This venue is amazing. It’s absolutely beautiful and speaks for itself! There’s so many places to take great photos and super spacey for bigger weddings. I had about 150 attend my wedding and everyone continuously stated how beautiful the venue was. I think one of my favorite parts was the bridal and groom suites! There was so much space so we could run around and not feel like we were walking all over each other. We also had the most amazing day of coordinator. She was on point and made my day run so smoothly! With all of her help I was able to just focus on walking down the aisle and focus on having the best night of my life. It was just perfect and I couldn’t be happier 🤍 make sure to read through all the contracts and let your family know whats expected of them at the end of the night and it’ll go smoothly. Thank you willow creek for everything! You guys are amazing.

It is the most beautiful venue! I had the best party experience thanks to how organized the vendor is. It seemed like a lot but it helped us to all be on the same page. I can remember almost everything that happened on my wedding day because the wedding planner provided by the venue was with us every step of the way. Not only was the venue beautiful, but it was also very clean and organized just how we planned it out. The getting ready suites for the bride and groom were very spacious and had everything we needed and great lighting. I’m sure the pictures will come out amazing ! Thank you so much for making my wedding memorable!

We absolutely loved Willow Creek. The spacious bridal house was absolutely perfect for getting ready in and the venue hall itself was set up and all of our rented items were set out for us upon arriving. It was a truly magical day!

Our wedding isn’t until 12/07/2024. I’m so glad we chose Willow Creek. What they have to offer is definitely worth the price. We chose this venue because it depicts both of our personalities. We love the southern elegance vibe. I can’t wait to get married there.

All though my wedding isn't on till Oct. 10.2024 I am so excited to be getting married here! From the moment I saw the space, I was in love. The gazebo perfectly captures the sunset, and with all the wide open space, you get the feel like there is no one else in the world. I wish I could describe how beautiful this place is. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into it all! My favorite part is that it's pet friendly, so my puppy gets to be a part of our special day too. Everyone is so nice. They are always quick to answer my email and never make me feel like I'm asking stupid questions. They allowed us to take engagement pictures at no extra cost, and the whole time, my photographer was raving about how amazingly beautiful the place is.

It’s a stunning venue with so many options for photos and entertaining and even better you’re able to block the venue for your photos for engagements and bridals!! Check out the get ready house! I had the hardest battle of eloping or moving forward with a wedding. Sifting through so many venues, I'm beyond bless to have found this gem!The owner is amazing, easy to talk to, and is open about the venue and its amenities. Pictures do not give this place justice! Walking through the atrium, party house, ceremony space, and finally the reception hall, you also get to learn about the level of detail put in place to make the wedding date just a little less stressful. I highly recommend touring if you are undecided!I can't wait to for 11/16/2024 to come by and make a dream a reality <3

The venue is absolutely amazing with an attention to detail that is second to none. We had a very small, intimate wedding (second wedding for both of us), and we felt that we found the perfect place to begin our journey together. The attention to detail, professionalism and value make this venue an awesome choice for your big day!

We loved this venue! After touring this venue, we started comparing every other venue to them, and knew it was the one for us. The staff was so friendly and helpful from our first tour, to every planning email, all the way to the big day. It was the most beautiful landscape for our celebration and called for minimal decorations. We loved how many amenities were included, and how much space we had to get ready & utilize on the day of. The white gazebo was our favorite part and made for a beautiful ceremony space! I would 10/10 recommend this venue to everyone!

My Wedding day was magical although a lot went wrong. My biggest disappointment was that the main planner quit without sending through my final updates so on the big day a lot was incorrect (tables missing, things not added, specialty drinks incorrect, etc). I hope going forward, if this inconvenience happens again to another bride, the venue will reach out to the Bride ahead of time to ensure everything the venue has planned aligns with the Bride's plans so the Bride's big day isn't jeopardized due to the planner quitting without notice. The Venue was beautiful and my day-of coordinator was great.

The venue was beautiful, a lot of variety and space, but not very accessible in places for wheelchair users. There are many rules, extra costs and fines. Want tables in the atrium- extra fee, want to throw popcorn to be environment friendly, clean up fine if it gets stuck in the bushes. My daughter originally wanted a small intimate wedding in a secluded area until she stumbled across Willow Creek online. Once she got the tour of the venue she fell in love with it and decided to do a traditional style wedding and reception. The wedding day turned out perfect! We had so many compliments on the venue. Bailey and the other workers went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Willow Creek.

