect size for dancing) and is so beautiful it didn't need any decorating. We had a florist do center arrangements and a friend do signs, but other than that we left it all as is. We had 120 guests and it felt like their was plenty of space but also intimate. They also provide all the tables and chairs (up to 200) so you don't have to worry about renting those. There is a photo booth included from 7pm-10pm which was a lot of fun. Molly, the day of coordinator, was so helpful with little tips such as advising us to get a book that people could put their photo booth photos and messages in. One of the best parts about the venue, was truly the people we worked with. Molly, Josh, and Katherine are all such great people. They were incredibly cool, calm, and knowledgeable. I felt like once we knew the questions we needed to ask, they had all the answers and more. We felt they went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly and we are truly grateful. Not only did we love the venue, but every vendor we encountered repeatedly told us that this was their favorite venue to work at and I felt like that says a lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at the Grace Maralyn!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner and the coordinator was very easy and they were very responsive. Wonderful venue, amazing value! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our October wedding. Everyone from the owners to their site coordinators were easy to work with and incredibly responsive. The location was easy to get to, lots of extras were included in the price and the property has so many options for pictures. The bar, barn and lawn area were so much fun and our guests continued to rave about how beautiful, classic and fun our venue was. The bistro lights over the lawn area gave a wonderful warm glow that made the transition from afternoon to evening feel cozy and warm. We also loved the house on the property which allowed us to have our entire wedding party stay with us. It was spacious and well appointed making it very easy to feel at home. I just got married on 8.18 and I used this venue for my wedding. What an amazing deal of a location. It felt like home the entire time and the venue owner and his staff were a joy to work with. You can tell this venue keeps it all in the family and it makes the whole experience feel like home. It was easy to book, Josh kept me informed and got back to my emails months leading up to the wedding. I was able to make payments which also helped my budget. All around it was such an easy, fun and memroable venue.

This venue is beautiful and I felt like I got a lot for my money compared to other venues. Josh is very nice and easy to work with. It would have been more helpful if the barn was open the whole time you could set up Friday and it the tables could've been out on the grass the day before as well. My wedding day was 105* so I wish there was more shade from trees. A swamp cooler and/or industrial fan in the barn would be a good investment. They have high school aged surfer looking guys that started to clean up chairs at like 930pm and I had to tell them to stop. One last suggestion would be more paved area outside the barn. It was overall a good experience and a really pretty place to get married. All my guests loved it. We were able to house the entire bridal party also, which was great. Good for rustic weddings. Minimal decor needed. Photo booth was a big hit!

We recently had our wedding at The Grace Maralyn Estates on May 6, 2017 and it beyond exceeded our expectations and dreams. From the gorgeous property, to the spectacular house, to the perfect barn, it was a wedding dream come true. But most importantly, the staff made it all come together for us. Lindsey, the coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was seamless and perfect. Beacause of her, we were able to relax and enjoy such a stressfull and busy day. She was such a sweetheart to work with and we were blessed to have her. The owners were extremely accomodating and personable and made our overall stay comfortable and inviting. We cannot thank them enough for allowing us to create our biggest memories on their estate. It didn't feel like we just rented a venue for our wedding, it felt like home!

The Grace Maralyn was one of the least expensive options for a central coast wedding with a barn on the property (it is a recent addition to the venue scene, having began business in 2010), but prices had already gone up by the 2012 wedding season end. We had access to the barn, the lawn, and the house (2 stories with a full kitchen and wrap around porch) on the property which slept 14. Our family stayed from Thursday - Sunday (we made an entire weekend out of our wedding), and it had its share of unforgettable moments. The grounds easily accommodated our 150 guests, and the venue provided chairs for the ceremony and tables for the reception. The contract included a projector and screen for our hilarious slide show, as well as a photo booth built in to the barn (which saved us a lot). We were also assigned a \"day-of\" coordinator for the wedding (whose primary role we assume was to move things along), but her demeanor was questionable, as many guests asked if we hired her or if she simply had to be there as a precautionary measure. Other than that, it was a no-worries wedding. We had the estate cleaned up and were off the premises by 1pm the day after the wedding, and we promptly received our pet deposit from the proprietors (it was dog friendly)! I had been informed that the place had been booked solid for the entire summer, and that we were the last scheduled wedding of the year, so while we were overwhelmed with excitement and anticipation, we occasionally waited a while for returned correspondence from the owners. We booked the venue about 8 months in advance, which gave us time to plan out all of our details. Overall, we put in a lot of love and effort to make this place reflect us; everyone came together and pitched in with flowers and banners and accoutrements . . I'd say if you want a low maintenance DIY intimate wedding, this venue is a solid choice.

The Grace Maralyn Estate and Gardens is a beautiful place to get married. It is located in-between Atascadero and Santa Margarita California. There is a beautiful Victorian Style house with a great barn and huge yard. I had my ceremony in the yard with a huge oak tree in the background, just what I wanted. Also the barn is equipped with a bar, sound system and projected for slide shows. The Morris's, the owners, are very accommodating and will do anything to make your day go perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to get married at. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The Morris Family (Owner) After being in the wedding industry for over 10 years, we decided to create a venue that would provide an intimate place for friends and family to spend a weekend of celebrating. We bought the property in 2010 and named the estate after our daughter, Grace Maralyn.As Grace has been a blessing in our lives, our hope is that this property is a source of joy to all who stay here – that memories are made, stories shared and families united in love and laughter.
