Chris, Sara and Lauren and all of the staff was just simply amazing. No bride wants to be stressed out for their wedding and let me tell you these guys were absolutely amazing to work with. They were accommodating, and prompt with whatever questions I had. My guests just raved about the simplicity and beauty of the venue!! Thank you guys so much for making our day everything and more!!! Highly recommend for any function!

Twelve29 was a no brainer choice for us when we were looking at venues. It was affordable, the bar packages were flexible (lots of sober people attending our wedding). Sara was always so responsive via email and Lauren and Chris were so helpful day of. The guests really loved being able to hang in the garage space and the get ready spaces were just what we needed. The space felt plenty big for our ~115 person wedding.

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at twelve29. The venue was everything we could have hoped for and more. The space was perfect for our size (~130 people) , and the modern design matched our desired style and look exactly. The prices were very reasonable, and Chris and Sara were so accommodating to our many questions and needs. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

What an amazing venue. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff are fantastic. From the start, this venue was amazing. My now husband and I toured roughly 20 Milwaukee area venues, this venue was by far the most accommodating and flexible. Chris and Sara really do love what they do and have so much dedication and pride in making your dreams come true! We planned our entire wedding from start to finish while living in Arizona, Sara and Chris were prompt with emails and assisted with the wedding planning process. Getting table clothes through the venue is a huge perk and assistance in making things run smoothly. Lauren and Ally were present on site prior to the ceremony and were helpful with any and all needs. Throughout the whole process, Chris went over the top to ease our stress and make the process as easy as possible. One of our favorite things of the venue was the flexibility and willingness to do anything to make your vision come to life. Chris and Sara are honest and extremely helpful, the experience they have in running a venue seamlessly is evident from start to finish. We got so many comments throughout the day and after about how well the venue is laid out and how there are endless opportunities. The flow of the venue really is perfect! The bar packages are amazing and the bar tenders are on top of their game. As the bride, they paid special attention to me and I never waited for a drink. If one of the staff saw me they asked if I needed anything and Chris delivered drinks to our table for dinner. Chris came up to my husband prior to the ceremony and asked if he needed anything which really meant a lot to us. We couldn't have asked for anything else! This venue is absolutely perfect!!!If you are arranging a hotel block, I would recommend the Hyatt Place. They even offer a shuttle to and from the venue for your wedding! I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

Chris, Sara, and Lauren were very responsive and made our wedding day run smoothly. This venue is a beautiful place to get married, and we could not be happier with our choice. The bar was a well-oiled machine (considering we had 300 old fashioneds made within the span of about 2 1/2 hours). Also, Lauren came up to my husband and me during dinner and personally asked us if there was anything we needed to drink, which is one of the kindest gestures we had of the day. The bride and groom suites are a great place to get ready in, and there is a nice park nearby to get photos taken. Highly recommend this venue!

Chris & Sara (Owners) are amazing. From day one of touring, they were personable, honest, helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Their communication was phenomenal, as they were very thorough and responsive to my many emails. They always made me feel heard & listened to, and were quick to offer solutions to any concerns I had. They are incredibly organized and their attention to detail blew me away. The venue is beautiful. We very comfortably hosted 190 people for dinner & dancing, and received so many compliments regarding the venue and how fun the addition of the warehouse with yard games was! Chris & Sara were readily available to my other vendors to help trouble shoot and answer questions prior to and during the day of the event. The bar staff was amazing and friendly, there was never a long wait for a drink! When the groom & I went up first to grab food from the buffet, Chris was there to ask what we wanted to drink and had the drinks ready for us at our table. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly made a difference and speaks to how amazing the owners are! Lauren was there the night before for my rehearsal and the day of the wedding- and she was so sweet & helpful. She really helped make sure everything was moving along perfectly & smoothly. This venue really helped cater the wedding to my wants & needs and made me feel supported throughout the entire planning process. I can truly say there isn't a thing I would change about my wedding day, or any feedback I could give to this venue for ways to improve- everything was perfect.

The attentiveness, reassurance and genuine kindness we received from Chris + Sara throughout was unmatched. Also a huge shoutout to Lauren for being so incredibly helpful the day before and day of. Our guests are still talking about what a beautiful wedding we had and twelve29 was a vital part of it. Thank you for hosting our best day ever!

