The Pearl at Crawford Farm is an enchantingly rustic wedding venue located in Hamilton, MO. Situated on a ridge overlooking Tom Creek valley and just one mile south of Hamiton, the property is conveniently accessible from Highway 13. The venue is owned and operated by Lana Crawford and her husband, John. Together, the pair have worked tirelessly to transform this unique destination into the paradise it is today. With their bare hands, Lana and John helped build The Pearl, a traditional mid-1800’s style barn. They are excited to welcome you and your guests to what is sure to be an unforgettable milestone celebration. Upon your arrival, you and your party will be escorted to the private get-ready facilities. Here, you can prepare for the aisle in comfort with all the essentials you might need at your fingertips. The property is majestic in all seasons and its outdoor event spaces are perfect for hosting a special wedding ceremony. In the summer, your backdrop might be grassy meadows, dense woodland, and a tranquil pond while winter weddings are a snowy wonderland. The Pearl is perfect for your reception. Built with a traditional structure, this barn exudes a sense of old-world charm. Made from dark oak timber, the interior feels cozy and rustic while an elegant chandelier provides a dash of modern opulence to a romantic ambiance. The Pearl at Crawford Farm offers a selection of wedding packages that differ according to the time of year you intend on hosting your wedding. However, your rental of the property entitles you to a full-service collection of benefits, furniture, decor, and more. The most beautiful location for a venue that exceeds all expectations. This venue is outstanding the owners John and Lana go out their ways to provide such easy guidance and help with each step you take in planing a wedding.. this wedding and reception was for my daughter, who wanted a classic chic and a venue that was so outstanding with out effort to dress it up.. Lana was able to work with us remotely and was very helpful through the process, The Pearl at Crawford Farms is elegant plus the setting in the country just adds to all aspects for guests and photos its one of a kind that stands out almost other locations they take the stress out of your planning and allowed everyone who attended a magical night.

Our experience with this venue was amazing. No complaints. We were able to rent the venue for Friday and Saturday. This was perfect to be able to set up Friday day and use the space for our rehearsal dinner that night. Lana was great to work with and made sure to accommodate with anything needed. Being able to rent decor saved us a lot of money and hauling - definitely worth it. We got SO MANY compliments on how beautiful the venue was! I would recommend this venue to anybody, wedding or special event.

The rustic glam vibe was exactly what we were going for. We got married at the outdoor arbor to the side of the barn. Plus inside there’s an awesome bar set up, kitchen, and two rooms upstairs that are perfect for getting ready in the day of your ceremony.As if the venue itself isn’t enough, the owners (John and Lana) are two of the most kind and genuine people you will ever meet. We met with Lana a couple weeks before the wedding and when we showed up Friday for rehearsal she had everything set up exactly the way we had discussed. She was so helpful in helping us plan for vendors, set up, and unexpected obstacles we hadn’t even considered. She was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. She truly made the whole process stress free. She was someone who I looked forward to seeing throughout the planning process because she was so sweet and so helpful.There aren’t enough words to thank John and Lana for allowing us to borrow their beautiful venue for the best day of our lives!

My husband and I got married on July 30 of 2022 and absolutely LOVED working with Lana and her husband. They were extremely accommodating and made everything a breeze. The venue is beautiful inside and out, and because of this, we didn't need many decorations. Lana has a list of local vendors that have been there in the past, and this made finding a DJ, caterer, cake baker, florist, etc. SO easy! Everyone at our wedding kept complimenting how beautiful the venue was. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding and reception at The Pearl.

As the day-of wedding coordinator, I worked with them behind the scenes and can tell that these two truly care about each and every family they work with. They are kind, endlessly patient, and John seems to magically show up just when you need something or have a question. Plus Lana was extremely responsive to texts throughout the process.We pulled off a very successful wedding for 300 guests last night and it was amazing! Soooo grateful the bride chose The Pearl—everything was perfect!

I can’t say enough great things about The Pearl at Crawford Farm. The venue – beautiful, elegant, timeless. The experience – personal, efficient, and detailed. We got married in September outside at the newly finished arbor in front of green pines, with guests sitting in the shade of large beautiful Locust trees (a huge win for a hot day). The setting was gorgeous and everything we ever dreamed of. Our décor was minimal because the venue has so much natural beauty outside and craftsmanship and life inside. The planning process was made easy from the beginning with Lana’s responsiveness, preferred vendor list (we used 3 of The Pearl’s favorite vendors and were so pleased), and detailed communication with options for our big day. Our stress was minimized by the efficiency and knowledge of The Pearl team. The venue had all our must-have amenities: outdoor space for ceremony and happy hour, a large dance floor, a kitchen with ample space for caterers, a bar with commercial fridges for chilling drinks, bride/groom suites for getting ready, plenty of parking, and so much flexibility for making our day exactly what we dreamed of!

Our wedding day faced a few fluke accidents and unforeseen hiccups that were not the fault of anyone, these things just happen sometimes! Through it all, Lana and John were encouraging, accommodating, and provided so much peace of mind. They will keep any bride grounded in what truly matters, the fact that at the end of the day you'll be married to someone you love. The rest is gravy! And of course, in the end our wedding was absolutely magical, how could it not be, the place is every drop as beautiful as it looks, everything came together just as it was meant to be. The Peal was the perfect backdrop to the best day of our lives! We couldn't have asked for more.

We are from Illinois and she was looking for a place for her wedding where we wouldn't be limited on invites and would pretty sure be guaranteed to be able to have it during this time of Covid. The Crawfords were amazing to work with and made this whole process easy. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone needing a place to host an event. I have 4 daughters and would use it for all the other wedding we have in our future. :)

The Pearl was the first agreement and compromise and we couldn’t have done better! We visited lots of Barn style venues and they just didn’t check all the boxes but then we visited The Pearl! Bride and groom suites, indoor/outdoor option, climate control, and ya can’t beat how accommodating and pleasant Lana and John are! I had the best day ever at The Pearl!