Choosing Willow Creek as our wedding venue was the BEST decision my husband and I made for our nuptials. The venue is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful and amazing to work with during the entire process. Willow Creeks guidance before the wedding and on the day of the wedding made our day stress free allowing us to enjoy the celebration with our family and loved ones. Through their recommendations, we hired our DJ, caterer, and photographer who were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is searching.

I wouldn’t even dare try imagining our wedding being located anywhere else. Willow Creek was the only venue we visited and we immediately knew it was the one. They provided the absolute most perfect setting for our 12.2.22 wedding. This venue truly is beautiful and everyone was so incredibly kind, especially Haley who helped make our day perfect and was patient with all my anxieties (lol). All parts of this venue was perfect, from the amazing gazebo, beautiful reception hall, and super cute and cozy house where we were able to get ready. Getting to get dressed, have our ceremony, and party all night long in the same location was perfect!! And such a dream. Lastly, I love that we’ll get to have the beautiful Willow Creek be the background of all our photos. Book this venue!!!

Y’all let me tell you I knew this was my venue the day my husband and I toured it! It was and reminded of something out of a hallmark movie! Plus the venue came with a day of coordinator included in the price and let me tell you my day of coordinator Cece was absolutely amazing! She made our day go smoothly and went it came to the reception part my now husband and I did not worry about a thing. We had an absolutely perfect day with a picture perfect venue! Also the weather changed the week of my wedding and on my wedding day it was freezing and rainy. Hailey the event director kept in contact with me, especially the day before and I was heart broken that I couldn’t get married under the gazebo outside, but I chose a venue that could have an inside ceremony just in case! And I was reassured that it would be just as beautiful as I had imagined if! Let me tell y’all, once I saw how we decorated it.. I thought it was the most beautiful thing and am still getting compliments on our venue! It turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined and I’m so thankful for the team at this amazing and beautiful venue!

From having a gorgeous ceremony outside to a cocktail hour that is separated from your reception hall, your guests never have to leave! The venue has an on-site Bridal and Groom Suite for the bride, mothers, bridesmaids, etc to all get ready with a make-up room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and separate rooms for the bride and mothers to get ready in. The grooms suite has a TV, pool table, card table, etc to make the groom, fathers, groomsmen, and whoever else comfortable before the big day! This venue was my first viewed venue, and after seeing the property, what they offer, and the overall setup, I never looked anywhere else! Bar Betty was used for a grilled cheese bar at my wedding, but can be used as a second bar, drink station, etc. If you want a country style wedding, this venue works. If you want an elegant/formal wedding (like myself) this venue works! They have options for any style and dream you have your heart set on. Everything and everyone was so accommodating, I would recommend Willow Creek Wedding Venue to everyone in the DFW metroplex!

Omg. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is!! Haley with planning is amazing, always responsive to emails and questions (I bugged her multiple times a day)! The owner tours you before you book and you really can tell she loves what she does. They are constantly trying to continue making the venue even better than it already is. The fact that they have a day of coordinator included in booking with them is amazing- Jenn was a lifesaver the day of the wedding. It’s also soooo great that willow creek has such a long list of preferred vendors too. That really helped me in the planning process to narrow down things! I haven’t even talked about how beautiful the venue is yet. It is truly picture perfect… We had such a simple wedding, not a lot of decor or flowers and it was a BEAUTIFUL. The gazebo with the benches is gorgeous. The atrium where we had cocktail hour was perfect. They truly do run a seamless venue. I can’t recommend them enough!!

The staff from beginning to end are so nice and super helpful that I didn't think it could get any better and then the day of our event coordinator just goes above and beyond. I love this venue it is gorgeous on its own without the decorations. I just got married here last Sunday. This venue was everything from the bar Betty outside, to the bridal house it was amazing. Once my coordinator finished it was more than what I imagined. The staff was very sweet, the day of coordinator I think that's who she was, was very nice and sweet. My brother was married here 4 years ago I was in that wedding so I knew I like the venue already. I looked at other but this one by far was the best. I want to thank you all the owner and staff for everything!!!

