The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is a full-service wedding venue located in Whitefish, MT. The tranquil lodge is surrounded by wooded mountains and the sparkling water of Whitefish Lake while maintaining the convenience of being minutes away from town. The serenity of nature provides the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and scenic big day. Currently booking 2024. This venue has the perfect space for your event, whatever the style or size. There are various options for your ceremony, such as the lakeside lawn for an open-air celebration with a stunning background. Alternatively, the Lakeside Pavilion offers 2,100 square feet of space with windowed walls that you can open or close to your liking. This pavilion is multifunctional and can also be transformed into a reception area to comfortably seat 100 of your loved ones. Draped ceilings and spectacular views of the water make this a superb choice. If you'd prefer a ballroom setting, you and up to 300 guests can enjoy an evening of fine dining and dancing with over 8,000 square feet of indoor banquet space. This space can also be divided into two areas if you wish to also hold your ceremony here. There are smaller rooms available for more intimate weddings. Multiple spacious suites and luxury cabins are available for guests to rest their heads after a night of celebrating. Our wedding weekend at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake was everything we imagined it would be. Andrea Phillips was amazing to work with, and was a calming presence during what could have easily turned into a stressful situation. The banquet staff (shout out Mary!) were all so nice and on top of food, drinks, everything our guests wanted and needed. We were lucky enough to have absolutely amazing weather, and our outdoor ceremony and reception was perfect. We had about 80 out of town guests stay at the Lodge during our wedding weekend, and each one immensely enjoyed their stay. Montana is a very special place for our family, and our wedding at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake just solidified our love of this state. You can't go wrong having your wedding here!

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We got married there July 2021 and from the planning with Andrea, the event coordinator, the Lodge staff, to the venue everything was seamless and a dream come true!! We will definitely be making this an added spot on our vacation list for the future!!

Allison at the Lodge at Whitefish is absolutely amazing!! She made our wedding day and the planning experience an absolute dream. She and the staff at the lodge are so friendly. She replied to my emails quickly and efficiently. She always answered all my questions and offered very good ideas. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Our wedding day was everything I could dream of and more!

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake made the wedding of our dreams come true! My husband's family has always loved the Lodge for their vacations and when we decided to get married in Whitefish, it was truly the only place for us. I cannot thank Kim & Allison enough! They were so caring and informative throughout our whole planning process. All of our guests were technically out of towners and I know that they had an incredible experience at our wedding because of the Lodge's hospitality and elegance. The food was incredible, bartenders made wonderful cocktails and the grounds for our wedding were just gorgeous! If I had to do our wedding all over again, I would choose the Lodge at Whitefish Lake time and time again! You will not regret your experience!

We can't begin to thank and praise the entire team at The Lodge at Whitefish lake for not only making our wedding a day we will never forget but giving all of our guests a weekend they won't forget. Leading up to the wedding Kim and her team were available whenever we needed them and our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did with Allison and Amy. Our guest had nothing but praise for the venue itself, wonderful rooms and amazing service. We would HIGHLY recommend The Lodge to all couples looking for a venue in the Whitefish area!

Our wedding at the Lodge was amazing! We got married on the lawn overlooking Whitefish Lake and our reception was in the Pavilion. It is an absolutely gorgeous setting. All of the staff that helped with our big day were friendly, professional and super helpful. Kim was so helpful in coordinating everything for us leading up to our big day, and the day of coordinator Emily was fantastic and kept everything on track! The food was terrific and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are large, clean and cozy and the amenities are amazing . All of our guests loved staying here. I would definitely recommend getting married here. It is a beautiful spot for a wedding!

My daughter was married on August 5 with an outdoor ceremony and reception. For her, the venue was love at first sight, and for perfectly obvious reasons. The setting and the resort are spectacular.Because of that, they do a lot of weddings. Believe me, it shows. I won't tell you not to stress, because you will, but take some solace in this. These people know what they're doing. And come wedding day, you will have Emily. That woman is an absolute marvel. Lots of fun, totally in control, and somehow everywhere at once. I thought our wedding was the best I have ever seen, and to no small degree, she is the reason.Do yourself a favor. Book this venue. It's worth every penny.

The overall vibe and quality of The Lodge was fantastic; it was everything we were hoping for. We were able to hold our wedding ceremony and reception in front of some amazing scenery, our guests enjoyed the luxurious comforts at The Lodge, and the staff helped us customize the whole day to fit our needs. The on-site wedding coordinators are top-notch. I'm convinced they could put on a stellar wedding with their eyes closed. We planned this wedding from afar, and sometimes it seemed difficult to get a timely response from the events staff--especially in the week or two leading up to the wedding. But once we arrived at The Lodge, we realized it was because they had an event to coordinate every single day. At that point, it was hard to blame them for less-than-speedy email responses. Plus, by the time we did our final walk-through with the coordinators, we knew they'd be able to handle everything without a problem. We especially appreciated everything Emily and Kim did to help us with the big day!

We went before peak season, and had a really hard time getting a hold of the concierge. But after we realized we were on our own we had a great time with the plans we made for ourselves. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had a great lakeside view from the room. Not the best massage I've ever had, but relaxing non the less.\rWould definitely go back for an anniversary or just because, but will make sure to arrange everything we want to do with the concierge when I have her attention, and will not try to track her down during our stay.\rWe stayed for three nights, golfed, relaxing, and went into Glacier National park.\rAte at the lodge a few times, and the food was great, but there's not a huge selection.\rWill venture out and try some other places in Whitefish next time.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake was the perfect spot for the wedding ceremony & reception. The staff works extremly hard to make sure everything goes correctly, especially the day of staff! The wedding was gorgeous and was well worth the cost.
