I highly recommend using the WinMock for your wedding and reception! We just held our daughters wedding there in July and they were fabulous! Starting with the planning, Sydney was our coordinator and she was so responsive in her communication with us, that we always were kept in the loop and knew what to expect. All of their professionalism in the day of staff was so helpful and they were so friendly and supportive of our requests and questions, that we felt so completely taken care of ! Their food from Providence Catering was very good, from our appetizers during the cocktail party, to our buffet at the reception, we heard a lot of compliments from our family and friends on the delicious food. The setup and clean up crew were also great and so helpful. Overall, this was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend this venue!

I highly recommend using the WinMock for your wedding and reception! We just held our daughters wedding there in July and they were fabulous! I’ve had my eye on Winmock ever since I saw an old college friend’s pictures from getting married here in 2016 and couldn’t wait to see it in person one day. After looking at a few other venues, nothing compared to Winmock’s beauty, charm, and amazing staff. Sydney was always available to answer any and all questions I had during the planning process (and I had a lot of them!). Emily was wonderful to work with on our day as was the rest of the event staff. The couple’s suites provided plenty of space for both of us and our 7 person each parties. We had both the ceremony and reception in the loft, with cocktail hour downstairs. I loved that we were able to rent all our tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware from Winmock- it made it so easy and hassle free. We were even able to rent an arbor and other decor! We also went with the inclusive package and got rave reviews regarding Providence Catering’s meal choices. I cannot say enough about this venue and couldn’t imagine having our day anywhere else.

Winmock was the venue of our dreams! The venue is so beautiful and the staff is AMAZING!! Our venue coordinator Federica was so great! Communication and organization was so great! Our guests raved about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Everyone was so helpful. One of the staff even went out of her way to help with my bridal portraits. She helped me carry my train, fluffed my dress for pictures, and even help cut the flowers for my prop bouquet. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams!! We cannot say enough positive things about this venue!!

Winmock was the venue we chose for our October 2022 wedding. Their staff is wonderful to work with from start to finish. They are incredibly organized, professional, and efficient. They also make the process seamless and fun. The property is gorgeous, green and well maintained. I am so thankful we came across this venue because it was such a beautiful backdrop for our celebration. Winmock will always have a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend getting married or hosting an event here- it comes at a price, but it is absolutely worth it!

Venue searching is difficult, however, when we saw WinMock in person we were swept away. It is a beautiful space and has plenty of room to accommodate different activities and events. Not only is the property lovely, but so is the staff! They are amazing! Seriously the sweetest group of people I’ve worked with. We felt more than just another client. Our \"day of\" WinMock staff were extremely helpful in greeting our vendors, setting up, and preparing for the evening. The food and beverage service with Providence Catering with the inclusive package was delicious! The bar service ran flawlessly, and dinner was served promptly for all ~180 guests! Beautiful and spacious bridal suite and grooms lounge. The grounds are lush and green, the venue was clean and well air-conditioned, elevator access, and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend WinMock! You won't be disappointed!

From visiting the venue for walkthroughs with my planner to visiting the venue on my wedding day, I felt at home and supported. Federica hung in there with me while I made changes the week before and even the week of my wedding. While planning this whole wedding with the help of an experience family friend in wedding planning, I was still guided and provided suggestions of what other Winmock brides have done in the past, which was SO helpful to help me build my vision. We signed an inclusive contract so we used Providence Catering. Before we signed, my parents wanted to make sure they loved the food and were getting a great caterer. Federica was able to set them up with a tasting prior to signing the inclusive contract, and reassured us that my parents would love the food…and they did. AND the guests did. My guests are still commenting about the food provided for cocktail hour (especially the chicken and waffles, and shrimp cocktail). On the day of our wedding, I realized we had forgotten the flower petals for the flower girls. Bill, was able to connect us with someone he knew that could get us fresh flower petals on the day of! How awesome is that? On the wedding day, i was impressed with how smoothly everything went. We choose to have our arbor moved from the ceremony space to behind the sweetheart table in the loft, and that was done without issue! Everything that could’ve gone wrong, went right.10/10 recommend Winmock as an event venue whether for a wedding or corporate event or anything else! Love the people and love the space!

