There is so much I could say about The Manor! This was the second venue that we had toured and the moment we pulled up to the property I was sold. The house gives such a homey feeling and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the front door! The venue is absolutely gorgeous in the daytime, but truly comes alive at night. Steve, Rebecca and Ashton were all amazing, so accommodating and they treated us like family, before we even signed our contract. I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over again!

There is so much I could say about The Manor! This was the second venue that we had toured and the moment we pulled up to the property I was sold. This venue was the best choice I could’ve made for my wedding day! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. They even tend the campfire if you bring wood (we had a s’mores bar)! The Manor at 12 Oaks has an elegant, modern farmhouse atmosphere that is clean and the perfect backdrop for picturesque photos. This venue has several backup ceremony sites if weather is unfavorable and a huge outdoor patio. We had our bar and food inside and everything else on the patio area. There are even relaxing and roomy areas designated for bridal party and groomsmen getting ready. Just everything I wanted and more! 12/10

The Manor at 12 Oaks is a beautiful venue, but the best part of the Manor is the amazing staff; Rebecca and Steve. They are there for any and all questions and requests. We had drastic change of plans for the weekend due to unusual cold and rainy November weather (a nor-easter came through Florida). Rebecca and Steve worked with us to make it different than we planned, but an event our guests raved about and my daughter was delighted with. Thank you so much!!

Austin and I got married here just a couple weeks ago and we would not have had it any other way. This venue is so beautiful, and Rebecca and Steve work really hard to keep the place running wonderfully and are so so kind. Rebecca and I remained in close contact for over a year leading up to our big day, and she always could ease my mind or my worries leading up to the day of. The ceremony and reception sites are both located outside, with the indoor space in the house limited, so weather is important to keep in mind. We luckily didn't need a tent, but the venue has a relationship with a rental company that can get you a tent last minute for a better price should you need one. Even with our wedding being right on the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, we wouldn't have had it any other way!!

Having our wedding at The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm was by far the best thing we did besides say yes! From the beginning we felt like family and any idea we had for our wedding they made sure to make it into a reality! I’d always feared rain on my wedding day but the alternate plan at the manor was one that made me sure even with rain my wedding would be perfect! The bridal suite and grooms cabin was what set The Manor apart from all of the other locations we visited. Both areas were perfect for our large wedding party and it gave me all the feels knowing while I got ready my future hubby was not far! Rebecca and Steve are the best hosts and truly want you to have the fairy tale event you have always dreamed of! To give you a picture of how much they care, it rained on our big day and we were concerned about run off from the tent where the bridal party would be entering the wedding, Steve said he would take care of it and for me not to fret at all. Twenty minutes later I looked out the window and see him on the roof (in the rain) placing bricks on the roof to hold the tent over the building so there would be no rain! If that isn’t the best customer service I don’t know what is! We truly consider them family and will never forget how they made all of me wedding dreams a reality!

The Manor was absolutely amazing. From the moment my husband and I found it, we fell in love. The website does not give it justice. Go see this place in person! You will be blown away. The staff will make you feel like family and are willing to help you with all your planning needs. We will never be able to thank them enough for all they did to make our day perfect!
