We offer three beautiful venues, The Thompson House and Gardens, a vintage Victorian farm house in Bogart, Georgia. 9 Oaks Farm, a rustic barn venue, located in Monroe, Georgia 2425 Warehouse, an industrial warehouse with a woodsy ceremony meadow also located in Monroe Ga. My husband and I got married at the Thompson House in April and had the BEST time. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the house was - both the inside and outside spaces. We purchased the platinum package which booked us florals/decorations, a DJ, a director, and a bartender. Every one of those venders we worked with was great, especially Amber! Amber is so sweet and accommodating to any request or question you may have. Our flowers were so much better than we could have imagined. I went into the floral meeting with Amber not really knowing what colors or specifics I wanted and yet her and On nailed the details; our flowers were absolutely gorgeous! DJ Jamie Duvall with Classic City DJ had everyone dancing the whole night, and our bartender, Tyler, was amazing. Our director, Taylor, was perfect and kept everyone in line/on time and responded to any questions we had quickly!

We had our wedding at Thompson House & Gardens in October of 2023. It was a pretty venue; however, we felt the manager, Amber, was not communicative enough with us. The manager oversees 2 different venue sites and is the go-to contact for tours, contract negotiations, AND floral design for BOTH venues. The venue boasts that they “exclusively use Flowers by On, for all florals” to help bring brides’ floral visions to life. The inclusive floral package at Thompson House & Gardens cost us approximately $3000. We opted to use their florist, because it seemed like a trustworthy service that would simplify our wedding planning process. We had our design meeting with Amber one month before our wedding. We discussed floral colors and provided her with reference photos and a fabric swatch. We never had direct communication with “Flowers by On,” or the company owner, which is ambiguously listed as “On Guest”. The night of the rehearsal dinner we noticed that our floral arrangements were all assembled and lacked the mauve and blush colors that we had requested. I spoke with our coordinator and let them know that this was not what I had envisioned for our florals. They contacted Amber, and it was supposedly “handled.”The morning of our wedding, I walk into the venue, and noticed it smelled of paint. As I went into the reception area, I saw that the roses that had initially been a pale pink were now a Pepto-Bismol pink. I was aghast, appalled, and moved to tears. I asked Amber to please undo the change, as the initial arrangements were better. Amber told me that flower inventory was limited, and the change back might not be possible. I asked how we had limited inventory, and where all the roses from the night prior went. Amber informed me she had painted the roses from last night. I repeat, painted. Amber claimed that I okayed this change, which was false. I never would have agreed to alter the integrity of the roses with spray paint. I am still in shock that this was done without my explicit knowledge or approval. I ended up panicking and going out on the morning of my wedding to other floral shops trying to find a solution. I ended up buying over one hundred dollars’ worth of Publix and ingles roses. All in all, the flowers for my wedding seemed very generic and not at all what I had envisioned. Thompson House advertises itself as being the ultimate wedding venue, but, you end up overpaying for a basic rustic venue. If you are okay with sub-par communication, last minute changes, generic floral arrangements, and a lack of attention to detail, this venue will work for you. I did let the venue know of my disappointment, but they were adamant that they could not control floral colors. I stand by the fact that something as major as painting roses should have been disclosed to me prior to irreversibly altering them. Based on this, I believe we deserved a refund for some of the florals, which they refused to provide. There is also no way the flowers we got were worth $3000. I would have expected a higher quality product for the exorbitant price. The lack of accountability and communication was also ridiculous on the part of the venue.