Where do you even start with a place like WinMock?! I'm one week post the most incredible, magical wedding day there and I'm still getting emotional thinking about them, their team, the venue, the day....god I am just so freaking grateful. From the first day it just felt like I was working with family. Laura and the entire WinMock team made me feel so special and heard from the start and made my wedding more than anything I could have ever imagined. They were kind and patient with me when I knew nothing about the process and it was evident that mine and my husband's happiness was number one priority. I didn't think they could be any better and then the day of came. Jim, Jen, and the whole staff....they were freaking incredible. They were so much fun and accommodating beyond belief. Everyone there has incredible talent and passion and it is evident in all they do. WinMock will forever be such a huge part of our lives. Our friends, family, and guests have continued to RAVE about how it was the most beautiful wedding venue and place they have ever been (people from multiple different states). I would choose WinMock time and time again, and words can't describe how grateful we are for them.

The most beautiful Wedding ever. They are true professionals. The Venue, Staff and Frederick our Wedding Co-Ordinator along with Laura were the best of the best. From the first phone call we made to inquire on the venue, down to the moment we left late in the evening after the ceremony and reception, we were treated as royalty!! They have truly thought of every single detail plus more!! They had lists of references for outside services such as photography, florists, bakers and more. Suggestions for things we had not even thought of and answers to all of the 1000 questions we asked!! The beauty and restoration of this beautiful piece of historical property is stunning and exactly what we didn’t know we were looking for! WinMock definitely made my daughters Fairy Tale dreams come true!! Thank you from the bottom of this mother’s heart!!

We just had our wedding at Winmock in May 2021. It was everything that we could have dreamed of and more, and we wish that we could re-live our wedding day over and over again! We had originally planned to get married in October of 2020, but we postponed to May 2021 due to the pandemic. Winmock was very attentive/transparent and sent out updates and emails whenever the COVID guidelines changed, and answered any questions that we had. They are ALWAYS willing to meet you in person, facetime, and answer texts and emails. They truly care about you, and want you to have your dream wedding. We worked with Laura, and she was the most kind-hearted, diligent, organized, and detail oriented director. She went above and beyond for us! If you book your venue through Winmock, you will be in good hands! Leading up to my wedding I was so relaxed/reassured because I truly did not have anything to stress about. Laura handled everything from helping us pick out layouts for ceremony/reception, coordinating tastings with Providence, sending us estimated costs prior to the wedding, assisting us with decor/table settings, ensuring we had staff onsite on the wedding day, and SO much more...she's absolutely amazing! Winmock staff personally greets you on your wedding day, and provides you with a personal phone number to call if you need any assistance the day of. The venue is also breathtaking and well maintained!

Laura made sure every detail was nailed down to perfection! The venue is gorgeous, and the staff is incredible. They made sure to send punctual emails to discuss every facet of the event and were very helpful and flexible to make meetings whenever I needed. Laura was super quick to respond to emails, even up to the night before the wedding!! Their recommendations for vendors were also spot-on. I am so glad I decided to go with this venue. I pretty much decided on it before we even saw the venue, but after going through the entire process, I can definitively say this was the best venue I could have picked. My wedding was perfect and the most fun wedding I have ever been to!

WinMock is a beautiful well kept venue. All staff were so professional and accommodating even for the bridal portrait session. On-site staff were attentive on the day of the wedding. Haley was awesome! From adjusting the thermostat to improvising with last minute decor, she went above and beyond to make the day absolutely dreamy.

It his historic, beautiful and just so unique that all of our guests couldn't stop talking about it. There are two spaces to hold weddings/receptions/events at the same time; to be honest I was a little worried because there was a wedding held in the main barn the exact same time as our wedding. I thought our guests would be confused or we would run into the other party, but this wasn't the case at all! In fact, unless someone would have said something, you couldn't even tell another event was going on! Word to the wise, if you have time to take pictures before your ceremony, even if you're not doing a first look (I didn't!) do your self a favor and get pictures taken at this beautiful property! The buildings and trees are so pretty! The staff is also top notch. They are super responsive and VERY helpful with every step of the way, from the initial booking all the way through the end of your reception, they are THERE! We honestly couldn't have picked a better spot!

WinMock was definitely one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding. I knew I loved the classic look of the Main Barn and the exposed beams in the Loft, but I had no idea how much of a massive help the staff would be. My mom and I had A LOT of questions in the beginning, but Rebecca was so patient and helpful. She worked through every single one of our concerns and got on some lengthy phone calls with my mom just to make sure we were clear and ready before paying the deposit on the venue. Additionally, Rebecca was a HUGE help in the planning process. There were so many details that I would have never thought of that Rebecca brought to my attention in order to make my day perfect. She also took the time to get to know the groom and I so that she could help make the day reflective of our personalities. We chose to do the inclusive package and I would totally recommend it. The china that we chose was stunning and the food from Providence Catering was delicious. It was so helpful to have Rebecca help coordinate the catering - it was a lot of numbers to keep straight and she helped keep me in check. There were times that she pointed out mistakes in my final counts and we were able to fix them since she was carefully paying attention. All of the staff working the day of our wedding were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made sure all the details were taken care of. WinMock has a great list of vendors to work with. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the main barn loft. Our day was so special and we can’t thank WinMock enough!

