I had my wedding back in September, Bev their wedding venue coordinator was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning. Our wedding pictures and video just came back and I am so happy with how they turned out. In addition, the venue comes with many add on's. My husband and I loved that the venue seating was customizable as they had different table options and seating arrangements. We also liked that they had a complete bar service. The bartenders were absolutely amazing and made amazing drinks the entire reception. For our signature drinks they made the best Margaritas, one regular and one spicy that were an absolute hit. You can't go wrong with this venue. The community and staff are what truly makes this place so warm and welcoming. Reviewed on 17-01-2024

Believe it or not, when we booked the wedding venue in March the construction on the building and grounds were not completed! But thanks to Beverly Mahnke, our bride & groom walked to their destination in the most beautiful outdoor venue we have ever seen! Beverly was a person you didn't say no to and she made all our wishes come true! She completed the venue and we had the best wedding ever in October! She took care of the contracts, the place we stayed there at Willow Ridge, the catering for rehearsal dinner, the transportation (golf carts), the liquor, the staff for the waiting service, the Air Streamer where our pizzas were cooked and many other items we had on our list. She was intimately involved in both nights of our celebration and made it a memorable night for us all. We cannot thank her enough for all that she did above and beyond and count her as a professional person, who became a personal friend. Willow Ridge is a venue you should consider if you are looking for a magical evening. Reviewed on 04-01-2024

This venue just opened in this past summer, we were one of first 20 weddings. The venue coordinator, Bev Manke, was an absolute treat to work with. She was on top of her game the entire planning process. We booked right after the New Year. Of course, as the months go by, changes were made not only on our end, but also the venue’s as they finalized their pricing and details before opening. Bev communicated about everything well, even hopping on calls with us and allowing us to see the venue again before the final walk-through to really solidify everything for us. For the day-of, we appreciated the getting-ready cabins so much. It was nice to be able to relax and get ready all in one place the morning of, and right before the ceremony. They also acted as home-bases for both the bride and groom. Because the venue and getting-ready spaces all opened at 8am, we were able to get everything set up and ready with time to spare. It was one of the major reasons we chose Willow Ridge. The bar had to be through Willow Ridge. Bev was extremely accommodating for changes to the bar menu and making sure we were happy with everything offered. Our bartenders were the absolute sweetest and the drinks were just as good. Everything about the venue was beautiful, from the ceremony space, to the inside reception area. The venue handled set up and tear down of all chairs and tables. Big shout out to Ryan and Noah for helping with that as well as being valet. They did fantastic. We did not have a lot of decor, but we did that on purpose to allow the venue’s beauty to speak for itself. The space can fit 200 people, but we had 90 people attend and it felt like the perfect amount of space for a party that size. Anything bigger would have been overwhelming for us, but we mostly stayed inside for the reception, with only a few people going out and hanging on the covered patio. Overall, our experience with Willow Ridge was an 11/10. Reviewed on 09-11-2023

My son and his bride just had their wedding here this past weekend and it was incredible! This venue was amazing from the breathtaking views of the hill country to the magical atmosphere inside. All of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. It is an incredible setting for an outside ceremony and then continuing inside or under the pavilion for the rest of your reception. One of the most beneficial aspects of having your wedding here is working with Bev Mahnke, the wedding and events manager, who works with you every step of the way. She is on top of everything to ensure your wedding goes smoothly as well as managing you and your guests staying on the property. Yes, staying on property is another added benefit, making it a full weekend experience together with your family and friends. You are in great hands with Bev. Also, everyone on site is so friendly and will cater to your specific needs. I would highly recommend this property if you would like your wedding in the hill country; you will not be disappointed.