My husband and I got married at Thompson House and Gardens, and we (along with all of our guests) LOVED how everything turned out. This venue is genuinely so gorgeous and the combination of the beauty of indoor AND outdoor space is definitely hard to beat! Everyone raved about how beautiful the place was after our wedding! We also loved the bridal and groom suites upstairs. Although this venue was perfect in regards to the space itself, there were a few minor issues with the logistics. First, on the day of our rehearsal and wedding there were some staff members that I had never met before. One of these women in particular, whose name I cannot remember, was VERY rude. Just know that it was not Amber, as she is AMAZING! If you have to speak with anyone here about anything, totally let it be her because she will go out of her way to help you out. She made our entire process up to our wedding day easy and stress free. On the other hand, the other woman was extremely rude on multiple occasions to not only us, but also our guests and family, which made everyone super uncomfortable. She severely lacked professionalism, and made multiple uncomfortable comments. She asked our family members and bartender to give her alcohol throughout the night. At the end of the night, she rushed us out and was unbelievably rude to our family members, even going as far as demanding a tip from someone. Every other member of this staff (including the owner) was amazing and helpful in every single way possible, and I really do want to emphasize that because I truly do believe that the other terrific members of this staff strongly outweighed the one bad apple. Another downfall was that on the wedding day (right before my ceremony, in fact) I was told that we had to have all of our stuff out of the bride and groom suites before 8 o’clock. This really bothered me, because I wasn’t notified of this beforehand so I had not made the time in my schedule before 8 to do this. I did feel like this was a little unfair considering I was paying to use the whole venue for the night, but in the end it wasn’t that big of a deal- just be prepared for this if booking with them! I was also a little uncomfortable by the fact that there was a couple being given a tour while we were getting ready and setting up on our wedding day, but again, not a huge deal, just a little strange. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone since the positives heavily outweighed the negatives and my wedding day was perfect here!

My husband and I got married at 2425 Warehouse in November of 2021. We loved everything about this venue, from the beautiful outdoor ceremony options to the gorgeous cocktail hour area and of course, the warehouse itself where we had our reception. 9 oaks is an absolutely stunning venue! They have a variety of locations to have your ceremony (inside and outside), and each of them are equally breathtaking. The venue has an elevated rustic vibe that is elegant and picturesque. My photographer was drooling over the variety of beautiful locations to take photos! The venue has an amazing staff that is prompt and extremely kind. I had an outdoor wedding, but had peace of mind knowing that if there was inclement weather, that the plan b would have been just as beautiful and seamless. Not only is the venue absolutely jaw dropping, I highly recommend the floral package you can add. On, the owner, and the staff make beautiful arrangements with vibrant, fresh flowers. It's also great to know that your florist is familiar with the venue and all of the decorations they have available. The process was SO easy and stress free. It was so much fun discussing and sharing my inspiration photos. Everything I wanted was perfectly executed, and my wedding turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I seriously can not recommend this place more!

We got married on 5-15-21 at the 2425 Warehouse and it was the most perfect day ever! My sister got married in September of 2015 at the farm house and was also very happy with her day!!We rented houses onsite to stay for Friday and Saturday night which was very convenient - we had family/friends stay at the White House. Cottage, Cabin and Ranch House. From our initial walk through to the day of the wedding, the staff was pleasant and responsive. Dana truly loves her job and is passionate about your special day too! We visited multiple times as well which was always welcomed by Dana. On and her floral is second to none, she delivered exactly what I was looking for - just perfect details within the floral. The covered lit patio was surreal and our guests raved about the rustic décor and setting. HIGHLY recommend - you won't be disappointed.

The Warehouse was the most perfect spot for our mini-wedding. The ceremony was in the Meadow and we could not have had a more beautiful spring day to be surrounded by luscious greenery and stunning flowery arrangements. On has an absolute gift and put together the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets I could have ever imagined. Everyone at the Warehouse made our day easy, beautiful and memorable!! Our wedding was postponed from 2020 to April 17, 2021 at 2425 Warehouse. Despite all the changes, numerous emails and details that we had to deal with, the staff at the Warehouse were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Dana is the BEST and makes you feel from the moment you book that your fairy tale is going to come true. The day we arrived for our wedding, we opened the doors to a beautiful setup for our reception. Through out the day the staff worked to get the meadow ready for our perfect day. I as the bride never once had to worry about a thing. The glowed were on point, the decorations were beautiful. Such a great day. If you really want a one stop venue where there is no stress on your big day, call them.... YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

On brings your Pinterest board to life with the flowers and decor, and Dana keeps you calm and informed for a seamless planning process. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony, but the weather had different plans for us. Looking back now, I am so thankfully we had to change our plans because I don’t think it could have been anymore breathtaking than how they decorated inside. We had a great time with this team and any bride would be lucky to work with them!