Since Willow Creek has decided not to reply to all of my concerns, I will post a review of the venue.The team made micro aggressive comments about black people (previous renters of the facility), made comments to me and my family about “normal” weddings (we are Jewish). The coordinator that worked our rehearsal shared that she always only gets to help out at the white weddings… we are white but just a different religion.The venue was not set up at 10am properly (which property owner confirmed in email). When I went to rehearsal on Friday for a Sunday wedding, we shared that the white chairs outside did not all match and the porch swing was a safety hazard. Nothing was done by 10am Sunday. I pulled over 20 off-white chairs off the line that didn’t match the rest. The venue owner, Barbara shared that these chairs are not colored correctly due to the sap from the trees. These dirty chairs were replaced luckily before my guests arrived (also.. there are other negative reviews on their website about the chairs). The bench was removed and we had flowers purchased and already to outline the bench area. Apparently it is my fault that I didn’t tell the venue months ago that we planned to put flowers there. They never asked where we planned to put flowers and when asked if this was something that they typically ask, they didn’t respond.The venue took 0 responsibility for these actions and comments. They decided not to fully respond to my email asking to help address or fix these concerns. The experience with this staff has been terrible and I would have rather gotten married at a different venue.

I had my vow renewal for on 7/10/21, We LOVED getting married at Willow Creek!! It is the most beautiful venue and everything is set up so conveniently. This venue was PERFECT for our big day! I especially loved the venue manager that we were assigned on the day of the wedding!! SHE WAS AMAZING!! The venue itself was beautiful. They are very communicative. We were very pleased with the service, attention to detail, and kindness shown throughout. They walked us through everything we needed to know and do to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. It was awesome to be able to have the venue for pretty much the whole day. I felt like we had ample time to get everything set up and I also loved that you can get ready at the house right there. Multiple guests commented on how beautiful it was. EVERYONE has told me what a wonderful time they had and some even the best wedding they have ever been to! The staff truly works to give you your perfect day! I could not have pulled my dream wedding off without their expertise! We were also able to bring in our own vendors, which I think cut down on costs some as well. They were truly a joy to work with and would recommend them to anyone with any wedding vision! I would highly highly recommend getting married here!!! We loved everything about it!

The venue is beautiful, but if I could do it again, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this venue. It was extremely stressful having to plan everything out with the venue- it was the worst part of the whole wedding planning experience. Eventually I got so stressed out that I just let my mom handle all the communication with the venue, and at that point things got better. But, the venue is beautiful so I don’t want this review to be all negative, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting based off of the reviews I had read, so I’m trying to give a different perspective.

Willow creek was the most amazing venue I could have asked for in regards to my wedding. We got engaged February 2020 and quickly booked at willow creek early March 2020. It didn’t take us long to find a beautiful venue that fit our style and budget. We recently had our big day on April 11th. The venue managers and day of coordinator (Jenn) and bar staff were so lovely to work with, and honestly helped in every way they could. They didn’t charge crazy fees and weren’t picky about what vendors could or could not be at my wedding. This was important to me because I had a lot of friends and family doing things like floral, cake, sweets, video and more. The bridal house was a huge selling point for us, because we have large families and wanted to also give the groom a good space to hang out in all day instead of some small bedroom. Overall, the day couldn’t have been any more perfect when it comes to Texas weather, as we found ourselves in low 80s and mid 70s by nightfall. We were able to enjoy their outdoor Bar Betty trailer during the reception and have an indoor bar inside. The only negative side to the venue is it may be a little further away from the highways, or downtown Dallas, but I’m telling you it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! This made it quiet and peaceful. We kept hearing from guests that this was one of the most beautiful weddings they attended, and I give the credit to this beautiful garden like venue that made my dreams come true. Thank you!!!

Willow creek was the most amazing venue I could have asked for in regards to my wedding. We got engaged February 2020 and quickly booked at willow creek early March 2020. It didn’t take us long to find a beautiful venue that fit our style and budget. We recently had our big day on April 11th. The venue managers and day of coordinator (Jenn) and bar staff were so lovely to work with, and honestly helped in every way they could. They didn’t charge crazy fees and weren’t picky about what vendors could or could not be at my wedding. This was important to me because I had a lot of friends and family doing things like floral, cake, sweets, video and more. The bridal house was a huge selling point for us, because we have large families and wanted to also give the groom a good space to hang out in all day instead of some small bedroom. Overall, the day couldn’t have been any more perfect when it comes to Texas weather, as we found ourselves in low 80s and mid 70s by nightfall. I had an amazing night; BUT when my mom told me what was going on behind the scenes made me just sick! The venue staff was rushing my mother to get things cleaned up and gone even though we had till midnight! My mother missed my bouquet toss because she was told by venue staff at 8:15 that they needed to clean up decorations outside when only one thing was hanging! They were very unprofessional in a background stand point and I hope no other mother of the bride has to go through what my mom did!