From our initial meeting with Rebecca to months of planning together to the wedding day, every step of the way was fabulous! Rebecca was always timely with her replies, very flexible and creative, supportive of new ideas, fun to work with, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She worked well with the operations staff and made certain that all we wanted to do was possible, and she very clearly communicated our requests. We chose the inclusive package and are so glad we did. Providence Catering did an excellent job! Many guests asked who prepared the delicious food stating they want to use Providence in the future for their events. The wait staff and bartenders tended carefully and professionally to our guests. WinMock’s selection of tableware, linens, barware, serving pieces were excellent, and Rebecca was great about finding us exactly what we wanted. Their selection of beautiful and varying size tables, chairs, accent furniture pieces, easels, draping, bistro lighting and more make it possible to create a unique look just for your event. The groom’s room made for a very fun day of getting ready and waiting space for the men with pool table and video games to keep everyone loose and happy. Photographer Lindley Battle did an excellent job of capturing the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests in the beautiful and unique outdoor and indoor space at WinMock. With a church wedding followed by reception at WinMock, the outdoor green space was beautiful scenery for pictures, the weeping willow tree and indoor wood is just gorgeous! Every planning visit to WinMock we were greeted by friendly helpful WinMock staff who made sure we knew they were fully committed to making our event magnificent! We had complete faith in Rebecca and her team, and they exceeded our expectations! The actual wedding day went better than we could have ever hoped for with zero stress and no issues – just all fun and happy times. WinMock suggested we consider hiring a day of coordinator and that was another example of an awesome idea they had for us. Martye Clendenin of In Her Shoes, was a wonderful addition to our day. Martye and her staff kept the day moving on time and provided seamless coordination with all our vendors. All our vendors found Martye from In Her Shoes, Rebecca and WinMock staff very easy to work with, and felt great about the support they received. We were not disappointed because our vendors made our day spectacular. Our vendors were very familiar with WinMock, Laura, and Rebecca, and this made our wedding planning so much easier. Our vendors had nothing but wonderful things to say about WinMock! During the planning process, we began working with Laura who helped us tremendously in nailing down the details. Like Rebecca, Laura was so sweet and she always had a smile on her face. You could tell Laura was passionate about weddings and was genuinely excited for us! WinMock was the absolute most perfect place to get married at. Our whole day was nothing but perfect! From the very beginning working with Laura and her answering any question along the way, to working with all of the wonderful staff the day of my wedding, everything was beyond perfect and everything I could’ve ever wanted! WinMock has beautiful intricate architecture which lends itself to being a perfect backdrop for the wedding that Scott and I envisioned. We had everything on-site (bridal suite/groom's room, ceremony in the Granary, cocktail hour in the downstairs rooms and reception in the Loft). All of our guests were from out of town so it was great to have it all at one property, but each section of the day in a different spot. The whole planning process was smooth and working with Rebecca and Laura was amazing! We felt at ease and knew that we had nothing to worry about. Our photos by Brett & Jessica photography are more than we could have even imagined. There are several different spots at WinMock to take photos- whether it be on the bridge, in the field, in front of the buildings, under the Willow tree, by the garden next to the grooms' room- all the shots were amazing. Our guests were blown away by the venue and helpfulness of the day-of staff. We are so pleased with every detail of our wedding day!

From the moment we initially contacted WinMock we were greeted with congratulations and a staff that went out of their way to meet with us when we were going to be in North Carolina. They were extremely helpful with everything from recommending vendors to helping with setting up decorations on the big day. The WinMock team’s professionalism and experience really made us feel comfortable that we made the right choice and allowed us to fully focus on each other during our wedding day without worrying about all of the details. Laura was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She always went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and helped accommodate all of our requests – even last minute ones! The onsite WinMock contact could not have been more helpful as well the day of. She checked in several times and made sure we had everything we needed. The Inclusive package eased the planning process and the food provided by Providence catering was delicious. They were also very accommodating with food allergies and creating children meals for our younger guests. The venue itself is gorgeous and rain or shine leaves you with plenty of ceremony space options. The refinished loft is sophisticated, yet rustic, and had all of our guests in awe. We chose Winmock as our venue for our wedding last month and I AM SO THANKFUL AND WOULD CHOOSE IT 100000000 MORE TIMES IF I COULD. The venue is gorgeous and the staff is so helpful and lovely/hard working so that I hardly initiated the conversations but they were often checking in on us throughout our engagement. The location is gorgeous and we were supposed to be outdoors but we chose to move indoors due to rain at the last minute and there were no extra fees and the interior is absolutely stunning so no regrets either haha. Walking into the upper barn at Winmock will take your breath away and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our wedding was far more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed and I honestly owe most of that to Winmock and how much they care about their couples and all the effort they poured into us! Also we had our rehearsal dinner in the granary on the property (smaller barn) and it also was stunning. It was the most perfect day and I would so highly recommend it! We actually only went to one venue because after we saw Winmock we knew we wanted to get married there because it is so beautiful and so unique!

