Ceremony & Reception Wedding Barn Venue
The Ridge View Barn is one of the most unique wedding barn venues in the Kent City, MI area. We have everything you need for your special day all at one location. Rents from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. This time can be used as you desire. You can do as you please for food either bring in your own or use a caterer of your choice. You can use whatever vendors you would like, we are not vendor picky. We do require a licensed bartender to serve alcoholic beverages and we also require special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Lots of fun photo op areas, yard games, a inside bar area along with a partially enclosed outside bar and a large fire pit area. Tables and chairs are included, dressing rooms and bathrooms. MANY AMENITIES!

The venue had it all, we went through an ownership change and this ladies maybe it as easy as possible and went above and beyond on the day of and reception. Anything we needed they were there to help and make everything run smoothly. We loved this venue and the barn there were so many extras that really make the day special.

Beautiful venue! There was tons of space for guests to spread out and enjoy the property. The space for the bridal party to get ready was one of my favorite parts! The three day rental is amazing and helps your wedding weekend run smoothly. The owners are so friendly and helpful! I still get compliments on how awesome the venue was.

The Ridge View Barn exceeded our expectations! Torri was extremely responsive and flexible. They made sure to help us with anything we needed while also giving space and hovering on our wedding day! The venue was not only beautiful but also extremely clean! The animals were an awesome addition to the venue that the guest loved! There was also absolutely no smell from the animals. I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

We got married here May 18, 2019. It was such a beautiful day and Sue, the owner made sure everything went as planned. What i loved was having the two barns so we didn’t have to worry about moving stuff in between and the three day rental makes it nice for set up and clean up. I would recommend this barn to everyone who wants a rustic yet beautiful wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about The Ridge View Barn! I wish I could replay my wedding, it was amazing! The landscaping, the pond, the ceremony barn, reception barn, cows, just everything is amazing! Sue was so easy to work with, she made sure everything was nice and clean and absolutely perfect for our day! The woman’s bathroom is a total add on, she has everything stocked in their that you would ever need; feminine products, deodorants ETC! You cannot beat their pricing, it’s worth every single cent! So many places to take beautiful pictures! The bridal room was comfy and acclimated perfectly for me & my girls! THE BAR! The bar was also an amazing bonus! Coolers, fridge, kegerator, etc! It was definitely a hangout spot! Another amazing bonus is the fire pit! I 100% recommended The Ridge View Barn, you WON’T be disappointed!

The Ridge View Barn was absolutely perfect!The two separate barns for ceremony and reception were so nice to have and so well set up! Having the rental for the weekend was so nice!Much easier for tear down and set up, and no extra rushing around! The owner's are absolutely wonderful, and were super helpful throughout the entire process! This venue had everything we could have wanted/needed! It is set up beautifully and I would highly recommend to anyone!Thank you Ridge View Barn for the perfect wedding day!

Such a beautiful place to get married. The owners are so kind accommodating. Having the barn for the entire weekend allowed for stress free decorating and clean up. The price was impossible to beat and allowed my husband and I to spend extra on details. Working toilets were a huge plus for our guests. The property and atmosphere helped make our day the best day ever! I would get married here all over again if I could 😉

Honestly could not pick a better venue! Best bang for your buck. They’ve thought of EVERYTHING and then some! So beyond helpful and just great to work with. They truly saved our wedding day when our original venue cancelled on us a month before our date!!! Cannot ever describe just how appreciative I am <3

Torri & Dylan Hawkins and kiddos (Owner) Hello there, I am Torri Hawkins! I have been married to my husband Dylan for 4 years now and we have 3 divas- Mylah, Brinley & Josie. Hosting weddings has been a dream of mine. We hope you enjoy our unique renovated gorgeous venue on our new family farm (dating back to 1871). I am a very detail orientated individual and I strive to make your day as seamless as possible. I stay in constant contact with my couples to ensure everything is set the way they want it. I am willing to help out with any Vendor options, decorating ideas etc... I love the whole wedding planning process! Lets chat 🥂