The Pearl was the first agreement and compromise and we couldn’t have done better! We visited lots of Barn style venues and they just didn’t check all the boxes but then we visited The Pearl! Bride and groom suites, indoor/outdoor option, climate control, and ya can’t beat how accommodating and pleasant Lana and John are! I had the best day ever at The Pearl!

The Pearl at Crawford Farm was the first and only venue that we visited. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it in person. It’s such a quiet and serene location. It’s beautiful on the inside and outside. It was perfect for us. Our wedding was on Friday, September 18th during COVID. We had about 135 people in attendance and The Pearl was the perfect size! We were able to spread everyone out with the option for seating upstairs and downstairs. I had never wanted an outside wedding until I saw the outside of The Pearl and that’s exactly where we had the ceremony, but it was nice having that back up plan for an inside wedding if needed. They supply all tables and chairs and have the option to rent table cloths, which we did and it worked out great. They have decorations you can rent, but quite frankly The Pearl decorates itself. We basically just used flowers throughout the venue and loved the look. Lana was amazing to work with. The closer it got to our wedding day the more we worked with her. She walked through the day with us and brought up many things we hadn’t even thought about, but truly made our day run smoother. We couldn’t say enough great things about it. Get married at The Pearl! You won’t regret it. ❤️

My daughter got married at The Pearl on November 21st. As you can imagine, trying to hold a wedding during a pandemic presented challenges but Lana and her staff did an outstanding job. They worked with my daughter in every way, and made sure the venue was safe for all. Their caterer recommendation was excellent and all guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. Leading up to the actual wedding & reception did have it's share of stress and anxiety, but once we got there and got it going it was the wedding/party that my daughter and all of us had hoped for, and was an absolutely wonderful celebration!

I recently got married at this venue on August 1, 2020. Let me tell you, my day was incredible! The location is perfect, the venue is beautiful, and the atmosphere is refreshing. It made my special day feel magical! The owners are great! They are very responsive when needed and dealt with my last minute requests. I fully recommend this venue to anyone looking for a one of a kind, quite, and gorgeous place for their special day.

I recently got married at this venue on August 1, 2020. Let me tell you, my day was incredible! The location is perfect, the venue is beautiful, and the atmosphere is refreshing. It made my special day feel magical! The owners are great! They are very responsive when needed and dealt with my last minute requests. I fully recommend this venue to anyone looking for a one of a kind, quite, and gorgeous place for their special day.

The Pearl at Crawford FarmWow what a breathtaking venue! It's located in Hamilton Mo which is a small town near Cameron. We stayed in a hotel in Cameron which was about 10 minutes from the venue so we liked that there were hotels nearby for our guests. The Crawfords are the sweetest, down to earth people you will meet. They took care of us from the first time we met, to needing to reschedule our date (due to COVID), to our rehearsal and wedding day. Lana had a list of vendors she recommended and had worked with before which was really helpful in the planning process. They thought of everything which took a lot off of my plate. John even drove to help my husband who blew a trailer tire on his way to our rehearsal. These are the kind of people you want to work with on your big day!

An absolutely gorgeous venue with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. We were set on having a church wedding however once we toured The Pearl we realized we could have both the wedding and the reception in one place. It was the most serene and tranquil ceremony with birds singing in the background, a light breeze, fresh air, exceptional views with ample seating for all our guest under the pavilion. If you are looking for the perfect stress free venue THIS IS IT. The Pearl is so timeless and beautiful we were able to keep it simple and elegant all in one. Nothing could have made this wedding venue any more perfect! Not only is the venue in general absolutely gorgeous - perfect parts elegant and rustic, but it also fit 200 people more than comfortably! Lana & John Crawford are the sweetest hosts ever! They were there from beginning to end helping out wherever possible throughout the entire day. They were willing to make any type of adjustment or consideration in order for our day to be perfect. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, were always willing to make themselves available for us to visit the venue and had great recommendations on local vendors in the area. All our guests loved the venue! The architecture of the wedding barn was especially impressive to my family in construction. Highly recommend using The Pearl for your wedding or large event! I have nothing bad to say about it.

AWESOME venue! Wedding date - June 8th. My son (Ryan) and his finance (Kate) had planned an outdoor wedding on her parents property. Everything was ordered and ready to go - then it began to rain, and rain, and rain. Less than 2 weeks before the wedding, the property was so saturated that having a wedding on the property just wasn't going to be feasible. BY CHANCE, Kate's mom called The Pearl and spoke with Lana! (remember this is LESS THAN 2 wks before the wedding!!) OH MY ... we struck GOLD! They had an opening for June 7/8! Lana was so great to work with and the venue was absolutely stunning. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner went well and Ryan and Kate were able to have an outdoor wedding under the newly built pavilion with the reception inside.Pictures are beautiful - inside and outside! Everything was perfect! Better than we could have planned.Definitely an awesome experience.. especially on such short notice! Check out the video, call Lana and have a great wedding! You'll love it!!

This venue was absolutely amazing! The barn is set in the perfect location with a beautiful view from every vantage point. The gorgeous scenery and beautifully stained wood give you endless opportunities for stunning pictures! However, while the barn and scenery are to die for, it is the owners and their family that make this place so extremely special. They did everything in their power to ensure that our day was unique to us and exactly what we had always dreamt of! We are SO glad we chose The Pearl for our venue, and HIGHLY recommend you do the same!