Walking into the upper barn at Winmock will take your breath away and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our wedding was far more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed and I honestly owe most of that to Winmock and how much they care about their couples and all the effort they poured into us! Also we had our rehearsal dinner in the granary on the property (smaller barn) and it also was stunning. It was the most perfect day and I would so highly recommend it! We actually only went to one venue because after we saw Winmock we knew we wanted to get married there because it is so beautiful and so unique!

Wow! I can't begin to describe how perfect my daughter's wedding was at WinMock. The entire weekend was everything we ever could have imagined! Laura was delightful to work with through the entire process as well as all of the WinMock staff over the entire weekend. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out and our guests loved every aspect and continue to tell us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attended. My daughter fell in love with it the first time we visited and her choice of the WinMock venue was perfect. Being able to have the rehearsal dinner in the granary was convenient and the perfect setting and start to the celebration. The wedding day experience was fantastic on a rather warm September Saturday. The bridal suite was perfect for the girls to get ready and enjoy a relaxing fun day with mimosas and brunch. The 5 PM ceremony in the loft was stunning with the drapes and Edison lights accentuating the absolutely gorgeous ceiling. Guests enjoyed a shady cool cocktail hour on the east terrace and Forsyth Room on the main level while the Winmock staff pulled a quick and seamless flip of the loft to a stunning reception set for dinner and dancing for 240 guests. WinMock staff in coordination with our wedding coordinator made it all happen while we enjoyed the celebration with our guests. The reception was a party we never wanted to end! We loved our experience and I'm so thankful to WinMock for making my daughter's dream wedding come true!

Winmock went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect. After my original venue cancelled on me 6 months before my wedding I was forced to find another venue. Thankfully, I found Winmock - a true blessing in disguise! The staff was incredibly easy to work with. They worked with my florist to build a chuppah which turned out perfectly. Laura, our wedding coordinator at Winmock, is a sweetheart, super easy to work with and very professional. She went above and beyond and was always very prompt in returning my emails and phone calls. We got so many wonderful compliments about the venue from our wedding guests. I cannot recommend Winmock enough.

Being relatively new to the area when we started our planning process, choosing the inclusive package gave us the assurance that certain (some of the most stressful to find) vendors were already taken care of without us having to scour the reviews of countless others. They also connected us with other vendors that not only made our day perfect, but made the entire process easier and much more fun than I had ever imagined. The WinMock staff became an extension of our family in our year of planning (and now even after!) and we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work for our special day.

Getting married at WinMock was the best decision we made when planning our wedding details! The staff was undoubtably the most helpful and courteous of any venue we looked at by far! Despite having another wedding the night before, the venue was spotless and had all of our decor, tables and chairs perfectly set up. They were able to flip the upstairs loft from ceremony to reception in no time and we had so many complements on the ease of having an all-in-one location wedding venue. Laura was amazing and helped handle so many small details that I did not think about before!

The girls at Winmock were amazing in making sure my wedding day was absolutely perfect! They were quick in responding to emails and questions. They had wonderful suggestions and vision to make my vintage-rustic-romantic wedding come to life. The setting was just so beautiful and HUGE! We were lucky enough to be able to utilize both outside terraces (ceremony/cocktail hour) and inside the barn for our reception. Our guests were just in awe of the whole place.

Rebecca and Laura are terrific to work with--they ensured all our plans were executed without any issues! They are both so warm and fun, and they genuinely share in the excitement! The venue was perfect for us. I don't consider myself a barn bride, but this isn't just a barn! It is such a classy, unique space and our guests were so impressed. We were thrilled with the gorgeous space--it is so original! There are indoor and outdoor options, which was great since it rained on our wedding day. It was so nice for the bridal party and guests to stay at one location for the entire day. It also works well for large or smaller weddings. WinMock was so wonderful to work with during the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone!