Twelve29 was so incredibly flexible, understanding, and extremely helpful in putting together a perfect day. I would recommend them to any couple, over and over again! Twelve29 is not in the business of simply renting a building to you for a day, rather they truly want to help your dream come to life. We had a vision for our wedding and nearly every, “Can we do this?” we asked to them was a yes. This was huge for us since other venues we looked at told us no in our preliminary questions. We customized nearly everything. Below are some of my favorite things about working with Chris and Sara from Twelve29. - food: you can choose any caterer with insurance and they allowed us to bring our own desserts- beverage: we brought water bottles to put at dinner tables and you can customize your alcohol options- flowers: we used real petals for the ceremony and they swept them up for us afterwards- music: we didn’t have a DJ, so they ran the music for us during the ceremony. Their house speakers were great for dinner music and ceremony music. - decor: they provide an arch you can decorate and you can use real candles. Tablecloths and napkins are cheap, with many color options, if you order through them. They also let us pick up the napkins early (at the rehearsal) so we could iron and fold them ahead of time. They were amazing all around, those are just a few highlights! You won’t be disappointed if you choose them! One last thing, they were also the most affordable venue for what they have to offer!

Twelve29 was absolutely perfect! Chris and Sara were amazing to work with. Any questions or concerns I had, they answered so quickly. They were so helpful, and helped our dream day come true! The venue was super modern and I was able to put my own spin on it! My husband and I had a Christmas themed wedding. We had a lot of great Christmas decor. Our guests gave us lots of compliments on the space and our decor.It was one big space that was split into three areas; dinner, dancing, and the bar. We had our ceremony there as well and the room was flipped quickly. There was a garage area which held games such as bags, jenga, etc. The kids enjoyed that area and that’s also where we had our food truck that pulled up to get the late night snack. I highly recommend Twelve29!

The white and light wood vibe was PERFECT. Even when I was emailing them with a BILLION questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were kind and prompt in their communication. The day of the wedding, they were completely ready, on top of everything, and all their servers and help were kind and efficient. Chris was awesome about making sure that my husband and I had our drinks filled the entire night and worked with my parents and in-laws to make sure that we didn't have to worry about any details. I don't have enough good things to say about The Twelve29! Thank you for making our day perfect.

Twelve29 was hand's down the best choice we made for our wedding day. Chris and Sarah made the entire process incredibly smooth. Any time I had a question, I received a response almost immediately. Our guests loved the venue and utilized the warehouse area quite a bit. I still have guests texting me talking about how beautiful it was. They were extremely accommodating with giving us time to both set up and take down decorations, they were very kind, and really prompt with their replies to our questions. The venue was beautiful, we got so many compliments on it. Their daughter and the other bartenders also did an excellent job keeping up with demand behind the bar and interacting with our guests. We can't say enough good things about this venue, they really made our special day that much more special!

Highly recommended, Chris and Sarah are easy to communicate with its like you’ve known them forever! It’s also nice having venue owners advice on the little things like linens and napkins, ideas from previous weddings etc; one thing I would recommend having a speaker(from your dj) set up in the big room(where dinner is held) for speeches because normal they are set up in the smaller room for dancing. One feedback from mine was it was hard to hear them, and some people enjoy that part of weddings! But all and all Sarah and Chris are great, and I will continue to rave about their beautiful venue twelve29

The owners are beyond amazing, very flexible and help you every step of the way. They are generous even with the smallest accommodations. Overall, compared to other venues we had looked at they were incredible. The venue itself is gorgeous and has such a modern yet simple style with effortless beauty. Not much decorating needs to be done since it’s so nicely put together, however any style wedding would suit that venue. Overall, no complaints.

The owners are beyond amazing, very flexible and help you every step of the way. They are generous even with the smallest accommodations. Overall, compared to other venues we had looked at they were incredible. The venue itself is gorgeous and has such a modern yet simple style with effortless beauty. Not much decorating needs to be done since it’s so nicely put together, however any style wedding would suit that venue. Overall, no complaints.

Twelve29 was the first of 3 venues we looked at. They all had the same style/vibe, but twelve29 was a clear winner. We held our ceremony and reception here. It’s a beautiful space and is minutes away from a beautiful park for pictures too! Chris and Sara were so easy to work with as well. Highly recommend.

They were great with communication leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding Chris was there and did a great job helping our day run smoothly. We unfortunately had a problem with our cake delivery, but Chris went out of his way to call the vendor delivering our cake and sorted it out for us without worrying us on our day. Thanks to him we had enough cake for our guests, my husband I enjoyed the night not worrying about it, and we got a discount from the cake vendor. We really felt like he put us first as the couple getting married and helped our day run as smooth as possible. Also, the bartenders were amazing. Our guests loved them and said they had great energy. Finally, our guests had a great time at the venue and loved the \"warehouse\" space with the bags and other games. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a ceremony space and/or reception venue.