We looked high and low for the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. We knew immediately when we visited 9 Oaks Farm that we had found it! The grounds were beautiful, the staff was impeccable (Dana Loftin) and was ready to go to any lengths to make your wildest dreams come true, and the owner Mrs. On Guest will just blow you away with her floral design and imagination. We had a few complications with our wedding planning due to a cancerous tumor and, let's not forget, Covid. But even with these horrid setbacks Miss Dana and Mrs. On made magic happen on April 3, 2021 by making my daughters dream wedding come to reality. Everything went off without a hitch due to the recommendation of Mrs. Marcia and Mrs. Tammy from \"Simply I Do\" as the coordinators, Mrs. Lynn from \"The Masters Table\" ( who let me cry when I needed to vent), Mrs. Taylor Powell Photography (who caught every sweet moment), Miss Shannon from \"In Good Spirits\" (who kept the party rocking and rolling with bar tending services and the cutest photo booth - Bonnie) and Mr. Randy Burton from \"Dynamite Entertainment\" who lit the sky up! With this ferocious combo nothing was going to go astray! Everyone was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend 9 Oaks Farm, not only for your wedding but for any special event you have because they will certainly make it special! Kudos to the crew at 9 Oaks! I love you guys!!

We looked high and low for the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. We knew immediately when we visited 9 Oaks Farm that we had found it! The grounds were beautiful, the staff was impeccable (Dana Loftin) and was ready to go to any lengths to make your wildest dreams come true, and the owner Mrs. On Guest will just blow you away with her floral design and imagination. We had a few complications with our wedding planning due to a cancerous tumor and, let's not forget, Covid. But even with these horrid setbacks Miss Dana and Mrs. On made magic happen on April 3, 2021 by making my daughters dream wedding come to reality. Everything went off without a hitch due to the recommendation of Mrs. Marcia and Mrs. Tammy from \"Simply I Do\" as the coordinators, Mrs. Lynn from \"The Masters Table\" ( who let me cry when I needed to vent), Mrs. Taylor Powell Photography (who caught every sweet moment), Miss Shannon from \"In Good Spirits\" (who kept the party rocking and rolling with bar tending services and the cutest photo booth - Bonnie) and Mr. Randy Burton from \"Dynamite Entertainment\" who lit the sky up! With this ferocious combo nothing was going to go astray! Everyone was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend 9 Oaks Farm, not only for your wedding but for any special event you have because they will certainly make it special! Kudos to the crew at 9 Oaks! I love you guys!!

I recently had my wedding (4/9/22) at The Thompson House and Gardens and it was fantastic! Amber in particular was great! She’s super knowledgeable and very helpful. Day of the wedding she came by and jumped right in helping us set up decor that we had brought. We’ve received multiple compliments from guests about the venue.Also originally my mom said she didn’t want a MOB flower bouquet to walk down the aisle with. Then day of the wedding she changed her mind, but we assumed it was too late. Low and behold, Amber and On had made an extra bouquet just in case. To us that shows the type of customer service and wedding experience these vendors have.The only negative thing we encountered was during the reception, my bridesmaids were told we had to move all of the wedding party’s stuff out of the bride and groom suites by 8pm. So we had leave the reception to bring our stuff downstairs and had to store it in a room that guests walked through. We were never informed of this policy and at the time was it very upsetting to not know in advance. Besides that, everything else was great!