I booked them in October 2018 for a February wedding. For over a year and a half I worked with them to make my day a success and it was everything I wanted. Sydney is so sweet and amazing and easy to work with. She was there to answer any of my questions that I had and always gave a response pretty fast. What I loved about this venue is I could go there as many times that I wanted and since I booked a long engagement it really came in handy. When they build and made this place they took everything into consideration with every detail down to exits and decor. Without adding anything this venue is absolutely beautiful and the atrium is what sold it for me. They offer a lot of free stuff you can use and plenty of awesome rentals. I love how they have a different rental on sale every month in their newsletter and I did a lot of my rentals when they were on sale. The day of all of the staff was amazing and I didn’t feel any glitches or anything. I had a wedding coordinator on top of all the staff Willowcreek provides the day of so everything was taken care of. My coordinator really talked about how amazing they are to work with and how easy going they are. I really can’t recommend enough how amazing this venue and the staff are. They made everything so easy when wedding planning can get stressful and hard.

We were VERY happy with the entire experience. They were honest about the number they could accommodate and we were thinking it could be a large wedding of as many as 300 guests. Most of the other venues said they could but it was clear they did not have the space. The venue is beautiful inside and out. Also were were concerned about bathrooms and the area for bride and groom with their attendants. Bathrooms are very important because guests are not going to want to wait in line forever. Most venues had very small areas. This one offers an entire home for brides and a beautifully converted garage space for the groom with pool table, dressing area and TV. We would highly recommend it.

When we first toured Willow Creek, we knew this was the perfect place to have our perfect day! The tour was very informative and when I say they thought of everything, I mean they thought of EVERYTHING. They provide an entire house for the wedding party to spend the day in getting ready. Each room is dedicated and designed to accommodate each role. The bridesmaids have a beautiful room with great lighting and many mirrors to get ready in. The grooms room is at a separate part of the house to ensure no “sneak peaks” before the ceremony. The grooms room also provides everything a man could imagine having in his very own man cave to be entertained and enjoy the day. They even provide a mother’s room for the bride and grooms mothers and family members to feel special and get ready in as well. They have a dreamy bridge to walk down to the alter, that has large trees and vines surrounding it, along with a beautiful water stream below. The alter is all white and includes one of my favorite things, a church bell that can be rung in celebration of saying “I do”. The reception hall is a very short walking distance from the alter for guest accommodation. The reception hall includes up lights, chandeliers, large windows, ceiling beams, and a granite bar. There is so much more this place has to offer, I could go on for days! The team is very response to all emails. They allow outside vendors, allowing for unique and personal weddings. Above all, they have monthly informative emails with monthly specials on many rental items making it easier and more budget friendly for your special day! The good:My wife and I got married here. The venue is beautiful, especially at sunset. It's been maintained very well from the inside too.The bad and the ugly:After the wedding though is where we had a very different experience. First, we were shocked by the exorbitant late fees that we were charged by the venue. We were supposed to be done by 1AM but due to how slow the wedding coordinator (assigned by the venue) was, our noted time of check out was 1:17. For being 17 minutes late which wasn't even our fault we got charged $200 in \"late fee\". Then we found out that we got charged $100 for something the venue called \"excessive cleaning\" which wasn't even noted on the check out paper that was turned in at 1:17. So the venue charged us these outrageous fees for things that weren't even our fault. To us it feels like they wanted to squeeze extra money out of a newly married couple. Due to this bad experience I DO NOT recommend Willow Creek as your future wedding venue. The whole experience post wedding that we received from the venue was unprofessional, unfriendly, unfair, and borderline unethical.

We were supposed to be done by 1AM but due to how slow the wedding coordinator (assigned by the venue) was, our noted time of check out was 1:17. For being 17 minutes late which wasn't even our fault we got charged $200 in \"late fee\". Then we found out that we got charged $100 for something the venue called \"excessive cleaning\" which wasn't even noted on the check out paper that was turned in at 1:17. So the venue charged us these outrageous fees for things that weren't even our fault. To us it feels like they wanted to squeeze extra money out of a newly married couple. Due to this bad experience I DO NOT recommend Willow Creek as your future wedding venue. The whole experience post wedding that we received from the venue was unprofessional, unfriendly, unfair, and borderline unethical.

