We incorporate your vision and assist in managing logistic and back-of-house activities. Upper Larimer is approved as a 340 Person Seated Capacity. Venue Rental comes complete with tables to seat 240 people, seating for 200 guests, cocktail tables, and a full bar setup. Upper Larimer's event space is truly beautiful! We got married there in October and had so many guests compliment the space. Everything is extremely well maintained from the landscape, to the outdoor patio, to inside venue. I loved the brick walls and chandelier. The House next door was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. We had the flexibility to choose and bring in all of our vendors. Our wedding had 115 people and it worked perfectly. The space comes with moveable wooden walls which makes it super flexible for any size or type of group. One thing I would double check is who is working the event in terms of the security guard. The venue requires one and I believe they hire them through a third party. I would just ask the venue how many events they have worked and if it has been satisfactory. Other than that - the space will not let you down. The billing and contract process was easy and straight forward.

This vendor is awesome! They are quick to answer emails with all of my questions. They allow me to view the venue for planning purposes and to show family and friends whenever I need to which is so helpful with the planning process.

I can not say enough great things about this venue! My husband and I were put in quite a bind a week before the wedding where another venue double booked and kicked us to the curb… Sonia and Chad luckily came to the rescue and pulled off our small intimate wedding making it more fabulous than I could Have dreamed of! They both were so kind, flexible with our schedule and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our day! If we ever have another celebration that is in need of a venue you best believe this is the place!

From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and successful partnership with Chadd, Sonia and their team at Upper Larimer. We looked at nearly every venue in the Denver metro area about 15 months before our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our choice after getting married this October! Chadd and Sonia provided extensive details about the venue and allowed us to come visit as many times as we requested. We got to see the space being set up for another wedding, we brought our friends and family to see it when they visited town and our vendors were welcome to check it out prior as well! Leading up to the wedding, we felt like they gave us all of the support we could have asked for and more. We made adjustments to the space and personalized it exactly how we wanted. On wedding day, Chadd served as so much more than the owner of the venue. He supported our planner, helped set up and tear down, worked collaboratively with our vendors and helped avoid big mishaps. Everyone of our guests raved about the venue, its outdoor space and its authentic nature. Our photos have turned out incredible, thanks in part to location of the space! We feel so grateful to have found Upper Larimer for our wedding and absolutely recommend you using them for your next event!

Whenever we encountered an issue with our event, the staff at the Upper Larimer were less than helpful. When we asked to reschedule our event, I received a one word or at most a one sentence response. I felt that once they had us locked into a contract that they had no desire to help us to make our event what we wanted. On the day of the event, their day of coordinator was not helpful. He did not abide by our wishes in any way. When the event occurred, at first we had the space “for 24 hours”. When it occurred, they held a wedding the morning of our event and made us wait outside while it finished. When the dancing started, they left all of the lights on. I cannot recommend this venue at all other than the fact that it is a nice space.

Our wedding is coming up in 2024. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Sonia Fox at Upper Larimer. She's a consummate professional - polite, PROMPT (reachable!! this is SO important), and overall wonderful to work with! So far, our experience with Upper Larmier and Sonia have been nothing but amazing.

First of all, this venue is beautiful. The owners took such care in renovating it. Sonia was great to work with throughout the planning process and always responded to our questions very quickly. The day of our wedding, everything went as smoothly as you can hope for. Compared to other similar vendors we looked at, Upper Larimer far exceeded them in the quality of the space, cost, and flexibility to do things our way. I highly recommend them!

Upper Larimer is a beautiful and charming city venue! The exposed brick inside along with chandeliers gives a romantic vibe of industrial and elegance. The attached Victorian house bridal suite was worth adding on to our rental package as it made the perfect location and had a home and warm ambiance feel for whole bridal party. Chad and Sonia were a wonderful team to work with when planning our wedding of over 200 this past September. They both were great communicators with myself and our wedding planner. They did a great job making sure we had everything neccessary to have a fun and succesful wedding. Their venue is gorgeous, we loved the location right in the Rino district also our guest appreciated it as well. Being centrally located everyone was able to make it as well as uber to and from the wedding. The patio was a perfect place for our passed apps and band during post ceremony hour. I definetly reccomend using this venue. My wedding was AMAZING!

Beautiful venue in an amazing location. The staff was great to work with and Chadd really helped us out with his vetted network of wedding industry partners. I would highly suggest Upper Larimer for your wedding and/or reception.

I booked this venue for my wedding reception which is not until next fall but Chadd and Sonia have been really helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire booking process. They were honest and upfront about pricing and reviewed details of the contract with me during the tour. I'm really excited to continue working with them as we get closer to my event!

I've been to Upper Larimer for other events and really enjoyed it. When my wedding event came up, I went straight to Upper Larimer to book my wedding venue, and it was the best decision I could have made. Chad and Sonia have been amazing with communication, and flexibility, and even took the time to introduce me to a vendor for the needs of my wedding.Thank you Chad & Sonia I look forward to my event at upper Larimer.