I reached out to Dana at the Thompson House and Gardens and she met with me the same day! They happened to have our original date available and we had the venue booked in less than a week. Communication with this venue is great! They reached out to me to confirm all details and made everything stress free. I highly recommend booking the package with decor and flowers because they made everything look so beautiful. And this package includes all the decor, even things I didn’t think about. Everyone at this venue is extremely professional, but personable. You can tell they just want to make your wedding day the best day of your life. Overall, I think they made our wedding better than the original wedding I had planned! Highly recommend this venue and this team! Also, I’m sure all of their wedding coordinators on the vendor list are amazing, but I was lucky enough to to work with Jackie Garrison. She was so sweet and organized. I hired Jacki Garrison as my day of coordinator per the preferred vendors list and she went above and beyond to assure everything was perfect. She understood every idea I had and made it possible. Without these three women, I would not have been calm and relaxed on my wedding day. I hired Matt Medlin aka Medlin Entertainment, as my Reception DJ per the preferred vendors list and throughout my Reception, he continued to assure everything was going smooth and was easily able to change up a few things. He truly made the reception exceed my expectations! The entire staff was very thorough and all continued to compliment my decor which helped put my mind at ease. If you are considering having your wedding here, I promise you, you will not regret it! The entire property is very well kept up and extraordinarily beautiful! I will genuinely miss speaking with Dana, On, Matt, and Jacki!

Everyone at 9 Oaks Farm made my son's wedding the Best possible event. When you go to visit, the staff puts everything on hold to answer all questions and spend time with you. The grounds are kept beautifully! There are so many options for ceremony and picture backdrops. The options to stay on site at the additional houses, really made the difference for a fun weekend experience for everyone. We had our rehearsal dinner at the White House, catered by Carrabba's in Athens, and made out great. Everyone hung out after on the porch, playing corn hole in the front yard. The bridal party stayed at the White House that night, and the groomsmen also stayed onsight in a different home. From the owner, to the manager, to the day of wedding coordinator, everyone was sincerely the best. Five star best wedding experience we could have had!

The flowers that On made for our wedding were SO amazing - they were one of my favorite parts of our wedding day. She decorates everything with flowers and it is hassle free and so gorgeous! The ceremony location as well as the indoor reception area were both perfect. Everything is just so cute and perfect at this venue. We even stayed in the honeymoon suite and our family stayed in one of the houses on property! They were so convenient, we were able to store items in the houses and some out of town guests got to stay the night there with us. Look no further than 9 Oaks. On and her team will make your wedding a dream come true!

We were fortunate enough to tour 9 Oaks Farm and fall in love immediately with the venue, the staff, and the options provided at this location. Dana toured us around the venue countless times. She answered my hundreds of questions throughout the wedding planning, allowed me to visit at least 30 times, introduced me to many vendors that we loved, and made sure to be there on our special day to make sure my dreams came true. She was kind, understanding, full of information about the venue, and made me feel like the most important bride at all times, even though I know she was working with dozens of other brides giving the same special treatment to all. On and Ann produced the most beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and every other floral dream that I had in mind. They listened to my wishes and were so proud to show me their creations, while making sure it was everything that I dreamed of. We also rented the china, water goblets, silverware, and other table needs from 9 Oaks. They were all beautiful and made our wedding planning much more manageable. My husband's family was from out of town. Between his family and mine, we rented every house on the property. They were all beautiful, spacious, accommodating, and now obtain many memories for us all. Dana encouraged many vendors to us, and we selected many from her list of preferred. All that we choose where phenomenal and made our special day one we will never forget. Jessica Boulter was our day of wedding coordinator, and she was perfect. Hiring Jessica as a day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. She comforted me when I needed it the most and made sure that all of my dreams came true on our special day. DJ Randy was our DJ and fireworks producer. He made sure that the sound was perfect, the music was fun, and the firework show was PERFECT. So many of our guest continuously rave about how much fun they had and how amazing the fireworks where. Taylor Powell Portraiture was our photographer for our wedding and engagement pictures. She made me feel beautiful at all times and encouraged us to be ourselves to make the most memorable pictures. She made our hundreds of photos enjoyable and made sure to capture the vast list of \"needed pictures\" that I created for her. The photographs are more than I could have ever wished for and will be memories that we cherish forever. I would encourage every bride to get married at 9 Oaks Farm. :)