I cannot say enough good things about Willow Creek. Barbara, Sydney, and Melissa were wonderful throughout the process of planning and during the day of. They were always easily accessible and responded very quickly if I was unable to get ahold of them. The team at Willow Creek goes above and beyond expectations. We wanted an electrical outlet for the atrium so our DJ could play music for the ceremony, and Barbara brought out an electrician and had them install an outlet for our wedding. Two days before our wedding, the glass window next to the fireplace in the atrium was shattered with a rock and they weren't sure if they would able to replace it in time. When we arrived to the venue on the day of the wedding, they had just finished installing a brand new glass window and Barbara was there mopping up water from the rain that had come in. The property is gorgeous and the employees are so wonderful. Everyone who attended our wedding commented on how incredible the venue was and how well thought out the property was. Willow Creek and Barbara made our wedding so wonderful!

We LOVED getting married at Willow Creek!! It is the most beautiful venue and everything is set up so conveniently. They are very communicative and walked us through everything we needed to know and do to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. It was awesome to be able to have the venue for pretty much the whole day. Willow Creek was perfect. I am so glad that my now-husband suggested we take a tour of this venue because I fell in love with it the moment we drove up. The layout of the venue is so thoughtful, and the day-of seemed to flow so easily. Prior to the day of my wedding, Willow Creek staff was very well at responding and helping me finalize the last details for the big day. However, the most important day of my life, the actual day of the event, was a disaster. Prior to the ceremony starting, I was looking for whoever was suppose to be there from the venue to help us with the wireless headpiece microphone for my pastor. It was literally minutes before the ceremony was suppose to start and we couldn't find neither where the mic was left or the person from WC staff that was suppose to help us on site. Guests were waiting for an hour b/c of that delay AND b/c of technical difficulties from the sound board that the staff provides with the venue. I understand technical difficulties are maybe out of of their hand but again, the person that was suppose to be on site to help us connect and make sure the sound from the barn was ready.. Wasn’t available. I specifically had asked a few days before the wedding started when we were finalizing the final details with their staff for the sound to be ready no later than 4pm so we can have music playing for when guests arrive at 4:30 and the ceremony to be ready to start by 5. The ceremony didn’t start till 5:30 b/c of the delay of the missing mic and b/c of the technical difficulties that no one could figure out since the staff from WC wasn’t there to assist with what they were responsible for since 4pm. We had to cut the ceremony short since we lost half an hour of sunlight since the sun was setting quickly and still needed to take photos with our families, bridal party, and us two. I was very disappointed with Willow Creek’s staff after being so professional and quick to respond months prior to the wedding. After we took photos I met the girl that was suppose to be there from the beginning. Apparently there a mix up of the time she was suppose to have arrived since there was a change of venue managers. I understand there was a transition of staff however, it greatly affected the ceremony of my wedding which is ultimately is the most important part of the big day and cut our time by half which was something that I was very disappointed by. After that, everything else went smoothly. I hope this can later to avoided with any future brides.

One of the best venues a couple could ever pick. From the scenery down to the location, it is a perfect place to have a wedding. The people that run the place are the sweetest. Everything ran in a timely manner and they make sure that the place is always in top shape. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything. The only thing that did bother me was that we felt we were rushed. We had the venue until 1 am but from 11 forward everything seemed like they were trying to get us out of the place before 12. Other than that I would definitely still pick Willow Creek, that place doesn’t need much for decorations; It’s perfect as is. Definitely a venue I recommend

This place is amazing! It’s so beautiful and well kept!! I attend the yoga classes that are held there during the week and the view never disappoints. I have said from the beginning, if I was to renew my vows and it was a big event, I would definitely use Willow Creek.

Barbara Hill (Owner) I have been in the Design and Event business for several years now. I am also the co-owner of Boliver Hill Designs, LLC which is a successful interior design company. After designing for several types of events I saw a need for a unique venue in a beautiful location that would allow my staff and me to create an entire experience. I chose Waxahachie because of its country feel right in the heart of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. My goal was to bring you into a secluded and enchanting environment both inside and out so that you could have the confidence that your dream would come true!