One of the reasons I chose WinMock for my wedding reception is I didn't have to worry about things like having the tables delivered, or the caterer or putting out the centerpieces etc. The sweet sweet staff can take of it all. All the vendors know WinMock and WinMock knows all the vendors. It was truly one of the best days of my life and it wouldn't have been so wonderful without the WinMock team.

WinMock is a one of a kind venue in this area. It stands out in so many ways, and the planning process was seamless and the team made our special day the most incredible day ever! The loft area worked perfect for us to do the ceremony, then flip the room while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the terrace with games and apps. Then you go into, what seems like a brand new venue, for the reception and it just creates an ambiance unmatched by any other local structures. Would recommend this as the BEST wedding venue in the triad. If I could relive our big day, I would do it over and over because it was truly spectacular.

Loved this venue! It was gorgeous and made for some awesome photos. The only thing I had an issue with was finding out 2 weeks before that we didn't have the venue for the rehearsal due to another wedding being booked. We would've liked to have known that several months before. Also communication was ok. It wasn't the greatest so give yourself plenty of time to figure things out. Overall it was great!

I do not know where to begin to give WinMock the praise it deserves. From the staff, to the location, to the warmth that the presence that this place gives you, this venue is something special. From our initial visit, I knew this would be where my husband and I were going to get married. I worked with Laura, the most kind and compassionate planner I have ever met. She was a wonderful example of the entire WinMock staff as everyone is very patient and fun to work with on an event that can get pretty stressful (as much as I told myself it wouldn't be). I could not recommend this venue more as a place to have your wedding. I will forever have the best memories of my wedding day and know that I was married somewhere with true heart, making our memories just that much sweeter.

WinMock was initially a venue I looked at just to have a second option. I thought I was dead set on having my reception at another, less expensive, location. After meeting with Rebecca (and a very pathetic meeting with the other venue coordinator), I knew WinMock was the perfect place for me. Rebecca made me feel so comfortable, and did an amazing job answering questions and showing us the options for a reception of 200 people. I worked on planning wedding details with Laura, and found that she’s just as wonderful as Rebecca! We immediately bonded over our UNCC alum status and our love for Pure Barre and Lululemon, and I felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend I've had for years. She returned every email within a day or two (usually within a few hours), met with me multiple times, and was just as list-oriented as me. I felt confident that everything we planned would go off without a hitch, and that’s exactly what happened. WinMock had multiple employees on site throughout my wedding day—making sure everything from set up to break down was taken care of.The cost factor does come in to play, and there will be additional checks to write other than the one for the rental, but paying someone else to take time and stress off your hands is well worth it. Not only is WinMock a gorgeous venue, but everyone’s attention to detail from the beginning of planning to the end of the reception make it the perfect place for your big day.

They were always very responsive to emails/phone calls and always seemed like they were genuinely happy to talk/dream with me about our wedding! The venue itself is so unique and beautiful and has just the right amount of \"rusticness.\" We used the house caterer and we were blown away with how amazing the food was. I seriously cannot brag on Rebecca and WinMock enough, my wedding planning experience was such a breeze and I am able to say with complete sincerity I never was stressed or nervous. WinMock is an absolutely gorgeous venue, both inside and out. Their staff are responsive and detail oriented - making your wedding day run smoothly. The Granary makes for an intimate ceremony space, and The Loft is a breathtakingly beautiful reception room with it's vaulted ceiling. WinMock is by far the most beautiful venue we toured. Their inclusive package made things very straightforward when it came to linens, furniture, dishes, etc. They are also very flexible with what is included in their bar, and they worked with us to make special signature drinks.

Our experience with WinMock was overall GREAT. \r\rHowever I should mention the price- this blew over 50% of our (original) wedding budget! Even at $5800+, we were saving money since our wedding date fell in the less popular/less expensive timeline (ours was in December). The other costs that are important to consider are the security deposit and bartender fees. In addition there is a fee to reserve space/time if you wish to rehearse here too. \r\rThe associates at WinMock are extremely friendly, beyond helpful, and do their best to make your day beautiful.\r\rThe venue itself is amazing- there is no doubt here. Simply rustic, slightly vintage feel, eye-catching features.. it felt like a dream! I cannot count how many guests commented on how beautiful WinMock was. Plenty of space for a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and more. Love the bridal + groom suite to get dressed and ready.\r\rI definitely recommend this venue- we loved WinMock and would never have had our wedding anywhere else.\r\r\r\r\r\r