The Thompson House and Gardens is a beautiful location. From the tour of the property to the very end of the wedding, everyone that I met and worked with was really helpful and supportive. On July 27th of this year my wife and I had (in my opinion) a perfect wedding. From the first time we visited 9 Oaks “just to look” we knew that it was the venue for us. In fact, it was the first and last venue we ever toured. It was my responsibility as the new groom to call all the venues that my wife had looked up. When I called 9 Oaks Farm I got a hold of Dana. She was so accommodating and supportive. After we left our tour, my wife and I agreed we wouldn’t make a decision without looking at other venues. As we pulled into our drive way we already had our hearts set on 9 Oaks. Dana gave us a list of preferred vendors which was a big stress relief. Everyone we chose from the list had worked together and knew just what to do. Our wedding coordinator Jacki kept every one of the vendors and the bridal party on the safe page. 9 Oaks provided all the decorations and flowers which was more then we could ever have imagined. We decided to rent all the cabins on the property so the wedding party could stay together to continue the celebration. Every single one our guest was blown away by the venue. Thank you everyone at 9 Oaks Farm for Making our wedding absolutely perfect!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, & it's because of the people that work here! My husband & I got married at the 2425 Warehouse about a month ago, & it was everything that I hoped it would be.First off, Dana is the sweetest person I've ever encountered. & she's fantastic at responding back to you, which is SO important to me! Every time I had a question, she would email or text me back in such a timely manner, it was great. She really lets you know that you're important, & not like you're just another number. & let's talk about On!! She is the BEST! She makes the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. She created my bouquet & it was exactly how I envisioned. She also built my entire arbor for my ceremony. I showed her a picture of an arbor with flowers draped all down to the ground, & that's exactly what she gave me. Honestly, there's nothing this woman can't do. & the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the meadow, which is essentially in the middle of the woods. It was PERFECT & exactly what I dreamed of. The covered porch is beautiful for cocktail hour. There's string lights absolutely everywhere & it gives off such an ethereal feeling. & the warehouse for the reception was perfect! It was the perfect size for the amount of people that we had. Inside were chandeliers & more string lights, & since the weather was so good, we got to open up the giant garage doors. So everything was very open & airy.This venue was absolutely everything I wanted & more. From the people to the landscape, it's perfect. My wedding was everything I dreamed it would be & that's largely in part because of this venue & the sweet people that run it. I can't recommend it enough.

After we got engaged, finding a venue was on the top of our list and we were so nervous we wouldn’t find the perfect one. When we came across 9 Oaks Farm we instantly knew it was where we would get married. From day one they made sure we were getting exactly what we were envisioning for our special day. They made sure to answer all of our questions (and I had plenty) and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole planning process. When our day came, I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything turned out. It was better than we ever imagined! We are still getting comments about how breathtaking the venue looked (even from people who didn’t attend the wedding). My husband and I got married at the Warehouse at 9 Oaks Farm and to say it was my dream wedding is an understatement! If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. The staff at 9 Oaks is truly immaculate - which is something you cannot find elsewhere. Dana is the sweetest and most caring wedding director you will find. She answered every question I had whether it was 6 months before the wedding and even leading up to the week of; she was there for me every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable. On (owner) and her sister An are truly the most talented women when it comes to the floral department and landscape. They surpassed my expectations when it came to my bridal bouquet, ceremony arch, centerpieces, and more. I'm not lying when I say the flowers were the most beautiful part of the wedding!Our entire wedding party and parents stayed on the property the whole weekend which was spacious enough to stay comfortably. This allowed us to sit back, relax and not have to worry about rushing off of the property to get somewhere. The houses are all beautiful inside and out! I highly recommend this venue over and over again!

On, the owner, did an outstanding job on the flowers. They were beautiful!!!! Overall, this venue and their staff are great! Couldn’t have imagined our wedding day at any other venue. Thank you THG for helping us have a perfect wedding day at such a beautiful venue! Highly recommend!! Also a plus that this venue includes florals, decor, and much more. This venue made everything super easy. The flowers and decorations are included with the venue. They had so many options and they had everything we were looking for! It started storming the second I got down the aisle and they flipped the reception ballroom to restart the ceremony in minutes and it was like it was planned to be the ceremony site the whole time! Everything was so beautiful and it was everything was wanted.