For our April wedding, we chose Twelve29, to be our venue for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Originally, we had a different venue and wedding month of December but had to postpone because of the restrictions within the county we intended to host our wedding in. It was a blessing in disguise to find Twelve 29 in Lannon, Wisconsin for our new wedding month of April. The owners, Chris & Sara, were instrumental in helping us set up a brand new contract and communicated timely with all of our existing wedding vendors. They even allowed us to host our rehearsal dinner the night before and use that day to set up our venue. We graciously appreciated this. The venue in itself is remarkable and has a modern feel that can fit well with just about any decor or theme. There is both a groom's suite and bridal suite within the space. In addition, there is plenty of on-site parking. Our guests gave us compliment after compliment about how nice the wedding venue was. Chris was our day of event coordinator and was beyond helpful in getting things set up when vendors came in. We recommend Twelve29 to host your wedding!

After talking with Chris and Sara, we could see their vision and knew it was the right place for us to hold our wedding reception. They were able to get a specific beer we wanted to have on tap and also sent us ideas for a signature cocktails (the bartenders were great, too!). I am still in complete awe to how wonderful our wedding was at Twelve29. When we first came to look at the venue, it was just an empty shell. The remodel was only beginning. After looking around and talking with the owners I saw their vision. They had a very clear idea of what they wanted for the venue and it was executed perfectly! From the very beginning Chris and Sara were so helpful. With any questions we had they were prompt and easy to talk to. The helpfulness continued throughout our whole experience. Down to the last moments of our day Chris was there for every question or even just to make sure there was a drink in our hand. They made the day easy, and so much fun! I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I had so many guests say how beautiful the venue was, how perfectly it suited us. The thing is, the venue is so perfectly well rounded that it could suit anybody, any style. We were allowed to bring in any decorations we wanted and design the venue just how we wanted. I spent alot of time playing with flowers(making a huge mess), and if I needed anything along the way, help was there. The venue is so beautiful on it's own. If you aren't the decorating type, it's still perfect. Sara has the most beautiful touches throughout the venue for amazing photos and background beauty. I cannot say enough good things about our day. Weddings take alot of planning and nervousness, but Chris and Sara have an amazing gift. Their love and passion for what they do shines in this space. I am still in complete awe to how wonderful our wedding was at Twelve29. When we first came to look at the venue, it was just an empty shell. The remodel was only beginning. After looking around and talking with the owners I saw their vision. They had a very clear idea of what they wanted for the venue and it was executed perfectly! From the very beginning Chris and Sara were so helpful. With any questions we had they were prompt and easy to talk to. The helpfulness continued throughout our whole experience. Down to the last moments of our day Chris was there for every question or even just to make sure there was a drink in our hand. They made the day easy, and so much fun! I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I had so many guests say how beautiful the venue was, how perfectly it suited us. The thing is, the venue is so perfectly well rounded that it could suit anybody, any style. We were allowed to bring in any decorations we wanted and design the venue just how we wanted. I spent alot of time playing with flowers(making a huge mess), and if I needed anything along the way, help was there. The venue is so beautiful on it's own. If you aren't the decorating type, it's still perfect. Sara has the most beautiful touches throughout the venue for amazing photos and background beauty. I cannot say enough good things about our day. Weddings take alot of planning and nervousness, but Chris and Sara have an amazing gift. Their love and passion for what they do shines in this space. If you found this venue then you already know how absolutely beautiful it is. The layout was planned out so well, and the bride and groom suites are some of the best I’ve ever seen. I am a freelance stylist and makeup artist so I was instantly excited when I saw the set up of the bridal suite and how easy it would be to work in there and hang out. I had been to a lot of venues just for work, and not many compared to this when it comes to look/layout/ and functionality. My fiancé and I saw this space when it was still under construction and decided to book it without seeing the final result because we just loved Chris and Sara and could really see their vision. Once we walked through post remodel, we were blown away. Chris and Sara are absolutely incredible people to work with and will make your wedding planning a breeze. Beautiful space, great people, great prices, and you aren’t forced to work with one caterer. We were supposed to have our wedding on June 27th 2020, but had to reschedule due to Covid and Chris and Sara also handles that situation very well. I promise you will not be disappointed if you book with Twelve29!

This is the perfect venue for a ceremony and/or reception! I had gotten so many complements on the beauty of the venue and the friendliness of the staff. Sara and Chris made everything smooth and easy while planning a wedding during Covid. They were very quick on communicating with me through email and was very flexible when I wanted to come in on a separate time to see the venue when it was completed. Together, they are an excellent team that really made me feel very relaxed through the whole process. Most importantly, I had a blast at my wedding and I whole heartedly believe this venue was the best decision. People just booked with them, it's a no brainer!

We received so many compliments about the venue on our day, and on top of that our guests kept mentioning how friendly their bar staff was. Chris and Sara went above and behind to make sure our day was as stress free as possible and made themselves available that weekend whenever we needed it. Throughout the weekend, they asked several times if we needed anything and what they could do for us. We honestly could not have picked a better place to get married!