My husband and I were married at The Thompson House & Gardens on December 30th and it was an absolutely beautiful wedding! Our was a smaller wedding and we had it all inside. The flowers and decorations were absolutely beautiful! The staff there was wonderful! It is almost a one stop shop for your wedding! Tiffany was a delight and made sure my day was great! On did an amazing job with the flowers. This is a wonderful place to get married.

This venue was perfect for our reception. The location was perfect and very close to our house. Brittany was wonderful to work with! It was definitely worth it to pay more to have everything taken care of for us. The floral arrangements were brilliant and gorgeous! I couldn't have asked for a better venue! We had our wedding reception here and it could not have been more perfect. Brittany (wedding coordinator) made everything so easy for us and was so quick to respond to all of my emails. My daughter was married at Thompson House and Gardens on May 21, 2016. The venue was beautiful, with flowers blooming in the gardens and the gorgeous creative floral arrangements. The buffet centerpiece was breathtaking. Our guests spent time enjoying the spacious property both inside and outside. Everyone marveled at how pretty everything was. The staff worked quietly and unobtrusively in the background. My expectations were exceeded by the magical environment that they created. Thank you!

Sheila was amazing! She took care of me, the bride, and the groom first and foremost. Anything we wanted changed she helped us fix it. She did an amazing job on the center pieces and all of the bouquets. She also directed our wedding and did a great job! She was there at every turn to help plan catering and set up. The venue was amazing. I was shocked when I saw it done to our specifications. It created the perfect atmosphere for our wonderful day. If I could go back and do it all again I would choose Thompson House and Gardens every single time!

The Thompson House and Gardens was a perfect venue for our shabby chic wedding holding around 150 guests. The wedding ceremony was outside and the reception inside- the decor was perfect and so personal. Sheila did all of the floral arrangements, decor, as well as coordinating the wedding. She was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Working with her relieved so much stress on my part and the whole day went extremely smooth because of her prep and expertise the day of. I would highly recommend this venue for any bride and groom. We had a wonderful time!

The Thompson House took a lot of stress out of planning the wedding. They took care of setting up, flowers, and cleaning up after the party. It was a beautiful spot for both the ceremony and reception. The gardens are lovely but there isn't a ton of space for pictures, however it's easy to get to a big open field just down the road in either direction. \rThe getting ready areas for the bridesmaids and groomsmen are both a bit small. We made it work with seven attendants each.\rThe staff were strict about being out on time after the reception was over, you have to plan accordingly.\rOverall people were easy to communicate with and everything went really well without any added stress. Highly recommend!

THG was such a wonderful place! On and Sheila were wonderful to work with and they kept everything together even when I was one of 4 wedding they were doing that weekend. The house and gardens are beautiful and plenty of room for our guests, food, and dancing. They do the flowers as well and they captured exactly what I was hoping for. They were very accessible and available to me, easy to get in contact with, knowledgeable, creative, down to earth, talented, so many good qualities! Choosing the Thompson House was probably the best decision that we made for our wedding. Most of vendors came recommended by theme. The flowers that were done by On were very pretty. The gardens absolutely beautiful and so is the house for the reception.

Although I enjoyed the layout of the house, I was under the impression they would call me to decide on layout of different items (guest book, bar, etc.) without me having to call. Some items were not as I had visioned, but overall I had a great wedding. They would never interrupt me in getting ready because they wanted me to enjoy my day, but I almost wish they would have because my guest book was so hidden hardly anyone signed it.

The only downside was that it was expensive. When we estimated our guest count she said it'd be $4600; we ended up having 225 so that raised the price to $5100.\rWhen working with On Guest (the owner) you need to be very clear with what you want and ask questions repeatedly if need be. The closer I got the my wedding the more lenient she got, but first she would say one thing and then the next time I talked to her it'd be the complete opposite. When we signed the contract she didn't mention anything about not allowing outside flowers, but now she is saying she has to do the flowers. I used someone else though, and it ended up working out in the end. Just make sure to specifically ask her. \rAlso, estimate low for expected number of guests. She won't give you back money if you over estimate.\rOverall, the reception was goregous. Tables and chairs were set up exactly how I wanted; and she made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend this venue if you have the money
